What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco Benghazi on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
We're having a good time for our town hall with President Trump tonight, 9 Eastern, Hannity on Fox.
These were explosive hearings as we've been discussing earlier today.
Let me play for you some of the best moments.
I thought Ted Cruz in particular had a particularly strong exchange with the FBI director, you know, about, you know, he doesn't question if the FBI tried to ascertain whether Joe and Hunter Biden's location with the WhatsApp message when it was sent or ripping Ray for not answering questions about the Hunter investigation and telling Ray that,
you know, he's been sitting by while career partisans allow the FBI to be weaponized and how Ray won't answer if Hunter Biden's lawyer was tipped off before a search warrant on a storage unit, which we had talked about at length as potentially having happened, and testifying to Senator Kennedy that the FBI didn't direct Twitter to suppress the Hunter laptop story.
Listen to all this.
An IRS whistleblower, Gary Shapley, testified before the House of Representatives that the natural step he wanted to follow was to determine whether Joe Biden was in fact sitting next to his father when this threat was made to extort millions of dollars from a Chinese communist.
And what the IRS whistleblower testified is that when he tried to find out whether Joe Biden was sitting next to Hunter, that the DOJ blocked getting the GPS data on Joe Biden's phone.
Did the FBI try to ascertain where Hunter Biden was and where Joe Biden was when this text was sent?
Well, I think the questions you're asking go to the ongoing investigation being led by special counsel Weiss.
And so I'm not going to be able to discuss what is or isn't in scope.
Is the FBI, do they make a routine practice of allowing partisan political optics to prevent investigating serious evidence of corruption?
My instructions to our people on this and on every other investigation are that we are to follow the facts wherever they lead, no matter who likes it, no matter what political influence.
Then why didn't you get the GPS data on where Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were?
Again, Senator, with respect, I can't discuss the public.
But it's not with respect.
And Director Wray, you and I have gone round and round on this because I understand anytime you're asked about this, the answer is it's an ongoing investigation.
Of course, the investigation isn't ongoing.
You're not doing the work.
You've got whistleblowers pointing out that you're not doing the work and you are hiding behind the skirts of the Attorney General.
Look, the whistleblower also testified that the Attorney General, when he came before Congress, go to the next chart, came before Congress, lied under oath to this committee.
The Attorney General testified to this committee in response to my questioning, I have pledged not to interfere with the Hunter Biden investigation, and I have carried through on that pledge.
The IRS whistleblowers have alleged the Attorney General lied under oath, a felony.
Was the Attorney General telling the truth when he said I have pledged not to interfere with the Hunter Biden investigation and I have carried through on my pledge?
Again, I can't speak to the Attorney General's testimony.
I can only tell you what my instructions have been to our people.
Has there been political interference in the investigation into Hunter Biden and Joe Biden?
Not that I have experienced.
Were the investigators allowed to investigate whether Joe Biden was complicit in the corruption?
Again, there is an ongoing investigation.
I'm asking you about corruption from DOJ.
Were they allowed to investigate Joe Biden or is the whistleblower telling the truth that DOJ said Joe Biden's off limits, no questions about the big guy?
And as to what is in scope or not in scope of the ongoing investigation, I would refer you to special counsel Weiss.
That is not me hiding behind anything, Senator.
That is a long-standing policy that has been in place.
Multiple administrations have a responsibility.
Have you opened an investigation into whether the Attorney General lied under oath to Congress and whether the Attorney General obstructed justice?
I'm not going to go down that road here.
I know you're not.
That's the point.
Nobody thinks you've opened an investigation because you're not willing to.
And the amazing thing is, Director Wray, I've known you 30 years.
You're not a partisan Democrat.
You're simply sitting blithely by while career partisans in your agency allow it to be weaponized.
And you are damaging the FBI and you are damaging the Department of Justice.
Let me ask you also.
The whistleblower testified that investigators wanted to execute a search warrant on a storage unit used by Hunter Biden and instead they tipped off Hunter Biden's lawyer before the search warrant was carried out.
