		Eddie Van Halen will pray for his family and his friends, and you will be very much missed.

		But finally, they're paying the price because Netflix was just indicted by a Texas grand jury Today, over their disgusting pedophilia film, Cuties.

		Netflix has just been indicted by a Texas grand jury for, of course they say allegedly, it's not allegedly, they did promote this, for promoting lewd visual matter, quote unquote, material of a child in connection to the release of the controversial French film, Cuties.
		The grand jury in Tyler County returned the indictment against the streaming giant on September 23rd, and it was revealed today.
		And we're going to show you some clips in a minute.
		The indictment charges that Netflix did knowingly promote visual material, which depicts the lewd exhibition of the genitals of pubic area of a clothed or partially clothed child who was younger than 18 years of age at the time.
		The visual material was created, which appeals to the prurient interest in sex and has no serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value, they said.
		And I apologize for the graphic language.
		I know it's a family show.
		We'll try to keep this as PG-13 as possible.
		It specifically mentions cuties, which also goes by the French title Megonis.
		I'm totally butchering that name.
		And of course was released on Netflix on September 9th, and it was one of the most watched films, which is really disgusting.
		The flick, which premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival and was award-winning, which makes it all the more egregious, follows the story of an 11-year-old Muslim girl living in Paris who joins a dance crew.
		Now, Senator Ted Cruz is among several others who have called for the Department of Justice to investigate.
		The Netflix over this film, which they absolutely should.
		It's absolutely disgusting.
		Ted Cruz said the video streaming service and content producer Netflix is currently hosting a film entitled Cuties.
		It sexualizes young girls, including through dance scenes that simulate sexual activities and a scene exposing a minor's bare breast.
		So it absolutely should be indicted.
		It should be, uh, investigated by the D O. J. Now.
		If anyone has seen this film, you know, the maker, the creator, the producer of the film, this French woman, she says that it's just a coming-of-age film.
		Just a coming-of-age film for a young girl, and it explores her sexuality.
		And they call it art.
		And anyone who opposes it, anyone who opposes it and calls out the pedophilia for what it is, Oh, they're called right-wing conspiracy theorists or right-wing trolls.
		That's what they label it.
		Right-wing trolls say, and we're going to go over this in a minute, right-wing trolls lambast the film as pedophilia, but it's really just art.
		And you'd be just amazed.
		I mean, there's so many disgusting comments defending it.
		Somebody says, disappointed to see how it was positioned in terms of marketing.
		I understand the response of everybody, but it doesn't speak to the film that I saw.
		Target of a right wing campaign.
		Another girl named Tessa Thompson says, Cuties is a beautiful film.
		It gutted me at Sundance Fest.
		It gutted you?
		Okay, such a weird, strange term to use.
		It introduced a fresh voice at the helm.
		She's a French black woman mining her experience.
		The film comments on the hypersexualization of pre-adolescent girls disappointed to see the current discourse.
		And there's comment after comment defending the film.
		And we're going to play a clip in a moment.
		But the Young Turks even went on a rampage.
		It's about a about a 20 minute video rampage defending the film, defending.
		Defending the film.
		The Young Turks did.
		And again, they said it was a right-wing conspiracy theory that the film somehow promoted pedophilia.
		They say it's just art.
		That was one of the defenses.
		And the other defense was, oh, it's just exploring a coming of age.
		And then the other defense was it's trying to it's trying to highlight oversexuality, hypersexuality in girls.
		That's that's what they say.
		Are you kidding me?
		That's like saying, hey, you know, Ted Bundy, he's he's not really a serial killer.
		Jeffrey Dahmer isn't really a cannibal.
		He's just, you know, he's just ate a couple human beings just to raise awareness for veganism.
		Just to raise awareness.
		Or killing animals and abusing them and saying, Oh, you know, it's just to raise and raise awareness for animal abuse.
		No, if you saw this film, and I couldn't even get through it, but I watched a lot of clips from it enough to show it enough to get a sense of it.
		The clips in itself that I watched the small ones are so in your face.
		Child porn, child pedophilia, plus the very creepy camera angles going up these girls skirts.
		These are young girls 12 13 14 years old.
		11 years old, and they're talking about very adult, very sexual things, and the whole thing is like pedo bait, okay?
		It is literally saying, hey, pedophiles, come in here.
		This is pedo bait.
		Come in here and watch this movie.
	You're going to love it.
	So whatever the intent was, it's pretty obvious what the end result was.
	And honestly, it's pretty obvious what the intent was.

