What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked why.
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco Benghazi on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
All right.
Thanks, Scott Shannon.

So a gag order that barred President Donald Trump from ever commenting about court personnel, et cetera, et cetera, or you know, pretty much, you know, putting a muzzle on somebody that is being slandered every day in a courtroom, as far as I'm concerned.
Uh anyway, has been temporarily lifted by an appellate judge who raised the issue of something called freedom of speech.
Now I thought that was pretty fundamental freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, uh, but apparently not in this America.
You know, the most outrageous part of this, you got this very abusively biased judge.
He had already determined, you know, before the case even began, this is a civil trial, you know, gave a summary judgment against President Trump.
Arthur Ngoron is his name.
And this guy is the same guy, you know.
But remember, this whole case is based on the idea whether or not the Trump Corporation had artificially inflated the prices of their properties that they own as a means of getting better rates from banks, loan rates, et cetera, better insurance rates as well.
And yet this guy is sticking to this obscene, absurd of uh a joke that Mar-a-Lago is worth 18 million dollars when I have shown you on television over and over again that a lot that's two acres on the ocean with nothing on it but dirt is 200 million dollars.
Now, at Mar-a-Lago, you have over 20 acres.
You have a historic property that has a club that's on both the intercoastal side of Palm Beach and the beach side of Palm Beach on the ocean side.
Um, uh 30 some odd bathrooms, a complete, you know, beautiful mansion, beautiful property.
Uh many people are estimating anywhere between eight hundred million to over a billion dollars.
And then the judge, you know, value puts a valuation of 18 million.
The very thing they're accusing the the Trump organization of is the very thing they're guilty of.
Now remember, this case was brought by an attorney general in New York that campaigned very loudly and very clearly against one man, Donald Trump, one organization, the Trump Organization, and one family, the Trump family, and and that's what this case is all about.
Uh I don't think they have a prayer on appeal.
Uh I I think with this judge, you just will never get a fair trial of your last name's Trump.
So, you know, at least finally an appellate court judge has lifted the gag order that never should have been put in place in the first place.
Anyway, President Trump's attorney in this case, Alina Hava is with us as well as Greg Jarrett.
Uh, don't forget, by the way, Greg's new book is out, And already it's a bestseller, the Constitution of the United States and other patriotic documents.
He analyzes in great detail and puts a lot of context into.
Uh welcome you both back to the program.
Happy Friday.
Happy Friday.
All right, Alina, did I pretty much capture everything that's gone on in this case, except maybe I didn't mention that not one lender, not one insurance company ever complained one bit, and that in every contract in the in the Trump organization, it tells every lender, every insurance company not to use their valuations, but that they have a fiduciary responsibility to value things themselves.
That's right.
On top of that, they had their own accounting team who's a top accounting firm putting together their valuations, putting together their statement of financial condition with sophisticated lenders like Deutsche Bank, who we all know when you use a sophisticated lender, even if you don't use a sophisticated lender, there are rules and regulations about getting a loan, and they do their own due diligence.
But this judge and Letitia James have a political vendetta.
They are going after Trump to make a name for themselves, and unfortunately, every decision we've seen that's so radical left, we've had to go up to the appellate division and then have reversed.
the gag order that you talked about was not just for president Trump.
What we extended to me extended to his legal team.
And we were not even allowed Sean to object in court.
I could not.
I think one of my favorite lines of the judges, I'm not here to listen to him, meaning Donald Trump who was on the stand defending himself, Well, then what are you there for?
That's what I said.
Why am I here?
Why am I getting paid?
You're not here to hear what he has to say?
What does that mean?
That's not that's where's my due process rates?
Where's his due process right?
You know, this judge has been really unhinged, and I know you know, I spoke outside the courtroom about it, but I wish there were cameras in there.
And I know that the president is currently asking for that in his future trials because we need to make sure things are fair, and right now they're not.
