All right, thanks, Scott Shannon, and our two Sean Hannity show.
Thanks for being with us, 800-941-Sean.
Our number, you want to be a part of the program?
Things are getting very, very, very interesting when it comes to presidential politics.
We have the Democratic Party in just complete disarray.
Almost full-fledged panic has broken out, especially over the weekend when these poll numbers came out.
I mean, it just, it couldn't be any more clear when Donald Trump is winning in Nevada over Joe Biden 5241.
He's winning in Georgia 49.43.
He's winning in Arizona 49.44.
He's winning in Michigan 48.43.
And he's winning in Pennsylvania, let's see, 4844.
And it was very tight in Wisconsin.
And clearly, you know, there's panic that has set in among the Democratic Party.
What makes this fascinating is the moment that we're living in.
And I know there's been a lot made over the judge in this case, the civil trial that's been going on in New York, which any court observer, anybody that knows the law is a bit of a joke.
I mean, for the idea that the judge in the case just is sticking to, remember, one of the major accusations against Donald Trump, the Trump organization, is that they have given phony valuations of their properties.
And meanwhile, the judge is holding to this insane notion that Mar-a-Lago, which is, you know, close to a billion-dollar property, if not a billion-dollar property, and I've showed you on TV, for example, empty lots in Palm Beach, oceanfront lots with nothing on it, no home, just dirt, you know, selling for $200 million or an acre and a half on the ocean selling for $150 million.
I know it sounds nuts, but it is nuts.
It's absolutely crazy what's going on down there.
And those, that is, you know, millionaire row, I guess, around the country.
It's one of the most expensive counties in the entire world.
And that's what the average cost is, whether you like it or not.
And then the judge, in other words, would be guilty of the very thing that this whole case is based on, which is that Donald Trump somehow is overvaluing his properties to get more favorable loan terms or overvaluing his properties to get better insurance rates.
The only problem with all of that, in every one of the contracts and applications, there is a provision within the contract that says, please do not take our estimates.
Every insurance company, every lender has a fiduciary responsibility to do their own research and their own valuations.
I've never heard of a case where a lender would take the word of the homeowner.
Oh, I think my home's worth $5 million.
Meanwhile, it's worth $500,000.
No, they are going to do a market analysis themselves and determine themselves what the valuation will be and then offer loan terms based on their own conclusions.
So the whole thing is nuts.
There's not a single insurance company.
There's not a single or bank or lending institution that has complained at all.
That's the nutty part of it.
But it's all part of a promise that the Attorney General of New York made when running against, when running for election, that she was going to go after one man, Donald Trump, one organization, the Trump organization, one family, the Trump family.
Listen.
I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are at stake.
I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses.
Will you sue him, Brown?
Oh, we're going to definitely do.
We're going to be a real pain in the.
He's going to know my name personally.
That man in the White House.
Who can't go a day without threatening our fundamental rights?
Yes, we need to focus on Donald Trump and his abuses.
We need to follow his money.
We need to find out where he's laundered money.
We need to find out whether or not he's engaged in conspiracy.
It's important that everyone understand that the days of Donald Trump are coming to an end.
I look forward to going into the office of Attorney General every day, suing him, defending your rights, and then going home.
And that's the Attorney General of New York.
And anyway, so she made some other comments today, which I found interesting.
The Attorney General of New York, we have an administration that is too male, too pale, and too stale.
Listen to this one.
And so we've got to stand up to the federal government.
We've got to stand up to bullies.
We've got to stand up to an administration which is too male, too pale, and too stale.
Too male, too pale, and too stale.
Too male, too pale, and too stale.
Too male, too, too stale.
And we will not go away silently.
We will not be silent in the face of this oppression.
Anyway, Donald Trump did also comment on this, that this trial is a terrible thing.
This happens in third world countries and banana republics.
And this is what he said there.
It's a terrible, terrible thing.
These political operatives that I'm going to be dealing with right now.
You have a racist attorney general who made some terrible statements.
I mean, you see some more that came over the wires today.
It's a very sad situation for our country.
