Now, after the interview with James Biden yesterday, uh I did have a chance to interview James Comer of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee and Jim Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee and Jason Smith of the House Ways and Means Committee.
And here's that interview.
How would you characterize James Comer?
Uh the appearance by Jim Biden today.
Did you get answers that you were looking for?
Well, we got him on the record for a lot of things.
Uh, you know, it was just uh striking some of the answers to some of the questions.
For example, he didn't realize that CEFC was affiliated with the Chinese government.
Uh, even though every big company in China is affiliated with the Chinese government, uh, we realized that uh he even though he and Hunter Biden took took in millions and millions of dollars from this Chinese uh Communist Party backed entity called CEFC, uh, he never provided any meaningful services back to CEFC.
Uh we learned that uh while Joe Biden was vice president, there was another diamond that was gifted to Hunter Biden.
So he actually got two diamonds uh from the Chinese, one while Joe Biden was vice president and one immediately after Joe Biden's vice president.
So there were a lot of uh questions that we had.
Uh Jim Biden gave us a lot of answers, and uh now it's a it's a matter of uh our next uh deposition with Hunter Biden.
Uh we're gonna try to figure out if uh if in fact Jim Biden was telling the truth.
Let's get your take.
Jim Jordan, you were there today.
Yeah, Jim Biden and Hunter Biden kicked the rest of their business partners out of the deal with CEFC, and CEFC is willing to do it because of the brand.
Remember, it's the money, the business, the brand.
They were willing to go into business with Jim Biden.
Jim Biden who had numerous failed business adventures.
Jim Biden who owed multiple people hundreds of thousands of dollars.
They're willing to go into business just with Hunter, just with Jim, because of the power of the brand, the influence with Joe Biden that that would entail.
They the Chinese energy company does that.
And and Sean, you're exactly right.
Through it all, there are four fundamental facts that will never change.
Hunter Biden gets put on the board of Barisma.
Hunter Biden gets paid a bunch of money to do that.
Second, he's not qualified to be on the board.
He said so himself.
Third, he asked for help from this prosecutor who was applying the pressure to Barisma.
And fourth, Joe Biden goes over there and conditions the release of one billion American tax dollars on the firing of the prosecutor who was applying the pressure to the company Hunter Biden sat on the board of and made a million bucks a year.
That is an official action by a public official to benefit his family.
And then, of course, there's the cover-up that happens at the Department of Justice that two brave whistleblowers came to Jason Smith and told us about.
That is the bulk of this story, and that is what we make sure we gotta make sure the American people understand.
Jason Smith, let's get your your take on the the well, I guess, questioning of Jim Biden today.
Sean, all James Biden was doing today was protecting the family brand.
Proven at every step, that's what they do best.
They protect the brand, they sell access to the brand around the world.
And I would remind the viewers, the brand is President Joe Biden.
We have numerous WhatsApp messages and emails provided to us by the IRS whistleblowers that show James Biden was intimately involved along Hunter, Tony Bobolinsky, Rob Walker, and others in selling access to his brothers to foreigners.
We even have an email, Sean provided to us from the whistleblowers that James Biden is on showing those same business partners discussing the profits of a Chinese business deal, which included 20 held for James and 10 for the big guy.
So for James to sit there today and say his brother had no involvement in these business dealings and no knowledge is complete hogwash, Sean.
Let me ask you, James Comer.
he went into the LLCs in his opening statement in great specificity.
You've had an opportunity.
You're very familiar with these LLCs.
You were the first to point them out right here on this program.
Were these LLCs used for any other legitimate business?
Like, for example, I have an LLC, an LLC, for example, I put money in, I invest money in the hope that maybe I might get a return on the other side of it, but real money, real at real business activity.
Uh what were these LLCs used for?
Do you see any real business activity?
What services did they provide?
And what did the grand I'm dying to know what the grandchildren, what did they what services did they provide provide to get paid uh by these entities?