Um the American people need to see what we're up against.
You know, I wish they had seen Michael Cohen go down and admit to perjury time and time again when I cross examined him in the trial.
It's uh he's been the impetus to a lot of problems for the president because he makes things up and he there's not a tribunal he hasn't liked him.
So outside of that, you got it completely right.
It's a joke.
Marilog was worth eighteen million.
Banks made money, didn't lose money, and he's never defaulted once.
They're just coming after the company, the kids, for nothing, because they want to go outside and make a political stance.
It's really disturbing.
You know, and then it gets worse because you know, now we have a case where the special counsel in the Joe Biden document scandal, apparently he's only gonna get a stern lecture, uh, Greg Jarrett.
Is that a double standard?
Sounds like it to me.
Absolutely.
It's a double standard, it's a dual system of justice.
It will be perceived by the American public that way, Sean.
Uh Biden and Trump uh both did the same thing, retained classified documents.
Only one gets charged.
And yes, there are differences between the two cases, but try to explain that to voters, many of whom are already convinced that the four indictments against Trump are politically motivated, and there's a protection racket for Joe Biden run by the Department of Justice and the FBI.
And, you know, reportedly, uh special counsel Robert Hurr, as you said, will be sharply critical of Biden, but bring no charges.
Well, that's James Comey two point oh, isn't it?
When he stood in front of television cameras, said Hillary was reckless and negligent in handling classified documents, which by the way, are crimes in and of themselves under the law.
But then Comey performs this absurd legal parouette claiming no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case, which is obviously ludicrous.
Prosecutors uh across America would have loved to bring uh such an easy case.
This is one of the major reasons why Hillary Clinton lost.
Uh, and so in the same way, it could dramatically affect Joe Biden's chances for reelection.
Yeah, it's pretty amazing.
I want to get your take on this, Alina, because you know, uh if you everything we have been saying about a dual justice system can be summed up in this entire document issue.
Because top secret, classified emails on the server of Hillary Clinton, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
And then in the case of Joe Biden, four separate locations, he's not being charged.
Neither one of them got raided.
And and how does anybody objectively look at these three cases and not see that justice is anything but blind, but justice is politicized and weaponized in this case against your client, Donald J. Trump?
You can't.
Another important fact about the Biden versus Trump disparagement here is that Joe Biden was not president when he retained those documents.
He didn't have the Presidential Records Act to allow him to remove documents, to declassify documents and take them to his home.
There was a skiff at Marilogo after he left.
He had the right.
At the end of the day, we are seeing the most corruption we've ever seen.
They love to get up and say, no one is above the law.
Greg Jarrett, I'm sure you've heard it a million times, right?
No one is above the law.
Well, why is it that the Democrats are?
Why do we see it time and time again?
It is so disturbing.
And I really do think, much like the Letitia James case, much like DA Bragg, once these trials start, the American people, if they get a view inside, and I most certainly will be very vocal on every single one of these cases.
If they get a view inside, you will see how bad it actually is.
And it's far worse than ever imagined.
I can tell you that.
It really is.
And well, let me ask you.
Uh you said you wanted cameras in the courtroom.
You why do you think that would benefit the Trump defense?
Because the truth is good.
You know, they all spin things.
The radical left media, you know, unfortunately, the CNN, all of these journalists that are sitting in court with me, I've watched it.
I've been on trial now for two months.
I'll sit there and see how they spin something that I'm sitting there listening to, and I'm looking at the live feed on the New York Times.
It's not accurate.
It's missing the good stuff.
And you can't, unfortunately, rely on some journalists because the ones that are being widespread are sending disinformation.
And you don't get to hear all the facts.
Because the days when we have our expert testimony saying that in this trial there has been absolutely no fraud, there was no press in the room, Sean.
There was no press.
It was so dis it was so disturbing.
So I have to go out and make clear what happened in the courtroom.
But when Letitia James put on her case in chief, the room was packed.