We shouldn't have this.
This is for third world countries.
And it's very unfair.
It's very unfair.
But in the meantime, the people of the country understand it.
They see it.
And they don't like it.
They don't like it because it's political warfare, as you would call it, or political lawfare.
Another name.
They got a lot of names for it.
But usually it takes place in third world countries and banana republics.
And nobody's ever seen that.
To this extent, we've never seen it here.
But we will go along, and we will hopefully do very well in every regard.
And we'll win the election and we'll make America great again.
That's what we're going to do.
We're going to make America great again.
But we have to take away from the thugs that we deal with and the horrible people that actually must hate our country to do this.
But we will fight very hard for our country.
Thank you very much, everybody.
All right.
He is a lawyer by trade.
Former Democrat when he was Leo 1.0.
He's been watching all of the happenings here.
What is your reaction to all of this?
Well, Sean, you summed it up as always perfectly.
Look, there's no victim here.
There's no victim in this New York fraud case except Donald Trump.
And what she said, the too male, too stale, too pale, she's a racist.
She's a black woman who is a racist towards white male.
Here's the problem.
Here's a judge who knows, Sean.
I can tell you right now to your listener, it's going to be reversed.
When he goes in court today and say, I'm not here to hear what President Trump has to say, what is he there for?
What is he there for?
He's not there to hear what President Trump has to say in his defense.
This is a kangaroo court.
The verdict is already set.
They're going to go after Trump.
The question is how much.
The problem is this.
It's going to be.
But by the way, it's bigger than how much, Leo.
There's, yeah, the possibility of a $250 million fine, but all the properties owned by the organization could be taken over in conservatory, is my understanding.
In other words, they won't even control their own properties.
And lastly, if I may add, that the Trump family will forever be banned, or at least for a number of years, be banned from ever doing business in New York State at all, ever again.
And again, it's a civil case.
Correct, Sean.
These are draconian rulings, but I guarantee you, this statute that Trump is being sued on, how many times has it been used before?
Never.
Never.
This judge is going to set a precedent that is going to be reversed.
Look, I got 30 years of law in me.
And I can tell you right now, this does not follow the spirit of the law.
They're going to take everything this man has built up for the last 40, 50 years and take it away.
It's not going to happen.
It will make headlines, but I guarantee it's going to be reversed.
And it has a negative effect as well to those who plan this trial.
They want to hurt President Trump.
You just mentioned the New York Poland, the polls by New York Times.
He's going to become the next president.
And this is nothing more than a political kangaroo court that is backfiring.
One last point.
The legal system in New York does not exist.
They're all Democrats.
You run as a political party member, as a Democrat.
They're all Democrats.
They have weaponized the legal system in New York.
If you are a Republican or if you're not part of the Democratic Party, you have no shot to get justice in New York.
With these polls that came out this weekend showing Donald Trump leading significantly in five critical swing states, and then demographically, when you break down any poll, you even see younger voters now.
Biden only has a one percentage point lead.
Biden's lead among Hispanic American voters is down to single digits.
And his advantage in urban areas is half of Trump's edge in rural regions.
Women still favor Biden.
Men prefer Trump by twice as large a margin.
And when you think of it and look at all of this through the prism, this guy's got four criminal trials coming during an election year.
And you're right.
I think he'd have a better chance at justice on appeal in every one of those cases.
I don't believe he can get a fair trial in venues like New York or D.C. or Fulton County, Georgia.
That's my personal view.
So even with the arrests and the arraignment, he's winning dramatically.
Why?
Okay, why?
Because people have rejected this attempt to go after Trump, Sean.
Oh, one other number you should point out.
He's pulling 22% of the black vote.
Historic.
Never in modern day politics has a Republican, it's Trump.
It's not the Republican Party.
It is Trump.
Because people are voting based on their pocketbook and they reject the Biden administration.
They remember when Trump was president and they had a good life.
Quality of life was better.
We were safe.
We were respected.
So that's why Biden is getting his butt kicked in these polls.
That's a Democratic poll.
