The ongoing war in the Middle East has raised the threat of an attack against Americans in the United States to a whole nother level.
You have employees who are celebrating genocide, and you are saying it's despicable for me to ask the question?
After the horrific attacks of October 7th, calls for a ceasefire are calls for Israel to surrender to Hamas, to surrender to terrorism, to surrender to barbarism.
That will not happen.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Where we're coming to your center.
Going to play our guitars and sing you a country song.
Sean Henny.
The new Sean Hannity Show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Here's our toll-free number.
It's 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, we have so much news as it relates to the what I'm calling Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations that have been going on.
Huge news yesterday when I was in D.C., I got a chance to check in with the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, and that's James Comer, on a day where he broke news that, in fact, Joe Biden received $40,000 in what he's calling laundered China money from his brother in 2017.
And he said that Joe Biden 2017 got $40,000 from the bank account of his brother and sister-in-law in the form of a personal check.
Anyway, the head of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, James Comer, is back with us, sir.
How are you?
I'm great, Sean.
It was great to see you last night.
Why don't you take it really slow and then we'll start with what you just found, what else you are finding, and then we'll go back to the beginning and remind people of everything you have discovered in your investigation.
Well, what we found in the last 24 hours is that Joe Biden received a $40,000 check from his brother.
His brother virtually had, I think, a $46 balance in his personal checking account.
So the day that he wrote Joe Biden the check, his wife deposited $50,000 into the account, $50,000 cash into the account that she withdrew from one of the Biden shell companies.
And if you trace the money back, it came from China.
If everyone remembers the WhatsApp message, the president's son sent a message threatening a Chinese national for payment.
And by the way, this is with the energy company, the Chinese energy company, CEFC, correct?
Correct, Sean.
And they wired the money five days later, $5 million.
From that $5 million, Hunter Biden took a fee out of $400,000.
Then it went through a series of shell companies until it got to Joe Biden in the form of a personal check for $40,000.
That's $40,000 is 10% of $400,000.
And remember that original email that showed the deal that Joe was going to be in on, 10% for the big guy.
This is the money from that deal that was supposed to happen with CEFC.
And we know how the money transpired.
It was that text message that Hunter sent threatening where he said, my dad's sitting beside me.
So Joe Biden.
Let me remind people about the WhatsApp message you're referring to.
Hunter claiming I'm sitting next to my father and that, you know, we want to know why you did not keep your word.
Then he goes on, between everybody my father knows and my ability to hold a grudge, you will regret not following my direction.
And I'm here with my father.
We want to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
And then, what, four, five, six days later, $5 million from the CEFC shows up.
And just as a reminder, we learned this during the Burisma issue, is Hunter admits on TV that he had no experience in energy, oil, gas, or China or Ukraine.
So what are they paying millions and millions of dollars for?
Well, what CEFC was supposed to do with the Bidens was they were going to use the Bidens to navigate the bureaucracy and to remove the barriers so that China could start buying interest in every industry in America.
And they needed somebody to block the barriers because no one in America wants China coming in buying energy or energy companies.
No one wants China buying farmland.
No one wants China buying defense contractors.
But that's what China wanted to do.
And they were going to use the Biden to do that.
So Joe Biden was going to be part of a family business where he was going to be a 10% owner and just basically get fees for using the Biden name.
That's what the business model was going to be.
We've heard Tony Bobolinski talk about that.
He's talked about that on your show.
So that's what Joe Biden was going to do when he was in the private sector.
And this is the first evidence we have that he got paid through that China money.
And it was exactly 10%, just exactly what the email said it was going to be with respect to Joe's level of involvement in it.
And, you know, Sean, he wasn't going to do anything.
Just use the Biden name.
And that's what the influence peddling was all about.
With the $20 plus million dollars, now it's going to be closer to $30 million that we found that flowed into the Biden accounts.
That's what they were doing.
They were influence peddling.
They were selling the brand.
