[00:00:17]  Because I just can't wait to get to work.

[00:00:24]  But Monday's not my favorite day of the week.

[00:00:27]  That guy is very happy.

[00:00:32]  You know, ratcheted up and back in the groove because I let my mind, you know, kind of simmer down a little bit before, you know, over the weekend, trying to get back to normal.
[00:00:44]  You really can't get back to normal, in my view, unless you have an extended period of time off because I don't stop working.
[00:00:51]  And as you know, I mean, what times throughout the weekend, if you had to go through your brain, were you getting text messages from me on story ideas and things that I'm interested in and things that I want Sweet Baby James to print out?

[00:01:05]  Well, it is.
[00:01:07]  It was a very busy weekend.
[00:01:08]  In your defense, it was very busy and there was a lot of news.
[00:01:11]  Is this weekend different than any other weekend?
[00:01:14]  No.

[00:01:16]  So there's no reason delineating between weekends because they're all the same.
[00:01:20]  I was trying to be nice.
[00:01:21]  It's Monday.
[00:01:21]  You just got done saying how some people are happy to go to work.
[00:01:24]  I figure I might, you know, give you a little olive branch there.
[00:01:26]  But all right.
[00:01:26]  Every weekend, it's a tear for you and it starts Friday and it doesn't end.
[00:01:31]  It just doesn't.
[00:01:32]  But I wouldn't have it any other way.
[00:01:34]  I mean, that's the weird part.
[00:01:37]  I mean, yeah, you have one speed.
[00:01:39]  There's only one speed.
[00:01:40]  I mean, I'm having a hard time with the idea we're running into, well, let's just say, obstacles.
[00:01:47]  If I'm to go on this trip to China with President Trump, which I've been invited on, and it's historic and it's on Air Force One, and maybe if the audience wants to weigh in, Linda, they can.
[00:02:02]  And I will be able to cover for television, but doing the radio show is going to be more problematic.
[00:02:08]  And Linda's been taking off.
[00:02:10]  You take off, call into the show.
[00:02:12]  Yeah, take it easy.
[00:02:13]  That's not exactly what you've been saying from the very beginning.
[00:02:16]  You didn't even.
[00:02:16]  What I said was.
[00:02:17]  I'm always trying to find alternatives.
[00:02:19]  Oh my God.
[00:02:20]  What I said, and I think it's a fair assessment, is that while it's an incredible experience, given the time change of like 13 hours, it doesn't exactly work with doing a live broadcast on radio.
[00:02:33]  However, we could have you call in for a half an hour and give us an update, and then you could go back to bed, which we could do at 3 30.
[00:02:42]  Point of the show every day.
[00:02:44]  And I think that would be very cool.
[00:02:46]  Okay.
[00:02:47]  So it's a 12 hour time difference, for example, in China right now.
[00:02:50]  It's 3 09 Eastern Time, it's 3 09 AM China Time.
[00:02:56]  The problem, and I learned this when I went on the Gulf State trip, but we were able to do radio from there.
[00:03:03]  And this is just a little bit, well, it's a lot more problematic because we're dealing with top geopolitical foes.
[00:03:10]  This was more of a friendly trip.
[00:03:13]  There's just going to be very different security measures.
[00:03:16]  But when you travel on Air Force One, and this is not me bragging, I'm just saying I'm there, I'm working.
[00:03:21]  The whole purpose is to bring you the context, the texture of what's actually going on.
[00:03:28]  And you learn a lot when you're on those trips.
[00:03:30]  And then the president included me in a lot of stuff, which was pretty cool.
[00:03:36]  I got to sit in on a business round table.
[00:03:38]  I had no idea I was sitting there.
[00:03:40]  And I just walked in the room with the press and they said, no, no, Mr. Hannity, you're sitting over here at the table.
[00:03:46]  With the Treasury Secretary, the Secretary Hegseth, and the Energy Secretary, and Howard Lutnick, and everybody in between.
[00:03:56]  And I'm like, oh, okay.
[00:03:58]  And then in the middle of the meeting, the president points to me, Sean, what do you think about this?
[00:04:03]  It was pretty surreal because I wasn't expecting it.
[00:04:06]  So there are fun things.
[00:04:08]  And then you get to see the behind the scenes.
[00:04:10]  And then I get to relay that to all of you.
[00:04:12]  And it's an experience that most people won't have.
[00:04:15]  But because we're doing this, don't you agree?
[00:04:17]  Don't you agree?
[00:04:18]  It would be great for you to be able to do that, be able to come on, give an update, and go back to the trip.
[00:04:24]  It's very difficult what you're trying to do.
[00:04:26]  It's very hard.
[00:04:27]  You're making it harder because you're so reluctant and resistant.
[00:04:31]  Okay, let's do radio every day.