So it's really a shame.
And that's why I think the American people should have a right to see what really happened, to see how he cooperated with the FBI, how he cooperated with the documents case, how he's didn't cite an insurrection.
He didn't do anything fraudulent on his stat his statement of financial condition, and on and on and on and on.
Well let me let me ask you for a practical matter.
I'll ask both of you this.
You know, how does somebody, the leading candidate for the opposition party, the Republican Party, uh against Joe Biden, how do they get to run a campaign when there may be as many as four criminal trials in an election year, uh, all of the issues involving these trials going back multiple years, if they were that egregious, Greg Jarrett, why didn't they bring the charges much earlier?
Because they wanted to time it uh to influence unduly the presidential election.
So they waited and waited, and then they launched it all pretty much simultaneously for different indictments at the same time.
Um, you know, in two of the cases, the fraud civil case, Jack Smith Washington case over J 6, uh, you know, demanding uh a gag order, uh, which is blatantly unconstitutional, prior restraint on free speech, uh, a pres presumptive violation of the First Amendment.
And here that violation is especially acute, because the person being gagged is running for public office.
He has an elevated right to speak freely in defense of himself.
Tell me how it's okay for prosecutors to stand in front of cameras and tell the nation uh that Donald Trump is is absolutely guilty uh in the court of public opinion, but Trump is prohibited from responding in kind to defend himself, uh, to criticize not just uh the prosecutors bringing the case, but biased judge like Arthur and Gunn, whose name happens to rhyme with Moron.
Um, and you know, this is a guy whose behavior on the bench has been bizarre.
Women with bias loves the attention, enamored of his sudden status, mugs for the cameras.
The fix is in on this case and some of the other cases, and Donald Trump's only ability to counter all of this, the abusive power of prosecutors who are politically driven, is the first amendment and his ability to speak freely.
The problem is these cases are all from years ago, and the trials will take place during an election year, and as we saw in the appellate uh uh court, uh, this gag order was overturned.
Uh, I would imagine sort of like what happened to uh then Virginia Governor Bob McDonald.
He was convicted on what, eleven eleven accounts, and every one of them was vacated by the Supreme Court unanimously, but that was three years later.
So any appeal where I think President Trump would have a much fairer chance at at justice, that'll happen after the election.
Now, do you believe, Alina, this is by design?
Of course it is.
It's election interference at its finest.
I mean, look, Georgia, that happened when he was president.
That that that is they've just been sitting there.
It's a state-level court.
I mean, the fact that we're even in that scenario with a presidential candidate is insane to me.
The amount of co-conspirators is not a coincidence.
It's so that they plea out and they cooperate.
This is a classic.
They're bringing mob charges against President Trump.
Mob charges.
It's insane.
They're doing it till he's off the campaign trail that he because they literally cannot win unless they take him out.
And they can't do it in a fair manner.
They can't do it in a constitutional manner.
So they're so desperate, Sean.
That's the only way I could describe it.
Utter desperation.
And Trump derangement does exist in our judicial system.
I've seen it firsthand.
It's bizarre.
And when you see some of these rulings, you just wonder how they still have a rope.
I mean, where's your dignity?
Your ethics.
You're making these decisions.
They so politically so that you can tie him, have him sit down.
I don't I don't think he can get a fair trial in in by any New York judge.
I don't think he can get a fair trial in Washington, D.C. I don't think he can get one in Fulton County.
Maybe he might be able to get one down in Florida.
Uh, but to run for president and have to face this during an election year, uh, not only is it unprecedented, uh, I'm sorry, it it just reeks of all things political.
Uh Alina, thank you.
Greg Jarrett, by the way, congrats on the new book, The Constitution of the United States and other patriotic documents.
And hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hammond.

Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word.
One that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

Greg's great analogy.
All right, let me um You know, it was funny because earlier this week, all the Democrats have been out there with the horror that is the Biden economy begging Joe Biden to stop running on quote Bidonomics.
