And if you want a little bang in your yin yang, come along.
The 14th Amendment of Section 3 is pretty clear.
If you engage in acts of insurrection or rebellion against the government, or you give aid and comfort to those who do, you are disqualified from running.
And it fits Donald Trump to a T.
So I think it's an inaccurate narrative to declare that somehow Bidenomics isn't working.
But there's no doubt that the weight of the studies, and there have been many studies, indicate the benefit of wearing masks.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Where we are coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and sing you a contra song.
Sean Hennedy.
Welcome to the new Sean Hennity Show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Thank you for being with us.
Our toll-free number is 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
We need as a country to have a conversation.
We've watched the disaster that is defund, dismantle police departments all around the country.
And what is it resulting in?
People in towns and cities that they're not safe.
They're not secure.
There's no peace where they are.
If you don't have law and order and safety and security, you cannot possibly pursue happiness.
It's just a fact.
And I will tell you, it is that basic and that fundamental.
And the radical left has, you know, anytime an incident happens that they can politicize, especially if it involves a firearm, they race to that issue.
If there's a, for example, all the years I've been scrolling the names of people shot, shot, and killed every weekend in Chicago.
Names you never hear about because they can't politicize it.
But the thousands and thousands and thousands of families that have lost loved ones will never be the same.
And these politicians don't lift a finger.
What do we do for police officers?
Now, I've been training in mixed martial arts for 11 and a half years.
And I've had a license to carry a firearm my entire adult life.
And one of the things that I've never liked is this taser.
It's a close-range weapon that, frankly, too often fails to deploy properly.
And number two, I mean, if you're that close to the person, it's hit or miss.
So the question is, you know, are there other, is there new technology that's available?
The answer is yes, which is why we're proud.
We've partnered with Burner and we've been telling you about it.
And it fires projectiles.
And I'm not bringing the head of the company on right now.
And the chief marketing officer right now is an infomercial.
I want to be very clear about that.
I am bringing them on because I have found in my own, for my own personal security and safety, burner is now a big part of my plan and that I would much prefer to have a non-lethal alternative that I am confident can stop a perpetrator if, God forbid, I ever need a situation ever arises where I would need to protect myself or innocent people or a family member.
Now, here's the blessing.
If police departments had this technology as well, they have another alternative.
Most are not trained in martial arts.
So their one alternative confronting somebody in a situation is something that they are trained to put.
If you pull out and you aim it, you're shooting for upper body mass, which means the odds are very high that the person you're shooting at is going to die.
But if you had a non-lethal alternative that could neutralize somebody that is bringing you harm, why wouldn't we want to hear about and get that technology in the hands of law enforcement?
And maybe some of you, maybe you don't want to have a firearm in your home.
Maybe you don't want a weapon that would ultimately, if used, kill somebody.
Maybe you want a non-lethal option that is effective.
I have found it to be effective.
Now, you all have to make your own decision.
We put videos up on Twitter and on Hannity.com.
I want you to take a look at it.
But it gives me an opportunity to introduce to you the CEO of Burner, and his name is Brian Gans, and his chief marketing officer, Luon Fam, is with us.
And remember, I keep telling you, it's B-Y-R-N-A.
You know, we have this story in New York, all these instances of old people getting, you know, beaten up on the streets of New York by violent criminals, illegal immigrants are creating so many violent crimes, responsible for so many violent crimes.
What do people do?
What will you do to protect yourself and your family?
And that's why I wanted to talk about this.
Brian, I met you a while back.
I had an opportunity through a mutual friend to try out your burner projectile weapon.
It looks just like a firearm, except not the pink one or the orange one or the yellow one.
That does not exactly look like a firearm.
I have the black one.
I think I have a camo one.
I have a number of them.
And I was really impressed from day one.
Tell us, explain what this creation is and what it can do.
Well, first off, Sean, thanks for having us on the show.
It's important to get this message out.
Like you, I've been a firearms owner most of my adult life.
And Burna was really started by an avid group of firearms owners that wanted to have a non-lethal alternative.
You know what?
I don't know how quick I would be to pull the trigger.
And I worry, is that hesitation, is that a fatal hesitation for me?
But if I don't take the time to really evaluate the situation, could I be making a fatal mistake?
With a non-lethal weapon, there are no fatal mistakes.
So I don't need to worry.
If I shoot the paperboy coming up the driveway by mistake, you know what?