Is it typical FBI practice to tip off the subject of a search warrant before the search warrant so they can remove any evidence that's incriminating?
What is typical is that when you're dealing with an individual who has a protective detail, it is typical for agents to be in contact with detail.
Does the protective detail guard the storage unit?
Again, I can't speak to the storage unit specifically, but I can tell you is that why would the FBI tip off the subject of a search warrant about the storage unit that was going to be searched beforehand?
Does that not undermine the very essence of an investigation that DOJ is purporting to undertake?
Again, I'm not going to be able to discuss specific investigative segments.
But who is?
If you're not, nobody answers these questions, and it's why people are furious with the cover-up, because you don't believe the FBI is accountable to Congress or to the American people.
All right, there's a lot to digest there.
Joining us now is Pam Bondi, former Florida Attorney General, Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst, and, of course, host of his own podcast, The Brief.
Welcome both of you back to the program.
Good to be here.
All right.
So I'm watching this today, and I'm listening to Director Wray, and I'm hearing Director Wray tell the entire country that the world, that at no time has things been more dangerous than on his watch.
What he's not discussing, you know, talking about post-October 7th, Pam, what about the 8 million illegal, unvetted Biden illegal immigrants in the country?
You know, the ones coming from Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, China, and Russia.
I'm worried about them and possible terror cells in our country.
Well, absolutely, Sean.
And he hasn't said anything about it because he knows it's been happening for the last two plus years.
These people have been flowing across our border, despite people like Governor Abbott and all the governors and all of the elected officials saying this has got to stop.
Crime is at an all-time high.
And I truly cannot imagine, as a former prosecutor, how many terrorists have walked right into our country, right across our border.
You know, and that's what, and that's the point.
Do you have any doubt at all that there are terror cells here only because of the wide open borders that Joe Biden has allowed?
There have to be, Sean.
There have to be.
Look what they just did even to Israel on October 7th.
They were plotting and planning that for two years.
Israel.
So what are they doing to our country?
What have they been planning, knowing that these borders are wide open?
And the Biden administration was doing absolutely nothing to stop terrorist cells from coming into our country.
And we know they've already apprehended, at least they've admitted, to a few terrorists attempting to come into our country.
So how many have flowed into the United States of America?
It's unreal.
And that's why Chris Wray can't address that because he has no answer for it.
Greg, let's get your take and your reaction to Ted Cruz, that exchange.
And, you know, if Christopher Wray is out there saying that, you know, the terror threats have been elevated to an all-time high, why has he allowed that to happen on his watch?
I know he has been spending a lot of time investigating tiger moms like Linda that go to school board meetings that are concerned about what is being taught to their kids about CRT and about gender identity issues.
I know they spent a lot of time investigating traditional Catholics.
I got into that with Jim Jordan last night on TV.
I would think if that's the case and it's been the case that maybe they would reallocate their resources.
Maybe they can reallocate the resources away from having meetings with big tech warning them about them being victims of a misinformation campaign leading up to an election and then not confirming what they knew to be true, which was that the Hunter Biden laptop was very authentic.
Well, I agree that Linda's a mortal threat to our nation's security.
But that aside, you would think that we would have learned our lesson after 9-11, which happened under Bob Mueller's watch.
But, you know, our FBI director, Christopher Wray, is just as bad, if not worse, than Mueller and his successor, James Conney.
They've turned a blind eye to this.
And, you know, it's intelligence malpractice in the extreme.
You know, they do nothing to counter Joe Biden's open border that has allowed millions of people, so many of them are unvetted, unidentified, to flow into the United States.
And, you know, Pam Bondi's right.
I mean, statistically speaking, how many of those have already set up terrorist cells?
And, you know, Chris Wrinks to be as oblivious about that as he is oblivious about the Biden family influence peddling schemes that have netted tens of millions of dollars for the family.
And the FBI has been doing nothing except running interference and a protection racket for Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and the rest of them.
