[00:01:51]  So, what you could do, if you think women are underpaid, is just start an all-female engineering company, and given that women are paid 77 cents on the dollar, you could probably charge 10% less than everyone else while producing the same amount of value you'd take over the entire industry.

[00:02:07]  Or, or, go with me here, you could just bitch, moan, and complain about it.
