Watch Science Friction Now 00:02:24
Hey everyone, Brian from Skeptoid here.
Got some great news!
Skeptoid Media's first full-length documentary movie is now available on streaming services.
Science Friction is about scientists who go on TV as talking head experts, but get misquoted or deceptively edited to say whatever the producers want them to say instead of what the science says.
Sounds scary?
It is.
Just wait until you watch the film.
The first streaming services where you can see it right now are Tubi, where it's free to watch with commercials, and Amazon's Prime Video, where it's available to rent or buy.
It's at the lowest possible price they allow us to select.
I saw $1.99 to rent and $4.99 to buy, but that might be different depending what country you're in or whether you have an account.
I really don't know.
It is set for a worldwide release on both Tubi and Prime.
If you're searching for it but it doesn't show up, be patient, try again in a few days.
It is a brand new release, so it may take a bit to trickle its way through all the indexes.
There are also direct links to them on the sciencefriction.tv website.
Regarding whether people out in the world see this on their recommendations depends on the algorithms.
If the movie does well, it moves up in everyone's visibility.
So when you find Science Friction, please do watch it and enjoy it.
And watch all of it.
It goes by the number of minutes watched.
And when you watch it, please do give it a review.
These watch times and reviews are super important to the algorithms.
And since this is Skeptoid content that we want all the rest of the world to see, help us make that happen.
Watch and review.
Anyway, I'm very excited that the movie is finally out.
People are watching it right now, and that's extremely amazing.
By the way, Science Friction has also done very well in film festivals.
If you go to the movie's website, sciencefriction.tv, you'll see the awards it's already won, plus the festivals where it's a finalist or an honorable mention and where it was accepted but the winners haven't been chosen yet.
So yeah, it's pretty good, and I know you are going to love it.
Science Friction, the truth about the lies from Skeptoid Media.
Now available on 2B TV and Amazon Prime, and in more places soon for everyone.
