Hour two, Sean Hannity Show, toll-free.
Our number is 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, pretty chilling when you hear the FBI director, the deputy FBI director, and by the way, Cash Patel and Tam Bondi will both be on Hannity tonight, 9 Eastern on the Fox News channel.
You know, besides all of the absolute rage and insanity and hatred and vile and repulsive and disgusting remarks that we have all been hearing in the aftermath of all of this, there is, you know, there's still a lot.
Maybe we don't know.
I can't say for sure.
You know, Dan Bongino won't rule out a wider conspiracy in this assassination.
He says, rightly so.
They're looking into everything.
He made those comments earlier today.
The suspect is under a special watch, by the way, in custody, being kept in a separate housing unit.
But the FBI is also investigating social media accounts that appeared to indicate any foreknowledge of Kirk's assassination.
It's a little bit frustrating, and I don't know why sometimes conservatives often turn on each other.
I don't know what the expectation was, but they were able to get this shooter.
And now, with, you know, with all the evidence, as Cash Patel has pointed out on Fox this morning, that you could ever want tying this guy, the admitted killer of Charlie Kirk.
But, you know, to get the Sarnoff brothers after the Boston Marathon, it took five days.
Luigi Mangioni took five days.
That's the United Healthcare CEO assassin.
The Centennial Park case, and I lived in Atlanta.
The bombing there, Eric Rudolph, it took six years and 10 months.
And in the meantime, one guy's life was destroyed.
His name was Richard Jewell.
It took 17 years, nearly 18 years total, to get the Unibomber, Ted Kaczynski.
They did get the Oklahoma City bomber, Tim McVay, very quickly, but it was kind of almost like an accident how they found him.
He got pulled over.
And it took 33 hours to capture the shooter.
And then some people want to, you know, rush to judgment and start criticizing law enforcement when they did a remarkable job.
The suspected assassin told a friend, we learned that he had a chance to take out Charlie Kirk.
If he did have that chance, he was going to take it.
One retired FBI agent warning assassination culture after learning that Kirk suspect lived with this trans partner.
Justthenews.com.
This is John Solomon.
Has an article out that should be alarming and scary because there are radical groups all over the country and a group that trains, quote, I'm using their words, not mine in the peace, gay, queer, transgender people to arm themselves and fight against capitalism in the American system.
There's no evidence linking the group to Tyler Robinson, but apparently amid the snow-capped mountains in Utah, not far from where FBI agents continue to scour for more evidence in Charlie Kirk's assassination, a self-described armed revolutionary group openly aligned with Cuba, he reports, has risen up on the streets of one of America's most conservative states.
Quote, armed queers, Salt Lake City says their mission is to train gay, queer, transgender people to arm themselves to fight against capitalism.
And their purported Facebook page does not directly appear to encourage the use of firearms in their claimed mission.
Many of the images used do depict firearms.
Yeah, that's got to be investigated.
That sounds like a pretty radical group to me.
The transgender roommate, quote, hates conservatives.
This was on FoxNews.com.
Family member says the individual became radicalized and influenced Tyler Robinson's politics over the past year.
We need to know more about this individual, the trans partner of Charlie Kirk suspect, praised Joe Biden before Charlie Kirk was shot and is linked to this furry lifestyle.
We'll go into more detail in a little bit on that aspect of it.
Charlie Kirk's assassination investigation has widened into whether pro-trans online groups knew in advance, and we need to get to the bottom of it.
Well, Hannity, you're targeting one group of people.
No, we're looking for anybody that is associated or potentially associated with the assassination of a 31-year-old married father of two young kids.
That's what we're looking into so we can keep other Americans safe and secure.
You know, as I went through in the last hour, the level of vitriol and hatred is just beyond the pale.
And I have said this, and maybe I needed to take some responsibility.
I think this has become so normalized, and we report on it so often, we're kind of numb to it, but it's never-ending, non-stop.
You know, fascist, racist, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini.
And this is the mainstream Democratic Party.
That was their closing argument.
That was Kamala Harris's campaign closing argument.
And they say it constantly, repeatedly.
