Scott Shannon and our two Sean Hannity show.
Here's our toll-free number.
It's 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, and look, as we go through all the details and what's to come, it is very obvious.
Prime Minister Netanyahu couldn't be any more clear about what is about to happen.
You know, we have already, by the way, America, 11 Americans killed.
We don't know how many U.S. citizens are being held hostage in Gaza.
I don't have a lot of confidence that in this current environment, pray to God I'm wrong, that we're going to be able to get these hostages home safely.
But I will tell you this, is, you know, if you listen to the words of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the entire Middle East is going to be reconfigured as a result of this.
This will, you know, Operation Swords of Iron is going to be real.
And, you know, we now see just the beginning of it.
You know, up to 300,000 reservists mobilized in just a mere 48 hours.
And already Israel has pounded Gaza with the fiercest strikes ever.
And, you know, as the prime minister said, Hamas savages made a mistake of historic proportions.
He's not wrong in saying that.
And even going further, vowing to intensify these attacks.
And Hamas threatens to kill these civilian captives in retaliation.
Well, he said, well, what we will do to our enemies in the coming days, we'll reverberate with them for generations.
He goes on to say, warning, you know, that prior to these attacks, they're going to fight back.
Okay.
They're going to kill hostages.
They want to do it on TV.
Good luck to them because it's not going to end well for them.
And that I can promise you.
Anyway, let's play BB from yesterday.
Israel is at war.
We didn't want this war.
It was forced upon us in the most brutal and savage way.
But though Israel didn't start this war, Israel will finish it.
Hamas will understand that by attacking us, they've made a mistake of historic proportions.
We will exact a price that will be remembered by them and Israel's other enemies for decades to come.
The savage attacks that Hamas perpetrated against innocent Israelis are mind-boggling.
Slaughtering families in their homes, massacring hundreds of young people at an outdoor festival, kidnapping scores of women, children, and elderly, even Holocaust survivors.
Hamas terrorists bound, burned, and executed children.
They are savages.
Hamas is ISIS.
And just as the forces of civilizations united to defeat ISIS, the forces of civilization must support Israel in defeating Hamas.
And that they must do.
And that I can tell you with as much certainty as I've ever had, they will do.
All right, joining us now, he is inside, my understanding, he's inside a bunker with his family, is R.Y. Lightstone is with us, author of Let My People Know, the incredible story of Middle East Peace and what lies ahead.
He also served as the senior advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman.
Sir, thank you.
Welcome to the program.
John, thank you for having me.
I'm in my bomb shelter.
I'm here with my kids trying to go to sleep at one corner of it, three little kids, one bigger kid, and we've spent every night in here since Saturday.
Okay.
Well, we know what's happening.
We know what's happened.
And we know what's about to happen, don't we?
We sure do.
As you played, the prime minister has been exceptionally clear.
And that is that this will be unlike anything we've ever seen in history, and this will be discussed for generations to come.
Will Gaza exist as we know it after this?
Because even just the beginning of the attacks, not even the full onslaught, which is coming and may very well happen tonight, has done enormous damage to Gaza.
I would imagine Gaza is going to be pretty much decimated by the time this is all said and done.
Well, Sean, I think that the key is that Hamas is fully decimated, not partially decimated, not a little bit decimated, not incapacitated, but completely and totally wiped off this planet.
What that means for the rest of Gaza comes in the context of just understanding what the last three days have been like for the state of Israel and for the Jewish people since the Holocaust, since the Holocaust.
There has not been such a dark period of time for the Jewish people where women have been raped and then murdered, elderly people kidnapped and then tortured, unarmed civilians shot in their beds, and just hours ago, we're discovering that 40 babies, not little children, as though that would be justifiable to be aware of.
40 babies found butchered by Hamas inside of Israel.
Killed and decapitated.
The concept of Israel rising out of the ashes of the Holocaust was so that the slogan of never again would truly mean never again for a 488-hour period of time, never again stopped being a promise.
And it is the job of this prime minister, it's the job of a full unity government to demonstrate to the people of Israel and to the Jewish people around the world that never again is a commitment and a promise.
And I've seen it tongue-in-cheek, but my goodness, maybe it shouldn't be tongue-in-cheek.
Tel Aviv has a parking problem.
You can resolve all of that by repurposing Gaza as the largest parking lot in all of Israel, which is what it deserves to become.
I actually took a helicopter flight from the Mediterranean and Tel Aviv all the way up to the Old City, you know, just to give people a perspective of how small a state, a country this really is.
