| There are so many restrictions on American citizens' rights to bear arms. | ||
| But now, they're importing these illegal migrants who have no respect for our culture, are not making any attempt to blend in with everyone. | ||

| You cannot even legally carry pepper spray. | ||
| I want you to think about that because I'm a woman, I grew up in New York City, I often had to take the subway, I often had to work late, take the subway late, and I was legally not allowed to carry pepper spray. | ||
| So what does this mean? | ||
| If I had been ever attacked, thank God that never happened. | ||
| You know, growing up in the city makes you pretty street smart, so you know who to avoid, you know to be in public spaces, and you also know if taking the subway at 2 a.m. | ||
| is just not worth the risk and shelling out the sometimes $60 to $70 to take an Uber to get back home, right? | ||
| But if, God forbid, something had happened and I had been lucky enough to have pepper spray and I had pepper sprayed my assailant, I would have been arrested. | ||
| This is what I want you guys to understand. | ||
| I would have been arrested for self-defense because I had used something illegal Namely pepper spray. | ||
| So tell me who this is meant to protect, right? | ||
| Obviously it's not meant to protect the women. | ||
| And there's a lot of women who live in New York just all by themselves. | ||
| They travel by themselves and they have no legal means of defending themselves. | ||
| And this is as the city continues to spiral into more and more crime and criminals being let out with no cash bail. | ||
| So now contrast that with, well, we bring in these Haitian migrants and suddenly they're given guns with no questions asked. | ||

| It's been within the last year. | ||

| And you left them about 2023 or sometime in 2024? | ||
| It's been about 10 months since I left, so yes, 2023. | ||

| And what were you telling us about gun sales to folks who were undocumented? | ||
| So when I worked there, we would have about 10 to 15 Haitian men come in every day. | ||
| Normally it was just one in the group that would try and purchase a firearm. | ||
| Most of them did not have US IDs. | ||
| They had Mexican IDs in other countries. | ||
| I'm not really sure, but the most popular was Mexican. | ||
| And they would come in trying to purchase firearms. | ||
| And I was told that I had to process the sales just like everybody else, like I would any other customer. | ||
| And I would, and they were going through just fine, even though they weren't US citizens, so I would have to put them on the do-not-sell list so they were not getting firearms. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| And so, um, that's not supposed to happen? | ||
| No. | ||
| No, because I was having U.S. | ||
| citizens getting put on the do-not-sell list because they lived in a house that somebody who had lived there before had been on the do-not-sell list, so they were not allowed to purchase firearms. | ||
| Okay, but these were all going through? | ||
| Yes. | ||
| And you put them on a do-not-sell list, and then what happened? | ||
| I was told I was not allowed to do that because it was something with the Second Amendment. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| And how many firearms do you think you sold during the time you were there in that situation? | ||
| Probably 40. | ||

| And usually groups of people, but one of them would try to get a gun? | ||
| Yes. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| And anything else you want to share or things that you noticed when you were there that Just that there would be large groups. | ||
| I had one incident. | ||
| This gentleman came in and he did have a state ID. | ||
| That was the only one that I had that had an Ohio issued state ID. | ||
| It did not have his current address on it and this was my first issue that I've ever had with them. | ||
| It was the first customer that I had that was Haitian. | ||
| And I asked him, you know, is this your current address on the license? | ||
| Because that's something we have to ask everybody. | ||
| And he said, no, that's not my current address. | ||
| I said, okay, then I cannot sell you this firearm right now. | ||
| You're going to have to go to the DMV, get a change of address for him, and then we can proceed. | ||
| And then he looked at me and said, I'm just kidding. | ||
| That's my address. | ||
| and I told him well you already told me you don't live there so I can't proceed with this transaction and I got cussed out he tried to physically take the gun out of my hands and then my boss told me just to process it it wasn't a big deal even though if it was anybody else I couldn't have done that. | ||
| Do you think that the gun stores are getting pressure or how is it that they're approving all this stuff? | ||
| I genuinely I have no idea. | ||
| I do know that the store that I worked for we were told we had to process it. | ||
| I would call all the other gun stores in the area and tell them what was going on not to accept it and so I ended up having to call about three to four gun stores every time we have that issue. | ||