So I'll tell you, Trump is not being hurt by these witch hunts.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith political warfare and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

Do you now believe that the Democrats are going to move to replace Joe Biden at the top of the ticket?
I mean, I found Stacey Abrams' comments about Kamala Harris or criticisms of Kamala Harris saying they are linked to race and gender, and yet you can't ignore the racism and misogyny in our politics.
I'd play it, but I just don't have enough time.
But, I mean, is this a preemptive strike that if Joe gets out, it better be Kamala?
Is it going to be, you know, a battle within the Democratic ranks?
Because I got to imagine, you know, guys like Pritzker and Gavin Newsom are probably have their eyes on the White House, no?
You're 100% correct.
Let me tell you right now.
The Stacey Abram, Kamala Harris comments about the race cards.
I got news for you.
She's not qualified to be vice president.
How in the world can she be qualified to be president?
She got that position because she was a woman and because of her skin color.
And right now, Gavin Newsom is running a shadow campaign.
Let me give you my opinion.
Joe Biden is not going to be on the ballot in November.
It's going to be either that guy in California, my horrible governor, or some other Democrat who is just salivating to jump in this race.
Kamala Harris does not have a foothold or a right to run for president.
She may run, but she's going to fail like her president.
So does this debate that kind of came up organically between Gavin Newsom and Ron DeSantis on November the 30th that yours truly will be the moderator of, does this take on a new level of importance?
Let me think about that.
Yes, and you better do a darn good job of having a lot of video and footage about how California is.
By the way, I'm getting, Glenda, are you listening to Leo lecture and yell at me?
I mean, listen.
I don't argue with Leo.
I'm going to prepare about 50 legal questions that you force Gavin Newsome to say yes or no.
Yes or no?
Yes or no.
Yes.
You have a tremendous amount of pressure on you, Sean, to hold that guy's feet to the fire.
And don't worry about his hair.
Get it.
I'm not the one that's debating.
The guy that's debating is Governor DeSantis.
And I have this is supposed to be a state versus state debate, but when you think about it, all of these issues, you know, for example, immigration, mass exodus, sanctuary state versus securing our borders, law and order versus defund dismantle, energy policies.
I mean, there's such stark differences between the state of Florida and the state of California.
Taxes, for example, 13.5% state income tax in your state versus zero in Florida.
And then we'll look at all the other costs and taxes, et cetera.
There's a lot of issues here.
You got a lot to talk about.
You got to use that debate in a manner that educates the American public that Gavin Newsom is a fraud.
I live in his state.
He is a fraud.
He is a sham.
And all he does is deflect and play smoke and mirrors.
That's a powerful, powerful debate because I tell you, Sean, Joe Biden is not going to be on the ballot in November 2024.
David Axeraw has thrown him under the bus already.
They're looking for, they're recruiting other Democrats to run.
It's going to be Trump.
Trump is going to win the nomination and win the White House, but the Democrats are going to throw Joe Biden under the bus.
If he's thrown under the bus, who takes his place, in your view, if you had to guess today.
Who takes his place?
Oh, in my opinion, it's going to be, I don't have one.
People think it's going to be Gavin Newsome.
Gavin Newsom will not win South Carolina.
Gavin Newsom will not win the primary state if some of these guys who have run in the previous term.
No, I just don't have a toehole, but it's not Gavin Newsom.
No Democrat from California has ever become president.
Gavin Newsom has no chance.
Well, actually, that's not true.
Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon.
Democrats.
Oh, Democrat.
Okay.
I stand corrected.
Boy, don't get on the wrong side of Leo.
No.
Leo 2.0 Tarot.
We love you, my friend.
Thank you for being with us.
Hi, Toll Free.
There's so many interesting questions evolving here.
It's getting interesting.
800-941-Sean is a number.
You want to be a part of the program?
Listen to this show one time and you're Hannotized.
Sean Hannity is back on the radio.
Hi, 25 to the top of the hour.
Thank you for being with us.
Here's our toll-free number.
It's 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
The level of just outright freak out and panic among Democrats over this new polling showing that, what, ABC poll showing 76% of Americans believe the country is going in the wrong direction.
