Time Text
Hi, this is Dr. Steve Pachanek and this is Steve Talks. this is Dr. Steve Pachanek and this is Steve Talks.
Pchenik.
Today I want to expand on my former discussion on the problems of the economic tariff that President Trump had placed on Steel, 25% on steel and 10% on aluminum.
What that means is if we import $100,000 of steel from Canada, Canada then has to pay $25,000 to our U.S. government.
So in a way, it's a tax.
It's a very simple tax, but it's a tax that denotes pretty much around the world that we are in a position of economic warfare.
And quite frankly, we do not need that right now.
Our White House is not stabilized, our government is not completely stabilized, and our economy is becoming very erratic.
The stock market has shown that it does not like this trade war and does not, in fact, want Trump to impose a tariff.
In fact, the two stocks that I looked at, Nucor and USS Steel, as well as Icor, which is aluminum, all went down.
And as Trump knows, his closest friend, Icon, Who dumped over $33 million of Nucor stock, literally was forewarned by Trump quite illegally, and then dumped it.
That's called front running.
In any case, I wanted to find out who was the genius that thought up this economic warfare.
And it turns out to be a man by the name of Peter Navarro.
In concert with Wilbur Ross.
Wilbur Ross, I've talked to you about, he comes out of Goldman Sachs and Rothschild, who did bankruptcy turnarounds.
But he's not exactly an international banker, although he was incriminated for illegal Russian dealings.
But let's talk a little bit about Peter Navarro.
Peter Navarro is a self-aggrandizing PhD from Harvard.
A man who's had no business experience, a man who never created his own company, a man who never served our military but instead went to the Peace Corps to make sure that he didn't have to get killed in the line of action.
Why do I say that?
Because Peter Navarro went right out and basically stated that there will be death by China, meaning that China will destroy our country and eventually we, the United States, will have to confront China in a war.
That's absolutely absurd.
Not only will we not confront China in a war, we do not have to confront China in a war.
As it turns out, if Mr.
Navarro knew anything about national security, which he has no idea about, nor does he have any idea about psychology and national character, we have over 100 bases around China and around the Korean Peninsula.
That's secondary to the fact that our Supreme Allied commanders in our Secretary of Defense, as well as Rex Tillerson, the Secretary of State, do not want this imposition of a tariff.
The reason why is it has a ripple effect on our alliances with England, Germany, Holland, Belgium, And all the countries in Latin America, Mexico, Brazil, and most importantly, South Korea.
We export to South Korea pork, wheat, fruits, and all types of goods that our farmers need to export.
If this tariff goes into effect, we will have defined an economic warfare not against the world only, but against our own farmers.
They constitute less than 7% of our entire population, yet they feed the entire United States and the world at the same time.
So, Mr.
Navarro, I think it best that you, an idiot savant from my point of view, a man who's never really been taken seriously by The Economist, a man who's been so-called professor, and by the way, Who picked you?
Once again, it couldn't be another idiot savant by the name of Jared Kushner.
So the Kushner effect has had an amazing ripple effect through the White House, creating incompetency, corruption and dysfunction.
Mr.
President, you have to get your White House in order.
John Kelly can only do so much.
He can only fire so many people.
Right now, you're going to fire your national security advisor, McMaster, and he will probably go to Fort Bennings.
But if you put in Steve Binger, a gentleman who worked for Condoleezza Rice, and worked for John McCain, that will be a serious problem.
Let me end with Albert Einstein's famous rule.
Genius is And idiocy is differentiated by only one factor.
Genius can go on forever and has its own limits.
Idiocy has no limits and can go way on beyond anything to do with limited genius.
What we have now is rampant idiocy going through the White House and the government.
It's time to stop it, Mr.
Trump.