I think that's it.
All right, quick break, right back.
More with Pam Bondi, more with Craig Jarrett on the other side as the confrontation of Harvard Havid's president took place earlier today.
Then we'll get your calls in.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith political warfare and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
I'm Leon Nafok from Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries.
This is Fiasco, Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Yes, that's right.

We continue now with Greg Jarrett and Pam Bondi.
One day, and I pray to God that I'm wrong, if I'm right, if we're right, if all of us have been right, and you can't have open borders, and you can't have illegal immigrants from Syria, Afghanistan, the number one state sponsor of terror, Iran, China, our number one geopolitical foe, Russia, our number two geopolitical foe.
So, if we're right, and we're right, and we're right, and we're right.
If I'm right and God forbid something happens and there is an attack on this country from within, and these terror cells we find out came across that border, wouldn't they all Pam have blood on their hands?
Of course they would, Sean, and that's why they don't want to talk about it.
And you and Greg are exactly right.
Look, remember the assaults on Mar-a-Laga when they raided Mar-a-Lago.
That was an assault by land, by sea, by air.
They had agents everywhere.
And as a former prosecutor, that didn't happen overnight.
They had plotted, they had planned that.
The FBI, the Southern District of Florida, all the way up to D.C., all the way up to the Justice Department.
They were all in on it.
And they were worried about that raid for documents over protecting our borders when all of those FBI agents, as Greg said, those FBI agents could have been used to be protecting our borders.
And instead, they're challenging Greg Alban every step of the way with the barrier he has in the water.
They're fighting everything to keep these people flowing into our country and not to protect our country.
Well, instead of MSDNC, you know, finding how many different times and ways they can call Donald Trump a dictator, maybe they ought to be a little bit focused in on the words of Director Ray today and saying that I've never seen a time where all the threats or so many of the threats are all elevated all at exactly the same time and that the already heightened risk of terrorism hit a whole other level after Hamas and
the attack against Israel.
He said other dangers, including America's southern border.
Where's he been for the last three years?
We have been showing image after image after image.
We've been covering night after night after night.
Where has he been?
And then we discover, yeah, he's looking into traditional Catholics and getting involved in school board meetings and the never-ending focus on one riot while ignoring 574 other riots that killed dozens of Americans, injured thousands of cops, and resulted in billions in property damage.
Nobody wanted to talk about those riots.
You only have to condemn the one and you're okay.
Greg?
Yeah, I mean, you know, Christopher Wray said, I see blinking red lights everywhere.
And yet, it's the FBI that has taken little or no action in anticipation of the kind of violence and harm that, you know, our nation continues to suffer.
They did nothing about the riots in the summer of 2020.
The Department of Justice refused to bring hardly any prosecutions there, except people who were correctly defending themselves.
And now we see the FBI taking almost no action to help ferret out the potential criminals and terrorists and those bringing fentanyl into our country, those who are smuggling innocent girls and children through human smugglers.
The FBI needs to be turned upside down.
The first thing you need to do is get rid of Ray.
Get rid of the top echelon at the FBI.
Greg, we've been saying this for a long time, Greg.
But, you know, the solution to our problems can always be found, Sean, at the ballot box.
A new president, a different president, one that is far more competent and intelligent, can make the kind of fundamental changes that are necessary in our justice system, in our intelligence system, and at our FBI.
You know, they need to be completely torn apart and reconfigured into agencies that actually care about enforcing the law.
All right, 25 now to the top of the hour from beautiful Davenport, Iowa today for our town hall, President Trump tonight, 9 Eastern Hannity, Fox News.
You know, I want to remind you, our friend Mike Lindell, who's always looking for ways to solve everyday problems.
For example, towels.
All right, you need new towels.
You go to the store, you feel a towel.
It's soft, feels great, looks great.
Okay.
You buy it, you take it home, use it a couple of times, and it's not so soft, not that absorbent.
