All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Here's our toll-free telephone number.
It's 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, you know, we have been friends for a long time.
I have admired John Solomon for a long time.
It was nice to actually hear O'Reilly talk about him the way I feel about him.
He's a first-rate journalist, and he's right.
It is a dying breed.
And he runs just thenews.com.
He is the editor-in-chief.
He is the founder, and he's the chief investigative reporter.
And his information is always so solid.
And we have worked together on so many different big issues, not the least of which was the Russia hoax and FISA abuse, the impeachments of Donald Trump, and every other manufactured scandal and double standard.
He has incredible contacts that I wish I had.
We always appreciate his work.
He's got a lot of breaking stories and news to share with us today.
One being this issue of COVID, which we'll get to in a second.
Also, the Chinese scientists that are charged in this shocking pathogen plot, agro-terrorists that could have literally poisoned Americans and destroyed our crops and destroyed our ranchers.
We have to deal with the issue of Chinese nationals buying up ranch land, farmland, tens of thousands of acres, and land near military installations in terms of the anti-ICE protesters.
Now, I pointed out what the New York Post reported today because there is organized efforts.
And I don't want to get too specific in naming a lot of them, but there are a lot of organized efforts out there, and they're being funded.
And that there is a reason that these groups have distributed to them these FDICE packages, including goggles and face masks and gloves, a phone number for jail support that are being assembled and distributed by what the New York Post is calling an operation called Healthy Hearts, one of several organizations that started as grassroots community aid agencies, but have waded into politics.
Look at what's happened.
They're handing out frozen water bottles.
Fireworks have been handed out to protesters.
Cops are now being attacked.
They're under fire.
ICE agents attacked under fire.
And as we have repeatedly pointed out, because of sanctuary state and city policies, local law enforcement is not even allowed to inquire about the immigration status, and they cannot participate and protect the ICE agents.
That's prohibited in the state of California, being a sanctuary state.
That means Donald Trump has to protect his own ICE agents that have been coming under fire now for days as they find these murderers and these molesters and these rapists and other violent criminals.
And we showed a lot of them on TV last night.
Anyway, John's been doing a lot of digging.
My friend, welcome back to the program.
Yeah, great to be with you, Sean.
Here we are again, unpeeling layers of onions.
How many times have we been here before?
We got a whole kitchen full of people peeling onions these days.
Listen, here's one of the great storylines that I think we need to come to grips with, and that is that over the last decade, starting with Russia collusion all the way through, we now see that there's this alliance between the nonprofits that do the work on the street and government agencies and tax dollars flowing to them.
And we talked about this a couple of days ago, and I think it's really important.
One of the groups that's really acting as the official spokesman, if you go to the medium, they're talking as they're the spokesperson for these protests in L.A.
It's called the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, or CHRLA.
It gets the vast majority of its money helping California process illegal immigrants and immigrants in the state.
So they get their money from taxpayers, and then they go on and do these protests, and they do these anti-ICE things.
One of the things that Cherla did on its own social media was set up a network that people could alert the protesters right away when an ICE agent was showing up in an area for a possible operation.
That's probably not how people in California expected their tax dollars to be used.
It's probably not what we in government think is a good idea.
We're using government tax dollars to potentially harm or impede a government operation.
So this alliance has been building.
It started with the climate change groups in the 90s, and they were getting money out of the environmental agencies.
And now the immigration protesters are getting their money out of the government taxpayer till.
And we've created an entire infrastructure.
And at some point, I think people are going to say, is this really a good idea?
Is this how we want our tax dollars to be spent?
I think that's the debate we're about to have.
And today, Senator Josh Holly, clearly reacting to our reporting on the history of Cherla and its money, sent a preservation letter saying, hey, I want all of your records on who's funding everything you've been getting.
I'm investigating.
So that's a big moment.
And it seems like Congress may be getting serious about it.
I think they've got to get serious about it.
You know, one of the things that has frustrated me, and I learned in all of this, and you know that the state, which had a surplus, is now running massive deficits, tapped into their rainy day fund, and they're even borrowing money.
