This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right, thanks, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Write down our toll-free telephone number if you want to be a part of the program.
It is 800-941-SEAN.
If you'd like to join us, I am going to play for all of you later in the program.
The opening remarks of the prosecutor that is trying the Lake and Riley case.
And if this does not make you furious and angry, I don't know what will.
It is so wrong.
It is so outrageous.
The woman's name is Sheila Ross.
She's the prosecutor in this Lake and Riley case about the accused Jose Abarra.
How this guy went hunting for females at the University of Georgia campus, bashed Riley's skull with a rock repeatedly.
She was trying to fight back, like little Jocelyn Nungarry.
And then she goes into a description of the findings of the medical examiner's autopsy of Lake and Riley's body and her cause of death, blunt force, trauma to the head, asphyxiation.
And then she describes the state of Lake and Riley's body when the officer Kenneth Maxwell found her.
And you tell me, you know, why then we even have a have to have a discussion in this country about enforcing the laws in the land of this country.
Because still you have people on the left that are dedicated to wide open borders.
I mean, the Georgia prosecutors playing this 911 call during Lake and Riley's final minutes as she was being bludgeoned to death.
I mean, it is it is absolutely chilly.
Where, you know, the final moments that was played in court earlier today, leaving her grieving mother in a flood of tears during the first day of opening statements.
And anyway, Riley triggered the emergency function on her cell phone, called 911 while running on the University of Georgia campus, and the prosecutor, you know, telling an Athens Clark uh county courtroom, and you know, only a male voice was heard on the brief muffled audio that was played in court, and those in the courtroom listened to the operator, you know, saying Clark County 911, hello, Clark County 911.
Can anyone hear me?
And earlier in the opening statements, prosecutors detail how she fought for her life for a staggering 18 minutes, and how this guy was hunting for females on the Athens campus when he came upon Riley.
And when Lincoln Riley refused to be his rape victim, he bashed her skull with a rock repeatedly.
Now, put that, you know, you know, into the prism of this.
Because we have Democratic governors vowing to fight to protect Biden's and Harris's unvetted illegal immigrants from being deported.
Can you explain that to me?
What part of this election did it did they not understand?
We'll get into more specifics with Ted Cruz coming up later in the program here.
Donald Trump won this election in a landslide in part because he promised to conduct mass deportations across the country and withhold federal funding from sanctuary cities and states, along with a slate of other enforcement proposals.
And then you got Democratic governors, you know, in Massachusetts, California, Illinois.
By the way, all of them seen as potential 2028 presidential contenders, and all these other, quote, elected leaders, they're not leaders of anything, saying that they will use their authority to push back against the upcoming Trump agenda, especially on immigration.
You have the Massachusetts governor, uh Mora Healy telling MSDNC after Trump's victory.
I think that the key here is that every tool in the toolbox has got to be used to protect our citizens, protect our residents, protect our states, and certainly hold the line on democracy and the rule of law as a basic principle, and confirm that the Massachusetts state police would absolutely not help the Trump administration's deportations.
What?
We have had dozens of Lake and Rileys.
Rachel Morris, Jocelyn Nungary.
How many more Americans have to die because they allowed in 12 and a half million unvetted illegal immigrants from over 180 countries?
Gavin Newsom calling a November 7th special session of the state legislature to protect California values from Trump.
Well, uh what, the sanctuary city and state of California?
Are you kidding me?
Which has become a sewer in places like even Eva Longoria, who left, you know, Trump's America to live in Mexico and Spain, you know, even talked about LA is not the same with the homelessness.
You know, look at my conversation with Gillian Michaels and why she left.
I mean, she says she checks every box in in, you know that would be normally very liberal.
And she says, I can't take it anymore.
And she moved to the free state of Florida.
And so many others are doing the same thing.
The special session in California will, you know, bolster California's legal resources.
In other words, they're going to want to sue Trump every other day.
Lawfare will continue in a different way.
And protect civil rights and reproductive freedom.
Nobody's nobody's going to touch your reproductive freedom in California.
What the hell are they talking about out there?
By the way, 40% of Californians voting for Trump, which helped him win the popular vote.
I think that speaks volumes.
Because there weren't people.
I'm sure many people in California, New York, and New Jersey weren't thinking that their vote was going to matter in terms of winning the state for Donald Trump, but they still felt compelled to go out there and vote for him anyway to send a message.
They're sick of this crap on immigration protection.
