Bill O'Reilly - September 20th, Hour 2

Bill O’Reilly, author of Killing the Legends: The Lethal Danger of Celebrity, has a new book out in September, Killing the Witches, The Horror of Salem, out on September 26, 2023 - Bill had this piece on his site about Hunter and Joe and their extended family’s involvement in their many nefarious business dealings.  Kimberly Strassel of The Wall Street Journal is an excellent columnist. On Friday, she reported that "suspicious banking transfers" were reported 170 times in transactions made by Hunter and Jim Biden, the President's brother. That may be a record.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

All right, Leonard Skinner, Simple Man, Hour 2, Sean Hannity Show.
Thanks for being with us.
Here's our toll-free number.
It's 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, when you hear Leonard Skinner and you hear Simple Man, it only means one thing on this radio program.
That means all things simple man, self-proclaimed, Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'Reilly at billo'reilly.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, sir, how are you this week?
You're lucky you had the simple man on today to talk about this Merrick Garland situation because I have it, Hannity.
You got it?
That was not my first question, but you go right at it.
Okay, so this is the Sergeant Schultz defense.
Remember Hogan's heroes?
I know nothing.
Nothing.
Okay, and you know what?
I believe him.
Why do you think he's that out of it?
Because he's Barney Fife to keep the sitcom stuff going.
Oh, man.
Now we're going back to Andy Griffin.
Go ahead.
I believe that this guy from the jump knew this Hunter Biden grip was so radioactive and could very possibly lead up to his boss, Joe Biden, the president, that he said, I'm going to do Punch's pilot.
I'm washing my hands of all of this and I'm not going to get involved.
I don't want to hear it.
So he says, Weiss, the U.S. attorney in Delaware, you're in charge of it, but don't come to me if you've got any problems.
And right away, Weiss has problems because Estrada in California, the U.S. attorney there, and the guy, Matthew Graves in D.C., the other U.S. attorney, won't cooperate.
Does that make any sense to you?
Well, there's a lot of things we got to add to this.
One is this guy Weiss had five years on the issue of Hunter Biden.
The IRS whistleblowers and the FBI whistleblower were very, very clear that in their entire careers, they'd never seen such favoritism that was given and consideration given the Biden family.
Now, what Merrick Garland had been saying and continued to say today and conflicts with one letter written to Jim Jordan, and he said just the opposite to Senator Lindsey Graham.
And that was, you know, I think he told it was Graham that he told that he had full authority to move forward in other jurisdictions, more specifically looking into D.C. and California.
Yep, but the IRS whistleblower said, no, he told us just the opposite.
And one of the agents, Shapley, took contemporaneous notes of him saying it.
So I tend to believe the IRS whistleblower that risked everything to tell us all the truth about horrific and what a double standard in the treatment that nobody gets treated like this.
And the FBI corroborating the same.
It seems like a pretty damning case to me.
There's no doubt about it.
And they're setting Weiss up to get hanged.
Well, at least it's not you, and at least it's not me for once.
One time, we're not the person about to get hanged.
Look, Garland has the authority as Attorney General to order Estrada and Graves to cooperate in everything with Weiss.
That question should have been asked, and it wasn't.
But he has the authority to do it.
But what he did, Garland, I don't want to hear about it.
I don't want to hear anything about it.
Don't call, don't write, don't text, don't email.
And so when Weiss ran into trouble, Garland wouldn't intervene.
And Garland doesn't even know.
When Garland said, I don't know anything about statue of limitations in this case.
He said that today under oath.
Now, many people will go, that's a lot.
I'm telling you, his orders were, don't tell me anything.
I don't want to know anything.
This is the Attorney General of the United States.
And that in itself shows you that there is no justice.
Garland's job is to oversee what his U.S. attorneys are doing.
Look, what if you appoint a U.S. attorney, Merrick Garland?
If I were in that congressional hearing, I would have said, and the guy doesn't come to work for four years, okay?
And you're going to go, I'm not going to intervene.
I'm not going to get involved.
Or the guy is drunk every day.
I'm not going to get involved with it.