Why?
Because Americans in every poll are not buying it.
Joe Biden has now had two polls showing him with the lowest approval ratings in his presidency.
36, 37%, respectively.
Now he's losing to not one, not two, but three Republican presidential candidates in the polls in a head-to-head matchup for 2020 uh 2024.
And the poll before that showed Donald Trump over Biden in five swing states out of six.
Not looking good for Joe Biden.
So I think that means the likelihood is there that they're gonna try and replace him.
Yeah, I think all these polls are scaring the living hell out of Democrats.
And you know, that dust up earlier in the week with David Axelrod was not done by accident.
I think that was done on purpose.
Uh, but still you've got the sick offense.
These these people that are just brain dead, people that are just disconnected from the 60 some odd percent of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, and they think they can go out there with their phony happy face as if inflation is not impacting every American.
Interest rates are not impacting every American.
High gas prices are not impacting every American.
Uh high diesel prices, uh, putting up the price of every item we buy in every store we go to, that it's it not impacting Americans.
You know, if you look, listen to Circle Back Gensake, I guess she was on with Liberal Joe.
You know, Biden's numbers show that 75% of Americans are happy with with where they are economically.
Uh that's not true.
Show me the poll that you're referring to.
And I'm not sure I'd believe it if I saw it.
Pete Butterjudge out there saying, you know, the Biden economy just it's it's phenomenal, and we're just getting started.
Listen.
And what's so frustrating at the White House is that they have numbers that show 70, 75% of Americans are happy with where they are economically.
Yeah, the data doesn't always make sense.
I can tell you from banging my head against the wall, communicating about the economy from the White House for two presidents over many years.
It is very difficult to do.
You can't tell people how they feel about the economy.
They are going to decide how they feel about the economy.
And the challenge for the Biden White House right now is they need to make up some ground on the economy in terms of how the American public feels that they're spending lots of money on paid media to do that.
But really the question is should they actually be focusing on the contrast with Trump?
President Biden heard the American people loud and clear.
And under his leadership, it finally happened.
Let's remember, all through that first year, commentators, skeptics said that nothing could be done on a bipartisan basis in today's Washington.
But together, we passed a once-in-a-generation investment that is building a stronger America.
And so we got to work.
We have come a long way, but most of our work is still ahead of us.
The work we're doing right now will ensure that the America we know, the America we love, will be even better for future generations.
And for President Biden and for this whole administration, it starts with delivering on the very basic things that make people's everyday life possible.
And the great news is, we're just getting started.
So my question is, is that how you see it?
Because we'll know a year from now whether or not the American people are seeing it like Gen Saki, Liberal Joe, Scarborough, and uh Pete Booty Judge.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
Let me go to Pearl and Brooklyn.
If this is Pearl in Brooklyn, that can only mean one thing.
Her mother was a woman named Hannah, who always called this program and was a Holocaust survivor.
Uh, am I right, Pearl in Brooklyn?
Yes, you are 100% right.
And we miss your mom.
You wrote me the nicest letter after she passed away.
We loved her.
Uh I know she's looking down on us today and probably looking down in horror because what she lived through, you know, seems to be unfolding yet again.
It's even it it uh it not seems to.
It unfolded again on October 7th, and there are so many people I am shocked that are buying into the sick, ugly, twisted ideology of virulent anti-Semitism.
It's so sad.
Very sad.
And thank you once again for being a close friend to my mother and my family, and my mother a voice.
And she loved, she loved she saw you twice heard you and saw you twice a day.
Never missed a day.
Three hours on radio, one hour on TV.
I wanted to tell you and your audience that I don't know, my parents were survivors, and I wonder today what my mother would say, how would she feel?
I know she would be scared and devastated, but Sean, my mother would not be in disbelief.
She said history repeats itself, and it can happen in this country too.