[00:04:35]  I mean, it would be 3 a.m., but there are logistical issues.
[00:04:40]  No, in fairness, there are logistical issues.

[00:04:44]  Whatever time, it was a similar time difference when we were in Saudi Arabia, when we were in the United States.
[00:04:48]  Yes, and we had problems.
[00:04:50]  And it was, you know, things that were out of our control.
[00:04:52]  It was not easy.
[00:04:54]  And you're saying I just call in for an hour and, you know, we'll have a guest host.
[00:04:58]  But then, and I would be able to pass on what's actually going on.
[00:05:02]  It really is an experience.
[00:05:04]  I mean, especially with China.
[00:05:06]  When is the next time I'm ever going to get to go to China?
[00:05:09]  Never.
[00:05:10]  But it's not about me.
[00:05:11]  It's more important that I do the show for my audience, which is so loyal, and I wouldn't be there if it wasn't for all of them.
[00:05:18]  And if they don't get anything out of it, I feel like I'm letting them down.
[00:05:22]  So it just is complicated.
[00:05:25]  TV is less so because of the time difference.
[00:05:29]  It's kind of like when we were in Singapore and I was doing the TV show at 9 a.m. local time.
[00:05:36]  Do you remember the TV show?
[00:05:37]  Yeah, we went there and we stayed on.
[00:05:40]  The clock, but I think the difference is for this trip across the board is when we went to Singapore, we were not traveling with the president, we were traveling as a member of the press and covering events.
[00:05:51]  This is not that.
[00:05:51]  So we went to Singapore, Vietnam, we went to Helsinki.
[00:05:57]  Yeah, I went on the Gulf stay trip and I was invited to go on this trip.
[00:06:03]  You know, the best part of it is most of the legacy media mob has to sit back in steerage and like coach.
[00:06:11]  I mean, it's a 20 hour flight.
[00:06:12]  I mean, to sit and coach for 20 hours really sucks.
[00:06:15]  It does.
[00:06:16]  But they don't make me sit with those people because they know I don't like them.
[00:06:20]  So I get to go back and like grab my camera guy, and then we, you know, I probably can tape interviews for this show, interviews for the podcast, interviews for TV.
[00:06:29]  I could probably do all of that while I'm on Air Force One and then just get it to people in time.
[00:06:36]  Yeah, we can take it from you.
[00:06:37]  We can get it on the air.
[00:06:39]  You just want like three days without me being on the air because I'm.
[00:06:43]  That would be a lot of people.
[00:06:44]  You're going to be on the air.
[00:06:46]  You're going to be on the air, though.
[00:06:48]  Whatever I do, you're just happy.
[00:06:51]  It's a vacation.
[00:06:51]  It's not like a usual day.

