Sean Hannity Show - Preventable Tragedy, Forgotten Citizens & Melania’s Mission Aired: 2026-04-04 Duration: 34:38 === Ruthless Politics and Immigration Detainers (15:29) === [00:00:00] This is an iHeart podcast, guaranteed human. [00:00:05] The best of Sean Hannity is on now. [00:00:22] Ciao. [00:00:33] Project Frost is the culmination of a gross pattern of abuse by Democrats. [00:00:38] But that's an ongoing process. [00:00:40] They're meeting today again. [00:00:42] But we must fund TSA now. [00:00:46] The other side is ruthless. [00:00:48] And with respect, my party needs to be more ruthless about winning. [00:00:52] Because if we don't win back the House of Representatives, we may not have a fair and free election in 2028. [00:00:57] And I really believe that. [00:00:58] Freedom is back in style. [00:01:01] Welcome to the revolution. [00:01:04] Yeah, we're coming to your city. [00:01:09] Gonna play our guitars and sing you a country song. [00:01:13] Sean Hannity. [00:01:14] The new Sean Hannity Show. [00:01:17] More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America. [00:01:25] Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour. [00:01:30] All right, news roundup and information overload hour. [00:01:32] Here's our toll free telephone number if you want to be a part of the program. [00:01:36] It's 800. [00:01:37] 941 Sean, if you want to join us, I want to play for you and I want you to, if you can, I mean, it's always hard to put yourself in other people's shoes. [00:01:47] You try and you try and imagine in your mind's eye how you might react if this happened to you, but it's happening to Americans all across the country. [00:01:57] I've spoken to many an angel mom over the years. [00:02:01] For example, I've spoken to Lake and Riley's family. [00:02:03] I've spoken to Rachel Moran's family. [00:02:06] I've spoken to Alexis Nungary, Jocelyn Nungary's mother. [00:02:10] I've interviewed many of them, not all of them, but I've interviewed many of them. [00:02:14] And it's just so sad when all of these horrible crimes, including murder and rape, child molestation, kidnapping, other violent crimes are happening, and all of it was preventable. [00:02:32] But I always say what Biden and Harris and Mayorkas did was the single. [00:02:38] Most preventable national security disaster in our history. [00:02:44] But you have another violent criminal illegal, another preventable murder of an American citizen. [00:02:51] And now the Department of Homeland Security, which is not being funded because Democrats don't like ICE. [00:02:57] They don't care about how many people are shot in Chicago on any given weekend, they don't care about the families. [00:03:03] They wouldn't stand for the family of Lake and Riley and Jocelyn Ungary. [00:03:08] But they care about the rights of illegals. [00:03:10] When President Trump said, Is it not our first duty? [00:03:13] Stand if you agree that our first job is to take care of American citizens, not illegals. [00:03:19] Anyway, the Department of Homeland Security announcing that the U.S. Immigration Customs lodged a detainer requesting Virginia not release a career criminal illegal alien with more than 30 arrests after Fairfax County Police Department charged him for allegedly fatally stabbing a woman in the neck on Monday. [00:03:41] We have covered this case in the past. [00:03:44] And according to local reports, Stephanie Minter was 41 years old, Fredericksburg, and was found dead at a local bus stop. [00:03:53] Multiple stab wounds to her upper body. [00:03:56] Police later published a photo of the individual involved from Sierra Leone, a national, Abdul Jala, 32, taken from a surveillance camera, alerting the public that he should be considered dangerous and to call the police if they see them. [00:04:13] Police then arrested and charged Jala with this murder. [00:04:17] And anyway, he was charged with, you know, petty larceny for an additional crime that occurred earlier in the day. [00:04:24] Now, what happened is Cheryl Minter, an angel mom and mother of Stephanie, who was murdered by this illegal in Virginia, says politicians have now stopped serving the American people, the American citizen. [00:04:40] Listen. [00:04:42] I'm Cheryl Minter, Stephanie's mom. [00:04:46] And I miss her so much. [00:04:50] I had her for 41 years. [00:04:55] And I don't know what I'm going to do without her. [00:05:01] She was a joy to my life. [00:05:03] She was a joy to everybody. [00:05:06] And the family and friends. [00:05:11] I love her. [00:05:17] Change. [00:05:19] Change. [00:05:22] Change has got to happen with this. [00:05:25] It's just got to. [00:05:26] I don't know where all these political people. [00:05:31] Are, I