And what I did not know is about 60 plus cents of every dollar spent on Medi-Cal are federal dollars.
That means everybody in this country is contributing to providing health care and education for the sanctuary state status protected illegals in the state of California.
Why should taxpayers be funding any of that?
Yeah, listen, I think that is the question.
And one of the great things I think you're seeing in the summer of 2025 that didn't happen in the summer of 2020 with the BLM riots is the government is much better prepared.
They didn't let these things spin out of the way.
They didn't let the local officials say you can't come in.
President Trump just said, hey, I have federal properties to protect.
We're protecting them before they're damaged.
Similarly, Kash Patel, the FBI director, clearly focusing on the funding stream.
If there's no money for these protests, they can't happen with the organization and level that there is.
And so you saw Kash Patel yesterday announce he's looking at the funding streams.
The Trump administration has made this response so much more proactive, and they learned from the 2020.
And I think as a result, these protests will be less damaging.
Hopefully people will be more safe and will get to the bottom of the perpetrators much quicker than what happened in the summer of 2020.
You broke news and only because of the riots.
I had you scheduled to be on the program on Monday on this issue of when did the government know that COVID originated in the Wuhan Virology Lab, where we know that Anthony Fauci and NIH money went to the EcoHealth Alliance.
They knew that money went to that Wuhan Virology Lab.
They knew that Wuhan Virology Lab dealt with coronaviruses and gain of function research.
And now, you know, we've had a lot of evidence come out in the past, you know, a frenzy of emails and text messages that have been released publicly.
A lot of it was in Rand Paul's book that go into very specific detail of how panicked and afraid they were that American taxpayer dollars went to fund the creation of COVID and they knew the risk and didn't care and spent the money anyway.
And then they tried to throw the American people, their attention away from that virology lab onto this ridiculous wet market theory that was never true and they knew it was never true.
And you now have more evidence to prove it.
Yeah, listen, the Wall Street Journal, Justin News, have been working on this for some time.
And we now know that this is at the heart of an FBI criminal investigation into COVID cover-up.
Just three months into the pandemic in June, when we were still trying to come with grips and figure out whether we could get a vaccine and what our solution is going to be, and we're talking social distancing and all the things and masks, all the things that didn't work.
The Defense Intelligence Agency, it had an elite group of scientists.
These are bioweapon scientists.
Their job is to look for any hint that a bio weapon has been unleashed or a biological hazard has begun.
They quickly did a genome study and they were able to reverse engineer the COVID-19 virus and to show that it was clearly lab generated and that it specifically came from a bank of altered COVID viruses known as chimeras in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
And they concluded in June in a detailed analysis that the talking about June of 2020.
June of 2020.
Donald Trump was still president.
We were in the early dages of pandemic.
We already had solved where it came from.
And then they were told, according to the whistleblower, is now cooperating with the FBI and cooperating with the Intelligence Committee Inspector General: do not talk to the FBI about this.
Do not talk to the other intelligence agencies about this.
Stay silent.
In fact, they said the FBI was off the reservation.
Why?
Because the FBI had a suspicion that this was a lab leak and a manufactured license.
They obstructed the FBI.
These whistleblowers are now cooperating with an FBI criminal investigation ongoing now as well.
But there are other things you talked about, the wet market and how silly it was.
The wet market theory was this occurred sometime in November.
But the DIA knew that the first case of COVID was in September, two months before the wet market episode.
They knew that couldn't be possible.
They knew the genomes showed what type of virus it was and who produced it.
Specifically, they even knew which two viruses were put together to form this one.
They had all of the data in.
They knew that some military athletes who had gone to Wuhan in October for what is known as the World Military Games, they got sick with COVID-19.
The Defense Intelligence Agency did some of the best intelligence work on COVID, and then they kept it from the American public and from Congress and from so many people.
It only recently got declassified and released to the American public from the DIA and the ODNI.
That's how we know it.
And it's a dark history in intelligence world time.
We could have acted much differently if this intel was front and center.
All right, quick break.