| Because I don't know about you, but I remember, you know, we used to have immigrants who came in here and would behave properly. | ||
| They felt grateful to be here. | ||
| They didn't act like, oh, I have a right to break your rules and break your customs. | ||
| So I have to wonder if these people are not getting some kind of training or some education when they're brought over about how they should act, how they should behave, and then feeling that sense of entitlement because they have a backing of a whole system. | ||
| So let's contrast this. | ||
| This person who's going into a gun store, who is not a legal citizen, feels 100% entitled to our Second Amendment rights, by the way. | ||
| So the rights in the Constitution do not apply to non-citizens. | ||
| What's going on? | ||
| You come over here and automatically you're like, oh, these are my rights. | ||
| When you just left a country where you guys were literally eating each other, but you get here and you suddenly know exactly what your rights are. | ||
| I mean, this is totally BS. | ||
| It's totally suspicious. | ||
| So they can walk in, they can go in and get some guns. | ||
| But me, a American citizen who's been here my whole life, cannot carry pepper spray to defend myself in a city where crime is rampant and women are attacked every day. | ||

| So this just feeds into the rumors and the conspiracies that we've been hearing about them trying to bring in people that are hostile to the American population to destroy and attack us. | ||

| I could not own a gun until I moved to Texas. | ||
| I was legally not allowed to own a gun. | ||
| The application process to get a gun in New York is two years. | ||
| It takes you a minimum of two years from the date that you apply to you getting it. | ||
| And this is not just, oh, we're busy and we're backed up. | ||
| This is intentional. | ||
| They don't want the citizen armed. | ||
| They don't want them being able to defend themselves. | ||
| We saw, we see what happens to American citizens who stand up against criminals breaking the law. | ||
| They're treated like criminals. | ||
| They're put in jail. | ||
| And if you just pay attention a little bit to history, I mean, this is the communist agenda. | ||
| Communist agenda 101. | ||
| You criminalize the citizens who are following the law and you release the criminals and you back them up as they continue to wreak havoc in your society. | ||
| So we now have a culture of people who come in, have no respect for the country they're coming into, don't even make any attempt to adapt themselves to the culture. | ||
| They're eating our pets. | ||
| They don't know how to drive, but they're automatically being given licenses. | ||
| And it's like putting a toddler in the truck and going, have fun. | ||
| All the citizens there are suffering from high insurance prices, getting into accidents, not having access to their resources. | ||
| People are having to wait. | ||
| American citizens who need the help, who have paid into the help of the welfare system, are not able to get their benefits because we are being flooded with a bunch of illegal immigrants. | ||
| We have to believe they're doing this so they can go ahead and vote for the November election. | ||
| And this is the thing. | ||
| They're not going to get rid of them after the November election. | ||
| We know that. | ||
| We just have to go ahead and take a look at how many times they've done this, right? | ||
| Obama did this in Minnesota with the Somalians. | ||
| You go to Minnesota, and now there's a huge Somalian population. | ||
| And then how do you know they're Somalians? | ||
| Because they're wearing burqas. | ||
| They're still wearing the exact same garb that they had in their country. | ||

| We know he has a six-month suspension and we're still rooting for him. | ||
| And Sam was actually one of the ones who really went to bat for me when I got my account censored. | ||
| You know, I didn't really have a big Reach so he hosted a space for me. | ||
| We got a lot of people in there. | ||
| We got them to tweet at Elon. | ||
| We did it right after I was on Alex's show and Alex tweeted about it. | ||
| So I'm super grateful to Sam and to everybody who retweeted and quote tweeted and was in that space and just was hitting up Elon. | ||
| I know that that had to do a lot with bringing me back and I'm really grateful. | ||
| Well, you know, it was my pleasure. | ||
| It was an easy decision to make to fight for your free speech. | ||
| Somebody who's been a good friend to me and a good ally in this cause. | ||