California's advanced policies that support immigrant families and investing in their protection.
To anyone who intends to take away the freedom and opportunity and dignity of people in Illinois, I would remind you that a happy warrior is still a warrior.
Governor Pritzer saying during a press conference.
By the way, I saw this idiot in one of the uh spin rooms one day.
I'm like, oh, he's he's really a tough guy.
So they're going to form a resistance against Donald Trump?
Governor Pritzker vowing to do everything I can do to protect undocumented immigrants.
Okay.
Why don't you vet them first?
I mean, they are all aiding and a betting in law breaking.
There's something else that's happening, and it's a bit of a phenomenon that I want to discuss here today, because with each new announcement of a cabinet member, and they're all and Donald Trump is picking on purpose, as he promised, people that are disruptors.
And maybe you like some of his picks, maybe you don't like some of his picks.
It's neither here nor there.
And this we have talked at length about how one of the things that came out of this election is the death of the legacy state-run media mob.
They're done.
I mean, if if you have every major newspaper in the country for nine years, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Danger, Donald Trump, you know, uh, sexual assault, Donald Trump, uh, crook, Donald Trump convict,
mugshots, you know, Russia, Russia, lie, lie, lie, conspiracy theory, conspiracy theory, impeachment one, impeachment two, and it's just, you know, threat to democracy ending in Nazi fascist Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, you know, and we're all garbage if we support them.
And with three major networks, 90% of the time giving him negative coverage, but giving Kamala 90% positive coverage.
You got two full-time cable news networks that nobody's watching anyway, but they give 24-7 pretty much anti-Trump rhetoric, pro-democratic rhetoric.
You've got every major newspaper, every broadcast channel, all of these major news outlets, and the American people have heard it for nine years, and it had not only no impact, if anything, it had a negative impact because people are sick and tired of being fed lies, misinformation, and propaganda.
And it is a tribute to all the American people, all of you, that you have ignored these people, and you made up your own minds and and so counter to what it is that they've been shoving down our throats for all these years.
And it's also a tribute to so many Americans.
Let's see, Bruce Springsteen and Taylor Swift.
And I by the way, they're they're allowed to be liberal.
I don't give I don't give a flying rip what their politics is, to be honest with you.
Or John Bon Jovi.
I don't care what his politics are.
It just doesn't matter to me.
I'm not I'm not going to get my political opinions, you know, from rock stars and celebrities like Julia Roberts and that dope George Clooney.
I don't care what they have to say.
But the one thing is you you would think they may have learned something here that they they are out of touch with where the country is.
You know, all these late night comedians that have alienated half the country and watch their ratings go into the sewer and to the point where we are officially on cancellation countdown watch for late night hosts because their shows are over.
Because nobody watches them.
And you think they might have a little bit of introspection, self-reflection, and and maybe a willingness to examine how this happened.
There's only like one person that has been pretty objective.
And I did an hour podcast, and you know what?
If we can post it again, I want people to watch it if they can, my buddy Stephen A. Smith.
And he let me talk and explain what happened in this election at length.
And I appreciate that.
When he comes on my shows, I let him talk, and then people say, hey, Hannity, why'd you let him talk so much?
Because that's kind of the way we roll.
He's a guest on my show.
I want to hear what he has to say.
I know he's going to disagree with me.
I know he's going to make fun of me.
He's great at what he does, but he's a smart guy, and he's a dear friend, and he's honest.
He's the only one that came on and said, we got our ass kicked, and we need to look back and reflect, and we need to understand that woke will, you know, makes you broke, and we need to understand that, you know, people didn't pay attention to the borders and they didn't pay attention to the economy.
All the things that that you were talking about on your show, Sean, they they were paying attention to that.
And it cuts across every demographic.
But there, you know, with the announcement of every single Trump cabinet pick, you're getting them to just revert to form.
I mean, they bubble, they fizz like Alkazar in water.
It doesn't matter if it's Matt Gates, it doesn't matter if it's Pete Hegseth, it doesn't matter if it's Tulsi Gabbard, it doesn't matter if it's RFK Jr., they just bubble and fizz and they go they revert right back into I hate Trump mode.
And I'm gonna make a prediction on this, and this might be helpful to weak Republicans and rhinos out there, is that it all uh in the minds of the American people, it is now expected that anything Donald Trump says,
anything that he does is going to be, you know, that we're going to hear hysteria from the left, and it's going to be a continuation of the campaign, and it's going to be noise, and it's going to be ignored.