mean, they stopped serving citizens. [00:05:36] They just stopped. [00:05:38] And I'm not quite sure how they get voted in. [00:05:45] If they're doing this to all the people, how do they keep going? [00:05:50] I mean, it's got to stop from court level up. [00:05:56] All of it. [00:05:59] Judges are part of it. [00:06:00] Are part of it and it goes up the ladder. [00:06:03] I couldn't even name them all because I don't know them. [00:06:08] Hopefully, we can figure out ways to bring about change so these vicious criminals aren't repeatedly put back on the streets again and again. [00:06:23] Now, Fairfax County Commonwealth's attorney Steve Descano and the sheriff Stacey Kincaid were invited to testify at a hearing next month before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement. [00:06:41] And anyway, what's mind numbing to me, the committee members previously sent letters to Descano and Kincaid, and the hearing was scheduled after the murder of Stephanie Minter. [00:06:54] And it is remarkable to me that they're nowhere to be found. [00:06:59] Anyway, joining us now is the mother of Stephanie Minter. [00:07:03] She lost her 41 year old daughter. [00:07:06] Cheryl Minter is with us, who you just heard, and Jason Meares is with us, the former Attorney General of Virginia. [00:07:13] I wish he was still in office. [00:07:14] He did a great job when he was working with Glenn Youngkin. [00:07:18] Thank you both for being here. [00:07:20] You know, Cheryl, I don't think anybody could really put themselves in the position that you're in. [00:07:25] This is your beautiful daughter. [00:07:27] She's 41 years old. [00:07:29] Then you learn the circumstances of this guy with 30 prior arrests, a removal order that was never taken out of our country. [00:07:38] And then, when I say that these left wing Democratic politicians that allowed this to happen and believe in no bail laws and they don't work with ICE and cooperate because of sanctuary, city, and state policies, that they have blood on their hands. [00:07:53] I believe this is another case in point. [00:07:57] I'm so sorry for your loss. [00:08:00] I don't have words to comfort you. [00:08:01] I don't think there are words to comfort a mother in your position. [00:08:05] But you are in our prayers. [00:08:07] All our love goes out to you. [00:08:09] What do you want to say to these people? [00:08:11] They just need to. [00:08:14] I mean, they're trying to go against all of everything that the United States is based on the Constitution. [00:08:24] I mean, and they're trying to like delete it and make their own. [00:08:31] And it's horrible. [00:08:33] It's horrible that they're doing these things and that they're, I don't even know how they sleep at night, to tell you the truth, how these left wing people just sleep. [00:08:45] How do you go to bed knowing that you've got blood on your hands every night? [00:08:49] And it just continues to happen. [00:08:52] And there are others that feel like me, and it's the parents of all the others that have been taken by these vicious criminals again and again. [00:09:06] ICE tries to take them, but the state is stopping them over and over. [00:09:12] And From my understanding, it's not just Virginia, it's in a lot of other places also. [00:09:19] Have you ever heard from Abigail Spanberger, your governor? [00:09:22] Oh, no. [00:09:24] No, I have not heard from her. [00:09:27] Not surprising. [00:09:28] You know, Jason, this was a very different, these are very different policies than you had in place when you were the attorney general in the Commonwealth of Virginia. [00:09:40] And, you know, I watched Abigail Spanberger, I watched her campaign, and All that she is doing in terms of trying to take congressional districts away from Republicans in a state that went 46% for Donald Trump, everything that she's doing with trying to do a gun grab, everything she's doing to support illegal immigrants. [00:10:02] I don't recall her ever running on any of these things. [00:10:06] And how is it a politician can't pick up a phone and call Cheryl Minter, who just lost her 41 year old daughter in an incident that never should have happened if government was serving the people of their state? [00:10:19] Right. [00:10:20] Well, yeah. [00:10:21] And if you think about Abigail Spamberger, she ran on affordability, but the first executive order, executive order number one that she signed in the law, was overturning Governor Youngkin's very common sense policy, where she now banned the state police and the Virginia Department of Corrections with cooperating with ICE and federal immigration authorities. [00:10:42] Now, think about this. [00:10:43] If you're an illegal