I mean, in terms of geographic space, it is about the size of New Jersey.
So you've got, and you're surrounded by nothing but enemies.
Yeah, that story was in the Times of Israel, and the IDF took dozens of foreign journalists to see for themselves the death and destruction wrought by Hamas terrorists.
And you're right.
And by the way, you know, and I've seen the videos of people being beheaded.
One guy in particular with a hoe.
I wish I could show this evil on TV.
I don't think Fox is going to let me show the brutality.
It's very hard to watch if you have a conscience and a soul.
However, understanding that this level of evil exists, I think, is very critical.
So now the question is, you know, when does the response, the full-on response start?
I mean, they were able to call up 300,000 reservists in less than 48 hours.
I would imagine that the counteroffensive is going to be very soon.
Yeah, I mean, it has to be soon.
The people of Israel are waiting for that response.
I believe that in a few days from now, the people of Israel will be pleased that this government went slower rather than faster.
There is no doubt that Gaza is booby-tracked.
There's no doubt that the Hamas terrorists want to lure in Israeli soldiers to capture more of them and to create more death and destruction.
And here, going intelligently is far better than going speedily.
Now one has to deal with that.
Now there are hostages.
And how does one locate those hostages and get those hostages?
There are Americans amongst those hostages.
They're British amongst those hostages.
They're Germans amongst those hostages.
And there's a brief period of time where the rest of the world has taken their head out of their rear end.
And it's just something that Hamas is the evil that we've always known it to be, that you called them out to be.
But on so many other stations, they're given the opportunity to opine in their beautiful pseudo-academic crap, pardon the expression.
They're allowing this disgusting display to take place in the halls of Congress.
It is beyond any comprehension I have.
You know, Havid University, supposedly one of the most prestigious in the country, you got 31 Harvard student groups, 31 of them blaming Israel, the victim here, as being entirely responsible for Hamas's heinous attacks and their lack of humanity and utter brutality in all of this.
You know, the New York socialist political class.
What's that?
Let's be clear on that because I want to double down on what you're saying.
It's not that they are blaming Israel.
Let's be even more precise.
They are supporting the murder and raping of Jews.
They're not blaming Israel.
They are rooting for the murder and the pogrom that occurred.
They are rooting for the beheading of babies.
That is what they are.
That is who those people are.
And when you see them celebrating in New York City, in Chicago, in Toronto, in Sydney, Australia, chanting Gas the Jews, what does Gas the Jews have to do with Israel?
It is blatant, ugly anti-Semitism.
To say that point even more finely, two Israeli tourists were in Alexandria, Egypt, and an Egyptian police officer decided that was easy pickings and shot them both dead execution style.
This is the world that we are currently in.
It is a battle between good and evil, and we need to identify evil in order to root it out.
President Trump, to his credit, if you remember when he began in 2015, I will say radical Islam.
Remember, that was inappropriate in 2015 to call out the evil for what it was.
He said it.
He identified it.
He eliminated it.
And President Biden's brought it back onto the world stage.
He certainly has.
It's amazing.
Let's talk about the Iranian role in all of this.
Okay, the Ayatollah is denying any involvement.
We all know that that's false.
We know that's propaganda.
We know it's a lie.
We know that Hamas and even Hezbollah, in spite of Shia-Sunni differences, they do share one thing in common.
That is a hatred of the Jewish people and the state of Israel and the United States, I can add as well.
They're not fond of us either.
Although they are particularly fond of Joe Biden.
But what about these reports?
They're everywhere about how active Iran has been in the plotting and the planning and the scheming and the weaponry and the approval and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, you know, mapping out this unprecedented attack.
And is the country, by the way, now united behind the prime minister?
The insanity of the United States of America not being able to identify that Iran was behind us.
Hamas has told you Iran is behind us.
Hezbollah has told you Iran is behind us.
Iran has told you that Iran is behind us.
At what point in time are we going to listen?
This isn't, you don't need to be a genius to figure this out.
They are telling you, and it's important that we listen.
In terms of the state of Israel, are they united behind the prime minister?
I want to answer that one extremely carefully.
The people of Israel are united behind their flag, and they will support the prime minister because he represents the flag.
I believe after Israel comes through this, there will be a moment of reckoning.
But it will be a moment of reckoning, not for the prime minister.
I'm not calling out anything or predicting anything.
This has been an issue.
It will need to be understood so this never happens again.
But today, man for man, woman for woman in the state of Israel, they will support their unity government and they will do what needs to happen.