They were dealing with shady characters in shady countries to enrich themselves.
That is wrong.
That is a national security concern.
Joe Biden has lied to the American people about his knowledge and involvement of his family's shady business dealings.
We continue to prove and produce more evidence every day showing that Joe Biden was front and center in the Biden influence peddling.
I think it's important, though, we remind people, this is a guy that is a candidate, said over and over again two separate things.
He said, one, that the family never got paid a penny from China.
Number two, he said not once did he ever speak to his son, his brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
Okay, so five days before Joe is about to hand over that billion dollars in December, I believe December 13th or around that date, about four or five days earlier, Joe got a call from Hunter, who was in Dubai with Burisma executives.
This is at the time where we have communications showing that the Burisma executives were in a full-fledged panic and that they had a problem and that they needed D.C. help.
And lo and behold, Joe goes to Ukraine, leverages that billion dollars, which he did not, was not authorized to do, demanding a prosecutor, the one investigating Burisma and his son, get fired within six hours without getting the money.
And son of a B, they fired that prosecutor.
And as a result, Ukraine got the billion in loan guarantees and Hunter continued to get paid for a job that he admits his owner he had no experience in and at a time when he was addicted to drugs and alcohol.
I mean, am I getting any of these facts wrong?
100% accurate, Sean.
I could almost be a member of Congress like you.
That is evidence of a policy decision Joe Biden made because of money that his family was receiving.
And, you know, prior to the last three weeks where we've shown actual payments going to Joe Biden, we already had enough, in my opinion, to show that Joe Biden was corrupt, to show that Joe Biden has lied countless times to the American people.
But what we've now got are direct payments to Joe Biden.
And I didn't.
And by the way, the bribery statute does not even require that he be directly paid.
If his family members benefited from a policy decision like leveraging a billion dollars and then his son benefits financially, that is within the statute in terms of as it's written, is it not?
Yes.
No, you're exactly right.
But of course, the mainstream media said to be successful, we had to find actual payments to Joe.
Of course, they said that thinking we wouldn't.
Now we found two, I would argue maybe three with that wire from three weeks ago from China to Hunter Biden that listed Joe Biden's home address as the beneficiary address.
Those are payments that went to Joe Biden.
Well, you know, the media said, well, that's, well, these were loans.
That's what all three of them, they were loans.
So, you know, that doesn't count.
They were just loans.
And, I mean, Sean, it's a joke, the lack of attention that the mainstream media is giving this because they were paying attention initially because they would write where he said, well, Comer found this out about the president's son, but he's been unable to link anything directly to Joe Biden.
This is evidence, the $200,000 check and the $40,000 check.
We have traced it back to the influence peddling sources, two different influence peddling sources.
That's a quarter of a million dollars in Joe Biden's pocket.
And now the press wants to continue to move the goalposts and say we need more.
I mean, it's an uphill battle, as you know, with this office.
Well, I mean, let's go a little bit deeper because the lie now has been exposed about never talking to his family members or his son or his brother.
The Cafe Milano meetings blow that out of the water.
the testimony of Devin Archer, knowing personally being on at least 20 of these phone calls with Hunter and foreign business partners.
Now the question is, what did you discover in terms of monies that were made by Biden family, made to Biden family members?
How much money?
What were these show corporations about?
And again, you know, what number are we finally looking at here?
Nancy Mace on your committee thinks it's going to be north of $50 million.
Well, I think we're going to be north of $30 million that we found here pretty soon.
But at the end of the day, you're talking about the current president of the United States, his son, and now his brother, I can say with confidence, were money laundering.
That is a serious crime.
They have evaded taxes.
All this income that they got through their show companies that we've already identified, they never paid a penny of taxes on it.
And that's according to the Irish Whistleblowers.
We know that for a fact.
They cheated on their taxes.
When every hardworking American out here struggling because of Biden inflation and struggling to pay their taxes, the Biden family lived large because they didn't have to pay any taxes and they were making money off the government.
