We now have what is a real showdown in the state of Texas.
We have seen incredible solidarity from our Republican governors around the country supporting Texas Governor Abbott and supporting his state.
All of this in a backdrop that has gotten worse.
This is of Joe Biden's making.
Joe Biden took Texas to court.
Texas trying to do Joe's job.
People are not allowed to enter our country illegally, and they've been doing it.
You know, for three years, Joe Biden and his administration, they have decided to ignore, not only not enforce the laws of our land, which you can't pick and choose, but also aid and abet in the law breaking.
That's providing free transportation to illegal immigrants.
That would normally be called human trafficking, or you did it or I did this.
And we've now had, we're now getting close to 10 million between Godaways and those that we know that have entered this country illegally under Joe Biden's open borders policy.
These people, we know next to nothing about them.
We know they're unvetted.
We know that hundreds over, what, 600 from Iran we know of have entered our country.
Over 500 from the satellite state, Syria.
We know that over 3,400 from Egypt, the home of the Muslim Brotherhood, over 6,000 from Afghanistan, the home of al-Qaeda.
We know over 12,000 from Vladimir Putin's Russia.
Do you think they're all here because they want a better opportunity to advance themselves and their families and their lives?
Or maybe some of them have nefarious intentions.
Our number one geopolitical foe, China, over 26,000.
So we now have, you know, Joe Biden's unvetted nearly 10 million illegal immigrants and is now impacting every town, every city in this country.
And it has become a disaster for everybody because he refuses to enforce the law.
Now, Governor Greg Abbott, we've interviewed him many times during this three-year period.
He's been doing everything within his power to protect his state in this country and do Joe's job and prevent people from entering the country illegally.
And no matter what he does, Joe Biden takes him to court.
This horrible Supreme Court decision, a 5-4 decision that says that, okay, well, the feds have authority.
If they want to cut down the border, the razor wire that Governor Abbott in Texas put up, they can do it.
It didn't say anything about Texas being mandated to take it down themselves.
It didn't say anything about Texas being able to replace it or put up more border wire or razor wire.
Now we have Republican governors around the country that are willing to send their guard troops.
They're willing to send razor wire.
One governor actually promising to deliver razor wire themselves.
And all of this through a backdrop of, you know, a deadline of today.
Now, what does that mean?
Because we now have Democrats that are telling Joe Biden, calling on Joe Biden to seize control of the Texas National Guard.
Now we're pitting federal troops against state troops.
There's no way that something like that is going to end well if, in fact, the troops would even partake of this.
I really see no scenario under which, you know, federal border patrol agents are in any way going to get into conflict with Texas National Guard.
I don't see it.
Doesn't mean it can't happen.
I just don't see it happening.
And if other states are going to send guard units to help bolster Greg Abbott's Texas National Guard, which is generous of all these governors, what is Joe going to do then?
What, Joe finally decides to get tough?
You know, it's okay for Russia to take our drone out of international airspace, and there's no penalty.
It's okay for China and their spy balloon.
It's okay for China and COVID.
It's okay for China to have their fighter jets making hostile maneuvers in international airways against our fighter jets or making hostile actions in international waterways against our Navy or constantly intimidating Taiwan, flying their fighter jets into Taiwan airspace, our ally.
And we're just going to sit back and take all this?
And now Democrats want Biden to seize control of the Texas Guard because they want illegal immigration that bad.
They want that wire cut so bad.
I don't think it's going to work.
He has now backed himself into a corner.
And it's a problem, as usual, of his own making because he's the one that has advocated, supported law breaking, and he's been aiding and abetting in that law breaking.
And we're now near 10 million illegal, unvetted Joe Biden immigrants pouring into the Texas and being distributed all over the country thanks to Joe's travel agency.
Because, oh, you can go to any one of 43 places.
This is affecting every corner of this country.
But Greg Abbott did the only thing he knew to do, and that's protect his state from an invasion.
Now, it just so happens, and this letter was sent to the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson.
It was also sent to Chuck Schumer, and it was, you know, we have FBI luminaries warning Congress that the U.S. is being, quote, invaded.
That word is important.
I'll explain in a minute, at the border.
You know, quote, in its modern history, the U.S. has never suffered an invasion of the homeland, and yet one is unfolding right now.
FBI executives writing in this letter to congressional leadership with a constitutional crisis brewing in Texas and voters nationwide alarmed by the toll of illegal immigration.