That's Rick Klein who made that statement.
I'll play in a second.
Jonathan Carl saying these polls are a wake-up call for Democrats and anybody that fears what a return to the Trump presidency would mean.
David Axelrod basically saying a joke, get out.
Biden has to do a check and ask if running again is the right thing to do.
And Congresswoman Jayapal saying Biden is in great trouble for the 2024 election because of the Hamas war.
Part of the squad, I guess he's not supporting the terrorists that killed 1,400 innocent Israelis enough.
Let me play these for you.
It just gives you a texture, a feel for how panicked Democrats and their allies and the media mob really are.
Political director Rick Klein is here to break down the results.
And Rick, the poll confirms what we've been seeing.
Voters in a sour mood.
Yeah, George, voters are just playing frustrated across the board.
76% of adults in this poll say the country is headed in the wrong direction.
Only 23%, less than a quarter of the country, say that we're headed on the right track.
And the issues that are animating voters' frustration, it's almost unspeakably vast and broad.
Economy, 74% of Americans say it's very important to them personally.
69% say the same about inflation.
Those are issues in our poll that tend to favor Republicans.
Voters say they trust Republicans more than Democrats on those issues.
Other issues, including health care, abortion rights, a little bit lower on the priority list, but at least now tend to more favor Democrats.
New York Times has a poll out this morning showing that Donald Trump is leading in five out of the six.
Big battleground says, now presidents have come back in the past, Ronald Reagan, Barack Obama, but this is tough news for Joe Biden.
Look, this is a wake-up call.
This is frightening for not just the Biden White House, not just for Democrats, but for anybody who fears what a return to a Trump presidency would mean.
He can win.
The New York Times poll is not the first one to say this.
He can win.
It is early.
And the biggest challenge for Biden is it's not just that people have suddenly fallen in love with the idea of Trump going back to the White House.
They haven't.
It's that only 23% of the country in our poll thinks the country is on the right track.
I mean, it's just incredible.
I don't think that voters have come to terms with what he is talking about doing.
He is talking about a campaign of revenge and retribution.
There was a fascinating story that is consistent with my reporting in the Washington Post talking about how he wants to go out and prosecute his political opponents, not just Democrats, but people that served him.
John Kelly, his former chief of staff, Mattis, his former defense secretary, Bill Barr, his former attorney general.
Are voters really ready to sign up for that?
He's talking about invoking the Insurrection Act on day one, using American troops on the streets of U.S. cities, something he tried to do when he was president last time, but was stopped by his own people.
This would be a very radical Trump presidency, much more so than even the first one.
As I've said for like a couple of years now, the issue is not, for him, is not political, it's actuarial.
And you can see that in this poll.
I mean, there's just a lot of concern about the age issue.
And that is something that I think he needs to ponder, just do a check and say, is this the right thing to do?
So he just has to ask himself, is this the best path?
I suspect that he will say yes.
But time is fleeting here, and this is probably the last moment for him to do that check.
And it's probably good if he does.
I mean, it's palpable.
They're scared to death.
And by the way, Donald Trump was on the stand today.
Donald Trump has been indicted four times.
They are in a full, complete panic.
Very interesting to watch this all unfold.
All right, before we get to our phones, who is there for families left behind when a service member or a first responder dies or is catastrophically injured in the line of duty?
Who's helping our nation's homeless vets?
Who's helping our nation to keep their vow never to forget 9-11-01?
Well, that's the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Now, they have their In the Line of Duty programs.
They honor our nation's heroes and their families, including Gold Star and Falling First Responder families.
They have their Smart Home and Homeless Veterans programs.
The foundation's never forget programs engage people in 9-11 remembrances all across the country.
They have over 80 runs and walks and climbs a year, dozens of golf outings, tons of barbecues.
And of course, their 9-11 Institute with the Tunnel to Towers, educating kids K through 12 about our nation's darkest day.
And by the way, the only way that they can continue this great work is through your generosity.
And we hope you will join all of us here at Team Hannity and commit to $11 a month.