There is no daylight.
Well, there can't be any daylight, and they better stay united.
And frankly, I don't think there's anybody that has been on the world stage for as long as Prime Minister Netanyahu that has had the clear moral clarity of understanding good versus evil and understanding the nature of the Iranian regime.
He's been warning us forever.
You know, we're in a situation now in the United States where a president has not been securing our southern border.
And we have about 8 million people.
I think the population of Israel is what, about 9 million people?
That's right.
After three years, Joe Biden will have allowed in 8 million people.
A House report came out today.
99% of those people that enter this country are not deported in spite of violating our laws, our Constitution, our borders, our sovereignty.
And there's no vetting of these people.
So I can assure you that terrorist cells, and I can say this unequivocally, have crossed that border and are plotting and planning and scheming their next 9-11 against our country.
Now, if you extrapolate out the number of Israeli citizens that were killed in this shock attack, it would be the equivalent of a single day losing 35,000 Americans or more.
Actually, more than 35,000.
And if you extrapolate those numbers out, we had a Secretary of State tweeting out, well, I hope it won't be any retaliatory action.
I'm like, oh, if they killed 35,000 Americans, you're telling us you wouldn't lift a finger?
I mean, that's just pathetic.
Israel now has the right to frankly decimate Gaza as far as I'm concerned.
But you're correct.
What has happened since this administration has created a vacuum of leadership.
And that vacuum is not filled by Costa Rica.
It's filled by Iran, China, and Russia.
And you can see the effect of that vacuum.
And your point about Prime Minister Netanyahu doing more to fight against Iran is 100% accurate.
And that's exactly why the Iranians want to attack him during this time.
They know that he is the leader of the free world on the Iran issue.
And they want to puncture his aura of invincibility.
And they will do the exact darn thing to the United States of America.
When they see us divided, when they see us confused, when they see us without direction, without morality, without clarity, that is when they will try to attack us.
And if we can't learn from what just happened in Israel, you're exactly right.
We're going to get it coming towards us, too.
Arye, thank you.
Our prayers are with you and your family as you are in an underground bunker at this time.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
Quick break right back.
Your calls on the other side.

25 to the top of the hour.
We'll get to your calls here in a minute.
I know many of you have been very, very patient.
800-941-Sean is our number.
First, I want to remind you about the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Now, they want to deliver on their promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for all of us.
Heroes that risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps captain and pilot Jeremy Sachs, for example.
John Jeremy Sachs is his full name.
Now, Sachs sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training.
It killed him and five other service members.
Now, he is remembered by loved ones as courageous and brilliant, devoted to his career, his family, his friends, his country.
And Sachs is survived by his wife, Amber, who actually gave birth to their second daughter three months after he died.
Now, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation stepped up, and because of your generosity, they were able to pay off the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
And the foundation has now helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need our help now more than ever.
I hope you'll join us all here at Team Hannity and commit 11 bucks a month so this amazing work can continue.
Just go to their website.
It's the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Well, we got a genius in John Kirby.
John Kirby was on Fox News.
He was on with Martha McCowell.
And Martha McCallan asks if Joe Biden still stands by his comments that climate change is a bigger existential threat than even the use of nuclear weapons.
Listen to this asinine answer.
Climate change is an existential threat.
It actually threatens and is capable of wiping out all human life on Earth over time.
I mean, I don't know how more existential we can get to that, but that doesn't mean that we walk away from our obligations, our national security interests, in very dangerous parts of the world.
He said it was more frightening than a nuclear war.
Is that it's more frightening than a nuclear war in this moment?
The president believes wholeheartedly that climate change is an existential threat to all of human life on the planet.
That's just science.
That's a fact, Martha.
That's a fact, Martha.
No, I'd say nuclear war would be a lot worse.
This is how insane these people are.
You know, if you want to know why wars often break out and there's so much tension in the Middle East, one of the biggest reasons, but beyond the obvious radicalism, I mean, you know, where do you see some of the videos we're going to show you tonight on the TV show about the indoctrination of kids to hate,
quote, the Jews and from a very young age, how they militarize children and radicalize these children.
It's unbelievable, repulsive brainwashing.
And that's, you know, the thinking.
But no, it's global warming.
But think of how much of this is related to what is the biggest commodity in the world, the lifeblood, I always call it the lifeblood of the world's economy.
And that would be oil and gas and coal, of which we have an abundance of all of it, more than the entire Middle East combined.