It has a dehumanizing effect, as we went into in the last hour.
Chris Paijota is with us.
He is a retired executive assistant director for the FBI, oversaw the technology and science division, over 5,000 employees, retired now, oversaw all of this and served as the FBI Buffalo, New York special agent in charge 25 years with the FBI.
And we appreciate Chris, you being with us.
Thank you.
That's a pleasure.
Thank you.
33 hours seems to me to be effective law enforcement to me.
I'm tired of, you know, even conservatives constantly turning on themselves and creating a circular firing squad, but we need to circle the wagons and be appreciative that law enforcement acted and was able to do this so quickly.
Yeah, absolutely.
I think the law enforcement community, the FBI and its partners, they performed admirably.
They had to move through a large amount of chaos and uncertainty to create an investigative environment where this individual was identified, was convinced to surrender himself to authorities and was taken into custody.
I think they did a remarkable job.
And as you said, we have a lot of armchair quarterbacks and folks in the social media channels.
And when you talked about circling the wagons, it's not bad to do that, but the guns have to be pointed outward.
Well, you know, we've got to look at this movement.
I spent a better part of the last hour going through the most incendiary, insane comments by elected officials, by different groups of people, by on-air commentators and others.
It is widespread.
I mean, there's celebration even that this young man has been assassinated.
What did this young man stand for?
Conservative values, conservative principles, his belief in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and traditional marriage, living a moral life, an America that was free, and he would go into a hostile environment only because college campuses have failed so fantastically and spectacularly and offer what an environment where,
all right, proved me wrong, which showed incredible bravery on his part, but he was doing what these institutions should have been doing.
And he did it with a smile on his face.
And this is, you know, this is the reaction when a young man, 31, a married man, father of two, is assassinated.
I mean, it's beyond repulsive to me.
And I don't think it's going to stop.
That's the scary part.
I wish I could say it's going to stop.
I don't think so, because they did this after this young man's assassinated.
Yeah, I think the environment that was created by the previous administration gave rise to this very militant, leftist, Marxist position on things where now they feel as though violence is one of the primary ways to advance their ideology and their political beliefs.
And what I'm hoping is that we can, as a community, start using this tragedy as a way to bring people back to personal dialogue and get out of the internet social media sewers that tend to push that extreme ideology and those fringe fetish elements that, quite honestly, are now at the base of a lot of these recent acts of violence.
And that's where the law enforcement community comes in, the FBI and its partners, to engage with those communities and try to give them that so-called off-ramp from these violent behaviors and bring them back to dialogue and discussion.
What do you think when you hear, let me play Dan Bongino and saying he doesn't rule out a wider conspiracy here?
He said it earlier today.
Let's listen in.
Is there any connection at all between the person who was asking the question about mass shooters and trans killers, or was that just a stunning coincidence when that single shot was fired?
Well, we're investigating that.
I don't want to say conclusively right now if there was a connection or not.
Sometimes he's, I mean, Charlie was known to speak out about these issues.
He was a powerful voice.
It's not terribly uncommon for him to get questions like that.
However, we are looking into that.
Any potential connection here.
I'm not drawing conclusions from your answer, but you're saying it's a possibility.
Is that what I hear you saying?
We're looking into everything, Bill.
There's not going to be a stone left unturned if there was anyone involved who aided abetted.
I can't say that in strong enough terms.
Every single FBI asset on this team is being applied and used in this investigation.
Now, let me go to Cash Patel, also on Fox earlier today.
He'll be on with us tonight at nine, how Charlie Kirk suspected assassin text exchange that he claimed if he had the opportunity to take out Kirk, he's going to do it.
And he did also mention that they had DNA from the towel wrapped around the firearm.
But let's listen to this one cut.
His family has collectively told investigators that he subscribed to left-wing ideology and even more so in these last couple of years.
And he had a text message exchange, he, the suspect, with another individual, in which he claimed that he had an opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and he was going to do it because of his hatred for what Charlie stood for.
Those are factually accurate investigatory findings by the FBI that we've handed over to the local authorities and the federal authorities to make their prosecutorial decisions.