You know, I actually have an open have had an open mind with RFK Jr.
And, you know, I talked to a lot of people about health.
Uh I interviewed Jillian Michaels.
Jillian Michaels is really smart on health issues.
You know, I don't know if many of you know this about food.
It's kind of interesting to me, because you know, I'm I'm more into health than I've ever been before.
Did you know, for example, that we have the biggest health bill of any country in the world with the worst outcomes than competing countries?
Did you know that uh Europe will not accept much of American food because the ingredients, the chemicals that are used to grow food, the hormones that are used in in our meat, uh, the food colorings and the chemicals and everything else that is put into our food, they will not accept it, and many of our foods are banned there because they view them as not healthy.
You know, they're out there saying that, well, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wants to bring back polio and the measles.
No, he doesn't.
He's not even anti-vaccine.
What he is is he wants to give you information, be as transparent as possible, and then if you want the vaccine, you you you're gonna get your vaccine.
Nobody's gonna take it away from you, but he wants the American people more informed.
Do you know that 77% of young adults cannot qualify for the military because of health issues?
These are young people.
I mean, do you know how hard I work as an older guy to stay in shape?
I have to work hard at it.
Work out every day, eat healthy.
Yeah, I know.
Uh I I see made the mistake and and told Jillian Michaels that I I use um that didn't go over very well.
Boy, did I get a lecture, Linda?
Wow.
And then she gave me like five other products to switch to that are healthier.
She said it's not the naked.
Sean's got more behind the scenes information.

Many Americans can't afford a new car.
They can't afford a newer car, newer used car, obviously.
And when times are tough, you're putting more miles on your car than you what you won or previously.
Uh, you've got to prepare what if?
What if the tranny blows?
What if you blow an engine?
What if the electronics go down?
What if the AC doesn't work?
I mean, between parts and labor, the cost is astronomical.
And that's what Car Shield is about.

Car Shield is helping fellow Americans.

Um we'll get into this more with Ted Cruz, but you know, as President elect Donald Trump picking borders are Tom Holman, who I like a lot.
He's been a longtime for uh friend of this program and friend on TV.
He's no nonsense.
I don't think Linda, have we ever have we ever heard him laugh?
I don't think I've ever heard Tom Holman laugh.
He's he's all business, man.
Yes.
And and he's kick ass, and he's gonna be a real border czar.
And anyway, what he's gonna do is he has vowed to flood sanctuary cities and states with ice agents to do their job.
Now you have these governors that are are looking to present resistance.
Well, good luck with that.
Because if they're in the country illegally, that's a federal crime.
And they have every right to remove them.
And if these governors join together and try to prevent it, then they will be aiding and abetting law breaking.
And if they want that confrontation, they can have it.
But that confrontation, I'm sure will be taken to court, and any good court eventually, when it gets to the right court, they will uphold the laws of our country.
The move would mean thousands of deskbound ICE officers, they're going to start making arrests and enforcing the law.
And all these people that didn't respect our laws, our borders, our sovereignty that were aided and abetted by Harris and Biden.
Well, and they're now roaming American streets, and you're paying for their food, their shelter, their education.
You know, of states allowing legal driver's licenses, college education, we're paying for sex change surgeries.
If Kamala would have won, well, now they're good, they're gonna have to be asked politely to leave and be given a ticket, and they're gonna be flown home.
And if if they refute if they refuse, they will be arrested and they will be forced home.
That's just the way it's gonna work.
Anyway, so border agents now are happy, they feel like they can do their their job again.
You have a heavily armed Mexican drug cartel member nabbed in New York City, a guy armed with a loaded AR-15 assault rifle and his Mexican cartel friend, both back on the streets.
Welcome to New York City.
Want to know why I left New York?
Add this to the many reasons why I left New York.
This is insanity.
No bail law insanity.
Did you hear go ahead?
What?
Did you hear about the woman who was murdered in AOC's district?
Oh, I did hear about that.
I have that that's actually next.
But you go you can go ahead and tell everybody.
No, no, no, please.
I just wanted to make sure we bring that up because AOC says they're not criminals.
So I'm just curious if she's going to address this.
Yeah, she says they're not criminals, and they have a murder right in her district.
I mean, is she gonna call the family?
This is one thing about Harris and Biden.
They never called Lake and Riley's family.
