President Trump is under so many legal battles; none of which he can get a fair trial and, there have been nearly four years to bring all of these battles.... it's clear this is all politics. With that said, Trump is beating Biden...See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

All right, thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Write down our toll-free telephone number.
It's 800-941-SEAN if you want to be a part of the program.
Linda calls me today and she goes, How you feeling, boss?
Boss, how you feeling?
I said I'm back to normal.
Can you believe what it was almost I took a little bit of a little bit of a little bit?
Well, it was a long, the long go there for a minute.
It's been, I feel like you've been sick for like, I don't know, like six months.
Well, because I kept pushing it and I kept doing extra hours, and I mean, I've been on the phone 24-7.
Um, but by the way, so are you.
I mean, everybody's been putting in the extra time, but we love doing what we do, and it's an honor to be here.
But thankfully, I kind of shut my mouth for once for an entire weekend.
Well, I also think you actually had like, you know, sometimes you feel under the weather and you think it's gonna pass.
You actually had something, so it was different.
No, and and it took two runs of antibiotics, not one.
Can you believe that?
I can.
It's just ridiculous.
Uh, but anyway, glad to be back to normal.
There's something about feeling healthy that is maybe we take those sort of things just uh for granted a little too much.
Um, all right, we have this is an amazing thing.
I want you to just track with me here for a second.
So you got sliding Joe Biden in the polls, and the Democrats are in a complete and total meltdown freakout mode.
I mean, the the push to get Joe off the ticket now is going to get about as real as it's ever gotten.
So, like, what's today?
Today's the sixth.
In what, 24 days, we're gonna have this debate with Gavin Newsom and Ron DeSantis.
And by the way, this happened organically.
This was supposed to be red versus blue.
This is supposed to be state versus state.
Uh, in the interim, uh, the California governor has been around the country doing a lot of interviews, uh, then took a trip to Israel, then took a trip to China.
And I'm sure a lot of people are gonna be looking.
We saw the shot that it was clear to me that the shot against Newsom came from the Kamala Harris camp because they don't like that he's he's out there and and you know, I think they're probably threatened that he may challenge her if Joe Biden is not in fact a candidate.
Here's the problem now the Democrats have.
You they are going up against Donald J. Trump, and there's not a single issue that they can identify that they have been or program that they've instituted or policies that they've put in place that have been successful.
Just stop, stand back and watch.
Can anybody in their right mind argue that the border situation is better off under Joe Biden?
Nobody could make that claim.
Even Democrats, if they have any level of intellectual honesty, they're gonna tell you no, the border's not better off.
You know, by the end of this year, we may have as many as 10 million illegal immigrants that Joe Biden has allowed into this country illegally, and he's aided and abetted in the process of allowing them into the country illegally.
So we get to this point, and anyway, you look at the New York Times Siena College poll.
It was just released yesterday, and it goes state by state.
Now there's a part of me that's suspicious, and maybe I should talk to Matt Towry and Robert Cahale and get their take on it.
The Part of me that's suspicious that maybe they're slanting these polls a little bit just in the hopes that they think that Joe Biden needs to go.
I don't know.
There might be an you never know with the left.
I mean, they could be so dishonest, duplicitous, even amongst each other.
Who knows what games are up to?
But this poll is devastating for Democrats, but you have to see this through this prism.
I mean, Donald Trump was on the stand today in this ridiculous civil trial that's already been decided in New York, where you know, uh you have a judge in this case, which I think is the funniest thing of all.
You know, the issue in this in this civil case is whether or not the Trump organization uh use phony um valuations in order to get better loan terms and better insurance rates.
That's what the allegation is.
And yet the judge is still sticking to this false valuation of Mar-a-Lago of $18 million.
I mean, the the very thing that this judge is going to decide whether or not the Trump organization is guilty of, and again, it's a civil trial, it's not a criminal trial, is the very thing he's doing.
And I've been showing this on television.
We'll have Eric Trump on TV tonight to discuss it further.
But we've been showing you properties in Palm Beach, Florida.
I mean, it is it is probably, if not, it's got to be right up there as the most expensive real estate in the entire world.
And they have, for example, two-acre lots of land on the ocean that are that are on the market right now for 200 million dollars.
That is an empty lot.
There's no house on it.
So if you buy it, then you gotta build a house.
I imagine if you get a two-acre lot on the ocean in Palm Beach, Florida, that house you put on that lot is not going to be inexpensive.
Or a lot, or you can get an acre and a half, and again, an empty lot.
You're buying the dirt, the dirt only.
There's no is no building on this property, and that's going for 150 million dollars.
