All right, news roundup information overload hour.
Toll-free, let me give you our number.
It's 800-941-Sean on this eve of this first presidential debate.
And we have a lot of news.
Let's take you back four years ago.
What happened in the weeks leading up to the 2020 election?
Well, we had in October, the New York Post had a blockbuster story.
It was about Hunter Biden's laptop, a laptop that we now know implicates Joe Biden as, quote, the big guy, as confirmed by Tony Bobolinski, a laptop that we now know from Hunter Biden's business partner, Devin Archer, that Joe Biden lied to the country when he said he never talked to his son, his brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
When, in fact, Devin Archer said he used to call into meetings with his foreign business associates and even met with some of them, including the former First Lady of Moscow and Russian oligarch Elena Batorina,
who, according to Devin Archer, $3.5 million in funds were sent from her to the Biden, quote, enterprise, if you will, or the Biden syndicate, if you will, on top of what he claimed over $100 million for real estate investment.
And then, of course, we had the FBI.
They had verified the authenticity of the laptop.
They did that in March of 2020, but yet they went out all summer before the election, meeting with big tech companies and pre-bunking the laptop story by warning these big tech companies that they would be victims of a foreign disinformation campaign, and it's likely going to be about Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
Now, they also knew that Rudy Giuliani's attorney had a copy of the laptop, the very real laptop from hell.
And then when that story broke and Facebook and Twitter actually went to the FBI and asked, is this what you were warning us about?
Is this disinformation or is this accurate?
They could have confirmed that it was accurate because they had verified it.
They chose to protect Joe Biden.
And then the story gets worse.
Then we had, you know, an effort led by Winken, Tony, Blinken to gather 51, what we thought were former intelligence officers, none of whom ever examined the laptop, out there debunking the laptop as Russian disinformation.
And this was all in the lead up to the final debate in October of 2020.
And Joe Biden, you know, was calling it Russian disinformation and the 51 Intel officers that were organized by his people.
Anyway, let's listen to Joe in the lead up to that election because he's lying to the American public.
There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a Russian plan.
They have said that this has all the care.
Four, five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage.
Nobody believes it except his and his good friend Runa Gianni.
You mean the laptop is now another Russia-Russia-Russia hoax?
Building the stories from the fall about the Zeitblaster were rushing to stay and kill this game instead.
Yes, yes, yes.
God love you, man.
You're a one-horse opponent.
Well, it all turns out not to be true.
Now, we have the committee, the House Judiciary Committee, the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
They have now come out with a very, very extensive report.
And in this report, they go into great specificity and they go into great detail about how the intelligence community, 51 it's called, how CIA contractors, in other words, not former Intel officials, but current Intel workers for our government, colluded with the Biden campaign to mislead American voters.
Anyway, joining us now, we have Congressman Mike Turner.
He is the chairman of the House Intel Committee.
Congressman, great to have you back.
I've read this report.
It is beyond frightening to me that you have so many former and then we now know current at the time, high-ranking intelligence officials that knew nothing.
None of them examined the laptop.
None of them knew a thing about the laptop.
The only thing they knew is they wanted Joe Biden to win.
And they went out and they organized and they lied to the American people to affect the outcome of an election.
Is that election interference, sir?
Absolutely.
But Sean, you are absolutely right.
And what you just played is very important for everyone to hear, and that is Biden lying to the American public.
That's what he sounds like when he's lying.
If you look at the video, that's what he looks like when he's lying.
Our committee worked to obtain CIA emails and communications from representatives of the IC 51 that put out this claim that it was Russian disinformation.
As you correctly said, their claim was completely made up.
They had zero intelligence.
They acknowledged under oath we deposed them with Chairman Jordan and myself.
The Judiciary Committee, Intel Committee, deposed several of these individuals.
They acknowledged that they did not do any efforts to verify their statements.
And they specifically said in their documents that we've obtained that they were doing this because they expected Trump to attack Biden on the issue at the upcoming debate.
And they wanted to give the vice president a talking point on this response, which was totally a lie and totally political.
This should have never happened.
Well, you go on in your executive summary, and you say the 51 former intelligence officials, Hunter Biden's statement was a political, blatant operation from the start.