But I believe in this instance of such public importance, the public has a right to know.
And I've told you I'm committed to transparency, and that's what I'm doing here.
Why didn't that person that he was talking to, why didn't that person say something?
You know, our investigation is ongoing.
That's a great question.
And we don't have an answer on that just yet.
All right, let's get your reaction to that.
And I'll add this, Chris, if I may.
The Washington Free Beacon is reporting the FBI is investigating social media posts by at least seven different accounts that appeared to indicate foreknowledge of the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
That's chilling to me, also.
Yeah, as a former special agent, I can tell you that the avenues they're exploring now are going to look at all potential options for individual shooter, individual action versus any network of people who either supported or enabled the murder of Charlie Kirk.
So that's what they're looking for now.
They're trying to establish that possibility of a network of people who enabled this act, this terrible action.
As far as the DNA goes, that was a major step forward in the investigation that they were able to tie the subject himself to the actual weapon that was found.
The next investigative step among the law enforcement partners is to then positively tie the weapon itself to the shot that was taken that killed Charlie Kirk.
So they did that.
Cash said the DNA hits from the towel wrapped around the firearm and the screwdriver positively proceeded for the suspect being in custody.
So they have DNA evidence proving it.
And of course, the video evidence that we have.
Right.
What Mr. Patel was mentioning was that the FBI tied that subject to the gun.
ATF is now doing the ballistics testing.
All right, quick break, right back.
We'll have more with Chris Paijota.
He is the retired executive assistant director for the FBI.
He oversaw the technology and science division.
More with him.
Quick break, right back.
We'll continue.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass, you're our kind of people.
Catch new episodes of Normally every Tuesday and Thursday on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen.
Continue now with Chris Pijoda.
He is the retired executive assistant director of the FBI.
He oversaw the technology and science division.
Very important, by the way.
You know, it's become the norm: Nazi, racist, fascist, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, etc.
And it's done with such regularity, as I say, and I may be wrong.
I think we've become numb to it.
And I'm not talking about fringe groups.
I'm talking about prominent Democrats and prominent, quote, legacy media outlets regularly doing it.
What impact does this have, in your view, on dehumanizing conservatives like Charlie?
Well, it's been a long time tactic among certain groups that they use that type of language to, as you said, dehumanize their opponents or their adversaries to then justify or promote acts of violence against these people.
And what I find is very disappointing is that at our national leadership level, our elected officials are engaging in this type of behavior, which for people who are in those fringe elements, who are kind of at those extreme edges of society, that kind of language could motivate them from ideological opposition to acts of violence in support of their political or ideological beliefs.
And I think we're starting to see the effects and the echoes of some of those comments made by our national leaders.
And I wish they would take a more measured and responsible position on how they can possibly motivate some of these individuals who are of, I would say, weaker mind and strong ideological feelings.
All right.
Chris Pihota, thank you.
Retired Executive Assistant Director, FBI, overseeing the technology and science division.
I know your guys are great at what they do, and I hope they find all these people or anybody that might have had some knowledge ahead of time.
800-941-Sean is our number.
I really will tell you, I didn't know Charlie's wife, Erica.
I knew Charlie.
I didn't know Erica.
I had no idea how amazing a couple they were until I watched a lot of videos of both of them together this weekend.
And when she spoke on Friday night, and I did something that I never do, which is it ran in the eight o'clock hour, and I thought it was so impactful and powerful, and the message just needed to be heard that I replayed a lot of it.
Let me play a little bit of Erica here talking about how this world we live in is full of evil.
But God is so good.
I mean, this two days after her husband was taken away from her and the two young children.
Our world is filled with evil, but our God, you guys, our God is so good, so incredibly good.
And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purpose.
Already I have seen the worldwide outpouring of love for my husband.
I've heard the testimonies from people my husband inspired to get married, to start families, to seek out a relationship with God.
It's the most important, most important one of all.
You know, it is so refreshing.
It really is to hear young people like Erica and Charlie, you know, telling other young people that, you know what, it's okay to be a conservative.
Yeah, we do believe in the Judeo-Christian ethic.
Yeah, we do encourage you to go to church.