I guess that's considered a deal.
And yet Mar-a-Lago with 20 plus acres on the ocean and on the intercoastal, that also is a historic property, 58 bedrooms, 30 some odd bathrooms.
It is in mint condition with a club component to it, which adds a lot of value to it, a number of buildings on the 20 acres of property, and the judge is claiming that's that one's worth 18 million.
I mean, it's asinine.
It is it's a it's a joke, it's a farce.
It's just total complete BS.
And what they're gonna decide in New York, and I'm I'm pretty sure they're gonna try and throw the book at the Trump family.
I mean, you have an attorney general.
We've played it over and over again.
Maybe I'll play it later in the show, the show.
But you have an attorney general in New York that ran on a platform to go after one guy, Donald Trump, to go after one organization, the Trump organization, to go after one family, the Trump family.
And so, you know, and then you get to the depths of this a little bit more, and you're like, okay, in every one of the applications that they make in in terms of a loan application or filling out forms to get an insurance policy,
they're putting in there what's called writer contractual writer language that says, do not focus on our valuations, which by the way, no insurance company and no lender should ever or would ever do.
If you're going to lend massive amounts of money to people, you have a fiduciary responsibility to do your own valuations.
You're not going to count on the on the borrower and what they say their house is worth or what they think a property's worth.
You have to do your own research and due diligence.
You have a fiduciary responsibility to do so.
Same with the insurance rates here.
Nobody's been hurt in any of these deals, by the way.
The banks got their money paid back on time.
The insurance companies got their insurance rates paid on time.
You don't have anybody complaining.
And yet, here what here they are in court.
The decision was made by summary judgment by a judge that thinks Mar-a-Lago's 18 million dollars.
It's just nuts.
So why do I bring this all up?
So then you've got a president that has also been indicted and arraigned four separate locations, four venues.
Another one in New York with the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.
Then you've got the case with the special counsel in D.C., that's the January 6th issue.
The Alvin Bragg issue has more to do with Stormy Daniels.
We knew about that back in 20, what, 16?
Uh the case in Washington goes back to January of 2021.
The case down in Georgia goes back to, you know, post-election November 2020.
And one has to ask why weren't these cases brought forward sooner?
Why did they wait to bring the trials into an election year?
And the American people are fair-minded people.
And I think there's enough independent, fair-minded people in the country that they're going to see this for what it is.
And I think in, and the sad part is all those trials will take place during the election year, and where the Donald Trump would have a much better chance of getting real justice would be on the appeal level after he's found guilty of felonies.
And I would, yeah, I don't think you can get a fair trial in New York or D.C. or Fulton County, Georgia.
I just don't.
They're heavily democratic areas.
Anyway, with all of that going on, and the precedent on the stand today.
Trump is leading in Nevada 5241.
Georgia, 4943, Arizona, 4944, Michigan, 4843, Pennsylvania, 4844, and it's a dead heat in Wisconsin.
Now, if you are a Democrat, you are freaking the hell out.
You cannot believe it.
Now, David Axelrod, he's not a dumb guy, smart guy, Democratic strategist.
He helped elect Barack Obama for two terms in the last decade.
He's now urging Joe Biden to drop out of the 2024 race.
And I think now there's going to be this push.
And there's going to be this behind the scenes fight between the likes of Kamala Harris, you know, Governor Pritzker out in Illinois, maybe Gavin Newsom, I have no idea.
But anyway, he is now, he took to X or formerly known as Twitter to question whether Biden should drop out of the race.
Quote, the president is justly proud of his accomplishment.
Trump is a dangerous unhinged demagogue whose brazen disdain for the rules, norms, laws, and institutions of or democracy should be disqualifying, but the stakes of miscalculation here are too dramatic to ignore.
Only Biden can make this decision, but if he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party.
What he needs to decide is whether that is wise, whether it's in his best interest or the countries, he concluded.
And this is just the beginning.
This New York Times poll has sent every major Democrat in the country into a tailspin of panic.
And Biden trailing now in five of these six most important swing states is a two point advantage in Wisconsin.
And I'm not sure that would hold.
Now, if you ask the question that normally should be asked in an election year, are you better off than you were four years ago?
Okay, answer the question.
Is America better off than it was four years ago?
Or are is the economy better off?
Is our standing in the world better off?
Are the borders safer and more secure?
Is there more law and order and safety and security so people can pursue happiness?
How do you feel about inflation?
How do you feel about Bidenomics?
How do you feel about the high cost of energy?
How do you feel about any of these issues?
And then when you break things down demographically, it gets even worse for Joe Biden.