So that's ridiculous.
You oversee how your U.S. attorneys are behaving.
So let me add some context and texture because Jim Jordan dressed down the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, over the whistleblower claims.
You said, meaning Weiss, who you're talking about, that he had complete authority, but he'd already been turned down.
Now, by the way, that was in a letter to Jordan that he didn't have the authority, but yet telling Lindsey Graham just the opposite.
And maybe there's an issue of one of them lying under oath.
We'll see.
And then also, Garland getting really pissed off, losing patience with an exchange with North Carolina Republican Dan Bishop on the issue over who it was that decided when it was time for Weiss to be appointed special counsel.
Now, remember, Bill, he had five years investigating Hunter.
Honestly, I mean, how do you possibly justify five years?
And remember, we learned also that his initial plan was not to charge Hunter with anything at all.
And that evolved into Plan B.
And plan B was after the IRS whistleblowers came forward, then he said, okay, I got to do something.
And that resulted in the sweetheart deal that was ultimately rejected by this judge in Delaware because the judge read the plea agreement.
And then buried deep inside that agreement, the judge discovered that Hunter was getting full immunity.
And this was in the gun diversion portion of that plea agreement.
Now, so Plan C now became, all right, I guess I have to indict Hunter on the gun charge, which is the low-hanging fruit in terms of everything that's being investigated and the 20-plus million, soon-to-be $50 million, according to James Comer and Nancy Mace, that the Biden family made themselves in business deals with foreign countries, many hostile nations.
That doesn't explain the 170 suspicious activity reports.
That doesn't explain why all this money was funneled through the Shell corporations, why nine Biden family members got paid massive amounts of money.
I wonder what the grandchildren that were paid did for the money bill with these foreign countries.
And what did Hunter do?
And we do know the 1023 form.
Last point, that we have a top FBI informant, well-respected informant, paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in the past by the FBI.
And he gets the CEO of Burisma on record as saying, yeah, I didn't want to pay the Biden.
So I had to give $5 million to one Biden, another $5 million to another Biden, and it will take you 10 years to figure out how they were paid.
So, you know, that would be called evidence also, Bill, which the media just continues to regurgitate.
No evidence, no evidence, no evidence, no evidence.
There's plenty of it.
There's a plethora of evidence.
Listen, I know you have contact with Jordan.
You should tell him next time you have a hearing, it should be Jordan, Hannity, and O'Reilly.
That's it.
You're going to include me in your little group?
I can't believe it.
You have a lot of the facts right at your disposal, and you spout them out, and they're pretty good.
What do you mean, pretty good?
They're excellent.
They're dead on accurate.
Thank you.
All right.
But here it is.
Merrick Sergeant Schultz Garland didn't know anything, and he wasn't going to intrude.
But here's where it all falls apart, and Jordan didn't pick up on it, and neither did any of the Republicans on the oversight committee.
Merrick Garland had to sign off on the deal, the plea deal that was rejected by the judge.
He had to sign off on it.
And therefore, he knew the fix was in.
Because any ex-judge, Merrick Garland's a former judge, would have seen the clause that said you cannot prosecute Hunter Biden for any crimes in the future.
You telling me Merrick Garland signed off on that?
Had to see it.
Nobody brought it up in the hearing, Hannity.
O'Reilly, the simple man, would have.
You know, it's very, very interesting, Mr. Bill O'Reilly, sir, where you're going here, because that is a very key question.
You bet.
And I will be sending it to members of that committee if they still have more time to talk to this guy.
But I will tell you this.
It is sad to see the country, and he doth protest a bit too much, in my view, that, oh, no, this is not a politicized or weaponized DOJ.
Oh, no, we have equal justice under the law.
Those are all platitudes and bumper stickers.
But the reality is their treatment of Donald Trump versus Hillary versus Biden on the issue of top secret classified information speaks for itself.
The evidence of Joe leveraging in October of 2015, it was official, it became official Obama administration policy that Ukraine had made enough progress regarding corruption that they all agreed, interagency agreement, that they were going to give the billion in loan guarantees.