All right, quick break.
We'll come back more with the chairman on the House Oversight Committee, James Comer, and your calls on the other side, 800-941-Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.

All right, we continue with the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer, is with us.
You've identified nine Biden family members, including grandchildren, that are being paid tens of millions of dollars, and then they're funneling this money through all these bank accounts.
Again, I ask the question, what did they do for this money?
Right.
Yeah.
We've asked the question, too, and we get crickets.
Now, we're getting very close to the subpoena phase with the Biden family members and their associates, so to speak.
What we've been waiting on, and you know, John, we're trying to do this right.
We're trying to have hard evidence.
We have painfully worked through the subpoena process to build a case, to win in court, to get the bank records.
We've got these bank records.
No one thought we would get Jim Biden's personal bank records.
That's where they hid the money to Joe in Jim Biden's personal bank records.
Well, we got those because we built up a case.
Now that we have the bank records, we can trace them.
Well, let me ask you, do you have a figure in your mind how much money was funneled directly to Joe?
I have no idea.
I didn't think we would find any.
I thought they would have put it into like, who bought the house?
That's what we're trying to value.
Who paid for the $2.75 million in the house?
Was it Joe or where did that money come from?
Or was it somebody else that paid $2.75 million?
But the fact that we've gotten their personal bank records, not Joe's yet, but the family members, we can trace money now.
And that's how we found money going to Joe.
The way we found money going to Hunter Biden and Jim Biden was through the shell companies.
When we subpoenaed the bank records of the shell companies, we got the wire coming from China or Romania and going into the Biden accounts.
Now we've got the Biden family accounts.
Then we find money going to Joe.
And it's just a maze.
I mean, you know, it's so complicated, but it was organized.
How they money launder it.
And money laundering is when you take the same money and you run it through a series of different bank accounts in different banks.
That's called money laundering.
That's illegal.
I was the director of a bank for over 10 years.
I know exactly what money laundering is.
So, for example, I have an LLC, but I put money in the LLC, and I, let's say, by company A, that is a legitimate business, correct?
That's correct.
And you're saying they just basically sent money to one account to move it to another account, not doing anything business-wise, and then eventually they funnel it to individual family members.
Is that correct?
That is correct.
So why would you do that?
Why if you had three LLCs, Sean, and they really didn't do anything?
Why would you wire money to three different LLCs?
Number one, you make the other two LLCs look like they actually have income coming in when they don't.
It comes in and it goes out the same day.
It makes it harder to trace.
And the more LLCs you have, the more activities of those LLCs, the more tax write-offs you have to where at the end of the day, you can do it to where you don't have to pay any taxes on it.
And it's hard to trace.
It's hard to trace where the money came from.
And you have to, you know, if you get three different checks and you've got three different LLCs, three different increments of payments from China, you run the first one through the first LLC, the second one through the second LLC, and you just, you can't ever trace it.
It's very complicated.
And that's why it's hard to explain on TV.
It's hard to explain in a newspaper.
But that's what money laundering is.
That's what the gangsters used to do.
That's what the mob used to do.
That's what the Chinese do.
And that's what the Bidens do.
These are unbelievable revelations.
Anyway, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer, I think you're getting close now.
I think we're ready to hear from James and Joe and from Hunter.
And I assume at some point those subpoenas will be going out.
It'll be interesting to see how they respond.
It will be.
We have bank records, so we're going to be able to ask specific questions about specific transactions.
All right.
James Comer, thank you.
House Oversight Committee Chairman, 800-941-Sean is on number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Holding them accountable.
Sean gets the answers.
No one else does.
America deserves to know the truth about Congress.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Your call is coming up here.
800-941-Sean is our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Hannity, tonight.
We've got a great show, 9 Eastern.
Please say DBR.
We never want you to miss an episode.
Look, we are watching what is going on in Israel.