This is John Solomon, some of the FBI's most famous retired executives.
These are the former FBI, they're top brass here.
For them to come out publicly, and by the way, they're speaking on an issue that they actually know a lot about, unlike the 51 former Intel people that knew nothing about the very real Hunter Biden laptop.
But we're talking about the FBI's most famous retired executives issuing this warning that President Joe Biden's border policies, quote, have unleashed an invasion of military-aged male foreigners that pose one of the most pernicious ever threats to American security.
Now, who are these 10 former FBI executives that they oversaw the Bureau's intelligence and counterterrorism and criminal and training operations?
They sent this to Mike Johnson.
They sent this to Chuck Schumer.
The language even finally affirmed, finally, FBI director in his last appearance before Congress said that the nation's security lights are blinking red.
And I have sat here on this program and I have been saying and repeating, and I'll repeat again, that of all the close to 10 million Joe Biden unvetted illegal immigrants, many from Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Russia, and China, some of our top geopolitical foes, I guarantee you that I am 100% accurate that among those people are people that want to bring harm to the American homeland.
That means there are terror cells that Joe Biden is allowing into this country.
I pray that I'm wrong, but I know that I'm right.
Now, if you're wondering about the constitutionality of this, great question.
Greg Jarrett put together a great analysis of this because Article 4 of our Constitution is very clear.
It says the federal government, quote, shall protect the states against invasion.
Now, I go back to the luminaries at the FBI.
They called it an invasion.
And not only that, they took it a step further.
An invasion unfolding right now in our homeland.
And by the way, the invasion is of military-aged male foreigners that pose one of the most pernicious ever threats to American security.
So back to Article 4 of the Constitution.
The federal government shall protect the states against invasion.
Well, I think this is, I trust these former FBI, the top brass.
That's when the FBI had a great reputation, actually.
Arguably, when you have up to 10 million illegal immigrants unvetted coming into the country, it's just simple common sense.
And by the way, they're coming here illegally.
I'll cite the law if you want.
It's 18 U.S.C. 1325 and 1326.
Biden won't enforce the law.
By the way, you saw in New Hampshire, the top issue, illegal immigration.
Governor Abbott has a valid constitutional, has valid constitutional standing here.
As I said, that order does not prevent him from putting up more razor wire, and that order does not compel him to take down the razor wire that's up.
But it should have compelled Joe Biden to enforce the law.
Under Article 1, Section 10, states have a sovereign right to protect their own borders.
And by the way, that was enforced or reinforced by the U.S. Supreme Court in Arizona v.
U.S. in that case, but Texas has an additional right because it's also against state law to enter Texas illegally.
Abbott is duty bound.
He gave an oath of office, unlike Joe, he actually cares about his oath of office, to enforce his own state laws by armed force, if necessary, to halt people from entering his state illegally and arrest those that violate Texas law.
His citizens are in imminent danger every single day.
And that's where we now find ourselves.
And now the big question is, well, Joe painted himself in a corner with his big line in the sand.
They have a deadline until now to let federalized troops go in and cut down that razor wire.
Why do they want to cut the razor wire anyway?
Because all it's doing is enabling people to violate the laws of this country, the sovereignty of this country, the borders of this country.
Anyway, Craig Abbott, he's not stopping.
He's deployed state police, National Guard.
He may be getting help with other states' National Guard.
He booted the feds out of Shelby Park.
That's an eagle pass where a lot of illegal activity has taken place.
He ordered the installation of even more barriers and more razor wire.
And what do they do?
They sue Texas.
Now, if you're President Xi, you don't get this treatment.
If you're President Putin, you don't get this treatment.
You, the mullahs of Iran, you get the ability to sell oil and get rich so you can continue your state sponsorship of terror and $10 billion from Iraq on top of the six other billion that Joe wanted to give the mullahs in Iran.
But anyway, Biden sued the state and you had that insane 5-4 decision, and this is where we now find ourselves.
You know, so this showdown is underway with a deadline of today.
And between Abbott and Texas, that want to enforce our laws and secure their border versus Joe Biden, who has recklessly failed to do his duty, follow his oath of office, and protect and defend our Constitution.
Every law is based on that document, and it's been aiding and abetting in the law breaking.
25 governors, as I said, signed a resolution supporting Texas.
I mean, every one of them.
And they're now willing to put their money where their mouth is on top of all of this.
And blue state governors, by the way, they're whining and complaining.
And yesterday, the governor of New Jersey wanted a billion four, but they want money to take care of it.
But if you listen to MSDNC and Jory Reid, protecting the border is racist, even compared support for border security to the Jim Crow era of segregation.
Listen.
This massive resistance.
It sounds like the old Southerners who said that we will resist integration by any means necessary.
That Chip Roy language.
How does that read inside of the Latino community?
How does that read?
Well, it's just enforcing the law, Joy.
You might want to read the law.
You might want to familiarize yourself with the law because that's what we need.
We need laws obeyed.
Not that complicated.