Joe then talks to Hunter while he's in Dubai with bereavement executives, who we know from correspondence were desperate to get D.C. help.
And that was December 9th of 2015.
Five days later is when Joe leveraged the billion, got the prosecutor fired in six months.
I'm sorry, six hours.
And one of the net results of that is Hunter, who admitted he had no experience and was addicted to drugs at the time, continued to get paid because of Joe's help.
Now, that would be the enrichment of the Biden family, would it not, Mr. O'Reilly, sir?
Of course.
But, you know, getting back to.
Oh, whoa, whoa.
I think you got to focus a little more on that deal.
That's huge.
The problem with focusing on that deal is that you're going to get the same response from the guy in charge to the Justice Department.
All right.
He's going to tell you the same thing.
I didn't look at it.
I didn't want to intrude.
I told Senator Grassley I wasn't going to intrude.
The difference between intruding and having oversight.
I don't think there's any fair-minded person in this country that doesn't now know that Vice President Biden sold influence that benefited his family.
I don't know anybody.
I know a lot of liberal people.
Nobody denies that.
Now, I'm going to go on news station tonight.
Maybe Cuomo will deny it.
I don't know.
Okay?
But I don't know anybody.
And it seems to me that now you have to correct the problem, but it's not correctable because the people in positions of power across the board look to be corrupt to me.
That's how it looks.
Well, Bill, you know, if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's a duck, Bill.
I mean, we know what's going on here.
All right, quick break more with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, allthingso Riley at BillO'Reilly.com.
800-941-SHAWN is our number if you want to be a part of the program as we continue today.
Apple says Sean Hannity is bad for America.
Sean Hennity.
An important role as a parent is to ensure that your kids are as safe as possible when they are at school.
And as a parent, you must ask your child school safety director if they have a Knox entry access system that gets law enforcement into locked doors in case of an emergency.
Firefighters have trusted Knox products as their choice for access since 1975.
And now the Knox entry system for schools is providing law enforcement with the same resources.
You can learn more about Knox Entry at schoolentry.com.
All right, we continue now with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com.
I want to ask you this.
When you have Liberal Joe, when you have Maureen Dowd and David Ignatius and Axelrod and Carville and Van Jones all coming out against Joe Biden, very, very critical.
When you hear tepid comments about Biden from Nancy Pelosi and insulting comments regarding Kamala Harris, something is going on here.
I think it's an effort to get Biden off the ticket and Kamala for that matter.
Do you agree?
That means that the guys who control the Democratic Party do have a plan B. See, they didn't have a Plan B before, and now they have one.
But I don't know what it is.
I don't know what it is.
But the internal polling, you know what that is.
Of course, we're in the business.
Internal polling is what the public does not see.
It's not Gallup or Pew or any of that.
Internal polling is taken by the party, and it's kept secret.
Internal polling shows that Joe Biden would lose today to Donald Trump.
Once that happened, and it happened about three weeks ago, all right, then the Democratic apparatus began to panic.
And these people all talk amongst themselves.
So they do have some kind of plan B, but I don't know what it is.
I'm trying to find out.
I don't know.
Mr. O'Reilly, you're really on your game today.
I'm very proud of you.
My talent is seeing the big picture, killing the witches out in six days.
And I tie that in, the 20 homicides in Salem back in the 17th century.
And when you read about these, to our freedoms today, we would be a much different country today if that had not happened in Salem, Massachusetts.
And then the last part of the book is the witch hunts that are underway right now.
The financial culture in this country is you're not getting hanged, but you're getting ruined.
And it is frightening.
Anyway, Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'Reilly at BillO'Riley.com.
Next week, we will talk about his book, Killing the Witches.
It's on billo'reilly.com, Hannity.com, Amazon.com.
And in a week or so, bookstores everywhere.
Thank you, Bill.
Always a pleasure.
Thanks for having me.

All right, let's get to some phone calls here.
So many of you have been hanging very, very patiently.
Let's say hi to Colton in Texas.
Hey, Colton, how are you?
Glad you called.
I'm good.
Thanks for taking my call, Sean.
Thank you, sir.