And Mike Lindell noticed that himself, so he went to work, and that's why he made My Towels, and they have two brand new lines that they have just released.
And you know what?
I'll tell you the different, like all things, MyPillow.
Now, in this case, they're made with 100% what's called long staple shorper cotton.
Comb ringspung cotton is what makes these towels so absorbent and softer than ever.
And by the way, they stay that way.
And right now, through December the 12th, you get a six-piece set, half price, $29.98 when you go to the Sean Hannity Square at mypillow.com.
That's mypillow.com, Sean Hannity Square.
They also have a premium designer line, also 50% off, but that's 20 bucks more.
Anyway, you're going to love that and deep discounts on other Great MyPillow products just in time for Christmas.
MyPillow.com, Sean Hannity Square, 50% off.
They're all new to MyPillow six-piece towel sets and other deep discounts on other Great MyPillow products.
Or call and mention my name, Hannity 800-919-6090.
A few more moments with Pam Bondi and Greg Jarrett in just a second here.
But there was another hearing in Washington today.
And in this case, the president of Harvard University, the president of MIT and the University of Pennsylvania were called to the mat after weeks of backlash over their schools' responses of surging anti-Semitism.
I will tell you, there are schools now actually telling Jewish students, oh, you might not be able to go to these areas on campus because we can't guarantee your safety.
Why not?
Why are you allowing rabid, virulent hatred and anti-Semitism to take place?
Would you ever say that to any other, quote, identity group, whatever it happened to be?
I doubt it.
Anyway, Elise Stefanik just absolutely destroyed Harvard president Claudine Gay over all of the pro-Palestinian protest rhetoric on her campus and also called for the resignation of her right to her face.
Listen.
Let me ask you this.
You are president of Harvard, so I assume you're familiar with the term intifada, correct?
I've heard that term, yes.
And you understand that the use of the term intifada in the context of the Israeli-Arab conflict is indeed a call for violent armed resistance against the state of Israel, including violence against civilians and the genocide of Jews.
Are you aware of that?
That type of hateful speech is personally abhorrent to me.
And there have been multiple marches at Harvard with students chanting, quote, there is only one solution, intifada revolution, and quote, globalize the intifada.
Is that correct?
I've heard that thoughtless, reckless, and hateful language on our campus.
Yes.
So based upon your testimony, you understand that this call for intifada is to commit genocide against the Jewish people in Israel and globally, correct?
I will say again, that type of hateful speech is personally abhorrent to me.
Do you believe that type of hateful speech is contrary to Harvard's code of conduct or is it allowed at Harvard?
It is at odds with the values of Harvard.
Can you not say here that it is against the code of conduct at Harvard?
We embrace a commitment to free expression, even of views that are objectionable, offensive, hateful.
It's when that speech crosses into conduct that violates our policies against bullying, harassment.
Does that speech not cross that barrier?
Does that speech not call for the genocide of Jews and the elimination of Israel?
You testify that you understand that as the definition of intifada.
Is that speech according to the code of conduct or not?
We embrace a commitment to free expression and give a wide birth to free expression, even of views that are objectionable.
You and I both know that's not the case.
Do you know what the number one hate crime in America is?
I know that over the last couple of months, there has been an alarming rise of anti-Semitism, which I understand is the critical topic that we are here to discuss.
That's correct.
It is anti-Jewish hate crimes.
And Harvard ranks the lowest when it comes to protecting Jewish students.
This is why I've called for your resignation.
And your testimony today, not being able to answer with moral clarity, speaks volumes.
I yield back.
Wow.
Very powerful.
Pam Bondi, let's get your reaction to that.
And then, of course, her calling for the resignation of the Harvard president.
I believe that president, let's put it this way.
Let's imagine in this woke world in which we live in, let's just imagine for a second somebody was being insulting to somebody's gender identity issue, or if somebody was racist, outright racist, or if somebody was Islamophobic, or if somebody said anything that would normally consider to be grossly offensive.
Do you think Harvard and this president, Claudine Gay, would in fact treat it the same way?