It originated with a call from a top Biden campaign official, now Secretary of State, Anthony, we call him Winkin Tony Blinken, to former Deputy Central Intelligence Agency Director Mike Morrell.
The committee's investigation revealed that without outreach from Blinken, Morrell would not have written that statement.
And Morrell told the committees that the Blinken phone call triggered his intent to write the statement.
And the statement's drafters were open about the goal of the project.
We think that Trump will attack Biden on this issue at this week's debate.
We want to give the vice president a talking point to use in response.
Now, let me ask you something.
Is that an in-kind contribution?
Is there any violation of law here?
Well, there certainly ought to be, and certainly Jim Jordan and myself are working together on legislation that would make this illegal in the future.
But what you just said is incredibly important, and that is this was presented by Biden not only as truth, as if these former intelligence members and some who, as you indicated, were under contract with the CIA, had done an independent assessment of this of the laptop of the issue of Russian disinformation.
They had perhaps access to intelligence.
They had zero intelligence.
But they didn't just spontaneously do this.
This was initiated by Biden's campaign.
Blinken was working for the campaign, corralled these individuals, had them draft this letter for which they've done no verification, all of which were lies, and put it out as if it was some official statement.
When in fact, it was, as you indicated, election interference, lies, lies that then Biden himself took to the podium in his debate and lied to the American public.
I mean, it really is an incredible thing in that we had high-ranking CIA officials.
What was the role of the CIA director at the time?
Were they made aware?
We also invite into the program Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
You know, these 51 former Intel officials, Jim Jordan, you know, and what is a blatant political operation.
I was just asking Congressman Turner if this is an in-kind contribution, if this is illegal in any way.
Do you see any potential laws broken here?
Well, I mean, I don't know.
We're looking at all that.
But what we do know is the agents themselves, the internal emails we got, Sean, they knew they shouldn't be doing this.
They said, this is not a good look for the CIA.
This is political.
This is pro-Biden.
This should not be happening.
So the good people doing the real work that the CIA is supposed to do understood what was involved in this operation.
Certainly Michael Morrell knew.
He was auditioning for the CIA director position and what he hopes is the future Biden administration.
So that's what we know from the very documents we got by subpoenaing the CIA.
What does it mean, Jim Jordan, when some of the statements and the people that signed this document, including Mike Varell, were on active contract with the CIA at the time of Harner Biden's statement's publication?
Well, I mean, go back to what you've said this better than anyone, Sean.
Our government had the laptop, and the FBI, the very day the New York Post story comes out, this is something we didn't get into quite in our report, but the very day that the post story comes out, October 14th, 2020, that very day, the FBI is actually meeting with social media companies, and they get asked by Twitter, what about this New York Post story?
And someone in the FBI says the laptop is real.
That was quickly, they were quickly stopped when the lawyer for the FBI jumped in.
No further comment.
But the FBI then later met with all the social media companies that same day, October 14th, and they tell them all, we have no indication whatsoever that the laptop was hacked by Russia.
So they knew at the time it wasn't, and yet you have people signing a statement that says it was, and some of those people are actually being paid on some kind of contract with the CIA at the moment they signed that statement.
That's how egregious this whole process was.
And my question is, again, what are they going to try this time?
What's coming this fall in the run-up to the most important election we have, the election for Commander-in-Chief in President of the United States?
I don't know.
But I honestly don't, I think they'd stop at nothing.
And what we all know, Congressman Turner, is that the FBI throughout the summer of 2020 was out there pre-bunking, meeting with big tech on a weekly basis, as Congressman Jordan and I both have pointed out in the lead up to this election, warning them that they're going to be potentially victims of disinformation.
And both Facebook and Twitter, it's my understanding, both asked if this was the disinformation they were warning about.
They could have confirmed the truth that they had verified the authenticity of the laptop.
They didn't do it.
And they knew that Rudy Giuliani's attorney had a copy, so they knew this laptop story was going to leak eventually, and it did.
Well, and we got to give credit to then, ODNI director of national intelligence, Radcliffe, who under the Trump administration went directly to the TV waves and air and said, we have no information whatsoever that this is Russian disinformation.
There's no intelligence whatsoever that indicates that.
He debunks what the IC51 are saying and makes a very definitive statement officially that there is no intelligence that supports their accusation.
You know, I mean, is it worse, Jim Jordan, if Russia or China are spreading disinformation in the lead up to an election?