[00:07:05]  And I think you would agree with me, and you probably will in hindsight, that this is a wise, pragmatic decision.
[00:07:13]  Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is.
[00:07:16]  Was apparently hospitalized over the weekend with pneumonia, according to the New York Post.
[00:07:23]  Anyway, it did shock a lot of people.
[00:07:25]  They did first report it that he was in really bad shape and he had a tough weekend and he has pneumonia, which is never good when you're, what is he, 81 years old now.
[00:07:36]  And anyway, his spokesperson has confirmed that the ex mayor is recovering from this pneumonia, being monitored as a precautionary measure, but he looks to be on the mend.
[00:07:46]  He was in critical condition yesterday.
[00:07:48]  I don't believe he's in critical condition.
[00:07:50]  Critical condition now.
[00:07:52]  You know, I know people have strong opinions about the mayor, but I'm just telling you what this man did on 9 11 01.
[00:08:01]  This is the 25th anniversary year, and on the days and weeks, the subsequent days and weeks was just unbelievable.
[00:08:09]  There is a new Rasmussen poll out today that finds a full 60% of voters believe that negative media coverage of President Trump likely inspired the White House correspondence dinner assassination, including 41% who say it's very likely.
[00:08:26]  Now, when the guy puts out a manifesto and it reads just like the legacy media mob and their daily attacks against President Trump, why would anyone have any doubt?
[00:08:37]  I have a hard time understanding that part.
[00:08:40]  I'm not saying that they are responsible.
[00:08:42]  I'm saying their rhetoric is so over the top.
[00:08:45]  And when you start dehumanizing people by comparing them to Gestapo agents and Nazis and fascists, I mean, you're basically calling them murderers and they're not.
[00:08:57]  And all the other horrible things that have been said.
[00:09:00]  And knowing that there are a lot of sick people out there that are highly influenced, you can't convince me that it's not insightful.
[00:09:07]  Is it anything you could ever probably hold anyone accountable for?

[00:09:12]  But it's just, you know, at some point you would wish or you would hope that better angels would prevail in the minds of some of these lunatics out there that just, I hate Tri, hate him, so Nazi, fascist, Gestapo, racist, sexist, homophobe, xenophobe, Islamophobe, you know.

[00:09:33]  Spirit Airlines is done.
[00:09:35]  Did you ever go on Spirit Airlines?

[00:09:39]  It's an economy airline.
[00:09:41]  They tried to do a merger.
[00:09:44]  The merger was denied by the Biden administration.
[00:09:47]  And now we have a top Biden official all but admitting that the Biden Justice Department sealed the fate of Spirit Airlines when they rejected that merger request and suggested it was the wrong choice, which, no kidding, and suggested.
[00:10:05]  You know, especially after the low cost airline shut down on Saturday morning, they're not going to open up again.
[00:10:11]  I mean, I could see somebody buying their planes and buying their parts, and they're going to do a fire sale, but it's still not good.
[00:10:18]  Nira Tandon, who previously served as a senior advisor to Biden, wondered whether a merger could have prevented massive job losses.
[00:10:28]  Given the news about Spirit Airlines is shuddering and thousands of people losing their jobs, I think we should honestly assess.
[00:10:34]  Whether the Garland DOJ stopping the JetBlue merger with Spirit was the right call.
[00:10:40]  No, it was not the right call.
[00:10:41]  It was stupid.
[00:10:43]  They employed 17,000 people and now they shut down their operations.
[00:10:48]  Not a good idea.
[00:10:49]  Pretty dumb, actually.