Well, we asked uh Jim Biden what exactly uh his various LLCs did, and he said they were consulting.
He was a consultant.
Uh what were you consulting?
Well, he was consulting with uh uh American political leaders like Gavin Newsom, and he he even mentioned Rick Scott, which we never could understand what he was consulting with Rick Scott, but uh 99% of the the people that he was consulting with were uh Democrat political leaders around the country, and he was introducing the owners of of CEFC uh to the American political establishment of the Democrat Party.
Now, that's called lobbying.
That's what a lobbyist does.
And when you're doing that for a foreign entity, that's called a foreign agent.
Uh Jim Biden's never in his life been a Richard lobbyist, much less Richard as a as a foreign agent, but that's what it appears his businesses did.
Now, what he tried to say about all the millions he took from this uh uh Chinese Communist Party backed uh CEFC was he he and Hunter scouted out and looked for investments for the Chinese government, which number one, we shouldn't have anyone affiliated with the president of the United States trying to help China get their foot in the door in our American economy, but that's what they were doing.
But then we asked the question, okay, which investments did you find for the Chinese uh Communist Party backed CEFC?
And they said, Well, we never could find any.
So they were just getting paid from the Chinese government for the Biden brand, and and that's what this whole scheme's about.
It's an influence peddling scheme, and they were doing it with our adversaries around the world.
I think the transcribed interview today with Jim Biden proved that.
All right, let me ask you, Jason Smith, because a lot of this revolves around a lot of money, James Comer's identified over 20 million dollars worth.
Uh, there are a lot of people within the committee that have told me and and right here on this program, they believe the money might even go north of 50 million dollars when all is said and done when you find it all.
Uh, but we got to start right at the big lie.
The big lie was I never once spoke to my son or my brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
Okay, then can you explain why Joe Biden was meeting with, for example, Elena Baterina, Uh, the Russian oligarch, former First Lady of Moscow at Cafe Milano, and other foreign business partners.
Can you explain the 20 phone calls uh that Devin Archer testified to, that Tony Bobelinski clearly confirmed, I guess, in in his deposition.
Can you explain why that big lie does not send off sirens around the country in terms of the media coverage of something like this?
Because you know if the last name was Trump, it'd be very different.
Well, that's exactly right.
The fact that the last names Biden, they've been able to sell millions of dollars worth of access.
That's why Joe Biden had dinner with Hunter Biden's business associates.
That is why there's been numerous phone calls with Hunter Biden and James Biden's business associates, is because the Biden family has received multi millions, tens of millions of dollars.
People should be completely outraged that they have a president of the United States based on the facts that we have, Sean, that will probably go down as the most corrupt and compromise president in America's history.
Because the two big, I think more flagrant examples both have to do in the energy sector.
One with Ukraine and Barisma, the other with C E FC and with China.
Can you confirm, for example, in the case of Barisma James Comer?
Uh that in fact, in October of 20 what, 15, that it became official Obama administration policy, that that Ukraine had made so much progress in as it were in regards to corruption that they deserved a billion in loan guarantees.
That was in October 2015.
By December 2015, five days before Joe went to Ukraine and leveraged that billion, that Joe Biden got a phone call from his son Hunter in Dubai with Barisma executives at a time they were saying they had a DC problem.
Five days later that Joe goes, leverages the billion and son of a bee, they fired the prosecutor that Barisma wanted fired, and as a result of that action as Vice President Hunter continue to get paid while addicted to drugs, uh, with no experience.
Is that an accurate timeline?
100%.
Yeah, we know that that was their policy because that was the policy of the John Kerry State Department.
Okay.
And we so that you know that was the policy, and you know that that phone call happened.
You have no doubt about that phone call.
Yes.
All right.
Jim George, let me turn to you.
Yeah, Dev.
All right, go ahead.
I was gonna say Devin Archer.