Or is it maybe worse when, quote, former intelligence officials that we count on and depend on to protect us and protect integrity of our elections, if they're out there spreading disinformation?
I don't know what's worse.
Right.
Great point.
I mean, I expect our enemies to do stuff like that.
I don't expect fellow Americans to do that because they're so invested in one candidate over another.
Yeah, it should never get political.
This was total political operation.
We know that the email that Morrell sent out to all the people when he was trying to solicit signers for the statement, the email itself says, we want this statement so Biden can use it in the upcoming debate because we know Trump's going to raise this issue.
I mean, that's what the email said.
So we know it was political.
We know they could have, if they had some kind of question, if they legitimately thought it was a Russian information operation, they could have checked, but after all, their own contract thinking what they said.
One person had what's called green badge access, one of the signers that we know of, which means he has unlimited access to CIA facilities.
He could have figured this out, but I don't think they wanted to because it was all about politics.
And when your government, remember, this is in the broader context, too, of all the things the Biden administration told the American people about COVID that weren't accurate.
So we get all kinds of, the biggest purveyor of misinformation has typically been the U.S. government on so many.
That to me is a concern.
And now we know that that very real laptop implicates Joe Biden as the big guy.
Hunter complains bitterly that half his income goes to Pops and that he pays for Pops' home repairs and that Joe called into meetings, so he lied about the laptop and he lied about never talking to his son or brother or anybody about these issues.
Mike Turner, I mean, I would think this should be a big issue in this debate tomorrow, but why do I doubt fake news?
CNN will bring it up.
Sean, this also has tremendous amount of irony because Brennan and Clapper from the Obama administration, former director of national intelligence, former director of CIA, signed this letter and claimed that this Hunter-Biden laptop, falsely, completely a lie, was Russian disinformation.
They were top perpetrators of the Russia hoax against Trump.
So here they are trying to take down Trump by lying about Russia, and here they're trying to put Biden in by lying about Russia.
You just can't make it up, but this report is critical.
And what will they do this time?
We know what they did in 2016.
We know what they did in 2020.
What are they going to do this time?
Scary thoughts.
Anyway, Jim Jordan, thank you.
Mike Turner, thank you.
We appreciate both your work, both of you and your hard work.
And I hope the American people know that Joe Biden and the media mob lied to them on the highest levels imaginable.

Now, there were two very interesting elections yesterday that took place, primary elections.
One had to do with Lauren Boebert.
She had changed districts in Colorado, going to a more friendly district, and she won by a wide margin.
You know, I know a lot of people say, okay, she was in the theater.
She shouldn't have been vaping, and she should have told the truth about it.
And the woman's been on an apology tour left, right, and sideways.
It's not the worst thing in the world.
It's sad that she's going through a breakup, which she was going through at the time.
You never know the circumstances behind it.
And so, I mean, the fact that so many people have been wanting to bludgeon her, I think a lot of it really has to do with the support of Donald Trump.
And you might remember the video of her, you know, at the Capitol, and she, you know, was touting her Second Amendment right in our nation's capital.
And nobody seemed on the left to like that.
And there's a lot of people that are just haters out there, of all things conservative.
Anyway, the people of Colorado clearly thought differently of it.
And she won a primary.
So I say good for her.
And I think, you know, she's apologized enough at this point.
You know, there's so many, so many times you can beg for, you know, forgiveness.
You know, I love that everybody's so perfect in their lives.
The other big primary, I don't think anybody was expecting this concession speech last night from Jamal Bowman.
Remember, he tried to pull the fire alarm to stop the vote in Congress.
Yeah, that guy.
Anyway, he outdid himself, leaving no doubt who he blamed for his landslide loss.
And of course, the very thing that led to his defeat, you know, was his virulent hatred of APAC and his, you know, being a part of the radical, you know, pro-Hamas squad members and the hate Israel crowd in Congress.
And anyway, to borrow a phrase from Congresswoman Omar, you know, I guess it was, quote, all about the Benjamins.
I mean, he hit out against dark money after he was defeated by George Latimer, a pro-Israel centrist, and he remained unapologetic about his opposition to Israel's war in Gaza.
Well, what is Israel supposed to do when their own people are attacked by radical Islamic terrorists that have in their own charter a call for the destruction of Israel?
