WHAT HAPPENS WHEN LAWMAKERS BREAK THE LAW?

Rogue Recap’s Lynda Mick examines Maryland Governor Wes Moore’s ICE obstruction law, citing three unsolved murders—Rachel Morin, Takara Thompson, and Kayla Hamilton—while accusing Moore of failing to protect women. She dismisses leftist claims about the SAVE Act as disinformation, criticizes sanctuary policies for shielding criminals like Alex Predi, and warns of New Jersey’s second-grade gender identity curriculum displacing core subjects amid AI workforce fears. The episode ties domestic legal chaos to global unrest, like Iran’s protests where children are allegedly shot, framing systemic failures as a broader cultural crisis. Welcome to the Rogue Recap.
Hot takes, cold facts, and zero respect for the official narrative.
Sit back, roll your eyes, and let's recap.
Rogue style.
Well, hey there, it is Wednesday, February 18th.
And so sorry, I've been out of pocket for a couple of days.
It's been a little bit crazy, a little bit of travel.
And anyways, just happy to be back with you guys.
Wanted to jump right in.
You know, I was reading a post this morning by James Woods, and he said it so perfectly because Wes Moore, who is the Maryland governor, has just signed in an emergency law banning local cooperation with ICE.
And I'm trying to figure out how it is that a governor is able to obstruct federal law.
Like it's on the books that if you enter the country illegally, you are to be deported.
There seems to be some grand misconception about what the laws are of the United States of America.
And I'm truly wondering, what are the legal repercussions for these lunatic governors who have decided we don't care?
We're going to do our own laws.
Well, if our laws don't matter, then your laws don't matter.
There's got to be cops and, you know, higher level detectives and investigators on these law enforcement forces that are like, screw you, dude.
I'm going to go cooperate with ICE because I, you know, I took an oath to swore and uphold the law.
And so I'm going to do that.
And even though you think it's okay for criminals to run around this state, I don't.
And James Woods, you know, made this point and nobody else has made it.
He's great.
You know, God bless him because he really puts it all out there and obviously is now hated by the left, which is the whole Hollywood woke establishment crew cabal, if you will.
But he pointed out and he said, you know, Rachel Morin was raped and killed while hiking.
Takara Thompson was murdered.
And she's the 19-year-old black girl that gets zero attention from anybody on the left.
And then Kayla Hamilton was strangled in her own home by an MS-13 gang member.
All three of these women were killed in Governor Wes Moore's, Maryland.
And he never said boo.
I mean, have you seen him put any laws into office to protect women who are sleeping in their homes?
I mean, just think about that.
You're in your house and you are strangled.
And God knows what else this creep did to this poor girl in your bed by an MS-13 gang member with your iPhone charger cord.
Like that's what happened.
Imagine how horrific her last moments on earth were.
And I really do believe that a big part of what we're facing is the left's nonchalant way of behaving and responding to the most terrible of crimes, like the rape of a child.
I absolutely hate when they say sexually trafficked because they're rape trafficked.
It's not sex.
There's nothing sexual about it.
It's control.
It's pain.
It's torture.
If you have taken a moment to read any of the Epstein files, it is absolutely some of the things I've read, I can never unsee.
And I wish I could.
And we're not even seeing the fully redacted files, which is another thing I don't understand.
Why?
And it actually ties perfectly into the sanctuary of law cities and states.
Why are we protecting the criminal?
Why are we redacting names?
Did they or did they not engage in raping children and trafficking children and young women for their own deviant desires?
I mean, isn't that what happened?
Why are we protecting people who entered the country illegally, live here illegally, and continue to live here illegally?
And why is it that people who are guilty as hell are running all of these companies, Fortune 500 companies, their CEOs?
You know, I was talking to somebody the other day and I was like, oh, this senator, I can't believe that she's a Republican and she's not going to sign on for the SAVE Act.
And it was like, oh, no, we can't say anything because we need her to win her election.
Right.
But that doesn't make any sense because the elections coming up, these midterms will be rigged.
We'll have tons of illegal voters voting.
It's not going to be a fair election.
It's going to be corrupt and stolen.
You know, and this idea for the past six years that we've been unable to discuss what has been happening, not just in 2020, but over the past 20 years in our election process.
I mean, imagine walking into, and Mike Lee made this point the other day.
And again, ties into this whole theme, protecting people who are breaking the law.
You're going to walk into a bank and you're going to say, hey, my name is Linda McLaughlin.