If everyone listening to my voice right now can commit to $11 a month, every part of their mission could be fulfilled, which is to help all those heroes that we cannot forget about.
Anyway, their website is the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
All right.
It is a swing state.
It is called Arizona.
Mike is standing by.
Mike, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
I'm doing well.
Thank you for taking my call, Hennity.
I see the Democrats kind of straddling a line, and they got one foot basically on the side of Israel.
They got the other side on the side of the Palestinians.
Now, the Palestinian people, I'm sure that there's a lot of great Palestinian people out there, you know.
But when they're talking about Hamas, they're kind of straddling a line to where coming up in election year, they don't want to go too far one way or too far the other way.
They're more than straddling a line here.
They have a radical caucus that is putting enormous pressure on the Biden administration.
They don't want that, basically, has been taking the side of the radical terrorists that killed innocent Americans, innocent Israelis and Americans, by the way, and took all these people hostage.
You know, Obama appearing, you know, he tries to create this moral equivalency that does not exist by saying Israel and the terrorists behind the curtain.
You know, this is not, there's no ambiguity here.
One side is the terrorist side, and the other side was the innocent victim here.
And the innocent victim now needs to defend their very existence.
That's where we are with this.
Right.
And bottom line is that the people that voted them into the office, it appears as though they actually hate them.
I mean, being that, you know, the Jewish population, you know, typically votes Democrat.
And in that aspect, you know, they actually, it's almost as if they hate the people who voted for them.
Well, I don't know if they hate or whatever.
I'm just telling you that this is, to me, this is not a quandary.
This is not a dilemma.
You know, for example, when we were attacked on 9-11, 01, is there enough moral clarity and agreement and moral clarity that we were attacked by radical Islamists and that we lost 2,977 of our fellow Americans that day?
Is there any ambiguity about what happened that day?
No.
Well, equally, there is no ambiguity about what happened on October 7th in Israel.
None.
Correct.
Right.
And you have this group of people, not just Hamas Islamic Jihad in Gaza to the south, but in the north, you got Hezbollah and Lebanon, and you got the Houthi rebels, and you got Syria.
You got all of this being stoked by the proxy wars being fought by Iran.
And they are now against, and they've basically been declaring war against Israel.
Look, as evidenced by tens and tens of thousands of rockets that have been fired into Israeli cities now going on for decades.
And this network of terror tunnels has been built out over time, and there's over 300 miles of them.
And the net result of this has to be that Hamas and Islamic Jihad can no longer use Gaza as their staging area to fire rockets into Israel.
Hezbollah can no longer use Lebanon as their staging area to fire missiles into Israel.
And that Israel must defeat its enemies here.
And America should have the moral clarity to be on the side of the victim.
The victim here, the victim of radical Islamic terrorism, is Israel.
They are the victims in all of this.
But the Democratic Party, they're warring within themselves, and they don't know what to do.
They're like tied up in knots.
Anyway, appreciate the call, Mike.
Marvin, South Carolina.
What's up, Marvin?
How are you?
Hey, hey, Sean, I got a couple of quick points, and then really a question for you.
And it's pertaining to Hunter Biden and this op-ed that he put out last week.
You know, Sean, it's been well reported.
Now, they don't have 100% of the facts because a lot of this stuff has been shoveled in paper and put in drawers or whatever.
But the Biden, the children, and even now the grandchildren, they have been protected ever since they were children, all through school, high school, whatever.
They're constantly being given a pass on all these different little things that they do wrong.
That me and you would either have been expelled from school, kicked out of school, or put in jail for as we were in our early teens, early 20s.
So there's a ton of things that the Bidens have been protected from or gotten away with.
But this op-ed that Hunter put out says that he's really just being picked on in this gun charge.
No one in Delaware has ever been charged with that before.
I totally disagree with that.
And I don't have 100% of the facts to say that, but I find that ludicrous.
There's gun charges all over the United States in every single state of the Union.
And I cannot believe that Delaware has never put one of them out there.