Anti-Semitism will never go away, and we have to be aware of our surroundings and be very careful.
That is what she said.
You know, your mom lived through something that no human being should ever have to live through.
And she survived the Holocaust.
What about all those that did not?
Six million plus Jewish people slaughtered, murdered.
You know, the well, but what led up to it was a lot of the language we are hearing At what they call pro-Palestinian rallies.
What is your reaction to, you know, Congresswoman Taleb or you know, from the river to the sea, or calls for antifada, uh, or you know, calls for the destruction of the state of Israel.
Where's the Jews?
Keep on a revolution.
Run the rivers to the sea.
Palestine will be free.
We have heard it on our college campuses.
We've heard it around the country.
We've heard it in your state of New York.
Uh, we have heard it all throughout Europe.
I never thought we'd hear out of Australia gas the Jews, F the Jews, but we heard that too.
What is your reaction to that?
Because your mom was a Holocaust survivor.
Yes.
The squad with Taleb and ALC and others.
I'm disgusted at the fact that they are in Congress today.
I don't understand it.
I understand, yes, they were elected, elected, but when they preach anti-Semitism and hatred, that should be against the law.
If they were for the KKK or the not or Nazis, which are here in this country also, wouldn't they act?
They act immediately upon that, because then I can't that that cannot happen.
But for the Jews, everyone attacks the Jews.
If we attacking the Jews, they jump on the bandwagon.
And it's very uh difficult for me at this time because I was born in Broken Belson, which was a DP camp where Anne Frank was murdered.
It was an after it was a notorious concentration camp.
And after that, it was turned into a DP displaced persons camp.
Growing up with my parents, I heard the I listened to their experiences at forefront in my mind.
I wake up every morning listening to my mother's voice about the Nazis and the SS.
She told me that a Jew was not allowed outside, not allowed to go to work, school, or in the playground.
The Nazis ordered each person to wear a yellow armband with the star of David.
Now, she had to make these.
She made the armband and she used onion skin to make it yellow.
On February 24th, in her small town in Poland, in the middle of the night in the winter, the Nazis invaded their town, dragged all the Jewish people out of their homes, lined them up outside, no coat, no shoes, no pajamas.
There was an open grave ready for the Jews.
My mother was standing next to her best friend who was holding her baby boy, the SS, that's a Nazi soldier, walked towards them and grabbed the baby.
The mother ran after the Nazi, and then the mother ran to take the baby away from him, and he shot the baby and the mother.
For what this can turn into.
All right, quick break, right back.
More with Pearl.
Her mom used to call this program regularly.
Sadly, she recently passed away, and uh she was a survivor of the Holocaust, told us the horrors of the Holocaust, but we'll have more with her daughter Pearl on the other side.
All right, so I have a personal security strategy.
I've I've been I've had a uh a pistol carry permit my entire adult life.
Uh now I am proud to tell you that I also have as part of my strategy a non-lethal option, thanks to the great advancement in technology, and that means all things burner.
BY RNA.com.
You gotta see these videos.
Now it looks like a pistol, and it looks like a rifle, the mission four, and it fires like a pistol, fires like a rifle, there's no recoil, Except maybe, you know, Linda likes the the pink burner, the orange burner, the yellow burner.
I like the black one myself or the camo one or the American flag one.
Um but anyway, it shoots projectiles that release once you hit a perpetrator or or even hit hit the anywhere near perpetrator, it releases two uh pepper sprays and tear gas.
It's legal in all 50 states.
You don't need a permit or a background check.
And the great thing is it incapacitates any perpetrator and it works.
And these burner launchers also they've come up with 12 gauge ammo, in other words, projectiles you can put in your own shotgun.
How cool is that?
And have an option, a non-lethal option, because maybe maybe you're in a situation that that doesn't call for deadly force, but still your life is in jeopardy.
Anyway, Linda, you've been practicing with yours, you love it as much as I do.