| And, you know, every one of us deserves to have other people back us up on free speech, so I just try to pay it forward. | ||
| But, you know, thousands of people were in that space. | ||
| Thousands of people raised their voice to Elon and added that message to Alex's. | ||
| Alex, of course, was a big voice as well, and we got it done together. | ||
| You know, the teamwork makes the dream work, as they say, and that's very cliched, but unfortunately on Twitter, where there's hundreds of millions of accounts active every day and probably millions of people tweeting at Elon every day, to be able to punch through that noise takes a massive team effort, and we were able to do that. | ||
| So I'm glad we were able to help you out and get you back, and now look, and now you're guest hosting InfoWars. | ||
| So, you know, what a You know, what a step forward, you know, and what a step up. | ||

| I think something you said that was really important, you know, people take the freedoms that we have for granted because truthfully, it's been a couple of generations since we, what has it been like, maybe two generations since we've really had to fight for them? | ||

| I know during the, The 1960s especially, there are these massive free speech movements on the college campuses and other demonstrations and so on and so forth. | ||
| But I think that with the advent of the political correctness movement, maybe in the late 80s, early 90s, that's when you started seeing a much more concerted effort to control speech. | ||
| Maybe not ban it or censor it outright, but to control it, to abridge it, to guide it, to manipulate it. | ||
| Using the cudgel of political correctness. | ||
| Oh, you can't say that. | ||
| Trying to get people to self-censor them. | ||
| Correct. | ||
| But we've moved beyond the political correct movement now. | ||
| And now it's just command and control. | ||
| They've deployed these social media platforms. | ||
| They've gotten everybody onto these social media platforms, whether it be Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter here, Instagram. | ||
| You know, whatever it is, and every one of them have developed a censorship and what they call moderation system. | ||
| It involves people, AI, algorithms, government partnerships, partnerships with NGOs and other quote-unquote non-profit organizations, like the ADL is a good one that comes to mind too. | ||
| Yeah, and we know the ADL has attacked ADL attacked Alex several times personally, so we know about that here. | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| Southern Poverty Law Center, that's another big one, right? | ||
| Yep. | ||
| Yep, there we go. | ||
| There's many of them, so it's a big problem. | ||
| And as Elon Musk has even said, he said Twitter is the de facto public square. | ||
| Right. | ||
| And so he's been, you know, allegedly been fighting for free speech on Twitter. | ||
| But you know, as you well know, that's still a very problematic adventure on this platform. | ||
| Yeah, it is. | ||
| It definitely is. | ||
| But from my personal experience, I do feel like Twitter 2.0 is better than Twitter 1.0. | ||
| But we do have a long way to go before we get to free speech. | ||
| Because as you said, for every one of us who's advocating for free speech, there's thousands of people who don't Who actually are advocating for the opposite because they don't understand. | ||
| They're not from the West. | ||
| I mean, you know what I dealt with. | ||
| It was the group of Indians who do not understand free speech. | ||
| I mean, they don't even have toilets. | ||
| They're not going to understand what it means that, oh, saying offensive things is actually covered under free speech. | ||
| No, it's absolutely true. | ||
| And this is one of the unfortunate realities that we're facing in Silicon Valley is if you know who's running these social media platforms, there's a certain kind of people aligned with the ADL. | ||
| The ADL has back-end access to all these platforms. | ||
| And then, of course, you have the Indians. | ||
| And the Indians, you have Sundar Pichai, who's the current acting CEO of Alphabet, the head of Google. | ||
| I've heard him out there talking about removing hundreds of millions of videos off of YouTube and trying to get the censorship right so that people can have their speech, but also not hate speech, and trying to get that balance between what to delete and what not to delete. | ||
| And I'm like, there isn't any balance. | ||
| There's no balance between hate speech and free speech in the United States. | ||
| There's just speech. | ||
| There's no such thing as hate speech, right? | ||
| There's just speech that you hate. | ||
| And that's all it amounts to. | ||
| I have learned since running for office and being on Twitter and on Facebook and on social media in general that there's almost nothing you can say about anything. | ||
| Any opinion on anything that somebody in the world doesn't hate. | ||
| If you're expressing an opinion online and nobody's pushing back on it or hating it or mad at you for what you're saying, It just means your reach isn't big enough. | ||
| It just means your audience isn't big enough. | ||
| If it were, I guarantee you there would be somebody who would have a problem with it. | ||
| You could, you know, the old Twitter cliche is you could tweet out, you know, I like pancakes. | ||
| And somebody would shout back at you and say, well, you don't like waffles? | ||
| And you're like, but I didn't say that, right? | ||
| So that's the cliche, but it's really true. | ||
| There's nothing you can say that somebody in the world doesn't hate. | ||
| And unfortunately, as you said, You know, you and I, we just want to be able to say what we want to say, obviously, legally and lawfully. | ||
| We're not advocating for anybody breaking the law. | ||
| But there are people outside this country and in this country, but outside our culture and outside our thinking and our ways, who literally sit around at night or, you know, at lunchtime or wherever they're at, trying to figure out, how do I shut these people up that are saying things that I don't like? | ||
| And they form organizations like the ADL. | ||
| That I don't like, exactly. | ||
| And they form organizations like the ADL or the SPLC who will then form partnerships with the social media companies and get us censored. | ||
| And that brings us to your situation and the mass reporting censorship on Twitter where people can just group up and mass report somebody and get you suspended or demonetized or censored in some way just because they don't like what you're saying. | ||
| Just because they don't like what you're saying, they think it's offensive, and then here's the other thing, Sam, right? | ||
| What do people really get in trouble for saying? | ||
| They get in trouble for saying things that go against the agenda. | ||
| This agenda of where they're trying to usher us into one world government Of a multi-ethnic, multi-racial, nobody's really anything, there's no borders, there's no such thing as a British man, right? | ||
| Anybody could be British. | ||
| There's no such thing as an Irish man. | ||
| Anybody could be Irish. | ||
| So they're trying to get rid of all those distinctions so that people don't have an identity, they don't have roots, they don't have something to fight for. | ||
| And so, that's a lie. | ||
| That's propaganda. | ||
| That's BS. | ||
| The only way that propaganda can continue to march forward is if you are not allowed to speak the truth. | ||
| Because the truth has a resonance. | ||
| The truth has power. | ||
| The truth has a reality within us that we can feel in our bones. | ||
| And when we touch the truth, we have a whole purpose and a whole power to be able to fight back. | ||
| And so this is really the point of censorship. | ||
| The point of censorship is for you not to be allowed to speak the truth. | ||
| And this is why the free speech amendment is so important. | ||
| Because, yes, I know, you should have the right to say pretty much anything, right? | ||
| You want to say waffles are disgusting, that's fine. | ||
| You want to say clearly wrong things, like nobody should eat ice cream, that's fine, okay? | ||
| We're not going to tolerate that kind of anti-American sentiment here. | ||
| Everybody should eat ice cream. | ||
| But... You know, if you line up all the ice cream eaters And sherbet eaters, the ice cream eaters are going to win, clearly. | ||
| The ice cream winner, you know, they win every single time, right? | ||
| But what is the real point of free speech? | ||
| It is to protect your ability to speak the truth. | ||
| It is the most important human right we have. | ||
| So I don't care if you grew up in India and that wasn't allowed. | ||
| I don't care if you grew up in Sub-Saharan Africa and you couldn't say anything because you'd get a spear thrown at you. | ||
| I don't care. | ||
| It was your human right, whether you were in India, whether you were in Italy, whether you were in England. | ||
| It was your human right. | ||
| If you didn't have it, it's because your ancestors didn't protect your God-given rights. | ||
| You are not allowed to bring that here now, that same mentality, and say, well, because we didn't have it, you're not going to have it either. | ||