Because it's showing minority voters now are deserting Biden and droves.
And then on the kind of on the periphery, you've got this fight.
Stacey Abrams weighed in on this.
We'll get into this with Leo 2.0 Terrell by saying that criticisms of Kamala Harris are linked to race and to gender, And you cannot ignore the racism and misogyny in our politics.
Oh, is that a shot across the bow to any other Democrat that if Joe does get out that somehow there's going to be a coronation of Kamala Harris who has her own problems with voters?
I mean, they they've got themselves in a pickle here.
Now, on paper, you would think it's the party that has a guy that probably is going to be convicted of felonies before November of 2024 with no opportunity to get a fair hearing in a in an appeals court.
I mean, think of former governor Bob McDonald of Virginia.
Convicted on 11 felonies, and it took three years, but the Supreme Court unanimously, the Supreme Court does next to nothing unanimously.
Vacated every one of those convictions.
Like I've I'll tell you right now, Trump is going to lose in this civil case in New York.
But his chances on appeal, I bet are going to be very good.
I don't think I don't think Alvin Bragg has a particularly strong case, but I would expect a conviction followed by an appeal where Donald Trump has a much better shot.
I would argue the same thing out of Washington, D.C. I'd argue the same rules will apply in Bolton County, Georgia.
But I mean to see that that Biden now is support among minorities drop 33 points from 2020.
How do you drop 33 points?
And Trump support among African American voters, it's up 22 points.
Which even the New York Times called as unseen in presidential politics for a Republic for any Republican in modern times.
The poll shows that two-thirds of Muslim Democrats say they'll vote for a they'll vote to replace Biden.
And the pressure on the issue of Israel and Hamas.
I mean, you you've got the Congresswoman Talebs of the world, and the amount of pressure they are bringing to bear on the Biden people is just pretty unbelievable.
All of this is now unfolding before our eyes.
I mean, it's it's it is the most fascinating, interesting, on the one hand, time politically that I've ever seen in my life, but it's the scariest time as well, considering I don't think this guy knows that today's Monday.
And the fact that Democrats are not united that it on any one candidate looks like he's gonna walk through and get the nomination unless they pull it away from him, which I could see happening.

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

All right, the world has witnessed, by the way, 25 to the top of the hour.
The world witnessed some of the most heinous attacks, terrorist attacks by Hamas, the terror group against innocent Israeli citizens.
And the talk the attack, by the way, is not stopped there.
No, they've they've fired another 10,000 rockets since October the 7th.
I mean, in Israel's first stage of the war, and I love how the Biden administration are trying to put pressure on Israel.
Oh, we need a pause.
No, Israel doesn't need to pause.
Isn't Israel needs to defeat the enemies that have built out a network of terror tunnels so that they kill innocent men, women, children, including babies, and behead them.
They have to win the war.
That's the only way this is ever gonna end.
Anyway, so they are in the middle of this conflict and this fight.
We understand what we're dealing with.
We're dealing with radical Islamic terrorism, worse than ISIS with Hamas at this point.
It's a battle of that should have complete moral clarity, except with Democrats in this country.
It's unreal.
And anyway, 200,000 plus citizens of Israel now have been displaced because of the war.
And there are great organizations, and I want to tell you about one of them, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
They're on the ground right now.
And these families are desperate.
The elderly are desperate.
They're young kids that are desperate.
And they need essentials.
They need the basics like food and medicine and water and emergency supplies.
And many have been completely displaced.
The government's a little busy right now trying to win a war that was brought to them by terrorists.
They got a lot going on.
So whatever you can do to help this great cause, please go to this website we've set up.
It's Hannity for Israel.com.
That's H A N N I T Y for F O R Israel.com.
And whatever you can give, it's going directly to the people in need because they're on the ground helping those people daily.
And they just can't keep up with the with the need at this time.
It's that hard.
Uh I'll play some of this later.
It's actually becoming somewhat humorous, although I doubt liberals look at it this way.
So with this poll that comes out showing Trump beating Biden handily in in five out of six swing states, including Nevada, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
There's just a complete meltdown.
You know, you have ABC, you know, analysts out there saying 76% of the country believe that this country under Biden is going in the wrong direction.
I'd like to know who the 24% of dumb people are that think something is going in the right direction because I can't think of a single thing that's going right now.
And I see Americans suffering on every front.
The Biden economy, they don't want to call it Bidenomics, by the way, anymore.
They're they're shunning their own term because they realize that you know it's a joke to most people.
You're bragging about an economy that has two-thirds of Americans at best living paycheck to paycheck.