alien in the Virginia Department of Corrections, you're not sitting in a jail. [00:10:49] You're a convicted felon. [00:10:51] Convicted and sitting in a Virginia prison. [00:10:54] So that means rape, murder, dealing heroin or fentanyl. [00:10:59] And even then, she reversed Governor Youngkin's policy. [00:11:03] And what we saw in Fairfax with these local sheriffs, these local governments, and these local prosecutors, what they have done is instituted sanctuary policies. [00:11:13] So you have a sheriff in Fairfax who will not honor ICE detainers. [00:11:16] You have a local left wing social justice prosecutor that, in this case, Stephanie's killer had been arrested 30 times. [00:11:25] He dropped charges after charges, two prior malicious wounding charges. [00:11:30] The local Fairfax police, in writing, sending a letter to Toscano saying this guy is a ticking time bomb. [00:11:38] He is a menace to society. [00:11:40] He kept dropping charges so this guy would be back on the street because he realized a felony conviction would affect his immigration status. [00:11:47] And yet, a local board of supervisors in Fairfax that passed something called the trust policy that also formally, in writing, prohibited their local law enforcement from. [00:11:56] Working with ICE. [00:11:58] All of that is to say that Fairfax became a magnet and a sanctuary county. [00:12:03] And what's most shocking, Sean, is right now at the governor's desk, for your listeners in Virginia, there's a bill called HB 1441 that would ban statewide all 133 localities from cooperating with federal immigration authorities. [00:12:19] So, in other words, the failed policy in Fairfax, Spamberger is about to make that the law in Virginia. [00:12:25] Whether you're a great sheriff like we have down in Bedford, Virginia, and those that want to cooperate and work with federal immigration authorities, they would be barred by law from doing so. [00:12:35] It is a shocking left-wing bill that you would see, say, in California. [00:12:39] And that's what Spamberger is doing. [00:12:40] And my worry is we're going to have more Stephanies and more mothers that have lost their loved ones because a politician is doing the wrong thing and Spamberger is doing the wrong thing. [00:12:52] I mean, it's just pathetic. [00:12:53] I mean, have you ever requested a meeting with the governor, Cheryl? [00:12:57] I have not requested a meeting with her. [00:13:03] No. [00:13:04] What would you, if you could tell her, what would you want to tell her? [00:13:09] And maybe we'll get this tape to her. [00:13:12] So maybe she can hear it if she wants to. [00:13:14] I've had better staff who will prevent her from hearing it. [00:13:17] Well, I'm just wondering what her reasons are behind it. [00:13:22] Does she think these illegal aliens are going to give her votes somewhere along the line? [00:13:28] Or is she doing it for the safety of the people because that's not safety for the people at all? [00:13:37] And it seems like there's been like, what, five or six just since Stephanie, which has only been four weeks more in that, just in the Fairfax area. [00:13:52] And she's letting. [00:13:53] These people go. [00:13:55] I would really like to understand her reasoning. [00:13:58] I don't think you can ever understand it. [00:14:00] And I'm sure our prayers are with you, our prayers are with your family. [00:14:05] It's such a tragedy. [00:14:07] You know, what I've learned, unfortunately, most people that have to live through what you're living through, I've never met somebody that is ever really the same again. [00:14:15] And I know we put our hope in God and heaven and paradise and salvation, but it doesn't give us a whole lot of comfort missing the people that we love. [00:14:26] We are praying for you and your family, Cheryl. [00:14:28] Thank you. [00:14:28] Jason, we need you back in office. [00:14:30] You got to run for governor next time. [00:14:32] I think you'd be a great candidate. [00:14:34] Thank you, Sean. [00:14:34] We'll see you on the trail ahead. [00:14:36] All right, my friend, 800 941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program. [00:14:46] The left is trying to extinguish conservative voices, and he's fighting fire with fire. [00:14:53] Standing up for your beliefs, it's Sean Hannity on the air right now. [00:15:26] Let's hit our busy phones. [00:15:28] 800-941-Sean, our number. === Groundbreaking First Lady and Global Capital (09:52) === [00:15:29] Benny is in Brooklyn, New York. [00:15:31] Benny, how are you? [00:15:32] Glad you called. [00:15:32] I'm fine. [00:15:33] How are you, Sean? [00:15:34] I'm good. [00:15:34] Thanks for checking in. [00:15:35] I love your show. [00:15:36] You're