They were overwhelmingly in favor of secure borders.

Fox News now reporting a Border Patrol official telling them their relationship with Texas remains strong.
The relationship between Border Patrol, Texas DPS, and their guard remains strong.
Bottom line is Border Patrol has no plans to remove infrastructure, razor wire, placed by Texas along the border.
Our posture remains the same.
Then the Border Patrol Union chimed in.
Rank and file, Border Patrol agents appreciate and respect what Texas has been doing to defend their state in the midst of this catastrophe that the Biden administration has unleashed on America.
The development comes after Biden reportedly threatened Texas, giving them until today to allow border agents into Shelby Park.
That's the Eagle Pass area that they have been denied access to.
So what's going to happen here?
Well, Joe's going to, let me tell you what's going to happen.
There's no way law enforcement's going to go up against law enforcement over this because they all know they've all been living the Joe Biden unvetted border policy open border disaster and none of them like it.
So what's going to happen here?
They're going to stay united.
And there's no way in hell there's going to be law, you know, one law agency going against another.
And if he thinks he's going to nationalize the Texas Guard, that's going to be fun to watch.

Donald Trump has weighed in.
Now, it's interesting because everybody in the media, Donald Trump doesn't want a deal in Congress on the borders because the border is going to get better and everything.
Joe Biden just took Texas to the Supreme Court because he wants razor wire cut.
He's taken Texas to court again and again and again.
They've been aiding and abetting for three plus years.
They've been lying to us about the borders being closed and the borders being secure for three long years.
Anyway, if Donald Trump was really not wanting the border secure, why did he do all the things he did as president?
And why would he be calling on states now to deploy the National Guard to Texas to help Texas remove illegal immigrants across the border amid their ongoing feud with the Biden administration?
He said, we encourage all willing states to deploy their guards to Texas to prevent the entry of illegals and remove them back across the border.
Well, I guess that takes away the latest liberal talking point, which is Donald Trump is telling Republicans, don't do a deal on the border with Democrats.
He's saying don't do a bad deal with Democrats.
He said all Americans should support the common sense measures by Texas authorities to protect the safety, security, the sovereignty of Texas and the American people.
It's that simple.
This is not a complicated issue.
By the way, we'll highlight this more on TV tonight, but Biden blasted what people are calling his best gibberish yet in the Wisconsin brewery speech.
We did play a little part of it yesterday on the program.
It gets worse.
We'll get to that tonight on Hannity.
And, you know, it was pretty funny.
Seth Meyers, who's not that funny and doesn't have any audience, he did say liberal comedian roast New Biden campaign slogan.
Democrats, I'm begging you, please suck less.
Okay.
But this is going to get very interesting, this showdown with Texas.
Now, the Joe drew a line in the sand.
It was Joe that did that.
Joe Biden drew that line.
Anyway, House Republicans, by the way, they are now threatening the White House with contempt charges for stonewalling on the January 6th evidence.
How convenient, by the way, that all of those thumb drives just magically disappeared.
All of those hard drives magically were clean.
All that evidence that they had acquired that they didn't want the country to see is all gone.
I'm sure it was just an accident, right?
Just like Hillary Clinton, no reasonable prosecutor would ever prosecute, even though under the law, they were supposed to preserve all of that.
By the way, if you're interested, I keep saying, you know, there was a poll out that shows that 92% of Americans are not impacted by the stock market.
And somebody said, well, Hannity, you made a big deal when Trump broke a record on the stock market.
Why don't you do it for Biden?
Because it doesn't affect most people.
It's never been, and I even said it in the Trump years.
It's never been the best barometer in terms of the health of the economy.
I've never really put much faith in the stock market period myself.
I've lowered my exposure as much as I possibly can.