Devin Archer said Hunter Biden called after he got the request from the executives from Barisma, Hunter Biden called D.C. He also said Hunter Biden called his daddy, gave two answers in that deposition.
Victoria Newland at the State Department, six months before that said, Victor Shokin, the prosecutor, you're doing a great job.
Keep up the good work.
Two months before uh uh Joe Biden goes to Ukraine, the interagency policy committee says we think they should get the one billion dollar loan guarantee, but Joe Biden changes right when he goes, he makes the change.
The only thing that could have prompted that change is the call he got from his son.
Well, let me ask you, Jim Jordan, to follow up on this issue of of whether or not Joe Biden benefited from all of this.
Uh as it relates to the CEFC, it seems that Hunter Biden implicates his father a lot.
Um sitting here with my father between everybody he knows, my ability to hold the grudge, you're gonna regret not not following through uh five days later, did they not get five million dollars to send to one of those those LLCs or shell companies?
Is that true?
Is that confirmed?
That is exactly what happened.
And then a few months before that, when they're trying to close the deal with CEFC, Hunter Biden's been working on it for months.
There's a dinner at the four seasons in in Washington, D.C. It's the eight uh executives from CEFC, Chinese individuals there with Hunter Biden, his business associates associates.
Jib uh, excuse me, Joe Biden makes a drop-in, stops in at the lunch, does a brief little talk to all the folks, and then leaves.
And a few weeks later, three million dollars comes in and the agreement gets finalized.
So that's the pattern.
Whether it's a phone call, whether it's a dinner, whether it's a drop by, whether it's sitting beside Hunter Biden when he's d doing a WhatsApp message to The Chinese, uh the heads of the CFC, there's always that element there.
That's the brand.
That's the money, the business, the brand, how this thing operated.
Let me ask you, Jason Smith, can you identify any services that any of the Bidens actually performed to get these tens of millions of dollars?
Any I can anything that you know that they did for these countries that would have warranted that kind of payment.
All that they did was provide access to the brand, which is President Joe Biden.
That is what they were paying for, and that's all that they delivered.
All right.
Let me ask all three of you a final question here, and it has to do with the FD-1023 form and this FBI informant that was arrested.
Now, there's another name that I think you all recall, and his name was Christopher Steele.
And Christopher Steele was the one that had the put together the Hillary Clinton bought and paid for dirty Russian dossier, money she funneled through a law group to hire an op research firm that hired Christopher Steele.
He turned out not to be credible.
They, by the way, they were warned about that in August of 2016, before the 2016 election by Bruce Orr, that it was political.
Don't trust it, but they did it anyway.
My question is now we have a guy that worked for the FBI yet again, another source that turns out to not be credible.
And I'd like to know what is wrong with the FBI.
My understanding is this guy was working for the FBI as an informant for 14 years with even having authority to break the law to get to the bottom of crimes.
I'd like to understand why the FBI keeps hiring informants that they then tell us years and years later are not credible.
Not when it actually matters.
Can you explain that, James Comer?
Well, look, with respect to the informant, all I knew about the informant was what Christopher Ray told me.
He said he was one of the highest paid, most trusted informants in the Bureau.
In the entire Bureau.
And they had used him for over a decade, and they had successfully used him in prosecuting some criminals.
He wasn't a factor in the investigation because we didn't even know who he was.
We just know you knew that there was a 1023 that alleged Joe Biden took a bribe, which was uh consistent with what we found in Romania and China with how the bribe was allegedly dispersed through the different shell companies in the different bank accounts.
So obviously we wanted to investigate it, but we never knew who the informant was.
All we knew was what Christopher Ray said.
Now we see that the FBI arrested him for lying.
It doesn't make sense.
It's not the same treatment that we saw when the FBI figured out that the steel dossier uh was fictitious.
Interview with James Comer of the Oversight Committee, Jim Jordan of Judiciary, and Jason Smith of House Ways and Means Committee.
Uh we'll take a break.
We'll come back.