I wanted to talk to you a little bit more about the Joe Biden quid pro quo and the corruption of the Biden crime family that we touched on a little bit.
My question is, you know, we have so much evidence that there is some criminal wrongdoing on Joe Biden's part, or especially on the part of his son.
We have video of him even admitting on a Council of Foreign Relations that he was going to withhold a billion dollars if they didn't fire Victor Shokin.
So with all this, you know, with the video evidence of him admitting it in front of a crowd of people, I just want to know, like, why hasn't anything been done?
We see how the Democrats are dragging Trump through the dirt, throwing everything they can at him, hoping something will stick.
Yet, aside from just talking about it a lot, we don't really see any really big action going forward with the whole corruption case against Joe Biden.
You know, it really is amazing.
I do think we're making a lot of progress.
I really do.
I mean, the fact that now the media is even talking about it is progress.
Is it where we want it to be?
No.
Have they conceded that Hunter Biden did bad things?
Sure.
Are they running full frontal defense for Joe?
Of course they are because they keep saying there's not any evidence at all that ties this to Joe Biden.
You know, they keep changing the narrative about this.
You know, first it was he never once spoke to his son, brother, anybody for that matter.
Then it was, no, no, he's never in business with any of these people.
Now it is, it just came out yesterday.
No, no, the president, the first son, did not share his business or his profits with his father.
They keep shifting the narrative as it gets closer to Joe.
I think it's pretty apparent anyone that's paying attention.
Yeah, I agree.
I just, I don't know.
It's so many years gone by already, if we can really expect to see anything from it.
I would hope before 2024 election season, but I really doubt it.
You know, wheels move slow.
I just think a lot of Americans feel kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place at this point.
You have the Democrats who seem to be in a headlong sprint towards this weird thing they have with authoritarianism and a lot of Republicans who just seem unable or unwilling to do anything to counter it.
Yeah, well, let's see what they do.
Time will tell.
I can't tell you what's going to happen.
I can tell you that the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible in spite of the lies of the media and the Democrats.
That part I can tell you.
And now that they're going after the media and prominent liberal voices in the country are going after Joe's cognitive ability and his age, as soon as they now, you know, dip their toes into the waters of the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations, then you'll know that it's probably not looking good that Joe's going to be on the ticket.
Watch for that to happen.
And the other thing to watch for it to happen would be wait for more prominent Democrats.
Maybe Nancy Pelosi's tepid response and support of Joe and Kamala.
That might be the next canary in the coal mine.
Anyway, appreciate it.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, let's say hi to Mike is in New Joise.
What's up, Mike?
How you doing in Joysey?
Very good, Sean.
Thanks for taking my call.
Let's talk about the immigrants and the border crisis that we have going on.
I had an idea, and I've spoken to a couple of people in my circles, and I think it's a great idea.
What about putting them all in the military?
Let's give them the option to fast-track and become U.S. citizens by putting them in the military.
You mean, look, here's the first thing that's got to happen.
We've got to identify where all these illegals that Joe aided and abetted illegal entry into the country are.
I think that's going to be task impossible.
And after we do that, I'd say the next step is to start vetting as they should have done before they ever let them in the country, their backgrounds.
Make sure they don't have radical associations.
I would also do a health check.
They still have issues involving, you know, surrounding COVID.
I'd also have a means test because America now has $33 trillion in debt.
We can't afford to pay it back.
And I think the idea that we're going to take in people that are going to be dependent on the federal government in New York City, for example, it's $40,000 per dollar per illegal immigrant.
We can't afford this.
But identifying them is probably now going to be an impossible task.
Pretty sad.
It is.
But as it goes forward, it doesn't seem like this.
It seems to me if you get the military involved, it should be a military operation anyhow.
I mean, we've got brilliant minds in our military.
Put them in charge of the border.
And if people want to assimilate into the United States, teach them what America is all about.
It's the land of the free, home of the brake.
Serve the country that you're trying to achieve to get into.
You know, every able-bodied man and woman between the ages of 18 and 35 serve in one of the branches of the military.