| And what we're seeing, Sam, what's really important, what you demonstrated, what we demonstrated through this campaign, was the fact that people need to use their voice or they're going to lose it. | ||
| And they need to speak up for each other, and they need to speak up for people who are not here, right? | ||
| I'll just say this real quick, and I'll get your take on this. | ||
| Barry Stanton is still off of X. | ||
| He's off of X. We know what Barry was doing. | ||
| Barry was really pushing the boundaries, right? | ||
| Making lots of anti-India jokes, you know, using AI and exaggerating and being ridiculous. | ||
| But he never broke the law. | ||
| He never advocated for violence. | ||
| He never said these people are not human. | ||
| None of this stuff. | ||
| And yet, he's not allowed on the platform. | ||
| You had the WEF calling for his suspension off of X. You had advertisers saying that they were going to pull their money. | ||
| Go ahead, Sam. | ||
| Any thoughts on this? | ||
| I mean, yeah, this is one of the problems, you know, especially when it comes to the Indians, because as you know, this advertiser boycott being led by the ADL has dropped Twitter revenue something like 86%. | ||
| OK. | ||
| Twitter revenues are 86% down. | ||
| It's hemorrhaging cash. | ||
| It's having financial problems. | ||
| And India, a country of about 1.2 billion people, is one of the largest revenue centers for Twitter still. | ||
| So Elon is having to fight this battle between trying to deliver free speech, but he's got the entire European Union after him, he's got the country of Brazil after him, and he's got 1.2 billion people in India after him, who are contributing significantly to keeping this platform afloat. | ||
| So I feel like he hasn't made any declarations about this, but I feel like he's giving them some degree of dispensation, some degree of allowance. | ||
| Some, you know, he's given them leeway and making some acquiescence to them to be able to keep the platform afloat. | ||
| So there is a bit of a trade-off going on, I think, especially when it comes to India and Barry Stanton, because as you know, Barry Stanton didn't break any laws. | ||
| Twitter, in its terms of service, allows for jokes and parodies and satire and anything. | ||
| And Elon, again, was on record A week and a half ago, at the All In podcast summit, saying, he said, we're trying to adhere to the laws of a country. | ||
| And if the speech is not illegal, then what are we doing? | ||
| He says, now we're injecting ourselves as a censor. | ||
| And he said, where does it stop? | ||
| And who decides? | ||
| Where does that path lead? | ||
| He said, I think it leads to a bad place. | ||
| And you said it's not any more complicated than that. | ||
| We're just trying to adhere to the law. | ||
| But we know clearly that there are people being censored, being booted off the platform, being demonetized, being shadow banned. | ||
| I mean, you got demonetized, right? | ||
| Yes, I did. | ||