Hundreds and hundreds of years worth of supply.
And that America under Joe Biden, unilaterally disarming when it comes to energy production.
And what does that result in?
Greed.
And what does the greed mean?
Okay, screw the American taxpayer.
Screw America.
You know, let's cut back on our production of oil for the sole purpose of raising prices even higher.
You know, gas back to four bucks a gallon.
The price of a barrel of oil, some predicting could go as high as $150 a barrel.
Everything you buy and every store you get to costs more to ship it there, which means you pay more for everything.
That means it costs more to heat and cool your home, and it costs more than ever.
Also, when it comes to filling up your gas tank, unbelievable.
All not necessary.
Anyway, let's get to our phones.
Let's say hi to Tom in Illinois.
Hey, Tom, how are you?
Doing wonderful, sir.
How about yourself?
I'm good.
What's going on?
I would like to make a comparison between two people.
One, a pre-World War II, Neville Chamberlain, and our current president of Mr. Biden, how they both gave the world away.
Well, I mean, look, you just look at how bad Biden has been.
Let me tell you this.
The only thing I can conclude about Joe Biden at this point is this just cements his legacy as one of the worst presidents in the history of this country.
I will tell you.
And it also exposes the left for who they are.
New York socialist politicians showing their true colors.
You got 17 socialist politicos in New York.
They're called by the New York Post for reaction to Democratic Socialists, the group celebrating Hamas's massacre of Israelis.
Not one of them would even offer a simple, unequivocal condemnation.
You know, look at our nation's institutions of higher learning and how they have been taken over by the radical left.
You got a letter from 31 Harvard student groups blaming Israel as entirely responsible as the victim of Hamas's evil, heinous attacks.
I guess, you know, just shows how low U.S. higher education has sunk.
How disgusting, how despicable.
And they're proud of it.
You know, it's, it's, you know, it's like blaming the victim.
I thought, Linda, correct me if I'm wrong.
Isn't it always wrong to blame the victim?
Because that's what they're doing in mass and not saying a word.
I mean, it's a sick time.
You know, I've been quiet the last few days.
I'm just so sick in my heart about everything that I see.
And I can't believe that I have to share the sidewalk with people that get to wear pro-Palestine shirts.
And basically what they're saying is, yeah, murder little babies.
We're all for it.
And I just think those people need to be, I mean, if I had them my way, I'd wrap them all up and put them in jail because, you know, you're terrorists in my book.
Well, certainly sympathizing with terrorists, but don't worry.
They'll be going after tiger moms like you that dare to speak out at school board meetings.
They'll be going after people that are peacefully protesting because they're pro-life.
Anyway, these are sick times.
However, this is all about to change.
If there's one person on earth, and my predictions are usually fairly accurate, that is going to unleash hell on the people responsible for this, it's going to be Prime Minister Netanyahu.
That's mark my words, and it's not going to be.
Doesn't it scare you, Sean?
I mean, me personally, like the people that are responsible for this are us, the United States of America.
We funded this.
You know, we could stop it right now.
We could stop the money sitting in Qatar.
Well, they still have that $6 billion.
I'd send it right back to the South Korean bank.
Not even send it back.
Just sit it there.
Just sit it there and tell them if they give one penny.
They're sanctions.
Nobody wants it.
Qatar will listen to Iran.
They will not if we sanction the banks.
Well, we could do that.
I'd send the money right back where it came from because South Korea certainly needs our help.
And they, for all the years of the Trump administration, just why?
Why are we doing that?
Because they just don't get it.
Because they feel like, oh, well, we made a commitment to Iran, so we're going to give them the $6 billion anyway.
And they've orchestrated all of this.
We tell a lie to a liar.
It's a beautiful thing.
They already understand what it is to break that promise.
So they should be more than prepared.
All right.
Sam is in California.
Hey, Sam, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean, how are you doing?
Good, sir.
What's going on?
I'm in California in the North State.
It's one of the last Republican strongholds where prices are affordable for homes.
I was raised in Southern California in Orange County, where my father was a Reagan Republican.
And when I went to college, I went to San Francisco State.
I saw the Twin Towers come down my freshman year.
I almost enlisted in the U.S. Army right away, but I was told to hold off, graduate college, become an officer.
But with California government, we had budget cuts.
My college four-year program got extended for seven years.
I graduated in 2008 when there was no economy.
And I went on birthright as a 26-year-old, the oldest you can go.
And I fell in love with the country of Israel, and I decided to stay.
I made all the aw.