	It's to draw men in who would never normally think of young girls in that kind of a sexual way all of a sudden start thinking it.
	It is absolutely disgusting and it's 100% warranted why they would get indicted.
	So let's just watch if we can watch like a minute of a preview of this film with one of the videos.

		In another note, and this is a sad thing, injustice in America, but the McCloskeys, the McCloskey couple, the St.
		Louis couple that dared to defend themselves when an army of Black Lives Matter rioters broke onto their private property Broken, broke down the door, broke down the gate into their property.
		Yes, now they're indicted.
		And the grand jury, they added charges to them.
		It wasn't enough that they're getting indicted and investigated, but now they've added additional charges of tampering of evidence.

		Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the St.
		Louis couple, they previously already been charged with felony counts of exhibiting weapons for pointing guns at protesters.
		I love how they always say protesters, peaceful protesters, outside their home.
		They've long maintained they were protecting themselves and their property from people giving threats, hurling threats.
		The grand jury also added a count for each of them, tampering This stems from the pistol held by Patricia McCloskey and later turned over to the police by attorney Al Watkins.
		These are disgusting, disgusting savages, guys.
		That gun, Watkins says, has been rendered inoperable, but a report obtained by News 4 said that a prosecutor had instructed the examiners to reassemble it correctly.
		The McCloskeys were in court early today before the grand jury rendered their decision.
		Afterwards, Mark McCloskey expressed frustration with the fact that the protesters were not charged in the incident.
		They broke down our gate and I want to play this in a minute.
		Here they come outside of the court hearing.
		Not a single one of those people are now charged with anything.
		And now they are being charged with yet another, with another charge of tampering of evidence.

		Mark and Patricia McCloskey are now both charged with tampering with evidence in the June confrontation.
		News 4's Lauren Trager broke this news today on the KMOV News app.
		She does join us now live from the control room.
		Lauren, this is a very big development.
		That's right, Samantha.
		A grand jury was considering whether or not to indict the McCloskeys for brandishing guns.
		Now we're told the grand jury has also added these new charges.
		The McCloskeys had initially been charged with exhibiting weapons for pointing guns at protesters outside their Central West End home on June 29th.
		The McCloskeys have ever since maintained they were defending themselves and their property.
		This morning they appeared in court, but the case was just continued until next week, presumably to allow the grand jury to make its decision.
		And now, this latest development this afternoon.
		Charges, not just for pointing the guns, but allegedly for tampering.
		All of which comes down to the pistol Patricia McCloskey was seen pointing that night and which was later turned over to the police by attorney Al Watkins.
		Now there's not a lot of details about that charge just yet and we are working to learn more.
		But earlier today, Mark McCloskey had a lot to say about the ongoing criminal case against him and the fact that charges are not being brought against any of the protesters for trespassing.
		What you're witnessing here in this case is just an opportunity for the government, the leftist Democrat government of the City of St.
		Louis to persecute us for doing no more than exercising our Second Amendment rights.
		A lot of moving parts here, and just moments ago I learned the lead investigator on the case was never called to testify before the grand jury.
		We're going to have the reaction of the McCloskey's defense attorney to the indictments coming up on News 4 at 5.
		Meanwhile, we have reached out to the prosecutor's office for more details about the indictment and for comment, but have not yet heard back.
		The McCloskey's will be back in court next week, and you can count on News 4 to keep following the case.

		Maybe even sent to prison.
		Their lives are getting destroyed.

		And that just went out this morning, I believe, where he is suing him for defamation because he called, Joe Biden called Kyle Rittenhouse a white supremacist and put a video and a photo of him on his Twitter.
		There needs to be consequences for these people.
		Again, destroying a child's life, a 17-year-old's child's life over defamation, calling him a white supremacist, messing with his trial.
		And his right to a fair trial without soiling it by the jury with the jury.