Many of those they're tapping into pensions at high, very high paying very high penalties to get that money just to make ends meet, just to get bare necessities.
And the same for people that are using credit cards with very high interest rates.
I'm reading in some cases as high as 30% interest rates that you know just are need them for bare necessities.
I mean, it's a disaster.
You know, the the real estate industry is collapsing, except in wealthy states that people want to go to, like Florida, Texas, the Carolinas, Tennessee.
Those states are doing pretty well.
Uh Jonathan Carl's out there, you know, saying the latest polls are a wake-up call for Democrats.
Anyone that fears what a return to the Trump presidency would mean.
This is their entire campaign.
Donald Trump is scary.
That's their entire campaign.
The only thing they're going to run on, assuming Donald Trump wins the nomination.
David Axelrod pretty much, you know, telling Biden to get out.
Biden has to do a check and ask if running again is the right.
I mean, this really does defy all conventional political gravity.
When you think of it, I mean, here, here the former president of the United States is on the stand today, just sending the judge into a uh frankly, uh, uh a meltdown, a category five meltdown.
Can't you control your client?
If you don't control them, I'm gonna control your client.
I beseech you, control Donald Trump.
That's the judge that thinks Marilago's worth $18 million, which is a joke.
He's telling Chris Kice, who's the lawyer for Donald Trump in this case, along with Alina Haba, uh, less than an hour into the former president's time on the witness stand.
If you can't, I will.
I will excuse him and draw every negative inference that I can.
Oh, that sounds like a fair.
That sounds like a fair courtroom for Donald Trump.
I mean, the irony behind the accusation.
No lender that exists would ever take the valuation of somebody that wants to borrow money and use that as the basis for making a decision to lend money.
It doesn't happen.
On top of that, there's a provision in the contract that directly tells lenders not to do that.
To count on their own valuations.
And they have a fiduciary responsibility.
Oh, I'm just gonna listen to what the lender's telling us the property's worth is collateral.
That's never gonna happen in the real world.
You don't you don't have one, you don't have one single person that is is making a claim that they've been hurt.
The banks were paid back on time.
Insurance companies got the rates that they wanted.
Same with insurance companies, just because I say, oh, well, uh, I I think this property is only worth $10,000 and it's worth a half a million dollars.
They're not gonna charge you the rate for a $10,000 home when it's not the case.
They're not gonna do it.
They have their own fiduciary responsibility.
So anyway, Donald Trump's on the stand trying to answer questions, and the judge loses it.
I beseech you to control him if you can.
What does that mean?
I beseech you.
I beseech you to control the former president, your client if you can.
I I I I mean, I would love to have been a fly on the wall in this courtroom.
If you can't, I will.
I will excuse him, and I will draw.
If you don't believe me, just go down.
Just, you know, go to I don't know, what are the name of the Realtor.com, Trulia.
What's the name of some of these?
Oh, Redfin.
I mean, you know.
There's a ton of them.
Just, you know, put in the price.
Ocean front property that doesn't have 20 acres on the intercoastal and on the ocean.
That's not a historic property like Mar-a-Lago.
That doesn't have 58 bedrooms and you know, 40 bathrooms and all these other buildings on the lot.
I mean, it's a Zillow is another one.
Go look at Zillow.
Any of these places and see if you can find any property there like that.
It's nuts.
It actually makes me laugh that he's guilty of the very thing that he's claiming Trump's guilty of.
And he's by the way, Trump's gonna lose.
I've said that from the beginning.
It's not that he's losing in the court.
I think he'll win on appeal because I think this judge is so corrupt and abusively biased.
But I mean, I mean, this is so bad.
It's funny.
But then to be ahead in the polls, now it gets really serious for Democrats because now this plan of theirs to keep him embroiled in courtrooms for the entire election year so they can hide Joe in the White House basement or in the uh basement back in Delaware somewhere is not exactly working out too well.
He had one CNN panel sounding the alarm over this new polling on Sunday morning.
Dana Bash is hosting.
By the way, she was very nice to us at the debate, the first Fox debate.
Did you know that?
You mentioned that.
You did mention that.
She couldn't have been nicer.
Very, very nice.
Um, and you know what?
I hate most of the people in the media, never talk to them.
She just couldn't have been nicer.
Uh, which I thought was refreshing.
Because I don't know these people, I don't go to these events, I don't go to these awards, I don't go to, I've never been to a White House correspondence dinner, and I never, I'm never going.
I can tell you now with certainty, I will never go to a White House correspondence dinner.
They don't like me, and I don't like them.
Why don't we just be blunt and honest about it, get it out of the way, and stop pretending like we like each other.