[00:10:51]  I know there was talk of a possible government bailout.
[00:10:54]  I'm not particularly fond of government bailouts myself.
[00:10:58]  Violent anti ICE rioters storming a Brooklyn hospital in a bid to free a criminal Biden illegal from ICE custody.
[00:11:07]  Anti ICE mob violently protesting outside of Brooklyn Hospital, rallying in defense of this illegal immigrant previously arrested for assault and drug possession.
[00:11:18]  Anyway, the guy from Nigeria entered the U.S. during the Biden years, was supposed to pack up and go home in February of 24, was arrested for assault and criminal drug possession, landed on the radar of ICE agents who tracked him down on Saturday during his arrest.
[00:11:38]  He refused to comply with the officers' lawful commands to exit the vehicle and weaponize his vehicle to attempt to hit ICE officers.
[00:11:47]  It became, you know, physically cooperative, attempting uncooperative or combative rather, attempting to punch and elbow ICE officers.
[00:11:57]  Anyway, claimed that he needed medical attention.
[00:11:59]  They took him to a medical center.
[00:12:02]  And anyway, then the illegal refused to comply with staff, throwing himself to the floor and screaming like a lunatic.
[00:12:09]  And then anti ICE protesters somehow got wind that this guy was taken to the hospital.
[00:12:14]  And then a mob of 200 people showed up trying to stop the agents.
[00:12:17]  From leaving with the illegal.
[00:12:19]  I mean, what is wrong with the crazy left in this country?
[00:12:23]  We have this development and it's pretty big out of Iran.
[00:12:26]  We'll spend a lot of time on it in the course of the show today.
[00:12:30]  And the president put out a truth post that said Iran had taken some shots at unrelated nations with respect to the ship movement in the Strait of Hormuz.
[00:12:39]  He said Project Freedom, including a South Korean cargo ship.
[00:12:42]  Perhaps it's time for South Korea to come and join the mission.
[00:12:46]  We've shot down seven small boats, or as they like to call them, fast boats.
[00:12:51]  It's all they have left other than the South Korean ship.
[00:12:55]  There has been, at this moment, no damage going through the strait.
[00:12:59]  And the Secretary of War, Pete Hagsett, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Dan Kane, Raisin Kane, will have a news conference tomorrow morning.
[00:13:07]  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
[00:13:09]  Look, at this point, the combination of Iran's attacks on UAE, their infrastructure, continued attacks on international shipping, the one thing that Scott Besant has been rightly pointing out is we are breaking them.
[00:13:22]  I mean, we are destroying them economically.
[00:13:26]  However, that's going to take a little bit more time.
[00:13:29]  When they get to the point that they have to cap those oil wells because there's no more storage capacity available, I'm at the point now where I think if there's any more, even minor incursions, to quote Joe Biden, of any kind against any nation, then I think it's got to be embargo plus.
[00:13:50]  And the plus is you got to hit the regime.
[00:13:53]  And if I had my choice, what my first targets would be the IRGC.
[00:13:57]  I'd hit them.
[00:13:58]  They've been the most militant, the most loyal to the former regime.
[00:14:03]  They have been the most hesitant to do a smart deal that would be better for the Iranian people.
[00:14:08]  They have been killing the Iranian people.
[00:14:10]  That would be my preferred choice of attack.
[00:14:15]  But it's going to come to an end.
[00:14:17]  We know how it's going to end.
[00:14:19]  At the end of the day, you know, I think that the Operation Epic Fury coupled with Operation Epic Fury, the military part of it, is probably the perfect combination.