Because I don't believe that.
I think she's tolerating things they'd never tolerate if it was another group involved.
Am I wrong?
No, President Claudine Gay would have kicked anyone out of Harvard who did the things that you just suggested, Sean.
And to back up what Elise Stefanik did and said today, which was great, prior to this testimony, they had a young Harvard law student on, and he was spectacular.
He said, he said, I don't want to be here.
I want to be at Harvard.
I want to be studying my law class.
But he said, I've got to tell you what's happening.
He said that he had to walk to class hearing chants for the destruction of Israel.
They were screaming from the river to the sea, meaning we want to wipe out, we want to exterminate all of Jews, and that mobs were protesting at Harvard.
Students were scared to death, and the university did absolutely nothing.
They said that they created, get this, an anti-Semitism council.
He said he went to the council.
No one was there.
He called the council.
No one responded to them.
They have no teeth to do anything.
He couldn't get them to even respond.
And so it's really outrageous, her response.
She kept saying it's personally abhorrent, but there was a huge but after that.
But freedom of expression is what we view.
This isn't freedom of expression.
It should be criminal.
And these kids, these protesters, should be kicked out of Harvard and deported back to their countries if they're here on visa.
Not a close call legally.
Let's get your take, Greg Jarrett.
Before October 7th, Harvard was virulently against free speech.
If you dared to object or offer a different opinion than the woke progressive ideology on campus and the indoctrination by professors, you'd be punished.
You'd be ostracized.
After October 7th, all of a sudden, Harvard is embracing the First Amendment, which is nothing more on campus than an endorsement of Jew hatred, anti-Semitism, and threats against the Jewish students there and others.
And so, you know, this president of Harvard, President Gay, wants it both ways.
We'll allow free speech if it glorifies Hamas terrorism and the killing of Jews.
But, you know, we won't tolerate it if you don't adhere to our woke orthodoxy.
We appreciate you guys staying longer.
Pam, thank you.
Great to hear from you.
And Greg Jarrett, as always, great to hear from you.
We really appreciate it, guys.
Thank you so much.
Me too, my friend.
All right.
Talk soon.
Greg in Maryland.
Greg, hi.
How are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Welcome to Davenport, Iowa.
Great American.
Well, I love the people of Iowa.
I wish the weather was a little warmer, just a little, but the people are great.
What's going on?
We have, of course, our town hall with Donald Trump tonight.
So anyway, what's going on?
Glad you called.
It's been 18 years last time we spoke, and it seems like, yeah.
Something I said.
Why did it take 18 years for you to call back?
Well, you know, I've been faithfully listening three hours a day and DVRing the show every night and catching it when I can.
But in the meantime, it's been busy.
We've been working, taking care of the family.
And I'm still here in Maryland.
We were fighting for the Defense of Marriage Act.
It was back in 2004, 2005, last time we spoke.
And a bunch of us got together in Annapolis and we shared love.
You know, we came together to show both sides that this didn't have to be what we saw in the media, which is being ill-represented, as you know, always.
But we unfortunately have seen our country change quite a bit since then, haven't we?
Listen, America is changing every day, and the world is changing every day.
And we also are now seeing, I can't think of a time now where Joe Biden, your president, has been out in public and he's had a good day.
Either he doesn't know where he is, where he's going, or he's mumbling and bumbling and stumbling over his words and or totally incoherent.
So that's not good for the country.
That's not good for the world.
His policies are atrocious across the board.
I can't think of a single thing that I can say or name that I would say is a successful policy of his.
And I'm more worried and concerned, I think, now than at any other point in my adult life.
And that's saying a lot because I've seen a lot in my life.
Absolutely.
And, you know, my goal is: I know you're going to have the presidency here tonight.
I and other Republicans in our state and Democrats and Independents love President Trump.
No, you're not going to hear that anywhere, but I'm here in Maryland.
I'm on the ground.
I'm involved in several groups locally.
