She's actually figured out how to find her pacifier and how to pick it up, turn it, and put it in her own mouth. [00:00:09] Wow! That's cool! [00:00:10] Yeah, it's really cool. We just noticed this a couple of days ago because her binky was sort of by her side in her carib and we come back and it's in her mouth. [00:00:17] We're like, wait a second. Hey! [00:00:22] I'll tell you what parenting reminds me of. [00:00:24] There's a scene in Jurassic Park where the Australian-sounding guy, who's the hunter, turns around. [00:00:32] At one point, he's being stalked by a dinosaur, and then they end up encircling him or something, right? [00:00:36] And he turns in and is like, clever girl, right? [00:00:39] Then he gets eaten. Yeah. [00:00:41] Well, that's what parenting is like. [00:00:42] Clever girl. No eating yet. [00:00:44] But that's all I'm doing is like, ooh, clever girl. [00:00:46] Now I feel alarmed. Right. [00:00:50] Gotcha. You tell me when Daddy has to stop swearing. [00:00:53] Constantly checking your wallet pocket, are you? [00:00:56] Right, right. I guess it's very naughty. [00:01:00] Isn't it very naughty and up late? [00:01:03] Oh, very naughty and up late. [00:01:06] She really giggles hard to the point where she actually shrieks with laughter now sometimes, which is just fantastic. [00:01:14] Oh, it's too much fun. [00:01:17] She likes it when I jump. [00:01:19] Right? So I sort of jump up like a frog, make a big face and then come down again. [00:01:22] And literally sometimes she will laugh so hard she can't breathe. [00:01:26] And then I stop. [00:01:27] Because, you know, good parenting is important. [00:01:29] Breathing is the number one part of parenting that I want to make sure I'm maintaining. [00:01:33] Right. Right. [00:01:37] Made my baby laugh so hard that she has brain damage now. [00:01:41] Right. But boy, those last few minutes were worth it, I'm sure. [00:01:44] Right. Right. [00:01:49] Well, that's cool. [00:01:49] I just think that's really cool. [00:01:51] Oh, she just eekled a little. [00:01:57] She's not quite ticklish yet, though. [00:02:01] She's getting there. She's not quite old enough to be ticklish yet. [00:02:05] That comes in about a couple of weeks. [00:02:07] But yeah, she's in her sixth month. [00:02:09] That is just amazing. [00:02:14] Oh, can you hear that? [00:02:15] That's cool. [00:02:17] Oh, can you hear can you hear that? [00:02:47] Can you hear that? === Off With His Giant Melon Head (01:16) === [00:02:49] That's awesome. [00:02:50] Yeah. [00:02:57] Yeah. [00:03:06] That little yelp at the end is cute. [00:03:10] Isn't that great? [00:03:11] That just makes my day. [00:03:12] And then as soon as she laughs, and then if you keep doing the same thing, she's like no longer amused. [00:03:24] She's like the Queen Victoria, you know? [00:03:26] I am not amused. Off with this head. [00:03:29] Off with his giant melon head. [00:03:30] Yeah. [00:03:42] Yeah. [00:03:49] That's awesome. [00:03:54] Isn't that great? [00:04:04] I get a couple of those a day.