I don't have any ID to prove that to you, but I'd like to get into Linda McLaughlin's bank account and take all the money out.
And they would say, have a nice day.
You can go now.
Well, no, no, no.
I just, I don't have ID.
So I just need to, you know, I need to get that.
I need to get that money.
So if you could just hand it to me.
It's not a thing.
But yet the most sacred thing that we do in the United States of America, which is put people into office that are supposed to speak for the community, for their constituents, they're not doing that anymore.
Even the good ones when they get in, I mean, they fight like hell.
But it's like, man, you got to be some part of this game to get anything done because it is so beyond corrupt.
We're so past the point.
It literally needs to just be wiped out.
And if that's what has to happen, if we got to rip it all down and start over, well, so be it.
We had a good run.
This has been our government for the last couple hundred years.
Now we've got way too many assholes here, both in government and out of government.
We've got way too many illegal people who are voting to put more people into office who they're bought and paid for.
The reason that we are having such a struggle with the SAVE Act, I was watching Maria Bartaromo this morning and there was a congressman on Liberal Democrat leftist and he was saying that a big part of the problem isn't just, it's not, it's not about preventing illegal immigrants from voting.
It's because, you know, married women, their birth certificates don't match their IDs.
I'm like, are you guys for real?
It is 2026.
Your birth certificate has nothing to do with you being married.
And I don't know if these people are just, they've been fed a line of shit because I heard this other congresswoman say this.
This was a guy this morning that I heard on Maria Bartaromo.
And I thought to myself, your birth certificate is something you get at birth.
You need it to get married.
So you give your birth certificate in with the person that you're going to marry.
And then you have a choice to keep your name the same as your birth certificate or to take your husband's name.
Now, if you feel that you are unable to provide your marriage certificate to go and change your name, that's fine.
Don't change your name.
If you have yet to do it because you're busy, you're lazy, you forgot, whatever your reason is, fine.
Now's the time.
Voting is in November.
It takes about a half an hour to get it all done.
This idea. that your birth certificate not matching your marriage, it's a load of shit.
The SAVE Act is 32 pages long.
Between pages 10 to 12 is all about what to do if you change your name for a variety of reasons.
One of the main ones, obviously, is getting married.
I'm married.
I changed my name.
I changed it on my social security card.
I changed it on my health insurance.
I changed it on my driver's license.
I changed it on my passport.
No one told me I couldn't do it.
I provided the marriage certificate and it was fine.
This whole idea that you can't vote because of your birth certificate, it is very simply a lie.
It's just a lie.
There is no truth to anything that they are saying about the SAVE Act.
The SAVE Act is asking you to have ID that is given to you because you are an American citizen.
So you need to be an American citizen and then you need to have ID that says, I am this American citizen.
And so of course the left is freaking out because they're like, well, now we have a bunch of illegal immigrants with state-issued IDs.
Yes, but they don't have IDs as well as citizenship papers.
So you either have your birth certificate, you have your green card, you have your citizenship papers when you got sworn in.
I mean, it's just not hard.
The only time it's hard is when you're doing the wrong thing.
You know, you can always tell what somebody's lying because they overexplain and they call you back and then they call you again and then they have to keep explaining their position.
It shouldn't be that hard.
I'm just telling you this is what it is.
You can say it's not, but I think everybody knows that it is.
Okay, fine if you don't want to believe that.
Just like the leftists want to say that nobody is illegal on stolen land, but like the Billie Eilish story, she wants to live in a mansion on tribal property.
And when she got called on the carpet, she got very upset and then she called the devil, the police.
The very people that she is saying are disgusting and horrible are the people that she called on when people started to come to her mansion and say, well, fine, move the hell out.
I'm moving.
Suddenly, it got real weird.
Oh, you don't want illegals in your house?
You don't want the tribe people to take your home?
You don't want people saying that they're going to come and squat on your land?
The ideas that they propagate, the bullshit that they talk about and that they sell to these, you know, stargazing losers who think that anybody who reads other people's words is some kind of genius, they're reading a script.
How they convey that script to you on camera, sure, that's an art.
But don't give them credit for something they didn't write.
Maybe you should talk to the author.
Maybe that's who you're wild by.
I'm so sick of this whole idea that any of these people have a right to tell us anything.
You know, I saw Dave Chappelle yesterday, who I used to think was funny.
I really did.
And he was at Alex Predi's memorial.
And I thought, what are you doing there?
What is this statement that you're making?