[00:14:31]  That is now, it seems to be inevitable, and that is a preview of coming attractions.
[00:14:35]  I don't think there's any doubt about it.
[00:14:38]  Iran makes a laughable new demand in their latest peace proposal.
[00:14:41]  We'll get to that too.

[00:15:15]  Just my gut instinct is the Iranians are going to be stupid and you're going to see the president begin military efforts once again.
[00:15:25]  I just think he's given them as much time as humanly possible.
[00:15:29]  And I think that the Iranians will foolishly try to get in the way of the president and his efforts to keep the straight open.
[00:15:37]  And as soon as they do, they are going to get hit so hard, the mullahs' mothers will feel the vibration.

[00:16:33]  His patience with Iran is running out.
[00:16:35]  And now it's going to be open the straits, give us the nuclear dust, or you will be obliterated.
[00:16:42]  I've given you every opportunity for peace.
[00:16:46]  And, you know, now the Iranians, I don't, I just think there's, I'm not sure if, you know, it's a close call actually.
[00:16:54]  Are they stupid or are they, have they been so indoctrinated into their sick, twisted death cult ideology that maybe they really do believe that if they die, they're going to go to heaven and they are going to get 72 virgins?
[00:17:11]  I'm not really sure.
[00:17:12]  But I mean, they really are stupid because there's not going to be a country left.
[00:17:17]  The president's been trying to preserve what he could for the Iranian people.
[00:17:21]  There's 90 plus million of them, but they made a slew of outlandish new demands to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
[00:17:27]  The new proposal made no mention of their nuclear program, and it was a 14 point plan demanding the U.S. lift their blockade and sanctions on Iran, withdraw their forces from the Middle East.
[00:17:39]  This is just stupid stuff that's never going to happen.
[00:17:42]  Iranian clerics are starting to turn on the hardline Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.
[00:17:49]  This is pretty interesting.
[00:17:50]  I found this interesting.
[00:17:52]  Liberal cleric and human rights lawyer Moshin Romani, who argues that those opposing negotiations with Washington should be held accountable for the human and material toll of this war.
[00:18:06]  And then the hardliners that are, for whatever reason, they are still loyal to the dead regime and the next tier of leaders under them and the next leaders below them.
[00:18:19]  They're losing this war badly.
[00:18:21]  The global balance of power is shifting.
[00:18:24]  I think some other losers in this effort are China and Iran.
[00:18:28]  China getting 50 plus percent.
[00:18:31]  They loved getting cheap oil from the Iranians.
[00:18:34]  So it's now just the clock is ticking.
[00:18:37]  If I had to guess before this weekend's coverage, we will probably be covering that military action has taken place again.
[00:18:45]  The U.S. Navy has already sunk six Iranian small gunboats in the Strait of Hormuz.
[00:18:52]  And according to the New York Times, even the small Iranian gunboats.
[00:18:56]  Carrying heavy machine guns, rocket launchers, sometimes anti ship missiles.
[00:19:00]  But CENCOM commander Bradley Cooper, Admiral Bradley Cooper, said in a press call with reporters that Iran historically has deployed between 20 and 40 small boats.
[00:19:10]  Today we saw just six and eliminated all of them quickly.
[00:19:14]  And once they see that that's not happening, and once they get to the point where they have to cap those oil wells, which is the bulk of their economy, they're in deep trouble.
[00:19:23]  And Scott Besson is vowing.
[00:19:26]  He says it's only going to be a matter of weeks and that high gas prices will come down very quickly, which I agree with.
[00:19:33]  One U.S. flagged merchant ship safely was able to transit the Strait of Hormuz while Syncom denies that the Iranian report that they hit an American warship, they did not.
[00:19:44]  They just lie.
[00:19:45]  Propaganda is their way of life.
[00:19:47]  Trump calls it Project Freedom, escorting the ships through the Strait of Hormuz.
[00:19:53]  There is obviously certain risk with any military effort.
[00:19:56]  And if the Iranians think they're going to get cute by half, I can tell you right now if they try to attack one U.S. ship, it's going to be raining hell on Iran.
[00:20:10]  It's not even going to be a close call, and there won't be any discussion.
[00:20:14]  There's not going to be a long meeting, and the plan is already in place, and it'll be launched instantaneously.
[00:20:21]  Now, the Iranians did attack Dubai in their renewed hostilities.
[00:20:25]  They're angry at their neighbors.
[00:20:28]  Their neighbors are going to survive just fine, and they're going to build new paths moving forward in the future so that Iran can never have any impact at all moving forward in all of this.
[00:20:40]  The president has said.
[00:20:41]  Tease that the U.S. will be taking over Cuba almost immediately.
[00:20:46]  He said this in a speech in Florida over the weekend.
[00:20:50]  I think, where did he say this?
[00:20:51]  I think it was in West Palm Beach when he gave this speech.
[00:20:55]  Anyway, he says, and he was talking about Representative Dan Micah talking about Marco Rubio, that they came from a place called Cuba, and we will be taking over almost immediately.
[00:21:05]  Those negotiations have been ongoing, albeit quietly, for a long time, which, by the way, is only going to be good for the Cuban people.