And what you may not know is that there have been thousands and thousands and thousands of Israelis that have been displaced as a result of these heinous terror attacks by Hamas and this two-front war they're now engaged in here.
We saw the devastation.
We saw the innocent men, women, children, even babies murdered in cold blood.
We see the people kidnapped being held hostage.
And, you know, in Israel right now, things are not good for the people that live there.
And there are people that have been displaced from their homes.
But the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, right now, they are on the ground and they are helping the thousands of innocent people that have been displaced, providing critical essentials like food and medicine and other emergency supplies for the thousands of people that need it.
Remember, the government now is wrapped up in basically a two-front war and even further.
So everything else is closed and they are in desperate need of bare necessities.
It's that simple.
And the only way to provide it is to get it to the people on the ground that are doing the good work.
This is a great organization, but they can't do it without your help and assistance.
The International Fellowship for Jews and Christians.
Anyway, there's two ways that you can donate.
One is take out your cell phone, dial pound 250, say the keyword, Hannity4Israel, or go to their website, HannityForIsrael.com.
That's H-A-N-N-I-T-Y-F-O-R-Israel.com.
Do it now.
They need your help desperately.
All right, 800-941-Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Your call's coming up in mere seconds.
Let me first play a University of Pennsylvania student calling Hamas freedom fighters and calling October 7th glorious, joyful, powerful.
Listen.
A friend from back home recently reminded me of something which I would like to share with all of you.
Do you guys remember the photo of the kids and men laughing and smiling as they sat on top of the Israeli military Jeep captured by our freedom fighters?
Yes.
Do you remember that picture?
Yes.
How about the photos of the Buntos are breaking through the deadly border?
Do you remember that picture?
Yes.
And the several other joyful and powerful images which came from the glorious October 7th.
Yes!
I want you to picture those in your mind.
I want you all to remember how you felt when you saw those images and heard the news.
I remember feeling so empowered and happy, so confident that victory was near and so tangible.
Yes!
I want all of you to hold that feeling in your hearts.
Never let go of it.
Channel it through every action you take.
Bring it to the streets.
Yes.
Go down to the streets every day and don't ever let them feel that you quietly accept this genocide.
Woo!
Free, free, Palestine!
Free, free, Palestine!
Free, free, fall aside, free, bring all the side.
From the river to the sea, from the river to the sea, from the river to the sea, from the river to the sea, fall aside, we'll be free, fall aside, we'll be free.
This is college campus after college campus after college campus all around our country.
I mean, did you ever think we'd see this in our lifetime?
Because I never did.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean, our number.
Let's say hi to Don in Michigan.
Don, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Hey, good afternoon, Sean.
Thanks for taking my call, sir.
Thank you.
Glad you called.
Sir, so I'm kind of getting sick of the hearings.
And I don't mean that in a bad way.
I'm glad they're at least addressing Alejandro Mayorkas and Merrick Garland.
But they're not doing anything.
They bring them in, they lie.
We hear the border secure.
1.6 million people have gotten away in the United States, many of which coming from the terror watch list.
The only reason they're coming through Mexico is because they can't come through here by any other means.
If they were legitimate, they'd be coming into normal ports of entry here in the United States.
But Congress does absolutely nothing.
They bring them in, they let them lie, and then they let them go home, and then they let them continue doing what they're doing.
It's not as simplistic as that.
However, I share your complete frustration.
And it's very, very difficult.
Now, you've got to understand something here.
And this is where, you know, you just have to know a little bit about the process.
And the process absolutely sucks.
And it's bureaucratic.
And it's everything that you and I hate about, for example, the post office or the DMV.
But the way this works is when you're out of power, and right now the White House is in the hands of Democrats.
Right now, these policies are coming from a president that has gone rogue and lawless and has made a decision not only to not enforce the laws of the land, but to aid and abet the law breaking.
So this is a part of their policy.
And to the, you know, I give a lot of these governors like Abbott and DeSantis and others a lot of credit here because they're trying to do the best they can, but they're fighting their own government that so far has gotten away with it.