We'll come right back more with John Solomon on the other side, founder, editor-in-chief, and investigative reporter, justthenews.com.
And then we'll get to your calls coming up, 800-941-SHAWN, as we continue.

I have mine.
Get it in time for the 4th of July allegiance flags, American flags for great Americans made the American way.
The American people.
Which raises a lot of questions about, you know, why are we allowing Chinese nationals into the country when this type of activity is taking place?
Why are we allowing Chinese nationals to buy up tens of thousands of acres of farmland, ranch land, and land near military installations?
Because I doubt that President Qi in China would allow any American national to do the same thing in his country.
That would never happen.
Yeah, Iran, I think, a really big issue.
In fact, I just talked to Congressman Darren LaHood, who's on the House Intelligence Committee, and this is an issue now behind closed doors that are of grave concern to the House Intelligence Committee.
We have hundreds of NIH scientists who are on our soil that were brought from foreign countries of concern like China, particularly China.
Most of them are from China, but there are some from Russia and other places as well, that are dealing with pathogens on our soil.
They have visas at the behest of NIH.
Who is monitoring them?
Who is making sure that they're not doing something for their foreign state that is untoward towards the American state that is their gracious host?
Can I interrupt and ask how many came in during the Biden years?
We're working on those numbers right now with NIH.
I hope to have that in the next 48 hours, the exact numbers.
We want to break them down year by year.
We're told it has explosively grown over the last decade, so it's been continuing to grow.
But this is after we knew that Wuhan may have had an Institute of Reality, may have had a lab accident that unleashed the pandemic.
And then we see last week, these two young scientists try to smuggle in this pathogen, this fungus that could, if it got into nature, could wipe out crops in America, create a food crisis.
They're being funded.
They're working in a program funded by Uncle Sam, you and I, our tax dollars.
And we have to keep asking ourselves, why are we doing this?
Who is watching this?
What are the intelligence assessments?
And the answer is, it doesn't appear to be very closely watched.
And I think these two episodes in Michigan, there were two people one day, and then Monday, a third person was arrested with some sort of roundworm pathogens.
It's woken up from the doldrums, an issue that now House Intelligence, FBI, and others are looking at.
But very grave risks that we're taking if we're not monitoring people who have an allegiance to a foreign government that doesn't like America, and they're dealing with pathogens that can kill humanity or kill crops.
And your article pointed out, Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, the chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigation, said that the incident shows the threat the Chinese government and their involvement in the dangerous research flooded by U.S. taxpayers through the NIH during the COVID-19 and the origins of COVID-19.
And, quote, it's been obvious for years that Fauci and Francis Collins not only funded dangerous research, but directed funding to the scientists loyal to China, not America.
Is that true?
It is true.
Listen, Senator Rand Paul, Senator Ron Johnson, Senator Doc Marshall, who did amazing work to get the CIA whistleblowers to the FBI and to the Intelligence Committee Inspector General, they were on this.
They were called disinformation artists.
They were dismissed.
They were right from the beginning, and they showed that oversight work now is going to maybe hopefully lead to some changes that protect us.
But, you know, China relishes the opportunity to take our own resources, American resources, and use them to fund America's own demise.
And you see that with the fentanyl crisis.
They create the PERK precursors.
They give them to the cartels.
The cartels ship them in here, and we poison our young adults is what we've seen in the crisis.
This is part of a plan.
At some point, Americans have to wake up and say, we can't be participating in our own demise.
We can't be funding it.
And I think that's what Ron Johnson was getting at.
That's why they were our number one geopolitical foe.
Anyway, Don Solomon, founder, editor-in-chief, and investigative reporter, justthenews.com.
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate your time.
You're with you.
All right, 25 now to the top of the hour.
Hope you can join us.
Punchlines and Patriots, Clearwater.
That's Tampa.
But you can also come if you're in Sarasota and Fort Myers and in the Panhandle and Orlando.
We hope you'll come out and see us.
Jimmy calls me this morning.
Linda, you're going to love this.
And he tells me, he's like, he's using me as a sounding board about what he's going to do.