[00:21:16]  You know what's interesting about that, Linda?
[00:21:19]  You know, Cuba is so poor, they have been keeping alive these old, you know, like 1940s, 50s, 60s Chevy cars.
[00:21:31]  I don't know how they keep those cars on the road, but there's a ton of them.
[00:21:36]  I guarantee you Americans are going to go in there and buy up those cars left, right, and sideways.
[00:21:40]  People love old cars.
[00:21:42]  They can't track it.
[00:21:43]  It's incredible.
[00:21:44]  There's no electronics, no computers, nobody watching every move you make.
[00:21:47]  I would love one of those cars.
[00:21:50]  Okay.
[00:21:50]  You know, I always thought that I wanted an older car.
[00:21:54]  I always thought I wanted a Chevelle Supersport.
[00:21:57]  And then I drove an older Chevelle Supersport.
[00:22:00]  There's two different models the square model, which I think went up to 1969 ish, somewhere in there.
[00:22:06]  And the more oval version, which was like 71.
[00:22:10]  I mean, this thing had like 454 cubic inch engine.
[00:22:13]  It was a kick ass car.
[00:22:15]  I mean, and it was called the Chevelle Supersport.
[00:22:18]  And I always thought I wanted one.
[00:22:20]  And then I drove one.
[00:22:22]  And it drives like crap compared to a modern day car.
[00:22:26]  And now that I have my S-Plad, and I never thought I'd want an electric car in my life, and I didn't get it for any other reason.
[00:22:34]  I just hated what they were doing to Elon Musk at the time, and we gave one away here on this show, and then I bought one for myself.
[00:22:40]  It is the greatest muscle car I've ever driven.
[00:22:44]  It has 1,024 horsepower, zero to 60 in 1.9 seconds.
[00:22:49]  You just charge it up when you bring your car home.
[00:22:51]  I don't drive long distances anyway.
[00:22:53]  Do you drive long distances?
[00:22:54]  You do sometimes.
[00:22:55]  I do sometimes for the kids' games and stuff.
[00:22:58]  Yeah.

[00:22:59]  I'm not into driving long distance.

[00:23:02]  But I would be perfectly content driving long distances in an older car and just taking my time.

[00:23:13]  And the only place you can stop at is like McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's?

[00:23:22]  What are the snacks that you're going to torture your child with that he's not going to like?

[00:23:34]  Pop tarts, brownies, cookies.

[00:24:48]  It was a little weird.

[00:24:53]  If I look like that and somebody wants to interview me, and I wish him well, I mean, he's at the end of his life.