Your calls are up next.
800-941 Sean as we continue.
All right, quick break right back.
Your call straight ahead.
800-941 Sean.
You know, I was talking with Greg Jarrett, you know, over at I don't know what happened to Joe Scarborough.
I have no idea.
But I don't hate him.
I just know that, you know, that's not the guy that I once knew in terms of his political views.
But you know, it's listen, you can hear the emergence in this exchange from this morning of what Greg and I were talking about is like, oh, this is gonna be Russia Hoax 2.0.
This guy, the one inf informant was a source uh that he that the FBI paid since 2010.
Really?
Aren't you upset about that?
It's not the whole case as I've been explaining today.
Anyway, that's just it's it's for kicks and giggles.
Let's play it.
So, Ken, the revelation of a Russian-linked informant here comes nearly four years after many in the American intelligence committee warned Moscow was behind many of the allegations being levied at the Biden family.
The story centered around a laptop repairman who came into possession of emails allegedly showing corruption by then candidate Joe Biden.
What we didn't know at the time, since there's been alleged now by the Justice Department, is that both Giuliani and suspected informant Alexander Smirnoff, the man we're talking about here, had contacts in the same circle of Russian intelligence agents.
So, Ken, you've been looking into the details of this story.
What else can you tell us?
So, Willie, those 51 uh former intelligence officials, they paid a steep price for signing that letter.
House Republicans conducted an investigation.
They brought some of them in to testify under oath.
The Republicans said this was election interference.
This was a bogus attempt to suppress a legitimate story.
And as it turns out, they were right.
Not in the sense they said that the laptop was part of a Russian information operation or had all the hallmarks in a Russian information operation.
They didn't say that the contents of the laptop were made up, and obviously we know that they weren't.
Many of them have been now corroborated.
What they said was they were suspicious about why that story was emerging in the middle of an election campaign and whether Russian intelligence was flogging it or was somehow uh amplifying it.
And now they've been proven correct in the sense that we now know that Russian intelligence, at least according to the uh uh the the statements of this informant, bolstered somewhat by this indictment, we're feeding him information, false information.
I mean, you just you can see now the emergence of Russia hoax number two, but it doesn't negate all the other points that I've been making throughout the show today.
All right, I can keep going, but I won't.
I want to make sure that we get your calls in here.
Todd is in Tennessee.
Todd, hi, how are you?
Welcome to the program.
Hey, Sean, good afternoon.
Thanks for taking my call.
Last time I got through to a radio host, do you know who it was?
I'm guessing Rush.
Oh, Steal Bortz.
Yeah, let me tell you, Bortz is I I still communicate with Borst.
Bortz is living the life.
He he's got the Bortz bus and he travels the country and and I like him a lot.
He's a good guy.
Yeah, he he was he was quite the talk show host back in the day in Atlanta.
Uh but you know, I want to make a comment first because it it's relevant to a different topic they actually called into, and it's about our veterans.
My son's a veteran, and I was driving up from Memphis yesterday to Harlan, Kentucky.
If you know anything about Kentucky, you know where Harlan is.
Um coal mining city.
But anyway, he's gotten in some trouble up here.
He's disabled vet, he has mental health issues.
I tell you, Sean, and I heard Marsha Blackburn talk about this.
Trying to get our veterans help, right?
And a parent trying to talk to medical facilities.
HIPAA is a hindrance because you cannot cannot have a conversation with these people openly about what's going on with your own child to try to get them help.
And and it's just a shame.
Uh, you know, obviously with someone with mental health conditions, can't really articulate their situation well enough.
And I hope there's something that Sean, you're aware of or that Marcia is doing to try to get that roadblock out of the way so that parents can help their their children that are struggling.
Let me tell you something.
It is sad, and what I try to tell people, if they'll take my advice, is uh I know the promises of everything's gonna be free, and we're all gonna be equal, and we're gonna have you know, uh equal d redistribution of wealth, all these all these lofty promises.