We do encourage you to live a moral lifestyle.
We do encourage you.
I know Charlie, for example, would talk about he doesn't drink.
You know, he would tell young people, wait until you get married before you have sex.
I know really, really controversial opinions in these days.
You know, tell people to live as moral a life as you can and challenge them to do so.
And for that, you're hated.
Let me play one more cut of Erica.
This is her, you know, warning this assassin, this political assassin.
You have no idea what you have unleashed.
The evildoers responsible for my husband's assassination have no idea what they have done.
They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God's merciful love.
They should all know this.
If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before, you have no idea.
You have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country and this world.
You have no idea.
You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife.
The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.
The battle cry of a widow.
Our prayers are with Erica, their two young children.
But it's true.
Turning point announced a massive public memorial service for Charlie.
It's going to be at Arizona Football Stadium.
I will be out there.
I'll be covering it with the president.
I'll tell you more about that as the week unfolds.
It's going to be in Glendale, Arizona.
And I believe it can carry for events like this, 73,000 people.
And for those of you that young people that want to go, I encourage you to go and to take up the mantle of Charlie Kirk and start a turning point at your school.
I saw a lot of schools around the country at their football games this weekend.
I noticed USC, the Gamecocks in South Carolina, they honored Charlie before the game with a moment of silence.
I noticed the New York Yankees did it.
I mean, countries around the world, leaders, world leaders, all over the world.
We saw massive crowds in Great Britain showing up to honor Charlie Kirk.
It was so inspiring, so amazing.
I know many of you have a lot to say.
I know a lot of you are very upset about all of this.
I'm going to get to as many of your calls as I can.
Frank in my free state of Florida.
Frank, glad you called, sir.
Thank you, Sean.
I'd like to give this opportunity to thank you and say that you and Charlie are not only great Americans, they're great human beings.
He's such a special guy.
And, you know, I'm just, I'm so grateful for all that he, for the short time he's been on this earth.
What this young man's been able to accomplish, most people will never accomplish in 10 lifetimes.
And such a force for good and such a powerful message for young people.
I mean, it's kind of hard to tell young people and express the message that he had about his faith, about morality, and to do it with courage and conviction in hostile environments beyond inspiring.
Really incredible.
Yes, like his wife said, they have released the world wind.
We are all Charlie Kirk.
My point is basically this.
If we don't get our good children, this young man seemed to be a good young man until, just like the shooter of Trump, until they got indoctrinated into this ideology, this cult of ignorance and hate, if we don't get them out of there, if I had a son in college right now, if I'd yank him out of there, I'd say you're going in the military or you're getting a job.
You're not getting indoctrinated another day.
I don't care where he was doing.
I have relative.
There are good schools where you can send your children.
I just want to let you know that.
Very, very good.
There are the Hillsdale Colleges.
There are the Liberty Universities of the world.
There are places you can send.
You know, I will tell you that when I was growing up in New York, if your kid went to an Ivy League school, that was the creme de la creme.
That was the highest honor.
I can tell you that most of my friends now look to southern schools.
They look to the UVAs of the world.
They look to the Vanderbilts.
They look to the USCs of the world, the UNCs of the world.
They look to the Wake Forest of the world.
They just, there's been a shift.
People realize these institutions are indoctrination centers.
Correct.
And if we don't get our children out of there, there's going to be more of this.
We're going to be seeing more of our own children killing us or having to watch them be killed on rooftops like in Butler.
I wonder if Obama's going to pull that Nobel Peace Prize out and do some work with it.
And if he doesn't, he should send it back.
He's a coward.
I don't know if he said anything.
I haven't yet to hear a word from Obama.
I wouldn't expect one.
Listen, I have piles in front of me every day.
And the thickest pile I have in front of me today is the Charlie Kirk hate pile.
I mean, it just, that in and of itself, and I went through it earlier, says everything you need to know about this is not going to stop.
That's the scary part.
I wish I could come on the air and tell you.
And what I want to say to my conservative friends, and too often conservatives create circular firing squads and there's too much intramural battles between them.
I never get involved in that, if you notice.