These that they're not journalists, most of them.
I'm not talking about Dana.
They're not journalists.
They pretend to be journalists.
They claim that they're journalists, but they're talk show hosts like me.
I'm a talk show host, I'm a member of the press.
I can produce thousands and thousands and thousands of hours of straight news coverage on radio, street news coverage on TV with no opinion.
I can produce thousands of hours of investigative reporting, the Russia hoax, radical associations of Obama.
You know, now we're doing our investigative work on the Biden family syndicate.
Thousands of hours.
I'm up front.
I'm honest.
I tell you, I am I have political views.
It's like the editorial page or the op-ed page of a newspaper.
Yeah, I'm a conservative.
I'm a registered conservative.
I tell you what politicians I like and and which ones that I would vote for.
And I'm just being honest.
We do culture, we do woke, we do sports, whatever is whatever else is in the news.
We're like a whole newspaper.
That's my version of being a talk show host on TV and on radio.
But they claim that they're journalists and they're just talk show hosts like me.
Anyway, this was interesting.
Um there's a lot of speculation that Governor J.B. Pritzker out of Illinois and and Gavin Newsom's name also came up.
Recently cut checks for a candidate in this month's special mayoral election in Charleston, South Carolina, according to Axios, they're reporting the donations to the Charleston candidate, some guy named I don't know.
I would I don't want to get involved in this race.
Anyway, uh point to the White House ambitions for both governors.
That's their conclusion.
I'm not so sure.
Now we've asked Gavin Newsom a number of times.
When I interviewed him out in California, and when he was on the set at the Reagan Library, I asked him again if he had any intention running.
He's he's been pretty adamant.
No, no, no, no, no.
But one House Democrat telling Circle Bag Gensaki the 2024 election is in great trouble for Biden because of these poll numbers.
I am telling you, and my sources are all confirming.
They are panicked.
Even Maggie Pulitzer Prize winner Haberman.
She got a Pulitzer Prize with the New York Times over her phony Russia hoax reporting.
You can't make that up.
Meanwhile, we're the ones that got it right.
She got it wrong.
Anyway, she was sounding the alarm this weekend about a potential Trump win.
Uh, and that he'd try to enact his pretty radical agenda.
Okay, it's like she's made a living off Donald Trump.
Only thing she ever talks about.
The entire CNN panel was sounding the alarm about these really scary polls.
Well, maybe if they would just open their eyes and see how weak and frail and what a cognitive mess their president is, maybe they just open their eyes, they'd see what the rest of the world and the rest of the country is seeing.
He's not qualified to be president.
And frankly, neither is she.
I think I'll tell you right now, I don't think Kamala Harris is up for the job.
I don't care what Stacey Abrams is claiming that criticisms of Kamala Harris are linked to race and gender.
It's nothing to do with race and gender.
I just don't think she's particularly smart and equipped to be president.
I don't see anybody in the Democratic Party that puts that bill.
John Fetterman, um, when you look behind the picture in this poll and you get to some of the demographics, it doesn't get any better for Biden.
But look, this is what elections almost always come down to.
Peace and prosperity.
What they come down to is a simple question.
Reagan brought it up when he battled Jimmy Carter Carter.
Are you better off than you were four years ago?
And all of you hearing my voice right now, you know, in your own mind, your mind's eye, answer the question.
Are you better off financially?
Is the economy better off?
Are our borders more safe and secure?
Is law in order?
Are we better off on the issue of public safety?
Are the schools in this country better off?
Do you like paying a lot more for energy the way we are under the Biden policies and the climate alarmists?
You know, do you think America's do you think America's abdicated its leadership role in the world stage?
That's pretty obvious to me.
Do you think Donald Trump is a stronger world leader than Joe Biden?
You know, tell me where you think Biden is successful.
Because when you get to the nuts and bolts of what will define an election, I don't think it's going to have matter what happens in New York on a case about Stormy Daniels from 2016.
I think the American people have adjudicated the issue of January 6th enough, and I don't think it's going to hinge on a biased DC jury convicting Donald Trump on, you know, on whatever the charges are the special counsel brings up.
I don't think that people are pretty well aware about how Donald Trump felt about how the election was handled in Georgia.
I don't think that's going to be a surprise to people either.
And there are indications that the case in Florida involving the documents that that may not happen until after the election, which by the way, every one of these cases should be tried after the election.
If we're going to have fundamental fairness, considering these cases go back years, and I think it is just fundamentally wrong that you try somebody on years-old issues, but you have all the trials during the election year and any chance at fairness and an appeal after the election's long over.