We're doing a really special show, and it's going to be irreverent, politically incorrect, and it's not going to be like any other, quote, show that has comedy in it, but we also have patriotism in it.
And it's really simple.
And it's like he's trying to make, I told you it was going to be PG-13 Plus or R-rated.
And what he told me this morning was funny.
The problem is, if he ever said it, I will be under fire for the next week, two weeks, month, months of my life.
And I'm like, no, you're not doing that.
As funny as it is, you're not allowed to say that.
You know, you can't censor him, all right?
It's just a peaceful show.
No, I have to, just like with you.
You have a wonderful sense of humor, by the way.
I mean, you're the perfect audience for a good joke.
And, you know, and don't come if you're if you're that woke and you're going to be that triggered.
Anyway, tickets are selling really fast.
Come to Clearwater.
It's going to be Saturday, June 28th, 7 p.m.
Ruth Eckert Hall.
Tickets on sale, Hannity.com.
Fort Lauderdale.
I mean, that includes Miami.
That includes Boca, Del Rey Beach, Manalapan, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach.
Just, you know, grab your tickets now where you can because it's going to be awesome.
Why can't you do like come as you are?
You know, leave.
No, I can't.
You know, I'm going to tell you why.
Because there is a double standard if you are a conservative for a living.
Not only because we allow liberal.
People only walk on you if you allow it.
You know that.
Okay, but here's the problem.
Do I want to deal with a month, two months' worth of headaches after the shows because I just wanted to go that extra step over the line?
Dude, just say your show identifies as peaceful and calm, and you're sorry that they interpret it that way, but they have a right to interpret it that way.
Listen, I will tell you the joke offline.
It is so freaking funny.
But if he ever said it, it would be a huge deal.
I know the environment we live in.
We had to get out of here.
And now everyone's saying they want to be able to do that.
Now everyone's going to want to hear that.
You do know that, right?
I mean, like, the severed head.
I'm saying, like, you know, but she's not funny.
None of these, these liberals are not funny.
This show is going to be hilarious, actually.
I think you'd be irreverent and have a little fun.
That's just my two.
But I don't need to go to X-rated.
I'm already telling people this is going to be edgy.
This is going to be an edgy show.
You're a Boy Scout.
Your idea of edgy is nothing.
You got.
No, no.
Well, you have seen me at my best.
I have.
And I think a lot of people were kind of shocked at the Fox Nation Patriot Awards.
And I think some of my jokes even got it edited out.
I know some of Jimmy's did, you know, for air.
And by the way, did they edit it?
I don't know.
I never watched it.
They did edit out some of Sean and some of Jimmy.
Yes.
That's censorship.
That's not censorship.
Let your voice be heard, bro.
They edited for time.
And then it's like, oh, if we're going to take something out, maybe the off-color thing, because it's a family-friendly, friendly channel, but it wasn't a family-friendly environment when you're doing a live show.
I mean, we're not doing a show for kids.
This is now, I'm going to look in the audience.
I'm going to push back a little bit.
I'm going to push.
What they're teaching our kids in schools is way worse than any joke you could possibly tell.
You know what?
That's actually true, too.
I can't argue with you.
However, I'm just telling you, I don't, like, I love the fact that Chris Rock, Bill Maher, Jon Stewart, Dave Chappelle can say whatever the hell they want.
I support it completely.
Don't go to a comedy show if you're going to be triggered by a joke.
It's a, you know, if you want to make joke, I don't care when they make jokes about me when they're funny.
Jon Stewart has torn me a new one and I laugh.
It makes me laugh.
I have seen people on social media and they make these like, what do you call them, memes.
And I mean, they are absolutely hilarious, you know, making fun of the fact that I'm a conservative and I support Trump.
I think it's clever and it's funny and it makes me laugh.
I love it.
And if these guys would just be funny and not so rigidly ideological, we're going to be funny.
But it's like, it's sort of like an open space because there aren't very many comics out there that are willing to go there.
I mean, we're going to be talking about Gavin and Kamala and Joe and the lies they tell.