And then you can train them for different types of jobs.
I mean, it's high-tech jobs in the service.
If you're not a genius on the computer and you're a chef, you're on an aircraft carrier and you're feeding 5,000 men on a ship.
You're going to learn how to work in a restaurant, work in a restaurant line, and how to run a restaurant.
Probably when you get out of the service, you can start your own business.
I think it's a great idea to get them involved in our military and serve.
Give them three years, and then you fast-track, you get a social security card, you get out of the military, it's four years.
Listen, if they go through the background check, health check.
Yes.
Yeah.
You know what?
I guess that could be a possible option.
You know, I think it's probably to the point where they're not going to want to send everybody home.
It's going to create a massive controversy.
Now, as far as I'm concerned, if you didn't respect our laws, our borders, and our sovereignty, sorry, you don't get put to the front of the line.
I would send you home first and say, come in legally, follow the process.
I'd even expedite the process.
I think it takes way too long for people to legally enter this country, the number of people, whatever we can support.
So anyway, good call.
Thanks, Mike of New Jersey.
Appreciate it.
Ammo is expensive.
It's in short supply.
Many of you may not know you can train without ammunition at your own home using the technology, the military technology of Mantis X. Also, all the best shooters in the world.
You may not know this.
They do a majority of their training doing dry fire practice at home with Mantis X technology.
Mantis X is firearms training, no ammo, all electronic, and it's a way to improve your shooting accuracy.
You simply attach it to your firearm, connect it to your iPhone, you're good to go.
And Mantis X gives you data-driven, real-time feedback on your technique, guides you through drills and courses.
It's a lot of fun to use on top of everything else.
94% of shooters will improve within 20 minutes of using Mantis X.
It's used by the Marine Corps, the Army, Special Forces.
As I said, military-grade technology.
And the good part is as an affordable price.
Mantis X has improved my shooting.
Linda's shooting dramatically.
She had a long way to go.
Her initial, let's say, use of it kind of showed that she couldn't hit the side of a barn.
But she's now scoring very high numbers, and we're proud of her.
Why do you laugh every time I say this?
That's right.
I'm shooting that barn all across now.
Oh, yeah.
Now I can get the whole barn.
I can get any part of the barn.
That is super scared of me.
And when I shoot my burner, by the way, you could put it on your burner, you know.
Oh, I do know.
And she doesn't aim for upper body mass.
Where did you aim?
I aim for whatever's going to put that person on their knees so they can't hurt me.
You're going to love this technology and it's fun.
Anyway, go to their website, mantisx.com.
That's M-A-N-T-I-S-X.com.
All right, quick break.
Right back.
We'll continue.
800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program, or your calls coming up.
And at the top of the hour, we will be checking in with our friend Byron Donalds, congressman from Florida.
Alerting you to all the ways the government wants to butt into your life.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, quick break, right back to the phones: 800-941-Sean as we continue.
Bob in Utah, what's up, Bob?
Rod Arquette and Crown Burgerland.
What's the perfect duo?
What's going on?
Hey, Sean.
Do you think that conservative talk radio like yourself should take some of the blame for the Republicans struggling in so many of the elections these days or, you know, not being able to reach out to the other side at all?
I know with your viewers, you're as successful as you can get, but it just seems like it falls on deaf ears because maybe even someone like you should be able to reach out a little bit better.
Or is it just all with McConnell said, even though he got criticized for it, saying it's just the quality of the candidate.
You know, you put these people on, and they go nowhere.
I think in 2022, my post-mortem analysis is, for example, that the overturning of Roe v.
Wade, the Dobbs decision, did not, as a matter of fact, hurt Republicans.
I think that was the way that they demagogued the issue.
If you look at Biden's new strategy, they think he's going to get re-elected on the issue of abortion and attacking Donald Trump.
That's how they think that he wins reelection.
I'm not sure where you want me to compromise.
I like to be honest with you, my audience.
I am a conservative.
I say things that I truly believe.
I don't manufacture opinions.
And as pro-life as I am and the sanctity of life that I believe in, I'll give you the case in point of Pennsylvania where the gubernatorial candidate is a nice man.