And then this judge that, you know, kind of stepped in on that little deal he was trying to make with the Justice Department.
Sean, one of her guidelines was that he was supposed to be drug tested.
Well, just a few weeks after that, they found the cocaine in the White House.
Has he ever been drug tested when he went back to court to try to?
I don't know the answer to that, but I can tell you this.
All these members are now the next step in this investigation.
We're getting very close to the next step, which is to subpoena every Biden family member.
Every one of them.
That would be Jim Biden.
That would be Joe Biden.
That would be Hunter Biden.
And that would be all of their, I guess, grandchildren as well that got paid and benefited financially with money shoved into their bank accounts from these shell corporations.
And they've got a lot to answer for.
This is probably the biggest slam-dunk case I've ever seen.
And meanwhile, we see this farce of a trial going on in New York with a judge.
The whole basis of the allegation is that Donald Trump and applications, which no lender or no insurance company should even be paying attention to, their own estimates or the worth of their properties.
But yet the judge is sticking to this idiotic idea that Mar-a-Lago is worth 18 million, 20 acres of prime property in Palm Beach, where a two-acre lot on the ocean is $200 million.
It's a joke.
It's a farce.
This is not justice in America.
The judge said that Trump was guilty before the trial even got started.
Correct.
Summary judgment.
Look, the best thing that Trump can do is get it out of this courtroom.
The guy will drop the hammer on him and then get it to an appeals court.
I've got to hope that there's at least one fair judge that they'll run into that sees this for what it is.
I wouldn't count on it.
So I hope there is.
But again, I have zero confidence in it.
I don't have a lot of confidence either.
Marvin, appreciate it, man.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Let's get back to our busy phones.
800-941-Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
We'll stay in South Carolina.
Andrew is next.
Andrew, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Good.
I see you, Sean.
How are you doing, sir?
I'm good.
Glad you called.
Oh, I appreciate you taking my call.
Yeah, if Mar-a-Lago is really worth $18 million, then sign me up.
I would gladly take it.
I mean, I may not have $1,800, but I mean, it's something I would still consider.
Let me tell you, probably any bank that did their due diligence and would know that it's hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars, they probably want to be your partner.
And if you can get the deal done, they'd give you the money.
I wouldn't bet.
Anyway, the reason I called was I was going to comment on two things.
First one was from the hearing with Mayorkis and Senator Johnson.
I'm a little disappointed that Senator Johnson didn't tell Mayorkas when Mayorkis was saying Congress needs to do their job.
When Senator Johnson, I would think that he should have said, no, Mr. Secretary, we did our job.
We've already made illegal immigration illegal.
Last time I checked, it's 18 USD 3325.
So you guys just need to go out there and actually enforce the law.
Well, yeah, I think that's a big part of it.
They have not done so.
And you would think that if any of us, any of you listening to this program, I can promise you, if you went down to our southern border and you picked somebody up at the border and you knew they were here illegally and you started transporting them to one of 43 states or 43 cities and you got caught, I promise you'd spend time in jail for human trafficking.
And that's exactly what has been institutionalized by your president who is not enforcing the laws of the land, not upholding his oath of office.
And he's gotten away with it up to this point.
And frankly, he'll probably get away with it all through the rest of his term.
And if, God forbid, if he ever won again, probably would continue right on down that road.
And we'd have 20, 25 million illegal immigrants in this country that we have not vetted.
And that is a clear and present danger, national security danger to our country.
Yeah, it's very interesting, which brings up my second point.
When Senator Scott was saying on your program on Friday night that California is apparently, or LA is letting illegal immigrants voting in local elections, you know, I seem to remember that during the 2020 elections, the Democrats didn't like foreign interference in our elections.
If having illegal immigrants voting in local elections isn't foreign interference in our elections, then I don't know what is.
Well, I'm going to tell you something.
There's going to be one hell of a year coming up.
I hope everybody rests up over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
You're going to need the rest.
It's going to be an emotional roller coaster.
Buckle up.
This ride's going to be rough.
Anyway, 800-941 Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program, we're going to give you the latest out of Israel.