I mean, and I was writing last night, you know, late into the night because it just was, I was just flowing last night.
And anyway, even you thought I was funny at the Vox Nation Awards.
And that's a high bar to get you to admit that I was funny.
Who?
Me or Ethan?
You.
You.
Yeah, I thought you were very.
Listen, I thought you were very funny.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate anybody who's candid and authentic.
I am so sick and tired of the whitewashing of the reality.
You don't want any filter at all.
Exactly.
You don't want any filter at all.
I got enough gray sweaters for the rest of the day.
There are thoughts you have expressed.
Ethan, you be the judge here, and don't be afraid of Linda and stop because I can't tell you.
He's not afraid of me.
We're dear flat.
Yes, he is.
Yes, he is.
Ethan, if there are a couple of things, topics, I can text them to you if you want.
If Linda said on the air, how much trouble, how big a headache on a scale of one to 10 would it be for me?
For you or for her?
Me, me, and the show.
I think she's pulled it back quite a bit.
I think she'd be okay right now.
But enough, I'm saying the unfiltered Linda that you know.
Oh, my God.
Is this a super weird way of inviting me to join you to me?
Because listen, if you want me to be your opener, I will do it, bro.
Oh, yeah.
I know.
I will be your lifestyle.
I will do it.
Okay?
I got you.
But Ethan, don't duck the question.
Unfiltered, how bad would it be?
How many boycotts would we face?
How many calls for cancellation would we face?
Why would I have to spin?
Only a few, but we don't need those people.
Only a few.
Whoa, whoa, only a few.
Well said.
Re-examine that.
I think there are a lot of people that have.
Your voice is going up because you're lying.
I think there are a lot of people who listen to the show and who are on the show who think a lot of the things that Linda will say off air, but they might not say it in public.
See that?
And they might say that.
She said some of the things that you know that I'm saying, you know what I'm talking about.
Let me give you an example.
Today?
No, no, no.
I was on the subway.
No, no, no.
I'm not talking to you.
I was on the subway.
Ethan.
And there was a gentleman.
He had some interesting things.
Emailing him out.
There would be some pushback.
There would be some pushback.
Some or a ton.
There would not be a ton.
Most of the audience agrees.
Will you stop?
Your name is not Ethan.
Maybe I identify as Ethan as you can tell me who I am.
My sum might be your a ton, but I don't think it would be that bad.
Wrong.
And you know it, but you're not.
So for Christmas, I just want you to.
You are doing the opposite of what you're calling on me to do.
It applies.
I got you.
I can't buy this filter because you're all.
You know what?
Ethan needs to move to Florida because then he'll be free to be himself.
Hey, I'm not.
I would love to go no matter what.
Listen to me.
How's the real estate?
You won't have any advertisers, but you can start it.
Ew, that's so mean, bro.
No, I'm just kidding.
Wait, wait.
I can start a podcast or something.
No, she can.
No.
Let me give you one example.
Body double.
I'm not going to say any more than that.
That's it.
Leave it there.
Don't talk about it.
That's right.
That's right.
Zip it.
That's right.
Zip it.
Inquire.
I don't want to hear it.
I don't want to deal with it.
I don't want to deal with this.
Or thoughts on certain viruses.
I don't want to deal with that either.
Wuhan Flu.
She's mumbling.
Now, Ethan, how bad would it be?
Now that I'm going to be able to do that.
The first thing you might get some pushback, yes.
The second thing, I think.
No, no, no, no, don't say some.
It would be fun.
It is some.
It is some.
People don't grow seven inches overnight.
I'm sorry.
Oh, my God.
It's not camera angles, bro.
Oh, okay.
La la la.
You opened this door.
You opened it.
I definitely did.
All right, I'm being quiet.
It is entertaining.
Anyway, go to Hannity.com, Clearwater, the 28th, and Fort Lauderdale, the 29th.
Although, I will say this.
When we were in Palm Beach, Linda was down here and we had an event.
And I think your husband was probably the most shocked of anybody because I kept looking over and he's like, what the heck is going on here?
Even though he listens to the show, I think.