I interviewed him.
Doug Mastriano didn't even have exceptions for rape, incest, and the mother's life.
Well, politically speaking, I'm not talking about morally, politically, that is a losing proposition in my mind.
And I know people just passionately disagree with me.
Hannity's becoming pro-choice.
No, he's not.
You know, that's why I donate to groups like preborn.com/slash Sean.
That's why, you know, I believe in using, I believe abortion is a heart issue, and you got to change hearts.
And 4D ultrasound is one way science can contribute to that.
So, but I'm looking at the political practicality of the position of some people.
I think that played a big part.
Now, if there's something you think I should change my view on or you want me to compromise on, I'm all ears.
What would you like to hear from me?
Well, see, I'm more down the middle.
So when you say, you know, Biden has done totally nothing, and first I think he's going to get slaughtered in the election because, like back in the day, oil and migrants, you can't win an election.
You just can't, no matter.
So you'd think Biden's going to get slaughtered?
Yeah, I do.
Here's my question.
There will be, I don't know if it's going to be four criminal trials of Donald Trump, but certainly a couple is my guess, if I had to guess.
And I don't think the venues at all are friendly to Donald Trump, New York, D.C., Fulton County, Georgia.
So if the president ends up with a felony conviction, how will independents that decide every election react to that?
As much as I believe that this is the weaponization of our justice system, how will independents react to that?
You know, everybody goes to the grocery store and everybody buys gas and everybody's watching New York.
You just can't win an election like that.
He passed some good stuff, the diabetes capping that price and some of the infrastructure, but you can't win an election with prices the way they are.
You just can't.
He could have got by with just kept the border the way it was and he had gone with the EV, but he can't get by like this.
Is there any one opinion you think that I have is just unbending and so rigid and right that you think I should change?
I don't know.
I guess maybe it's style and God knows no one's going to question your success because you can't.
It's not about questioning my success.
You've just, you know, you kind of said to me, well, if I was more compromising, that I, you know, might be able to, you were insinuating I could help heal the country.
I'm, you know, I'm kind of set in my ways, but I'm certainly willing to listen to any advice people have.
You're my customer.
So if you have a criticism or thought, I want to hear it.
Well, as far as the bribery stuff, have you ever seen anything with your own eyes?
Not what everybody's telling you, but with you, do you get to see anything at all as far as name the grandkids by name and how much is in their accounts?
We all like to hear that.
I asked James Comer that question the other night.
He affirmed to me, I don't know all the grandkids' names, but I asked him, how much did the grandkids get?
And he talked about a significant amount of money.
Nancy Mace was on this program, was it yesterday or the day before yesterday?
And Nancy Mace said, for the Bidens alone, it's going to be north of $50 million.
Nobody's going to believe that.
Come on.
Nobody's going to believe what?
There's been $50 million out in the Bible.
We've already identified through suspicious activity reports, bank accounts, and other evidence that they've accumulated that these numbers are real.
Why wouldn't they believe that?
Why did Joe Biden fire the prosecutor in Ukraine, leveraging a billion of your tax dollars?
And that allowed Hunter to continue to be paid tons of money, millions of dollars for a job in which he had no experience and at the time was addicted to drugs.
Do you believe that?
Oh, I believe Hunter is just.
No, do you believe Joe was involved in that?
Well, he did fire him and he bragged about it on TV.
He did.
So should I compromise on that or should I give you my real opinion?
No, not on that, but how come you don't get to see who's blocking you to show it on your show tonight?
Well, I mean, we're not seeing this.
During an ongoing investigation, James Comer and Jim Jordan have been very, very transparent.
They've updated us regularly.
We heard from IRS whistleblowers.
We know what the FBI whistleblowers had to say.
I know for a fact that they've already interviewed other new whistleblowers, and we'll get the context from them, too.
So I'm just following the information as it becomes available because that's not information that the media is ever going to give you because they are abusively corrupt and biased in my view.
Bob, I give you a lot of time.
I got a role, but you know, I'm listening to suggestions, wide open ears here.
Anytime.