a rare voice of reason, even on the right. [00:15:40] What do you mean, even on the right? [00:15:43] Even amongst right, right side. [00:15:46] You're very kind. [00:15:48] I understand. [00:15:48] I'm teasing. [00:15:49] What's on your mind? [00:15:50] Okay, anyway, now I just wanted to say that, I mean, we were talking about human behavior before. [00:15:54] In order to change human behavior, you need to change the incentives. [00:15:59] Currently, I think that. [00:16:01] No state, if they had to fully bear the cost of having all these illegals in their states or cities, would keep them if they had to bear the full cost of them. [00:16:12] The only reason why they're doing this is because they're getting federal dollars, maybe per person, whether or not they're illegal or illegal. [00:16:20] But if you remove the incentive, then they're not going to want to keep them themselves. [00:16:26] So, I mean, personally, I think that the federal government shouldn't have any domestic programs on the federal level. [00:16:35] All these programs should be on a state level, a local level, where they're much better managed. [00:16:39] And you can keep costs down and keep what citizens get for these programs on a much higher quality level. [00:16:49] Not only do they protect them, but then they take our money and they reward them with our tax dollars for health care, education, and all sorts of other government programs. [00:16:59] It's unbelievable. [00:17:00] You wonder why sanctuary states like California are going so bankrupt. [00:17:03] I mean, it's pretty simple math. [00:17:05] It's not hard to figure out. [00:17:07] Benny, we appreciate you, man. [00:17:08] Thanks for checking in. [00:17:09] 800 94 1 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program or your calls coming up. [00:17:14] Look, it's Passover. [00:17:15] Easter is upon us. [00:17:17] And you see what's happening in the Middle East. [00:17:19] You see what Israel is going through cluster bombs, densely populated areas like Tel Aviv, sirens piercing the air, families having to run to shelter day in, day out, night in, night out. [00:17:31] They have seconds to spare. [00:17:32] The same with the elderly and women. [00:17:35] Give them a call. [00:17:35] You can donate over the phone, 888 488 IFCJ, 888 488 IFCJ, or just check them out online at ifcj.org. [00:17:44] That's ifcj.org today. [00:17:48] When we come back, more of the best of The Sean Hannity Show. [00:17:51] Stay tuned. [00:18:10] You are listening to the best of The Sean Hannity Show. [00:18:22] One thing you can always count on. [00:18:26] Sean Hannity is back on the radio. [00:18:29] All right, 25 till the top of the hour this Friday. [00:18:32] Here's our toll free number it's 800 941 Sean. [00:18:35] You want to be a part of the program. [00:18:37] I personally am so sick and tired of how unfairly the first lady of our country has been and continues to be treated, especially by the legacy media mob, these failing so called comedians on late night. [00:18:54] They're horrible people. [00:18:56] I mean, how many of them speak six languages? [00:18:59] Linda has multiple master's degrees. [00:19:01] How many languages do you speak? [00:19:03] I try to speak English every day the best that I can, Sean. [00:19:05] Thank you for asking. [00:19:06] And you're really struggling. [00:19:07] New York, pork radio, coffee, sauce. [00:19:11] Unbelievable. [00:19:12] But, you know, we have an incredible first lady, and she's doing historic things. [00:19:17] And I was reading about this this week, and I just wanted to draw your attention to it and spend a couple of minutes on this because never before, there's no historical record of a first lady of our country. [00:19:29] Hosting representatives from 44 other nations, and the first lady, Melania Trump, is doing that. [00:19:37] First lady to ever speak before the United Nations. [00:19:40] He's fostering the future of, you know, Future Together's mission to empower children through education. [00:19:46] By the way, we can start right in blue cities and blue states because their public school system is atrocious. [00:19:53] And this whole Future Together long term initiative with member nations I mean, we now have people, 44 nations, 22 best in class technology entities. [00:20:04] That she has brought together for this two day global coalition summit, which is pretty amazing. [00:20:09] And that means OpenAI, Microsoft, X, Meta, Dell, all these big companies are supporting this effort because they understand it's imperative to have the next generation of educated, informed kids. [00:20:23] Anyway, Mark Beckman is with us. [00:20:25] He's a senior advisor to the First