They kill 1,200 Israelis.
They kidnap hundreds more, including Americans.
They're involved in murder, rape, kidnapping, tortures, and beheadings.
And you're blaming Israel?
Why don't you blame the people responsible for starting the war?
But he went on and on and on.
I don't know.
Maybe it had something to do with his unhinged speeches this weekend with AOC.
That was a little over the top.
Anyway, this is part of that rally from the weekend.
to hear South Bronx chant right now.
South Bronx.
South South Bronx.
We're going to show the ceasefire.
Cease fire now.
Okay.
Good riddance to a horrible person.
And let's get to our busy phones.
Let's say hi to Diana.
She's in Arizona.
Diana, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
How are you?
Thank you for taking my call.
I watch you every day and appreciate what you do.
I have an idea for President Trump for tomorrow's debate.
I'm really concerned about the fairness of the debate and them controlling the mic.
So what I think would be a good idea would be for him to have a press conference directly after the debate, specifically for the purpose of only addressing every question that they asked him and would not let him answer, would not let him finish, or they cut him off, just very calmly go address the questions that he couldn't finish answering.
And so it'll be really clear for both sides to hear what he has to say and to hear his answers.
The only problem with that, and I think you're thinking through this, and I think you are tapping into what is obvious, that this is going to be a three-on-one of a fake news CNN debate with fake Jake and fake Dana that have shown nothing but contempt and hatred for Trump, and they're basically part of the Democratic socialist apparatchik, and that's who they are.
They claim to be journalists, and they're not.
However, the real viewing is going to be during the debate.
So he's really going to have to do his best to, under difficult circumstances, as per usual, unfair circumstances when it comes to Trump, I guess, as per usual.
And he's going to have to do his best to cut through all the clutter and all the noise and all the distractions and all the attacks and all the bias and reach the American people with his message.
He doesn't have a lot of time to do it.
If he has asked the first question, he'll have two minutes to respond.
Then Joe will have one minute and then he'll have another minute to respond.
Then there's this discretionary minute of fake Jake and fake Dana, which I don't like at all.
And then, of course, fake news CNN editorially will put a truncated version of the question on the screen.
So I think you'll see a lot of bias in the way they phrase the question that they put on the screen.
With all of that said, I have a lot of confidence in President Trump's ability to go in there and do the job he needs to do.
I'm not worried so much about what Joe Biden does.
I'm not worried if it's jacked up, hypercaffeated Joe, or whether or not it's cognitively impaired.
Joe, Joe's going to do what Joe's going to do.
Joe's going to try and piss off Trump.
Joe's going to try and make it all about Trump.
And Joe's going to try and dodge and duck and weave and slither away and not answer any questions about his record.
And I think it's Donald Trump's job to point it out.
And I think he'll do the best he can do under the circumstances.
Now, Newt Gingrich says something very, very, I think, important.
He says, yeah, the debate's important, no doubt about it.
However, after the debate, people are going to go back into the grocery store and they're going to pay.
We just had consumer confidence go down again in June because more people are more pessimistic about the Biden economy.
Biden's inflation has forced more than 25% of Americans to skip meals.
Two-thirds of the country say economically they're gulping water.
Secretary of the Treasury, Janet Yellen, she doesn't notice the higher prices at the store.
I'm like, well, what's wrong with you?
What stores are you going to?
Where are you going shopping?
Because, you know, most Americans, a dozen eggs are up 98%.
Orange juice, 71%.
Bread, 53%.
Cookies, 53%.
Yogurt, 49%.
Soft drinks, 45%.
Coffee, 44%.
Ground beef, 35%.
God forbid you want steak.
Forget that.
Chicken, 33%.
Gas utility, 32%.
Rice, milk, regular unleaded gas, electricity, all up 30%.
Potatoes, bacon, it's all through the roof.
And, you know, we're spending about $12,000 more for the same items we were spending on in 2020.
And yet they've lied and told us that it's transitory and that it's fixed.
No, Biden inflation is 20%, over 20% higher.
And interest rates are so much dramatically higher to try and tame Biden inflation.
So people are still going to have to go shopping and people are still going to fill up their cars.
And people are going to still see the state of the world.
They're going to see the disaster of his immigration policies, the disaster of his energy policies.