They've tried the legal method.
They're trying to work through the courts.
That is a long process.
We had a big win in the Texas case this week.
The only next step is, okay, do they begin impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas and or against Biden?
I would not be surprised if they get there, but that too is a much longer process than any of us would ever want or like.
And I'm not really even sure it's going to be effective because within this radical administration, there are plenty of Alejandro Mayorkases.
And if he's gone, they're just going to replace him with somebody that's going to do the same thing.
And then we're right back to where we started.
It all begins and ends with winning elections, which is why I've been warning Republicans that they have better take voting, look at voting a lot differently than they have in the past.
You can't start out Election Day down hundreds of thousands of votes because Republicans and conservatives are reluctant and resistant to vote early or vote by mail.
It works perfectly well for Republicans in Florida, for example.
And they have got to get into the legal ballot harvesting battle with the Democrats because they have mastered that campaign.
So, you know, I feel your frustration.
You don't think I feel the same way you do?
Oh, I do.
I know you do.
And I can hear your frustration whenever you have Congress people in your studio.
It's just, I don't understand the point of these hearings when at the end of the day, everybody just walks away and it's business as usual in the United States.
Well, there's one definite benefit of putting these people and having these people testify, and that is the American people get to see how stupid they are.
You know, maybe it's worth playing again the two exchanges that I've been playing most of the week.
And the first one is Mayorkis with Ron Johnson, and the second one is Mayorkis with Josh Hawley.
And I just, the level of arrogance, I have faith that any American, now the rest of the media mob won't show you that, but I have faith that any reasonable, common sense American seeing this, they're going to get it right.
They're going to understand what's going on.
They already see the chaos at the border.
They're not stupid.
And they see almost, you know, it's every state now has become a border state because they're also feeling it.
They see it in their school districts.
They see it in their towns.
They see, you know, populations that never existed before and their tax dollars being used to support it.
Let me play those two exchanges again.
Secretary Mayorkis, I've asked you this in the past.
What numbers are represented here?
How many people has this administration let in the exact number?
So what do we got?
Senator, let me ask you.
I need numbers.
Again, don't feel about me.
How many people has this administration led into the country?
Let me say at the outset that our job would be a lot easier if the broken immigration system was.
Mr. Secretary, I want a number.
How many people have you let into this country?
I should also comment.
Okay, I'll give you the number.
It's about 6 million.
About 1.7 million as known gotaways.
Now, again, we don't know who these people are.
We just know that they've come to this country and they're residing somewhere.
Mr. Secretary, what's going on here?
Is this typical of people who work at DHS?
This is an asylum and immigration officer who is posting these, frankly, pro-genocidal slogans and images on the day that Israelis are being slaughtered in their beds.
What have you done about this?
Four things I'd like to say to you.
Number one, your question to suggest that that is emblematic of the men and women of the Department of Homeland Security is despicable.
I'm sorry.
What have you done?
This person works for the Department of Homeland Security.
Have you fired her?
That was one of four answers.
Have you fired her?
One.
Have you fired her?
Don't come to this hearing room when Israel has been invaded and Jewish students are barricaded in libraries in this country and cannot be escorted out because they are threatened for their lives.
You have employees who are celebrating genocide and you are saying it's despicable for me to ask the question.
Has she been fired?
Mr. Chairman.
Mr. Secretary, after the consumption of Senator Hawley's time, I'd like to speak.
Has she been fired?
Because I will not.
I'd like an answer.
Would you?
Because I will not be given the opportunity.
Has she been fired?
So that individual has been placed on administrative leave.
So she's not been fired.
Number two, why has she not been fired?
Number two, the individual was hired in 2019.
Why has she not been fired?
Number three, I cannot speak to an ongoing personnel matter.
Why has this person not been fired?
Your answer is you can't speak to it?
This isn't sufficient to fire her?
I am not in a position to speak to an ongoing personnel matter.