Well, let's look quickly, just a quick synopsis of the government and their track record w in terms of promises that they make and promises that they never keep and promises that are never fulfilled.
I mean, we know Social Security and we know Medicare, they're headed for insolvency.
And there's g there's gonna have to be something that happens at some point.
We know with thirty-four trillion, now CBO numbers headed to forty-eight trillion.
We're we're we're we're gonna spend more on interest on our debt than national defense this year.
That's how bad this has gotten, and it's only gonna get worse with the wreck reckless spending of of liberal democrats and radical socialists.
And I urge people to be self-sufficient because these promises are are phony, and that is the failure of socialism and redistributionism, collectivism, Marxism, whatever whatever manifestation it takes on.
The promises are great, the promises are never fulfilled, and people end up in more poverty in the end because they believe the false promises, and then it's a matter of calculating how much freedom you give up in the name of false security.
That's how it always ends.
That's sad.
Yep.
What did Ronald Reagan say?
Well, the most uh scariest nine words in I'm with the government, I'm here to help.
Uh the system's broken without a doubt.
Uh, but it's sad to see how our veterans were treated, Sean, and particularly now we're hearing, and Marsha Blackburn has talked about this, that we have illegal aliens, and that's what they are, coming in this country that are getting services through the VA now.
And the VA has hundreds of thousands, probably millions of backlog medical cases to deal with.
And they're getting preferential treatment over our vets.
But HIPAA gets in the way, Sean, of helping.
Uh I I want to say too, I agreed with what you said yesterday about Anazar Bush, okay.
I I you you saw the bigger picture there and you don't want to hurt those individuals, right?
That work for that company, and I get that.
But Linda said something else that was profound yesterday, and that we're in a spiritual battle in this country and anyone doesn't realize that is just being deceived.
And uh it's it is scary times.
But what I want to talk about and it's interesting Greg Jarrett was on the call today because you were talking about exactly what I wanted to talk about, isn't it?
And that's his laptop.
Because the MIBA laptop has that that accriminating evidence, at least by association.
Does Commerce Committee have No it's actually direct incrimination.
Half the income to Pops uh implicating his he's implicated his father in in numerous ways.
We've discussed all of that.
Do they does Commerce Committee have that laptop so they can see that evidence?
Of course they do.
Or you know, talking with the financial head Eric Sherwin who also I believe gave a deposition.
Well which account should we use to pay off dad's uh home repairs on this repair and that repair and this one and that one and well that implicates them.
you know, implicates his father all over the place here.
You're a businessman, Sean.
You're a professional, but you are also a face.
That's why Burner uses you and other companies use you, okay?
And I and by the way I have burner's products all right they're great.
But here's the thing uh I I worked I work for communication company in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
One time Johnny United came to that facility.
You know who Johnny United was right?
Of course Indiana Colts, one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.
They called him the general he commanded a presence when he walked in that room.
He had this aura about him.
My hair stood on the back of my neck when he walked in.
I turned around and I recognized immediately.
You know he was there only by face to get that deal?
He didn't it's the same thing with Joe Biden, right?
He he's just a face.
If he's dismen he is a closer anyone that doesn't see that is again just not uh wise to the world.
But the other thing I wanted to mention and you confirm that that they do have that laptop they can see that evidence.
I have a question for you.
Trump's gonna get the nomination I have no doubt.
Nikki Haley's a spoiler what happens is God forbid God forbid but people are talking about it, Sean what happens if something happens to Trump?
Who gets the nomination if he has not announced who's vice president's going to be well I mean you think he should announce it now is that what you want?
Yes.
No I I absolutely I think he'll do it at the right time.
I mean it's I I don't think it matters if he does it now.
I mean he could even go as far as to do a little bit of what he did in in 2016 give a list of people that he'd put on the Supreme Court.
Uh he could get he could tell us uh uh what people he'd want and what positions in his cabinet.
