Hi, this is Dr. Steve Pachank, and this is Steve Talks.
Thank you.
Hello, I'm Dr.
Pchenek and today I want to talk about two major issues.
One is the shutdown of the government and the second one is the sexual harassment of young women in the U.S. Olympic teams.
Number one, the shutdown of the government hasn't had a major implication.
Most of the post office, railroads, airplanes, police, and military men will be on duty.
The non-essentials, hundreds of thousands of employees that we don't need in the US government will not be paid and that's fine.
In the White House, you have 1,700 people.
Only 700 will remain.
I don't know why you need 1,700 people in the White House.
Now to a more important issue.
Recently, Dr.
Larry Nazar was just implicated, convicted, and sent to prison for 40 years for molesting over 300 women in the swimming teams.
What he did was to literally take young girls and teenagers and probe them in all the orifices, and he was never reported.
He was on the staff of Michigan State University, which was led by Dr.
Simon, who should have stopped him, as well as the Board of Trustees, but they did nothing.
They allowed him to continue his miscreant behavior for well over 20 years, And 300 women in the swimming classes for the United States Olympic team have been harassed, molested, and more seriously devastated psychologically.
Nasser is now in prison.
I think many of the other people should be in prison.
I think Marty McEnany of the United States Olympic team, Sandra Baldwin, Of the United States Olympic team, all presidents should have been implicated and indicted for conspiracy to remain silent.
They knew that in this case of fostering young talent to become expert swimmers starting from a very young age to the teenage years, the coaches groomed many of these young women and then Molested them, acting as if they were a surrogate parent.
Most of the parents never complained because the young girls didn't say anything.
And they had what we call a Stockholm Syndrome.
They began to identify with the aggressor and were totally afraid to say anything.
Yet there was a conspiracy of silence at the Michigan State University, at the YMCA in Holyoke, at the swimming clubs in San Jose.
Where another person was indicted.
So we have 300 swimming coaches who've been brought up for sexual harassment, but none of the women in the MeToo marches has ever addressed the issue that their very own gender is a co-conspirator in this type of abominable behavior.
This is a warning to the United States Olympic Committee that if you do not clean up your act, we in the United States will not fund you and there will be no reason to send out any women athletes or men athletes if you're going to treat them as objects or as athletes rather than individuals and young people.
And the reason for this is that most of you are cowardly and you really want to belong to a group that brought in the best and the brightest into the forefront of World Olympics.
But none of you had the courage to step forward to address the fact that in fact you had a serious problem for 20 to 30 years until one Individual swimmer in Holyoke, Massachusetts, where my family developed the Jaffe Center, that woman stood up and said, I've been molested.
And then another young woman stood up in San Jose saying, I've been molested.
And still nothing was done until a hundred young women were totally molested, probed, and manhandled by Dr.
Nasser.
Let me end this I, John Adams, study war and revolution so that my daughters can study art, literature, and be able to march and protest for their gender.