They're going to see the disaster of defund dismantle no bail laws.
And they're going to live in Biden's America.
And, you know, whether it's jacked up Joe, whether he has the best debate in his life, it's not going to change the reality of America today.
But I don't know how capable he is.
To me, it's going to be fascinating to watch.
But do I have any worries about Donald Trump in tomorrow night's debate, knowing the circumstances he's walking into?
I have concern.
I think it's unfair, but am I worried about it?
Not at all.
I really am not.
So my heart's not troubled.
Remember, I spent two hours with him just a week and a half, two weeks ago, whatever it was.
I'm telling you, he's dialed in.
And he can talk on any topic at length.
If he didn't do any preparation at all, and I'm sure he probably did a decent amount, he would be fine.
And he knows what's coming.
He's very smart.
And I think Donald Trump would like to win this election.
And I think that's one of the reasons I think we've been seeing a much more focused, much more disciplined Donald Trump on the campaign trail than maybe we saw in 2020.
But we'll see.
Anyway, I appreciate the call, Diana.
We're going to stay in Arizona with Scott.
Scott, you're on the Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Nice, Sean.
How you doing?
First off, I just want to say thank you for everything you do.
This country needs it, and it is appreciated with everything you do.
Hey, listen, I appreciate you giving me this microphone every day and that camera, or else I'd be driving around in my car talking to myself.
I'd be a lunatic.
Yeah, I hear you.
And keeping with a similar theme here, too, from the previous caller, I don't know all the rules of the debate, and you actually mentioned a few things that might enlighten a little bit.
But so we know when Biden's going to be talking, they're going to cut Trump's mic off.
And I just had this idea popped up in my head, and I don't know, I'm sure it probably isn't allowed, but when Joe's talking, and you know when he's talking, he's going to be spewing lies.
He's either going to be saying things that are misleading or just out-and-out lies.
And when he says something that is just a blatant lie, especially referring back to what Trump's administration, what he did or didn't do, if Trump could just have a little sign, since his mic's turned off, he just holds up a sign and just says, lie, or that's a lie, or not true, or something just to respond to when Joe's talking, just to let everyone know, oh, no, that's a lie.
And, you know, he'd probably do it one time, and CNN people would freak out and say, yeah, he's a threat to democracy, you see?
But I don't know.
Maybe there's just something that he could do to let people know, yep, it's a lie, it's a lie, it's a lie, because that's all Joe's going to do, is just constantly lie.
He's going to have to do the best with a format that he had little to no say in.
He had a venue that he had little to no say in with moderators that he had little to no say in.
And that's the first time this has ever happened in the history of modern televised presidential debates.
And the media doesn't care that it's unfair because it's Donald Trump that is being treated unfairly.
If it was Joe Biden, they would be screaming bloody murder.
I give him a lot of credit.
I mean, I actually do believe that Biden dictated these terms.
I'll only do these networks.
I insist on these rules.
And Trump has no say in the moderators or the format.
And he's going to shut off his micros.
I'm not doing it.
And if Trump said no, he would have said, okay, well, Trump doesn't want to debate.
He's a chicken.
And I think they didn't expect Trump to say yes.
But Trump took advantage of it.
You got to give him credit.
He's got guts.
Appreciate the call.
Let's get back to our phones.
Amarillo, Texas, Tony, next.
Sean Hannity show.
So suggestion for the debate tomorrow night.
I would love to see President Trump stand up there and say the American people are concerned about the health of their president.
I took a drug test an hour before the debate.
Dr. Ronnie Jackson is here.
I'm willing to take one after the debate.
Joe Biden, are you willing to take a drug test after the debate is over?
He's not going to do it.
He can't do it, I don't think.
The other question I had was about the Supreme Court ruling today.
If Ken Paxton doesn't have standing on my behalf as the representative for the people of the state of Texas, who the hell does have standing?
This may be.
I agree with you completely.
And I stand with Alito and Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas on this.
And I thought it was a terrible decision.
I really do.
Very disappointed in Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, and John Roberts.
Very disappointed.
I wish I had more time to get into it, though, but I'm just up on the clock, my friend.
God bless you.
800-941-Sean is our number.
By the way, we will be coming to you from Atlanta tomorrow doing this radio show.