I basically, and there are things conservatives do and say sometimes, politically speaking, that I disagree with.
But if you agree with me on 80% of the issues, you're not my enemy politically.
And the left has become so radicalized and so unhinged, and this has become so normalized that we have got to snap out of it, and it's got to end.
I don't know how.
The only way to do it, because clearly they don't feel shame or they wouldn't do it.
And I said this, and I'm going to repeat myself, and I apologize for those that rightly say I do repeat myself too much, but I do it because I know there are different people listening at different times.
But it was a tipping point for me at the joint session speech with President Trump, and when he called out the family of Lake and Riley, young woman, nurse, nursing student, out jogging, murdered by a Biden-Harris Majorca, unvetted illegal.
When President Trump called out Jocelyn Nungarry's mom, Alexis, 12-year-old girl, brutally raped, brutally murdered, unvetted, Biden-Harris, Maorcus, illegal.
The young man who had cancer that became a Secret Service agent, which is his life's dream.
And when Democrats couldn't stand for those three families, I said, this is it.
Because at that moment, I said, they don't have a heart, a soul, or a conscience anymore.
A party that once claimed the monopoly of compassion and love, it's the antithesis of it.
And they have embraced and institutionalized hatred.
The very thing that they accuse Republicans and conservatives of, they themselves are the most guilty of.
Doesn't mean there aren't a few people on our side that say stupid stuff.
And when they do, they need to shut up and get a hold of themselves and knock it off.
I would never be a party that supported slavery and had the KKK as the terrorist wing.
I would never be a party in that.
And one final thing.
I wonder if these gaming platforms have subliminal messaging in them that are literally rotting and poisoning the minds of our children.
These gaming systems that are coming from offshore China, God knows where.
I wonder if that's got some subliminal stuff in there that's doing these.
It's sort of like drinking, and it's sort of like, let me put it this way.
There is a healthy way to be a very good gamer.
My son happens to love gaming, but it's something he does socially with his friends, and he's really good at it.
And it's mostly sports for him, although he's played, what's that war game?
Call of Duty.
What's the other one?
I forget.
There was another one that, you know, but no, that's not it.
But it doesn't matter.
But I like it because it keeps them out of trouble.
I like it because, you know what, that means, but they're having fun doing it.
There's a right way to use gaming and a wrong way.
And then the people that get, you know, so caught up in all this violence and violent culture, of course it could be used wrong.
But, you know, our kids are inundated with so much garbage.
All right, quick break.
We'll come right back.
We'll get to more of your calls.
800-941-Sean is on number as we continue.
Up next, our final roundup and information overload hour.
All right, back to our busy phones with toll-free numbers, 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Let us say hi to Jesus, Texas.
Hey, Jesus, how are you?
Hey, Sean, thank you for having me.
It's not a bad name when you're named after Jesus Christ.
I think that's pretty cool.
Yeah, yeah, right.
It's pretty neat.
I just want to start off by saying what a loss it is to the future of our country.
You know, the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and, you know, we mourn him deeply.
I'm 22.
I'm part of the younger generation.
So, you know, he had a really big influence, not even just politically, but, you know, spiritually.
And one thing that I wanted to agree with you upon is schools becoming indoctrination centers.
I feel like nowadays, you know, public education, I graduated in 2020, so I'm COVID class, but I just feel like now it's a lot more focused on pushing the narrative as opposed to focusing on critical thinking.
And I think that spills onto the stuff that we see on social media with misinformation and disinformation and just flying.
I hate to tell you, this has been going on for a long time.
I could tell you that Bill Bennett had a hard time back in the day.
Whether you agree or disagree, why not hear somebody out and have a civil debate with them?
I do appreciate the call, my friend.
God bless you.
And everybody that's been writing us, we really are hearing you loud and clear.
And I do have a message.
I'll get into it in the next hour or some point for my conservative friends.
Conservatives are not going to be coward and they're not going to be intimidated and they're not going to not show up anymore.
We'll be there, but there are certain measures that we probably have to take moving forward to ensure people's safety and encourage this debate and carry on this great mission.
800-941-Sean is on number.