Anyway let me move on I gotta get other calls in good call Todd we love Tennessee 800 941 Sean if you want to be a part of the program uh let us say hi to Wendy in Colorado.
Wendy hi how are you glad you called thank you so much it's such a pleasure and such an honor to speak to you.
Let me just tell you I think President Trump should pick you as a running mate.
Well slow down you you must not Wendy you must not like me.
Why would you wish that on anybody?
I don't know man running for these offices it is like wow.
I mean they they just want well they want to destroy me anyway.
I can tell you for most of my career there have been efforts to get me canceled, fired, boycotted.
I've I've been through all of it.
And I've l I don't come on the air and whine about it, but I mean that is an everyday reality for me and for a lot of people that do what I do.
Well I think you're terrific and I just want to say I don't understand I really really don't understand how the pr the judge can be picked to to do and to conduct that hearing on Donald Trump when he's biased and he he knew he was guilty before he even locked in, before he opened his mouth, before his attorney.
No, that that he'd already declared on summary judgment that Trump was guilty.
They already decided that part.
This was all the penalty phase.
That was never there was no jury to, you know, to even offer to Team Trump.
That was decided by this radical leftist judge from day one, the guy who's just a real estate genius that continued the valuation of Mar-a-Lago at 18 million dollars.
I I just urge people if you're interested in what real values of beachfront intercoastal property is in Palm Beach, it'll shock you.
It shocks me.
It's unbelievable.
Well, it uh real estate nowadays is just unbelievable, and I can't even imagine how high it is there.
And I just I just so floored and so angry and so upset by all of this.
You know.
I know I hate to say this, but you know, this kind of reminds me like when my brother passed away.
I told my mother, I said, Mom, I wish there was something that you could give me to make me go to sleep for five years, and she said, You can't say that.
You can't say that.
You'll miss everything.
And I said, Some things I don't want.
I don't want to be a part of it.
I don't want to witness it.
This is just unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
I mean listen, let me let me let me talk to you because I have a limited period of time.
And I know I've had loved ones that I've lost in my life, and I think about them every day.
And everybody on this program has probably got had the same experience.
Look, one of the things that really sustains me in life is my faith.
And I believe that there is a living God.
Uh I am a Christian.
I believe in the promise of Jesus Christ and our Savior, and I believe in an afterlife.
Let not your heart be troubled.
You know, for where I am, there you shall also be.
and I go and I prepare a place for you.
And then it says, but where I am, there you shall also be.
In my father's house are many mansions.
I believe that.
I know you miss your brother, but I believe you'll see him again.
Okay?
Just one last thing.
I'm so ashamed to be a Coloradoan.
I I just can't believe Colorado is doing what they did to Donald Trump.
I mean, I'm so ashamed to say that I'm from here.
I want He's gonna win that case.
Have faith.
He's gonna win that one.
I don't know if he'll win the immunity one, but you know, I hear in your voice you're very troubled and in terms of you're worried about and concerned about our future, and so am I. I don't disagree with you.
Listen, we're praying for you and your family, but remember there's always hope.
There always is.
The American people are a good people, and I put my faith in that, and I put my faith in God, our creator.
We'll continue.
You know, credit card balance is increased by fifty billion dollars just in the fourth quarter of last year.
That means that Americans they're sitting on more debt than ever before.
Now, it makes sense.
Everything's still more expensive.
I I mentioned that earlier in the program.
I mean, imagine this, you know, Biden's inflation sent food costs up a whopping thirty-three year high.
Wow.
People are putting bare necessities on credit cards.
Now, our friends at American Financing.
Give them a call, and they're helping customers.
Now, last year, by the way, save an average of eight hundred and fifty-four dollars a month, and you use your home's equity to pay off the debt, and that's like a ten thousand dollar a year raise, and now interest rates are even in the fives, you get the right loan.
Mortgage rates are lower than they've been in a long time.
