| Hi, this is Dr. Steve Pachemek and this is Steve Talks. | |
| Pchenik and I want to say on this Memorial Day, I want to thank all the veterans who served in all the wars on behalf of our country. | |
| But I want to talk today about something far more serious that concerns me. | |
| In February of 2018, 500 Russian troops along with Syrian troops amassed on the border of northern Syria and started to attack 30 of our Delta forces alongside of 20 Rangers. | |
| We were asking the Russians to stand down and General Dunford, who was chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, had requested on the deconflicting phone that the Russians cease and desist. | |
| And instead, your soldiers, Putin, came forth and we then ordered a series of bombers and attack helicopters to come and decimate your forces. | |
| More specifically, Vladimir Putin, in February of 2018, you ordered on behalf of the GRU, your military intelligence, the Wagner Group, run by Dmitry Utkin, to attack our soldiers who were helping Arabs and Kurds in Syria and not really inflicting any damage to you. | |
| As a result, your forces were decimated completely within four hours, thanks to the initiatives of Mattis and Dunfor. | |
| But I'm saying something far more serious to you, Vladimir Putin. | |
| I knew you before you were even appointed to the prime ministership. | |
| I was in Lubyanka at the KGB headquarters when I was asked by KGB officers whom I had worked with when I took down your Soviet Union Who was going to take over the KGB or the subsequent FSB? We had warned you and we had placed you there because we had Yeltsin, | |
| who was a drunk, Gorbachev, who really didn't know how to control Russia. | |
| And then we placed you because you had the elements of what we would call a strategic and tactical operative. | |
| Instead, you became very grandiose. | |
| You started to amass a huge fortune. | |
| You started to drink a lot. | |
| Remember those 10 days you were in Switzerland for D-Cab and rehabilitation? | |
| And we began to wonder whether you were really fit to continue to run Russia. | |
| At this point, I'm really asking you the question. | |
| You've been there for more than two decades. | |
| Is it time for you to leave? | |
| And peacefully? | |
| Are you really looking to garner some more power on behalf of your young people and those who are starving in that beautiful country of Russia with 11 time zones? | |
| My suggestion is very simple. | |
| I know you. | |
| I know Russia. | |
| I know that the time has come for you to seriously think that there may be another job for you other than the Prime Minister or the President of Russia. | |
| Let me warn you that again, if you ever, ever attack our soldiers in any part of the world, we will annihilate, literally annihilate, every one of your troops without any effort and any hesitation. | |
| I want you to remember the quote of the father of the KGB, Prince Dzerzhinsky of Poland, who Stalin appointed as the head of the NKVD. And he said, trust is good, but control is better. | |
| We are far more in control of you than you really think we are. |