I do, and the reason that I like orange and pink, not that I don't like it already, is because New York doesn't allow you to have the black burner because it looks so much like a real gun.
So I use the orange one, so I take it out.
I'm taking the less lethal approach.
And with the amount of attacks that are coming around these days, you know, you get the right training, you use it, you save your life, you don't take somebody else's.
I mean, that's a win-win.
It really is.
Anyway, you're gonna love this technology, and if you don't believe it's really powerful, okay, and formidable, go look at their videos.
Go to burner.com slash hannity.
That's b-r-n a dot com slash Hannity, and check it out for yourself.
And by going to that website, once you're convinced it's great, well, guess what?
The best part is you're gonna want it for yourself.
Burner.com slash Hannity.
The final hour of the Sean Hannity show is up next.
Hang on for Sean's conservative solutions.
As we continue, Pearl is with us.
Her mom was a Holocaust survivor, and we're talking about how we never thought we'd hear the type of anti-Semitism we're hearing every day.
Here's my biggest fear for what Israel's now facing.
Israel now is facing Hamas, Islamic jihad in the south out of Gaza.
They're facing Hezbollah out of the north.
The Houthi rebels have declared war on the state of Israel.
We have rockets being fired out of Syria.
All of this is being orchestrated and planned and plotted, this whole scheme by Iran, the mullahs in Iran.
Iran is now partnered with China and Russia and North Korea.
They are desperately seeking nuclear weapons, and I believe if they ever get them, they will use them.
That would be you know, beyond a Holocaust in our lifetime.
And, you know, the fact that this world is tolerant that so many people don't have the the clear moral clarity of what is going on here and the evil unfolding before our eyes should shock anybody that has a conscience, a mind, and a soul.
And I can't I it is inexplicable to me that here we are, the few of us saying, yeah, and by the way, it did warm my heart to see the 300 plus thousand people show up in Washington this week.
But here we are again fighting uh a battle against evil that I didn't think would happen.
And that was the evil that your mother lived through.
And now we're living through it again.
And think of every family that knows Hamas is holding their loved ones hostage and what they must be going through.
Think of every family of the 1400 slaughtered, what they must all be going through.
And it and the fact that the world is not in unison condemning the people responsible is incomprehensible.
And I pray to God that people wake up soon because it can get worse.
Uh Pearl, we love you.
Thank you.
We think of your mom often.
I mentioned her the other day on the show, and uh I just thought the world of her and think the world of you.
I was thinking about when you visited Israel and Stradut, and you were the only journalist who went into the tunnel, put your arms out, and showed how wide and how high it is, and you showed everything.
You had the guts the best soldier, and I thank you for being Pearl, can I be honest?
Yeah.
That if that defines courage, then the bar is way too low.
The people that are courageous are the people on the front lines that are in those tunnels today, knowing that there are Hamas soldiers that have set booby traps that are in there ready to kill them.
And they're gonna they're gonna be the heroes, but I will tell you how this is gonna end.
Hamas is going to lose.
They're going to be destroyed.
As Balag gets more involved, they're going to be destroyed.
Israel is not going away.
They are not going to be successful.
And if they ever are, then we can kiss the world as we know it.
Goodbye.
It's over.
Anyway, praying for you, praying for your family.
God bless your mom.
And I know she's looking over.
She's looking down from heaven and praying for all of us.
Uh thank you so much, bro.
We we think the world of you.
Bye bye.

You know, most people have no idea that they have an invisible gap to their home's protection.
Now, this invisible threat is called house stealing from FBI crime stories, and I quote, con artists, they pick a house, it can be a vacation home, a rental property, or the home that you're living in right now.
They transfer the deed of your house into their name by obtaining forms and using fake IDs.
They file the paperwork with proper authorities, and guess what?
They end up owning your home.
Now, once that step is complete, they take out loans using your home as collateral, and they can even sell your home without you knowing it.