By the way, I did speak to her family, and I'm not saying that to name drop.
I I am just saying when you talk to family members, and and now that the details have come out today, and we'll get in into more of this.
They're never going to be the same.
They're never ever, ever going to get their life back to where it was.
It's just not going to happen.
And I can tell you if it happened to me, I would never be the same.
I think I'm strong.
I think I'm tough.
You know what?
But the one that you want to break me, that would break me.
I'm not sure how I'd respond.
I really don't.
I just I I I it just would be it's so devastating for these families.
And the same thing over the years when I've met Gold Star families.
When I met so many families that lost loved ones on 9-11, which is, you know, we've now set ourselves up with the biggest national security threat ever because of Harris Biden illegals, and I keep saying it's a matter of when, not a matter of if, but I always add, I pray to God that I'm wrong, but unfortunately, I don't think I'm wrong.
I wish I was.
I hope I am.
I said this on election night.
If I'm wrong, let me tell you how this night is going to unfold.
By the way, there are people that actually timed out what time I said it.
Do you know what time I said it on election night when I was on box?
933.
But I felt, I don't know, I know you a little better, so I felt like you were doing the lead-in.
Maybe that's why I think it's 33.
Well, it's funny.
Uh so I was talking to Sensei, and he was watching with his son Ryan.
I said, here he goes.
I and you know, the people that know me well, you know, he says, I turned to my son, I said, pay very close attention.
This is not coming out of thin air.
If he did not know, he would not be saying this.
And I knew where we were.
And I made it made the point on that panel that let me tell you how the night's gonna unfold.
That Donald Trump is going to win the state of Georgia and North Carolina.
Those states will be called in fairly short order, relatively speaking.
And then I said he's gonna win Arizona and he's likely gonna win Nevada, which turned out to be true, but we wouldn't know that till much later, and I I knew that part when I said it.
And I said, I don't want to get over my skis here, but let me tell you how the night's gonna unfold.
And if it turns out that I'm wrong, we could have Hannity's wrong t-shirts made up.
And then I went on to describe that means where we are at this minute, is that for Kamala Harris to win, he'd have to sweep the blue wall.
Those Blue wall states are Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth.
That would be Wisconsin.
That would be Michigan.
And I I'm not sure why there weren't more people out there.
Mark Halper was out there doing it every day, which is why, you know, when I noticed that he was doing it, I'm like, huh, somebody's doing what I'm doing.
Somebody's somebody's reading the data that I'm reading.
And it was so rare.
And then everybody else and by the way, the polls were reading it like our posters were reading it.
They're smart.
That's why they got it.
That's partly why they got it right.
I mean, three presidential elections in a row, Matt Towery, Robert Cahaley, Trafalgar Insider Advantage, John McLaughlin.
Our polls got it right.
Three elections in a row.
They nailed it.
You know, too close to call.
I mean, three states, 44,000 votes separated Biden from Trump in 2020.
But they called it.
And that's what they said.
And meanwhile, everybody else, remember the average real clear politics average was Biden was up by eight the day before the election.
And it was supposed to be a runaway.
And he was up by like four in the battleground states.
That's not how it played out.
Not by any stretch of the imagination.
And anyway, so and then I said, and let me tell you why it's not going to happen.
And then I went over all the early voting numbers and I compared them to 2020, and then I talked about turnout, which I had been making phone call after phone call.
Linda, you remember we were on election day, and in every break I was updating you what the turnout was in Pennsylvania and Philly and in Allegheny County, which is where Democrats would need to make up the votes, the shortfall that Kamala Harris had going into that day.
And then I was calling all of my sources in Wisconsin and getting updates on what the turnout is in heavily Democratic areas because there was such a big shortfall, a 40% shortfall from four Kamala Harris going into election day.
And I knew that she would have to so overperform at a at record level day of voting numbers that unless we saw those those those though that number of people in line to vote, there was no way mathematically that they could ever catch up.
And I know that when I spoke about and I started talking about four years ago, and I did repeat myself often, and I did it on purpose, not to hear myself talk, but I did it because it takes a while for things to really penetrate into people's minds, and you got to repeat it.
And just like monoclonal antibodies, our little test that we did with Linda to this day, it's you were still shocked by that.
I've been talking about monoclonal and oh my gosh, monoclonal antibodies, monoclonal antibodies.
Then one day you said, Will you stop?
We've heard you already.com.
You know, but back to my point, you know, the math wasn't There.