Yeah, yeah.
And we started doing, I started making fun of your accent.
So rare.
The whole place was erupted in laughter.
I want you to know that everyone came to my table.
And first of all, they said, you say it the right way.
And then they said, Sean's just jealous.
Sauce is his own source.
No, sauce is not the right way.
You don't say silver palette pasta sauce.
You do.
You don't say sauce.
Everyone says sauce.
You're the only one who doesn't, actually.
Super weird.
Now you're trying to say it the right way because I'm calling it safe.
It's sauce.
It is sauce.
It's not sauce.
It is sauce.
Actually, you're right.
It's gravy.
It's not coffee.
And it's not gravy.
And it's not talk radio.
I had a delicious cup of coffee today.
I got some nice silver palette pasta sauce in my cabinets at home.
I also got their cereal, by the way.
It's really good.
Oh, what?
Granberry?
Yeah, because I had the raisin brand, but I got what is it?
Cinnamon, cinnamon squares?
I don't know.
Anyways, I got cinnamon squares last night.
It was delicious.
Total sweet.
Oh, they're great.
Anyway, that's my favorite, actually.
It was really, really good.
By the way, my cut of the day, Nancy Pelosi, when you see a riot, it may be the exuberance of the moment or the anarchists setting in.
And I was thinking, you know, it was horrible when her husband was attacked.
And I am being sincere.
I don't want to see anybody a victim of violence.
And what happened to her husband was terrible.
And I was thinking, whoa, was that a case of over-exuberance?
Listen.
When there is a gathering, a large gathering of people, the anarchists see it as an opportunity and they move in.
So always have to be careful whether you see a burned car, a broken window, or whatever it is.
It may be the exuberance of the moment, but it may be the anarchist setting in.
Oh, it may be the exuberance.
That's exuberance.
So therefore I attack somebody.
I attack police.
That's what it is.
Hey, don't forget, spring is here and unpredictable weather is coming, hurricane season coming.

God bless Texas.
Mark, how are you?
Oh, my gosh, Sean.
I'm great.
How are you?
It's a real privilege to join you.
Though I admit on what I'm going to talk about is probably following you on constitutional issues is like bringing that proverbial or metaphoric pocket knife to a policy cunt fight.
I've tried to call in for three years out in the Permian Basin when I had Signal.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
In the Permian Basin.
Sure.
Yeah, in the oil field.
And for three years, I was like, oh, I got to speak to Sean.
There's so many topics.
But the one right now is the so-called sanctuary cities and states that I know you've been on the front lines of this discussion for years and just wanted to get your thought on where you maybe see that fight going.
I would like to stick my neck out.
Well, listen, as far as I'm concerned, it's aiding and abetting lawbreaking.
And it's institutionalizing aiding and abetting law breaking.
And we're giving, you know, we're taking our tax dollars and we have to contribute to every state in terms of health care and education.
And that money is as a matter of state law, not federal law, because it contradicts federal law.
That money is going from taxpayers to people that didn't respect our laws, border, and sovereignty.
And the whole insanity of all of this is the people we're arresting out there, the worst of the worst, as they call them, they're talking about murderers, child molesters, gang members.
I mean, this is the party of Obrego Garcia.
You know, that's Gavin Newsom.
That's who Gavin is trying to protect.
Unbelievable to me.
Can we propose a 28th Amendment?
Because this is just allowing us or the state to veer off where it's very dangerous.
You know, the very word sanctuary means safety, and they're not safe havens.
They're constitutional hazards.
So, I mean, I've written up the proposal for the 28th Amendment.
I don't know how to get it through.
Maybe I could send it to Sean Hannity.
You've got a big voice.
Well, the best thing to do, my advice would be send it to Senator Ted Cruz in your state.
And, you know, he's the constitutionalist, and he'll take a look at it.
I do know his office is very, very responsive.
And that would be the guy that could push it through.
All I would do is be a conduit, but I think you can go direct to Senator Cruz's office, send it there, and hopefully you get a favorable reply.
Anyway, Mark in Texas, God bless Texas.