We had a caller yesterday that was trying to contend the stock market under Joe Biden increased dramatically compared to how it performed under Trump.
Actually, the Dow Jones industrial average did far better under Trump than it did Biden, even with the recent surge included.
Dow went up a whopping 57% under Trump from 19,700 on the day he was inaugurated to 30,900 the day he left office.
Under Biden, now it went from 30,900 to 38,000, a 23% increase.
Whoopsie-daisy.
Again, it really doesn't matter to me.
Now we have Joe Biden.
According to, by the way, to Senator Grandholm, she's trying to claim and deny that Biden ever said he'd put fossil fuels out of business.
No, he did say that.
We're all dead.
Doing away with any subsidies for fossil fuels, number one.
Number two, holding them liable for what they have done, particularly in those cases where you're underserved neighborhoods and you know the deal, okay?
And by the way, when they don't or when they're deliberate, put them in jail.
We're going to end fossil fuel and I am not going to cooperate with you.
Would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?
No, we would work it out.
We would make sure it's eliminated.
Oh, sounds like the Energy Secretary is clueless.
White House, by the way, halted an enormous natural gas project.
Another victory for environmentalists.
Bad for the world.
That is our ticket to economic freedom.
That's how you lower taxes and you have the money to do it.
That's also how you pay down the $34 trillion in debt, which would be a good thing to do.
But anyway, so, but the White House, no, they're just stopping all natural gas projects and giving into their climate alarmist religious cult base, which is the modern Democratic Party today.
Pretty unbelievable.
Anyway, so we'll see what happens on all of this.

That's Newsweek saying that.
You know, what, they don't want the, they think this is going to result in the United States of America being not so united.
That would not be good in my view.
However, people may not know that Texas, I believe in their Constitution, and we'll talk to Rick Perry tonight.
I think they have the ability to actually split into five separate states.
If Republicans ever want more senators, that would be a good countermeasure to making D.C. statehood.
Morning console poll of Republican voters nationwide now has Trump leading Nikki Haley 81 to 18 percent.
And I know a lot of you call, well, and Bill O'Reilly made this point.
Why doesn't Trump debate Nikki Haley?
Because he doesn't need to.
He's won every contest.
He's going to win Nevada because Nikki Haley's not even competing there.
And then they're heading into South Carolina as currently.
It is 30.2%.
That's the real clear politics average.
What's the upside for him if you're Trump's campaign manager?
There is no upside.
What's the upside for Nikki Haley?
There's a huge upside.
Maybe you can force Donald Trump to make an unforced error.
Why would you want to do that?
Trump is also now leading Biden by six points, a new nationwide poll.
Kamala Harris is claiming that the poor polling of her and Joe Biden is because they don't take adequate credit for all their accomplishments.
My question to that is, what accomplishments are you speaking of?
Because I don't know what they are.
We have a lot of news on the election.
By the way, it was funny.
You know, the UAW president, this guy by the name of Sean Fane, said that auto workers faced a choice between supporting someone who stands up with us and supports our cause and President Biden or someone who will divide us and fight us every step of the way and President Trump.
President Biden stood there with us on the picket line, unlike President Trump in 2019 when GM was on strike for 40 days.
Here's the interesting part of it, is Cavuto reminded the UAW chief that many of your own members are very big Trump supporters.
By the way, you know how many jobs are going to be lost because of the electric vehicle mandates of Joe Biden?
By the way, any surprise, Liz Cheney is urging Nikki Haley, stay in the race.
All the Never Trumpers, all the billionaires, all the donor class, they're all upset.
They can't believe Trump is winning.
What's wrong with these people?
They don't think like us.
No, they don't.
Trump planning to hold several massive rallies in South Carolina.
Trump telling Haley donors to stay away.
Her campaign touts recent fundraising numbers.
Big donors have been ditching Nikki Haley.
They don't see a path for her.
I don't really see one if these numbers even hold in half or even less than half.