We would love to have a rally in a battleground state, and I'm announcing it.
Maryland and Virginia are battleground states in this election.
I know you understand that.
We can't just trust the traditional board.
We watched it last time get run.
We were taken advantage of in Pennsylvania and other states.
What I would love to have is a rally, a Trump rally to show just how much support there is for President Trump, for America, for freedom, for justice, for equality, for American exceptionalism here in Maryland.
You know, as we're watching elections abroad and we're seeing a transformation that I can't recall in my lifetime where more conservative populist leaders are being elected left, right, and sideways.
I'm wondering if that is going to carry over here.
Certainly, I mean, the way this legal system is currently designed, being weaponized against conservatives, Republicans, and certainly all things Donald Trump, you have to wonder if it's possible because they're going to try and keep him in a courtroom all year next year.
But certainly something is happening.
Look, generally speaking, people vote on issues involving peace and prosperity.
We don't have either.
The world is more dangerous.
Things are more volatile than at any other point that I can think of.
And economically, how's that Bidenomics thing working out for you?
Because it's not working out well for most Americans.
So if, in fact, peace and prosperity rules the day and people understand that our Department of Justice has been weaponized under Joe Biden, if they really realize that, I don't think he has a chance at reelection or whoever might take his place at the last minute, which could very well happen.
If America wants to have change, it is capable of doing so.
I would like to believe Maryland's in play, but I'll be honest, I really don't believe it's in play.
Virginia is going to be a very hard state.
What's happened is all the bureaucrats that live in Washington, D.C., they've all moved into Northern Virginia.
Their jobs are dependent on the swamp and the sewer.
And about 5% of people in D.C. voted for Donald Trump.
That's why I've said many times, I don't think that he can get a fair trial in D.C.
I don't think he can get a fair trial in New York.
I don't think he can get a fair trial in Fulton County, Georgia either.
So, you know, so that's going to complicate things come next year.
But I also think the odds are pretty high that there's going to be an impeachment of Joe Biden based on the evidence that James Comer, Jim Jordan, and Jason Smith have been putting together.
But we'll have to see on that too.
Anyway, my friend, thank you, Greg.
Appreciate it.

Dallas is in the free state of Tennessee.
Dallas, how are you?
Glad you called.
No income tax in Tennessee.
Love it.
No income tax in Tennessee.
That's right.
Dallas, it's probably a good thing you don't live in Dallas, you know.
What's your name?
Dallas.
Where do you live in Dallas?
No, no, no.
Who's on first?
I don't know.
Third base, you know.
But anyway, go ahead.
Wasn't a very popular name when I lived in Philly either.
Is that right?
That's funny.
Don't tell me you got beat up for it, did you?
I never got beat up for it because I was always an Eagles fan, but okay.
I want to point out about the hypocrisy of The left with, you know, sticking the FBI on teachers, or not teachers, but you know, parents and stuff like that at board meetings.
And then, you know, I want to know how many are on the watch list for these people who are calling for, you know, the death of Jews and stuff like that.
Seems pretty crappy to me, I think.
Well, I can't answer that question.
I don't really know.
But I will tell you, there's a lot of rhetoric that I thought.
Tell me, more broadly speaking, did you ever think in our lifetime we'd be hearing things like this?
Did you ever think in our lifetime we'd hear gas the Jews, F the Jews from the river to the sea, calls for antifada, you know, support of people that we know are guilty of starting a war and killing and raping and beheading and kidnapping even little babies?
And that we'd have people in the halls of Congress, people at college universities, you know, people protesting in our cities and towns around the country and around all over Europe and all over other continents.
I never thought I'd see that.
I thought Nazi Germany was done.
And this is a show that's never used Nazi Germany as an analogy.
I've often thought it was inappropriately used.
In this case, I would say appropriately so.
And if you see the video that I've seen, you would all agree with me.
And maybe you will one day.
800-941-Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program from Davenport, Iowa, Town Hall with Donald Trump tonight.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.