Lady. [00:20:27] You know, I read this and I think about how the First Lady kind of never gets any of the credit that she deserves and she does so much and it just infuriates me. [00:20:37] And I would imagine, you know, being supportive of the First Lady yourself, you feel the same way. [00:20:42] Tell me what this is all about. [00:20:43] Sean, thanks for having me today. [00:20:45] There's no doubt about it. [00:20:46] I mean, we have the most groundbreaking First Lady. [00:20:50] She is reorganizing the role of the East Wing. [00:20:54] She's been totally action oriented. [00:20:56] I know you've been kind enough. to highlight her achievements, whether it's legislative, executive order, the work she does here domestically with foster care kids and beyond over and over again. [00:21:07] We appreciate your support. [00:21:09] But once again, she is groundbreaking with fostering the future together. [00:21:14] What she's done, she announced this, by the way, first at the United Nations General Assembly last fall, but what she's done now is she's achieved this global coalition of nations that has a mission to empower children through technology and education. [00:21:32] First time, it's truly historic. [00:21:33] For the first time in our nation's history, our First Lady will assemble almost 50 countries in the White House in one day. [00:21:42] It's never been done before. [00:21:44] But here's what's important about it, Sean. [00:21:47] Her vision is really focused on empowering the American children so that they could become the most technologically fluent and highly educated generation. [00:21:58] And this will give the United States over the long term economic supremacy, which I know you care about. [00:22:04] It will drive our GDP expansion. [00:22:07] It will attract global capital. [00:22:09] And most important in my mind is that it will give America the ability in the future to control intellectual property assets. [00:22:19] And this is really what she's building for, the future, and to make sure that American children will be poised for this type of control and dominance over the rest of the world for generations to come. [00:22:31] You know, what's fascinating about the First Lady, and I've known her for a long time, Is that I think she may be the single most misunderstood person in the country. [00:22:42] I mean, she really does not involve herself in the political day to day. [00:22:47] That's her husband's job. [00:22:49] But she has taken this platform she has and she uses it to advance humanitarian causes day and night, and nobody ever pays attention to it. [00:22:59] What frustrates me is here a former model, successful in her own right in every way by any measure, and she's very understated. [00:23:11] And then it gets attacked constantly. [00:23:13] I'm just fed up with it all. [00:23:16] I wouldn't be as harsh in my language if she was on the phone, but it just pisses me off. [00:23:22] I know, Sean. [00:23:22] I know. [00:23:23] But here's a person who is highly committed. [00:23:26] She is one of the hardest working individuals, probably the most committed working person that I've ever seen. [00:23:32] She's also brilliant. [00:23:33] I've spent time with her. [00:23:35] She is brilliant and tough. [00:23:37] Very tough, super smart. [00:23:39] And that's why her movie went to number one. [00:23:41] We launched it on Prime, it went to number one. [00:23:44] worldwide. [00:23:45] But when you talk about her intelligence, you know, she was the first First Lady from any country in the world to speak at the Security Council just a few weeks ago when the United States assumed the presidency. [00:23:56] And her speech, it was so motivating, so inspirational, was all about how if we give education to the next generation, if we give them wisdom, they will have peace. [00:24:07] They will find tolerance all through this underpinning of artificial intelligence. [00:24:12] No First Lady has sat in front of the Security Council. [00:24:14] And you know what we're looking at. [00:24:16] In the United Nations these days, she sat down and articulated an incredibly inspiring speech about how to bring peace to the world. [00:24:24] And to your point, super intelligent, very inspirational, and it doesn't even get the mainstream coverage, if we want to call it that anymore. [00:24:33] I don't even consider it that anymore, but it doesn't get the kind of coverage that you're talking about. [00:24:38] That's why we wanted to have you on today. [00:24:41] I think she is, unfortunately, the most mistreated. [00:24:48] By far in my lifetime, of any first lady. [00:24:51] Every other first lady gets the covers of magazines, and no, they ignore Melania