You know, if you can't win your home state and nobody of importance in your home state is supporting you, you got a problem.
And I'm not saying I dislike Nikki Haley.
I'm just being objective here.
By the way, Fannie Willis refuses to turn over documents demanded by the House Judiciary Committee.
She's accused of having this affair with this attorney that she paid $654,000 to that she hired to prosecute former President Trump, a guy that had no experience in prosecuting cases like this.
And by the way, saying confidentiality interests mean she can't hand over any documents.
So now there's going to be a fight there.
Trump's legal team has joined the motion to remove now Fannie Willis from the Trump election case, the RICO case, which is ridiculous down in Georgia.
Lawyers for Trump on Thursday joined an effort to disqualify her from leading the election interference case.
Trump's lawyers also raised a new argument for ousting Ms. Willis.
They may even move to another county and start from scratch, and there may not be anything coming out of there.
Georgia Republicans, they have now moved to impeach Fannie Willis.
Georgia Representative Charlize Byrd plans to introduce H.R. 872, seeking to impeach Fannie Willis, alleging misuse of her office for political gain rather than the pursuit of justice.
Fulton County residents are demanding that Fannie Willis be investigated.
I mean, it is, as the New York Post pointed out, it is a pretty romantic way to save democracy, isn't it?
You know, take, you know, spend taxpayer dollars, you know, hire somebody that's not qualified, has no experience in the matter.
You know, take that person as your boyfriend, pay him $654,000, go on cruises.
Apparently, they went on some cruise together.
You know, this guy spent north of $6,000 on a travel to places like Aruba in October, November of 2022.
Records from his divorce reveal, you know, as one resident thundered at a public meeting, it's clear we have abuse in the DA's office because apparently the money that this guy was using for these elaborate vacations came from the money that Fannie Willis approved to pay him, even though he was not the best qualified of all the people that were available.
Pretty unbelievable.
Somebody with far more qualifications, by the way, was paid significantly less.
Now, it's pretty interesting to watch Gavin Newsom fly all across the country now and into the state of South Carolina.
I don't really think the people in South Carolina care that much what Gavin Newsom has to say.
I really don't.
No offense to Gavin Newsom.
You know, the guy that just offered free health care to illegal immigrants in his sanctuary state.
This is a guy that debated Ron DeSantis, and there wasn't a single statistic where California was doing better than Florida.
You know, violent crime, yeah, two to one, California.
Homelessness, dramatically higher.
Taxes, dramatically higher.
Illegal immigrants, dramatically higher.
Cost per, you know, citizen, dramatically higher.
But he's going to be now the lead voice.
That's going to be interesting.
By the way, there was a radar online piece that Barack and Michelle Obama are convinced that bumbling Joe Biden has lost his grip ahead of the election.
I think that might explain why their allies like Van Jones are telling Joe Biden to hide.

This was a threat from this Imam in Wisconsin out of Madison, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.
They put that out.
I haven't heard it myself.

That's the allegation.

That is the strangest story ever.