I immigrated there and had my day of recruitment months after.
I made all the aw.
Unfortunately, my age and my Hebrew wasn't that great.
So they said, well, you're still a reserve pool.
If there's ever an all-hands-on-deck situation, then we're going to need your help.
And I leave tomorrow.
I'm connecting out of LA on an LL flight.
My United Airlines flight got canceled.
So I'm now rebooked, leaving Thursday.
I fly into Tel Aviv on Friday.
And I'll be signing up as a recruiter.
And I'll be volunteering with the Saarl Brigade on military bases around Israel.
And I have a lot of friends and family out there that have been affected by this.
And I'm going to help them as well.
And my wife, she's Israeli.
Unfortunately, you have to leave her behind here.
And I'm going to try to do my best to get as many friends and family out of there as possible.
Flights are kind of limited.
But I've been a patriot, a Zionist.
And California and the American government have not been so great to us.
Well, the American government under Donald Trump has been.
Yes.
You know, all the presidents that had promised to move the embassy to Jerusalem, they all broke their promise.
There's never been anybody recognizing Golan and rightful territory of Israel.
Listen, I wish you Godspeed in your trip.
What you're embarking on is extraordinarily dangerous.
You know what you're walking into.
It sounds like you're doing it for all the right reasons, for love of your, well, I assume you have dual citizenship, for love of your country, and I don't blame you.
And I completely understand it, and may God be with you for this war as hell.
And keep doing what you're doing.
You're speaking my mind, and I appreciate what you're doing on the radio and the TV shows.
Appreciate you calling in and telling us about it.
Our prayers are with you and your family as you embark on this very perilous journey.
Thank you, sir.
All right, quick break right back to our phones, 800-941-Sean.
Our number, if you want to be a part of the program as we continue.
Up next, our final roundup and information overload hour.
All right, back to our phones.
Jerry is in Tennessee.
Jerry, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Sean, I'm great, and always appreciate everything you say.
I'm right on your pages, every one of them when they flip.
And I am so burnt up and out about the lack of action we have in our Congress on such visible things as the squad standing up saying it's okay to slaughter and rape and kill kids and women and people that have nothing to do with any of the conflict they're in the middle of.
And then we've got a president, whatever.
I don't even like to use that word to describe him.
But anyway, a pathological liar is better.
The problem we've got is no one wants to stand up to him.
And I believe the folks on the air marshal should be given a medal.
They told him what they could do with letting him go to the border and try to fix a problem that he created well over three years ago.
And I have sent an email to my senator about three years ago about the fact that it would be much cheaper and more economical for us at the time they were coming in the country and crossing the border illegally to turn them back around if we had to carry them, put them on ships, airplanes, or whatever, and take them to their respective homeland where they come from.
We definitely need to have a war against the cartels.
They're very obvious where they live.
And we don't see any action.
I keep hearing about the investigation, the impeachment inquiry.
You don't need an inquiry for something that was so visible in the Afghanistan full out.
I'm a veteran.
I was in Vietnam, 67, 68.
And, you know, when they pulled out of Afghanistan like that and we lost so many good people, and then a lot of the associates we had over there with the Afghans, we've lost all of our respect all over the world.
We promised them we wouldn't abandon them, and we even left a list of their names.
Many are dead.
Many have been taken out of their homes, never to be seen or heard from again.
I would assume they're dead too.
So I think you're right on every front.
Yes, sir.
And I certainly appreciate you bringing a lot of this forward.
I just wish a big portion of our population has been educated or is intelligent enough to understand the gravity of the points that have been made that don't seem to be acknowledged.
I mean, I think Biden is acting too much and totally like a totalian government.
Why does he want to, why this obsession to even to this day want to give the number one state sponsor a terrorist $6 billion?
Why would you ever pay a ransom to the worst terrorist state on the face of the earth?
Why would you reward this to plotting, the planning, the scheming?
This would be the equivalent of a 9-11 with 35,000 dead Americans.
That's why they've been calling it Israel's 9-11.
You know, extrapolate out the numbers.
That's about what the equivalent would be.
You know, so a lot of death and destruction here.
But I will tell you, just buckle up because this response, I anticipate, is going to be swift.
It is going to be brutal.
And they're going to fight the war the way wars need to be fought.
That's to win them.
BB is going to win this war.
BB's not losing.
Israel is not going to lose this war.
And America should be standing side by side with them as they defend themselves and their very existence because that's what's at stake here.
Anyway, my friend, I appreciate your call.