Trump, which is on its face just obscene and absurd considering her background. [00:25:03] It's incredible. [00:25:04] Anyway, Mark, we do appreciate it. [00:25:06] Thanks for the update, and please send our best to the first lady and a debt of gratitude to her because she's right. [00:25:13] If we want the next generation of Americans and people around the world to be successful and at peace, well, that starts with a solid, strong education. === Iranian Police Action and Melania's Silence (03:08) === [00:25:22] And we have failed spectacularly, especially in blue cities and blue states around the country. [00:25:28] Thank you, my friend. [00:25:28] Appreciate it. [00:25:29] Thank you so much, Sean. [00:25:31] Appreciate you. [00:25:31] All right. [00:25:33] 800 941. [00:25:34] Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program. [00:25:37] Let's get to our busy phones. [00:25:38] Thomas is in Hawaii. [00:25:41] Tom, how are you? [00:25:42] Glad you called. [00:25:44] Good morning, Sean. [00:25:45] And I just wanted to speak briefly about the Iranian police action that's going on. [00:25:49] Everyone is wanting to call it a war. [00:25:51] I believe it's a police action. [00:25:53] And we're having to clean up all the mess that our past presidents left for President Trump. [00:26:00] But if I could first say about Chuck Norris, I joined the Marine Corps in 1980 after a response to when the Iranians took over our embassy. [00:26:10] And I stayed in for 11 years throughout the 80s and early 90s. [00:26:16] And it was always Iran that was. [00:26:18] behind all of the shenanigans that occurred in the Middle East, especially with their roadside bombs, which is exactly what I want to talk about today, is that President Trump had mentioned about maybe keeping some of that liquid money, that oil that's in the ground. [00:26:35] And wouldn't it be an awesome thing if we could take some of that oil money and dedicate it to those troops that have been maimed and killed over the past 40 years from Iran? [00:26:48] I think that in the end, I can't see a scenario under which Donald Trump is not Going to force Iran in this sense, in a good way, actually, because I'm sure the Iranian regime was not capable of maximizing, and especially with sanctions put on their oil, the ability to enrich the Iranian people. [00:27:07] We will allow them to be enriched, but I also believe they should pay for their own liberation, and I think they're going to end up doing it by the time all is said and done. [00:27:16] So I think all that's going to happen. [00:27:20] And then to just touch on Chuck Norris, his great life that he lived. [00:27:24] That he was a veteran of the Air Force, that he was a security policeman for his four years, that he served in the Air Force, and that he started his martial arts career when he was stationed in Osan, Korea at the Air Force Base there. [00:27:38] He started in judo. [00:27:40] And he had actually applied when he moved back to California after he discharged from the military to be a police officer. [00:27:47] But the martial arts took him on a different path. [00:27:51] And during the time that I was in the Marine Corps, He came out with Delta Force and those movies about Vietnam and going back missing in action. [00:28:00] So, a great motivator. [00:28:02] Let me tell you, I knew him and he was a great guy. [00:28:05] His wife, Gina, is a wonderful woman. [00:28:09] They were a great couple. [00:28:11] He was a great man. [00:28:12] He was an inspiration to so many. [00:28:14] He spent a lot of time giving back to people his entire life and he's going to be sorely missed. [00:28:21] God bless him and God bless his soul. [00:28:23] God bless his family. [00:28:24] God bless Gina. [00:28:25] I know they're. [00:28:27] They have a big hole in their heart today, as we all do. === Marine Hero Gina and Common Sense (04:22) === [00:28:30] Absolutely. [00:28:31] Thank you, Sean, for allowing me to share. [00:28:32] Have a great day and aloha. [00:28:34] You too. [00:28:35] Aloha, my friend. [00:29:21] Back to our busy phones, 800-941-Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program. [00:29:27] Let's say hi to Vito in New York. [00:29:29] Vito, how are you doing? [00:29:30] What's going on? [00:29:32] Hello, Sean. [00:29:33] How are you? [00:29:34] Happy spring. [00:29:36] Happy spring. [00:29:37] Is it getting a little warmer up there finally? [00:29:39] It's not Florida, but it's better than it's been. [00:29:41] I mean, I hear you. [00:29:43] I try to convince my wife to go down, but she's giving me a hard time, of course, the grandkids. [00:29:47] Well, who's in charge here, you or her? [00:29:49] Come on. [00:29:50] Come