And when I was getting all the information, the Trump team had a war room in Milwaukee.
They had one in Philly.
They had one in Allegheny County.
And I'm making phone calls like a maniac.
And the only places that they had heavy turnout were at Temple University and at Penn State and Lehigh.
There's 25,000 students at Temple, about 10,000 at Penn State, about six or seven thousand in at Lehigh.
Okay.
She started the day down 700,000 votes from where Joe Biden was four years prior.
That would mean that day, election day, she needed massive turnout, hundreds and hundreds of thousands of more people than have ever turned out day of election.
And it and it and they kept saying to me it's not even close.
It ended up she only made up 200 of the 700,000, a little over 200,000 of the 700,000 votes she was down.
And then you know, then in other places she did a little bit better here and there or everywhere.
Um but when I started telling people to vote early, it was I got a lot of criticism.
But if we didn't bank those votes, if we didn't change our mindset, and we didn't make adjustments, we would have made a big mistake, and we would have given them the advantage going into election day.
But you know, thanks, and that's why I'm so appreciative to all of you, because in all honesty, and I've I've been upfront about it.
I share your skepticism about voting early, voting by mail, etc.
etc.
I wanted I w I want better, I want more integrity in our election systems.
I prefer paper ballots.
I would prefer that we go to election day being not for for months on end, because what happens a week before an election, a major story breaks that would change people's vote.
Well, they already voted.
They can't go back and change it.
I think we should wait till election day with the exception of the sick, the infirmed, the, you know, people that you know can't get to the polls for whatever reason, or you know, the military obviously should be able to vote.
And, you know, I hope those reforms now can be put in place and and we'll have more integrity in the system and Americans will have more confidence in the results.
I'm glad this was such an overwhelming mandate landslide that it wasn't an issue.
But, you know, we might have closer elections down the road, and we've got to prepare for you know, that being inevitable.
Having lived through 2000 and 2016 and 2020, I'd like to learn her thing or two.
Although I gotta tell you, having voted now for the first time in Florida in my life, you know, I've had property here for 25 years, but I mean, living here full time this year to but just to watch its system work.
I mean, they count your vote the day you put it in.
And so on election day, how how long did it take them to call Florida after the polls closed?
Was was it a half hour, 40 minutes?
Yeah, it was fast.
It was ridiculous.
And and they're still counting votes as I understand it in Arizona.
Are they still counting in Maricopa County?
I mean, it's ridiculous happening.
It's ridiculous.
Yeah, but let me tell you something.
It's not fair to the rest of the country, it's not fair to every other state, it's not fair to the people of Arizona, and if Florida can do it in minutes and do it with integrity, even mailing, even early voting.
I went to early vote.
You know, why can't they do it?
And that's the point.
If you want integrity in the system, confidence in the results, and you don't want people at each other's throats after an election.
By the way, we're going to talk about what's going on.
Bob Casey just refuses to concede in Pennsylvania, and there's mathematically no way you can win.
We'll talk about the the games they're playing there.
Also, Ted Cruz is coming up.
One way to save money, not sacrifice service in this tough in these tough economic times is to switch to my cell phone provider that's Pure Talk.
And the great thing is it's a veteran-owned company.
They've already alleviated $10 million in veterans' debt.
They donate tens of thousands of dollars every month to prevent uh veteran suicide.
They donated 50 grand to Mike Roworks, Which is providing scholarships to vets learning trades after active duty.
But here's the best part.
Pure Talk uses the same 5G network, the same exact cell towers as the big carriers, ATT, Verizon and T Mobile, and you pay about half the price for the same exact service.
I mean, it's such a good deal.
And you save money.
And making the switch, it's simple, it's fast, it's easy.
You dial pound 250, you say the key word save now.
Do it now.
You save an additional 50% off your first month.
That's pound 250.
Keywords saved now from our friends at Pure Talk today.
The biggest newsmakers, the best coverage, and the issues you care about every single day.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
I mean, it is amazing the lessons that it's seemingly no liberals have learned in this election.
We're going to check in with Senator Ted Cruz of Texas.
He's been on the front lines in terms of the fight over immigration.
That's coming up in the course of the program.
Also, uh later on in the program, we'll be joined by Jeff Bartos, Michael Watley, uh, because Bob Casey won't concede in Pennsylvania.
And oh, one county says, Yeah, let's let's count ballots.
The Supreme Court there said we can't count.