	You can hardly find it.
	I had to really search to find this original article.
	And, of course, Snopes went in and debunked it.
	Who else debunked it?
	Factchecker.org.
	All of these Snopes, sort of leftist, Soros-run organizations went and debunked it.
	So that nobody really knows the truth, and everyone now thinks that this is a lie.
	This has been debunked.
	Well, here's what's also interesting.
	This just came out, but no one's talking about it.

	With few words and typical understatement, Noel Thomas calls our attention to an important paper.
	It is by Becker and Blacksell, and it reports a striking decline in mortality in U.S.
	children after the declaration of a national COVID-19 emergency on March 13th.
	Here's what it found.

	During the first 11 weeks of 2020, There were 209 fewer deaths in U.S.
	children compared to the same period in 2019 and before that.
	During the 11-week period following the emergency declaration of the national pandemic, there were 1,465 fewer deaths in U.S.
	children compared to 2019.
	Okay, the difference is statistically highly significant, says these researchers, and here is why.
	They were trying to figure out what was the reason for this decline in infant mortality.
	This was substantial and highly significant decline from 2020 weeks 5 through 11 to weeks 12 through 22.
	And here's what they found.
	They could not find any differences, any specific causes and reasons why this death could go down.
	But here's what they found.
	The suggestion is that because these children had not been able to see the doctor, they were not able to see the doctor on their routine visits, they were not able to get the flu shots and vaccines, fewer flu shots.
	This is the reason for the decline in SIDS, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
	Okay.
	Vaccinations is the probable cause.
	The vaccination, the fact that they actually, these children, missed their vaccine schedule.
	They missed their flu shot because they weren't able to see their doctors during this period of time.
	That's the only reason why they're concluding that fewer infants have died during the COVID-19 lockdown.
	This is pretty, this is pretty huge, guys.
	And it should be highlighted more.
	But of course, nobody else, nobody's going to talk about it.

	They asked whether the substantial decline in vaccine uptake under the emergency declaration could be relevant.

		You know, doctors are overworked.
		They're made to see patients every 10 minutes.
		And so, you know, patients are brought in and they're supposed to be given informed consent.
		So this is my personal, you know, my personal Um, battle, war against all of this is at least to have people be consented properly.

		So the potential side effects include death, neurological implications, autoimmune disease, basically any disease that you could think of that a children could have is listed, but there's a more devious way that they do this.
		So what they do with the vaccine studies is they study a vaccine for a finite period of time, maybe 12 months or six months or two years, and then they cut the study off.
		And so then they list the percentages, which are all the percentages on the insert for that study alone would scare most parents.
		But the worst part of it is The portion after the study concludes, which is reported, quote-unquote, reported side effects, which means these are the side effects that parents call into the FDA.
		And they're listed.
		And they basically list every disease, every chronic disease known to a child.
		Paralysis, autoimmune disease, rheumatological disorders, everything that you can possibly imagine.
		And they list all of these.
		It's a laundry list.
		And at the end of it, they have something that kind of covers their butt and say, well, these are the diseases that were reported to us.
		But because we're not doing a study, we can't tell you the percentage of kids that are getting these.

		An Orlando woman, she didn't want her ex-husband, a firefighter, newly engaged to an emergency room nurse to share custody of her son.
		The judge sided with the father.
		And in Deerfield Beach in April, a dermatologist had to fight for visitation with his six-year-old son.
		So, you might have one parent who's casual about the risk and the other who's hyper careful.
		We're going to see them coming to judges to resolve their differences.
		And we're going to see more of these cases when schools open, depending on what happens next with the virus.
		This is pretty crazy that now, even if you, you know, if you're going along with everything, if you don't wear a mask, you might get your children, your child custody cases revoked.

		I'm just a little bit stunned that You know that there that this has become a ruling that this has become a factor in ruling whether you get to see your Children or not, because if you don't put a mask on your two year old or six month old or five year old.