This isn't sufficient to fire her.
That's what you're telling me?
That is not what I'm saying.
But she's still on your payroll as we sit here today.
That is not what I'm saying.
So in the case of the Ron Johnson exchange, Mayorkas won't even answer, well, how many people came in?
In the case of Josh Hawley, well, why didn't you fire her?
Is she fired?
I mean, in both those cases, you can tell.
I mean, how frustrating is that to listen to?
It's extremely frustrating, especially when they just continue to do it and there are no consequences.
You or I could never get away with that if we were private citizens and we were trying to get away with the same nonsense that they did.
We'd be fired.
We'd be fined by the federal government.
We would be prosecuted for it.
Do you think there's any way that the federal government would ever allow you to have somebody come on your program or a member of your staff make those statements and you keep that person employed?
Hey, Don, if I went down to the border and I picked up somebody that was illegal and I said, what state would you like to go to?
And I drove them to that state and I got caught, what do you think would happen?
You'd be arrested and you'd be prosecuted and you'd be jailed.
For human trafficking.
Well, we have it now at the highest level imaginable.
Over 8 million illegal immigrants and even from countries in the Middle East and Iran and Syria and China and Russia are top geopolitical foes.
It is a clear and present danger to the country.
It is the biggest national security threat I think we have.
Anyway, Don, I got to get to other callers.
Good call, my friend.
God bless you.
Mike is in North Carolina.
Mike, how are you?
Glad you called.
Oh, doing great.
Thanks for taking my call, Sean.
Thank you.
Just listening to everyone talk about Bidenomics and everything, and I wanted to share with you how it affects small businesses.
My wife and I run a single truck.
We're running freight and we're owner operators.
Now, do you guys drive in tandem?
You drive together?
No, my wife's a dispatcher.
She tells me what to do.
Yes, dear at home.
By the way, it's been very hard on truckers.
A lot of people may not know this, but we've kind of had a rather long-running trucking recession, is my understanding, and rates have not been great.
That's true.
They're down.
I'll give you an example of how bad it's gotten.
In 2022, our gross income was $10,000 more than it was in 2021.
However, our net after our expenses, and this is what Bidenomics has done to small businesses, especially in the trucking industry, we had a $20,000 less income on our net between 2022 and 2021, even though we made $10,000 more.
Our fuel expenses went from $47,000 in 21 to 64,022.
Tires went from $3,200 for a set of eight for your trailer to $4,100.
That's the medium grade.
Then when you look at our maintenance cost, the shop rates went from $139 per hour to $190,000.
That's what's hitting the trucking company right now.
And our fuel right now is about $1 a gallon more than it was in 2021.
And the freight has dropped off.
It's down about 80 to 90 cents per mile.
Well, I have friends in the trucking business.
Now they're surviving because they also have a dispatch business along with it.
However, they're saying trucking companies, small, medium, large, they're all bowing out.
They're closing.
And the trucking industry is literally being turned on its head.
And we better start paying attention because if you guys can't make money, everything we get, every store we go to is because of you guys.
Right.
And to add insult to injury, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is considering adopting mandatory speed limiters for all trucks.
Oh, good grief.
Yeah, mandate.
They're looking at either 60, 65, or 68 miles per hour.
Now, there's already a lot of companies out there that have speed limits or trucks.
And I'm going to use two for one I saw personally.
There was a Swift truck in the right lane and a Prime truck in the left lane coming out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Went on for about two miles.
The Prime was trying to pass Swift and come up to an area where the shoulders were wide.
There was a pickup behind the Swift truck in the right and a car behind the Prime and the left.
And when the shoulders widened out, the pickup went around the right side truck and the car went around the left side of the Prime and they just about hit each other in the middle.
Man, that's scary.
You got to be careful.
Listen, to you and all the truckers out there, thank you for what you do, and I hope things get better for you.
I really pray it does because you work so hard, you deserve to get paid.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