Alex Predi was a violent protester who threw himself in harm's way and attacked a bunch of officers, not once, but multiple times.
He had a history.
Other people that worked with him were like, yeah, this guy is not what everybody is saying that he is.
But this is what they do, right?
They martyr and they give these people some sort of sainthood.
I'm like, you never went to a single American citizen.
whose life was taken by an illegal immigrant here.
I've never seen one celebrity go to anybody's funeral whose life was taken far too soon at the hands of violent criminals.
But they will go and they will stand there and hang their head because they want to be seen on camera standing with in solidarity with this massive groupthink leftist cult in the United States.
How nice would it be to see somebody stand up and say, piss off.
If you don't want to get the shit kicked out of you by federal police who are in pursuit of pedophiles, rapists, murderers who happen to be here illegally, then stay out of their way.
You know, it's like this asshole who was following the ICE officers who were tracking a pedophile.
She's tailing them.
And the cop comes over.
He's like, what are you doing?
She's like, you're going after illegal people.
And he's explaining himself to this woman.
Protecting Criminals, Not Victims 00:03:59
I'm like, you don't have to explain yourself to her.
But the idea that she's like, I'm filming you.
I'm keeping a safe distance, blah, blah, blah.
Ma'am, they are literally trying to arrest somebody who just raped a child under 10.
And you don't care about that.
That's what's sick.
They want to protect the criminal, not the victim.
And I don't know why.
I don't, I mean, putting aside all of the propaganda and all of the things they're being told, there's no part of them in their core that's like, man, that's, that's wrong.
It's like when we talked to people that were voting for Mamdani right before the election and we were saying, well, did you know this about him?
Did you know that about him?
Did you know this was happening?
Do you know this is his friend?
And they were like, nope, did not know that.
Didn't know anything about that.
But they still voted for him because it's groupthink.
And they want to be able to say, oh, yeah, I voted for him.
I'm like, well, now you got raise taxes, raise rent.
You got no trash pickup.
You got shit, literal shit, all over the sidewalks.
You've got rats everywhere.
They're crawling up the walls of the subway.
And you've got an Islamic and communist administration.
And you've got the call to prayer five times a day around New York City.
A Judeo-Christian nation, New York City that once fell to the hands of people that were screaming Allahu Akbar is now playing the call to prayer.
That's the reality of what we're in.
And I'm just wondering, like, are they all, are they all hypnotized?
Are they on some kind of strange drug that makes them unable to see what's actually happening as opposed to whatever they think should be happening?
It's really frightening.
It's one of the reasons like I see New Jersey today is putting into effect for second graders, they're going to teach them sex education and their health and how they can be aware of their gender identity.
Second graders.
Why are we teaching this to second graders?
I was in the eighth grade before I had sex education.
Now, my youngest son is 10 years old.
And I am very clear with his teachers that he is not to learn any of this crap.
If they want to do that stuff, my kid is coming out of that room because we don't believe in that.
We are practicing our religion.
We believe in the Bible.
We believe that there are men and there are women.
Since when does the school get to teach them the complete opposite and then tell them they don't have to tell the parents and then tell the parents, you don't have a right to tell us anything?
Oh, and you can't pull your child out on my homeschool.
This is why all those homeschooling pods are being created.
Not to mention the fact, circling back right to the top of the show here, the classrooms are filled with illegal aliens who can't speak the language.
So they're changing the curriculum to focus on gender rights and binary and queer and all these other stupid acronyms that they have for everybody and all these different categories.
And they're not worried about the fact that you have entire classrooms of children who need to learn English, math, science, history.
And they can't even do that because they've got teachers trying to talk to kids who don't speak English.
But then when they do speak English, they teach them gender studies.
You think you're ready for the real world?
They're already telling us they're going to crush our workforce with AI.
What are these kids going to do?
I don't know about you guys, but it is frightening.
It definitely keeps me up at night, literally, not saying that as an expression.
I appreciate you guys listening.
We will be back here tomorrow.
We're following closely what's happening on the international stage as well.
And these poor people that are literally being shot to death in Iran.
I mean, I don't know about you guys, but I see that.
And I mean, I'm seeing kids as young as 10 because now they're guarding the streets.
Frightening Future Trends 00:00:40
I mean, they're just trying to get from point A to point B.
They have nothing to do with the revolution or anything.
And they're getting shot just because they're outside of their house.
I just, I've never seen anything like it.
It is, it's a lot.
It's a lot to see.
This is the rogue recap.