[00:25:03]  I pray for him and his family.
[00:25:05]  I don't say bad things about dead people or people that are dying.
[00:25:09]  I just, it's not in me to do that.
[00:25:10]  It's not a Christian thing to do.
[00:25:13]  And anyway, so he was giving advice to the Democratic Party, warning that they're swinging too far to the left, which is interesting because he was probably one of the leaders of the far left movement of the Democratic Party.
[00:25:25]  But I thought that was pretty interesting.
[00:25:28]  But I just don't, if I look like that and I'm in hospice, anybody that is in hospice is not going to look their best.
[00:25:36]  I think maybe at that time I'm done talking.
[00:25:39]  I think at that point I want to be remembered for being more vibrant in my life.
[00:25:45]  Or make a recording and leave out the video.
[00:25:47]  I didn't know why the video was necessary.
[00:25:50]  It really wasn't, but it was kind of heartbreaking.
[00:25:53]  I don't want to see people dying.
[00:25:54]  I just don't.
[00:25:56]  And then, you know, you know what the worst part, and this is like with Irish weddings, and I hate that part too.
[00:26:03]  I'm sorry, Irish funerals, not weddings, is I could never understand.
[00:26:09]  And ever since I was a little kid, they'd have these three day wakes where the dead body, you know, they have an open casket.
[00:26:18]  And you just, and people act weird during wakes.
[00:26:22]  I've come to find out.
[00:26:23]  And by the way, it doesn't mean anything.
[00:26:24]  You can't interpret people's reaction to a death.
[00:26:28]  In one corner, you have a group of people just laughing their ass off at an Irish wake.
[00:26:33]  In the other corner, you have people like sipping whiskey and just, you know, charging up and having a great time.
[00:26:38]  You got another group of people crying.
[00:26:40]  Then you have the weird group of people that go up to the dead body, touch the dead body, kiss the dead body, is like, okay, that freaks me out.
[00:26:49]  And it doesn't end after like two hours.
[00:26:52]  It goes on for three straight days a day of a morning session and an evening session.
[00:26:57]  Are you kidding me?
[00:26:58]  Now they got two and three day sessions.
[00:27:00]  Oh, my God.
[00:27:01]  No, I mean, I'm doing it all in a day, and it's going to be a closed casket.
[00:27:06]  Remember me for what I was like alive.
[00:27:10]  That's why if I ever got a terminal illness, I'm disappearing.
[00:27:14]  And my kids say, You can't do that, Dad.
[00:27:15]  I'm like, Yeah, I'm doing it.
[00:27:18]  I'm like, I want to be remembered as I was alive.
[00:27:23]  I don't want to be remembered as I am in the last moments of my life.
[00:27:27]  And then I get into arguments with everybody because they say, well, you're denying them the opportunity to love you.
[00:27:33]  I'm like, they can love me from a distance.
[00:27:36]  They can call me on the phone.
[00:27:37]  I'll talk to them on the phone.
[00:27:40]  And they say, well, that's very selfish of you.
[00:27:42]  I don't think it's selfish.
[00:27:45]  I'll put away enough money that I'm not going to be a financial burden on anybody.
[00:27:50]  And I'm not going to go to a dump.
[00:27:53]  I'm going to go to a nice place where they have people that can take care of me.
[00:27:57]  And then I don't want to be a burden on other people.
[00:27:59]  I want them to go live their lives and not be worried about me, you know, when I'm about to croak.
[00:28:05]  This is a very morbid conversation, isn't it?
[00:28:08]  Yeah, it's a far, far cry from Pop Tarts.
[00:28:10]  I'll tell you what, we took a real big pivot.
[00:28:12]  We took a little detour.
[00:28:14]  Do you not agree that there's some wisdom behind what I'm saying?
[00:28:18]  Oh, absolutely.
[00:28:18]  I don't want any of that crap.
[00:28:20]  I mean, if you're going to die, I'd probably like to see you one more time before you look terrible.
[00:28:29]  I think it's nice to have goodbyes.
[00:28:31]  I had a really good friend who diagnosed with cancer, and she did that.
[00:28:34]  She made it a little bit more.
[00:28:36]  I guarantee you we would laugh.
[00:28:38]  Go ahead, tell me about your friend with cancer.
[00:28:39]  No, same thing.
[00:28:40]  She did that.
[00:28:41]  She went and had lunch with everybody.
[00:28:42]  She had terminal cancer.
[00:28:43]  She wasn't going to make it.
[00:28:44]  She'd seen a gajillion specialists.
[00:28:46]  She had lunch.
[00:28:47]  She came to my house.
[00:28:48]  We sat out in my backyard for four hours, and it was the last time I saw her.
[00:28:53]  And she didn't want to be seen by anybody?
[00:28:55]  Nope.
[00:28:56]  She was okay then.
[00:28:56]  I don't want to be seen when, you know, I'm at the point that I need nurses to clean me and put, you know, these suction tubes down my throat.
[00:29:07]  Yeah, it's horrible.
[00:29:07]  Why work out?
[00:29:08]  Poor boy.
[00:29:09]  Build up muscle mass is my best advice for everybody.
[00:29:13]  You know, I had a discussion with somebody who's not in very good shape, and he goes, I don't know how you do this every day.
[00:29:18]  How do you work out every day?
[00:29:19]  I'm like, because I said, I don't love it every day.
[00:29:23]  I said, I make myself do it every day.
[00:29:25]  And he goes, Sean, I don't think I could do five push ups.
[00:29:28]  I probably couldn't even do three.
[00:29:30]  I said, That's okay.
[00:29:31]  Start right now.
[00:29:32]  Why don't you do one?
[00:29:33]  One really good push up.
[00:29:36]  And then tomorrow, try to do two.
[00:29:38]  And if you can't, don't beat yourself up.
[00:29:40]  Just every day do a push up until you get to two push ups.
[00:29:44]  Then you work to three push ups.
[00:29:46]  Then you work to, you know, if you can only do one sit up, then you work to 10 sit ups.
[00:29:50]  And then, you know, it's if you lift weights, I don't care if you lift two pounds like Obama, it doesn't matter.
[00:29:56]  Just do a little bit every day.
[00:29:58]  If you don't, if you can do one exercise, probably the healthiest thing you could do is go for a walk and put in your 10,000 steps a day.
[00:30:06]  Just do something.
[00:30:07]  And people just, they give up, they don't do anything.
[00:30:10]  And then they eat, you know, they're bored and they, Can you think anything worse in life of not waking up and not having anything to do all day?
[00:30:18]  I know people like that.
[00:30:19]  Like you have to do your read.
[00:30:21]  You love doing those.
[00:30:22]  You live for getting up and doing those.