| Yep, I'm demonetized. | ||
| Myron Gaines of the Fresh and Fit podcast was just demonetized, I think yesterday or the other day. | ||

| They didn't tell him why, except that he might be in violation of terms of service. | ||
| Well, number one, he didn't break any laws. | ||

| And number two, he's still on the platform. | ||
| If he's broken terms of service, why haven't they booted him from the platform? | ||
| Number three, he was making lots of money, so the advertisers didn't have a problem with him. | ||
| So what's going on? | ||
| He's not in violation of any law, he's not breaking any terms of service, and the advertisers didn't have a problem with him. | ||
| Yet they demonetized him. | ||
| The same goes for me and many other people as well. | ||
| So, what's going on there? | ||
| Well, I think Elon is having to bow to pressure from external groups who don't believe in free speech. | ||
| He said this in the All In podcast, he said, if someone is pushing a false premise on the world, he said, and that premise can be undermined with public dialogue, then they'll be opposed to that public dialogue on that premise. | ||
| They don't like the truth and they'll speak to suppressor. | ||
| So that's what's happening. | ||
| I don't know where Elon personally stands on some of these decisions, but I do know that he is making compromises. | ||
| Speech is being compromised on Twitter, whether we like it or not. | ||
| No matter what Elon says, free speech is being suppressed in some cases on Twitter. | ||
| Is it because of a trade-off he's making to keep the platform afloat for financial reasons, personal politics? | ||

| Yes, he's a rich and powerful man and he's doing all he can, but he can't do this alone. | ||

| Advocate for your fellow people who get banned. | ||
| Advocate against people who issue death threats and try to silence people. | ||
| Stop censoring yourself and stop waiting for somebody to fight all your battles because he is one man. | ||
| And you know, the truth of the matter is if we lose Elon and we lose X, we lose a huge battleground that we've had. | ||