on, Sean. [00:29:51] You're going to really ask me that question. [00:29:53] Of course, I'm going to ask you that question. [00:29:55] I think it's a very valid question. [00:29:57] Well, you know what? [00:29:58] When it comes to the kids and they look at you with those eyes. [00:30:01] By the way, it's 55 degrees in New York today. [00:30:06] I guess a high of 57. [00:30:09] Let me see. [00:30:09] It's only 75 where I am. [00:30:11] I'm sorry. [00:30:12] You know. [00:30:14] You got to rub it in? [00:30:17] Yep. [00:30:17] I do. [00:30:19] And you're paying a lot more in taxes, too. [00:30:21] Anyway, what else is on your mind? [00:30:22] Okay. [00:30:23] So there's two things I like to talk about. [00:30:25] First and foremost, I mean, the gas. [00:30:27] I mean, if gas goes up 60 cents, they lose their mind. [00:30:31] A couple years back, let's get rid of fossil fuels, lifeblood of the economy, the world, you don't need it, electric this, electric that. [00:30:37] Well, they should be happy, I think, because they can get to drive their electric cars and not affected, but that's not the case. [00:30:44] The other point I'd like to make also, and I just want to hear your opinion on it, is with where we're going as a country as far as a couple points. [00:30:53] One being with the schooling, with the indoctrination. [00:30:56] The other thing is with the infiltration. [00:30:58] and how I watch Europe simply just give up to swarms of people going in there and taking over their country. [00:31:05] And you look at New York City, 20, 25 years ago or 20 years ago, the same people that blew up the towers are now infiltrating New York City. [00:31:12] And I don't have to tell you what we got there now. [00:31:14] So I'd just like to hear your thoughts on both issues. [00:31:17] On every front, I think that we now have the biggest choice moment in our country. [00:31:22] So go through the issues that you want to talk about. [00:31:24] And I'm just telling you, you compare where the Democrats are and the Republicans are. [00:31:28] And you tell me, why is this even a debate in this country? [00:31:31] Can you explain that to me? [00:31:33] You know what? [00:31:33] For me, I'm confounded by the lack of common sense right in your face, basic, easy choices that are not being made out of spite for one man. [00:31:42] And it just, I can't understand why a simple, simple solution that most Americans want, and yet they fight it. [00:31:51] Like, no, no, we know what you want, but this is what we want because we benefit, not the country. [00:31:55] And it drives me crazy because I got friends on both sides. [00:31:58] And listen, sometimes we get along, sometimes we don't. [00:32:00] But I see it all the time. [00:32:02] Why can't they just accept what's right for everybody, what's good for everybody, no matter what side of the aisle you're on? [00:32:09] I just don't. [00:32:11] You know what? [00:32:11] What you're discussing here is common sense. [00:32:14] You know what's missing in your state of New York? [00:32:16] Common sense. [00:32:17] I mean, it was kind of sad to watch Kathy Hochul go out there and beg people that have abandoned New York for very legitimate reasons, you know, to be, you know, real generous and come back and move back to New York. [00:32:30] And I'm like, they're not going to move back unless you change the policies that chased them away in the first place. [00:32:36] And I don't see that happening. [00:32:38] And I also think she's facing pressure from, you know, Marxist Kami Momdani. [00:32:43] To take those policies even further to the left. [00:32:47] And if you look at polls, there was one poll that showed fully, what was it, Linda? === Rapid Radios for Emergency Communication (01:45) === [00:32:52] 20, 30% of New Yorkers plan to leave in the next five years? [00:32:56] I mean, I don't know how you survived. [00:32:59] What was the number, Linda? [00:33:00] No, you were right. [00:33:01] Thank you. [00:33:01] I'm always right. [00:33:02] Anyway, Vito, honestly, truly, we wish you the best, my friend. [00:33:06] God bless you. [00:33:07] 800 941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program. [00:33:10] Look, I am a mini prepper in my life. [00:33:13] I believe in preparedness. [00:33:14] I have emergency food. [00:33:16] I have the ability to defend my family. [00:33:20] I just believe in security. [00:33:22] And one thing you should have as part of your security strategies is communication. [00:33:27] It's a very important, vital part of that. [00:33:29] Most people don't realize they have no way to reach their loved ones until it's too late. [00:33:34] You don't want to get stranded without the ability to communicate.