| And that's a big deal, and people need to understand that. | ||

| I mean, they're coming, like you said, they're coming from everywhere. | ||
| And they're trying to, you know, these people, they're not going to, like, throw you in jail, but they'll try to get you silenced any way they can. | ||
| And getting the advertisers off your platform is one big way to do it, you know. | ||
| So, that's a big deal about why those of us who are active have bought into the premium. | ||
| I know people who don't, who aren't really that active either and they bought into premium just because they believe in what Elon's trying to do in supporting him. | ||
| But it's also why, you know, demonetizing people is not the way to go because these are the people who are the most active on your platform, generating the most revenue for you and have an investment in it. | ||
| So, But, you know, speaking of violations of free speech, I want to go to this article about a man in the UK who was jailed for putting up some stickers. | ||
| I don't know if you heard of him, Sam, this guy Samuel Melia. | ||
| I don't know if I'm pronouncing this correct. | ||
| Yeah, I don't know him personally, but I know who he is. | ||
| I'm familiar with the story. | ||
| Yeah, so if we just scroll down to the article a little bit, you'll see that they don't tell you what the stickers say, right? | ||
| They just tell you that he was a hateful man, he's posting racial slurs, He's an anti-Semite. | ||
| He's a Nazi. | ||
| He has Nazi sympathies. | ||
| He must be a white supremacist. | ||
| And I believe some of his stickers were saying things like, it's okay to be white, if I'm not mistaken, or if I'm mixing this up with another story, you know, correct me. | ||
| He was saying things like it was okay to be white. | ||
| People have posted things like, keep Britain English, waving the British flag. | ||
| Any one of these displays of nationalist pride or patriotic sentiment, and they immediately demonize you, they put you in a category, they say you must be a white supremacist, you must be a Nazi, you must be an anti-Semite, you must be a racist, because only these kind of people | ||
| Could feel like they want to retain the genetic and cultural fabric of their country when it's been this way for thousands of years? | ||
| No, yeah, it's absolutely outrageous what happened to Sam. | ||
| And they were, I can't remember the specific stickers, but I do remember, you know, when I first saw the story, And they were so innocuous that the vast 99.99% of people would just scroll past in their Facebook feed or on Twitter and not even bat an eye, that's how innocuous they were. | ||
| But it goes to what Elon has said before. | ||
| These hate speech laws that they're using, they're just a way for whoever's in charge to cement their power. | ||
| And Elon's even remarked that you could be imprisoned in some of these countries for having the wrong tweet on your phone. | ||
| Uh, you know, it's absolutely insane. | ||
| And, you know, that tells us a little bit about who's in power. | ||
| You know, the people who are in power who get to define what hate speech is, well, the problem with that is that they can define hate speech as anything that doesn't support their rule, right? | ||

| Mass immigration is white genocide. | ||
| Intolerance is a virtue. | ||
| White lives matter. | ||
| And these are the stickers that they called him a Nazi for. | ||
| Right, because he resists the overrunning of his homeland by people from the third world who are outbreeding the natives, who are getting preferential treatment by the law and economically in the country, right? | ||
| And so native Britons are being displaced. | ||
| They're being replaced. | ||
| They're being erased in their own homelands. | ||
| And a new story is being woven that Britain is a multicultural place, and eventually that's how it will be seen. | ||
| Well, you know, Britain was always multicultural, but you see this entertainment coming out where they're, you know, they have, you know, where they're showing, you know, royals and nobles and aristocracy and other people from the last couple thousand years, you know, in the UK, you know, it wasn't always the UK, but in those lands, you know, blacks, browns, minorities, and it's, you know, a multicultural entertainment, right? | ||
| That basically is programming today's youth to see that as normal, to not know that it was any different, right? | ||
| So he's simply protecting his homeland, protecting his people, protecting his way of life. | ||
| You know, I advocate for the same things here in the United States of America. | ||
| Why would we want the founding stock of America, who's responsible for building America, who's responsible for developing the culture of America, To be put into a permanently diminishing minority status. | ||
| If you erase the native population, well then, the native culture that they created and the country that they built will become something else. | ||
| And this is intuitive. | ||
| If you go to Chinatown, it looks like China. | ||
| If you go to certain parts of many towns across the American Southwest, they look like Mexico because they're filled with Mexicans, right? | ||
| If we continue to displace and diminish and put the founding stock of whether it's England or the United States into permanently diminishing minority status, then some other culture will ascend. | ||
| And our countries will cease to be the countries we now know and love and become something else. | ||
| And it's not hateful to want to preserve our homelands and our home countries and our home cultures. | ||

| And so if you stand up as a white person for white people, then they're going to try to smack you down to preserve their rule, their paradigm. | ||