30 minutes later, he'll be fine.
I'll leave a bigger tip at Christmas.
Nobody's going to jail.
Nobody's going to the hospital.
Nobody's going to the morgue.
But it is important to be able to protect yourself.
I'm going to share with you and your audience a very interesting statistic, which I don't think most people know.
There are 25 million Americans that have used a firearm to successfully stop a crime.
It's an amazing statistic.
Every year, another 500,000 people use a firearm to stop a crime.
So it is important that we protect our Second Amendment rights.
At the same time, you pull that trigger, even in self-defense, you're going to trial.
You may end up going to jail.
It will be expensive.
It'll be expensive psychologically, financially, legally.
With a non-lethal alternative, you really have the ability to stop an assailant.
And as you said, you know, it is effective.
And there are a lot of videos up on the site that show how effective it is.
Linda asked if she could shoot me, and I said no.
Well, she said that, you know, it's a hit-the-burner projectile, which by the way, I should tell people, when it hits somebody, it's a projectile that will explode in a sense that it'll open up and it releases two tear gases.
I'm sorry, two pepper sprays and one tear gas.
And it instantly, in the videos that I've seen, incapacitates anybody that's been hit with it.
Yeah, I mean, that's the question we get most often.
What happens?
Is it effective?
So, you know, in all fairness, Sean, I have been shot with it.
Yeah.
You know, so man up a little bit here.
Thanks a lot, Brian.
You're really helping my cause here.
If I can add, Sean, our chemical irritant projectiles consist of tear gas and pepper.
Once it hits the attacker, it creates a six-foot dispersion cloud.
So once those chemicals are in the air, they attack your central nervous system.
So these are some of the results.
Your chest and lungs feel like they're collapsing.
You're not able to breathe.
Any areas of exposed skin feels like it's on fire.
You will not want to open your eyes and your nose will run uncontrollably.
And these symptoms happen for 30 to 40 minutes.
So it allows you to incapacitate an attacker and then escape.
And we have the kinetic projectiles that can break side autoglass from 30 feet away.
So pain deterrent.
That is the hard one.
Correct.
All right.
In a worst case scenario, if you fired at the wrong person, you made a mistake, or a police officer in the heat of a confrontation with somebody who's being violent towards them, needs self-defense.
Worst case scenario that I can think of with a burner is maybe you hit them in the eye and they might have an issue with their eye.
That is the worst case that I can think of.
Is that about right?
Or maybe, you know, they'd have a big bump on their head.
The advantage that we have with our chemical irritants is let's just say there's an intruder in your house, you don't have a direct shot, the guy's hiding behind a wall.
You can use that round to shoot a back wall, the ceiling, or the floor.
All you want to do is just get those powders to disperse in the air.
And then once he breathes it in, it's game over for him.
And as a gun owner, as a still carry permit person, I start with less lethal.
And if I have to transition to lethal, my defense in court is going to be that much better because my lawyer will say my client started with less lethal.
He tried to de-escalate the attack.
They kept coming.
So he had no choice but to elevate his use of force.
And that is a much stronger case in court.
Because one bad mistake, and if you're in the wrong state and you got the wrong DA across the way.
In New York, you must try to retreat.
Did you know that?
Yeah, it's crazy.
So like, I don't want to make a rash decision where I risk everything that I've worked for in my entire life and I'm no longer able to protect my family because the law isn't against my side.
In New York, everybody would know and everyone around the country knows the case of Jose Alba.
He's working in a bodega.
Guy comes around where he is, is robbing the store, physically attacks him.
He protected himself.
They wanted to indict him.
And then you have the incident of this former Marine, Daniel Penny.
And Daniel Penny, here he is on a train.
The guy's making threats.
He has a history of criminal behavior and mental problems.
He's saying, I don't care if I die.
So he gets him in a chokehold.
He's screaming, call 911, get the police here, get the police here.
Two other people are helping to restrain this guy.
And he is being brought up on charges.
Yeah, it's very scary.
I mean, we get a lot of people say to us, well, if I use my gun in self-defense, I'll be okay.
If only that were true, because you still have to prove self-defense.
And that is a long and difficult road.
And in certain jurisdictions, it is a very difficult road.
The other thing, though, is there are a lot of shootings that are cases of mistaken identity.
I mean, there was that tragedy in Ohio two years ago where some daughter was sneaking back into her home because she had snuck out at night and her father ended up shooting and killing her thinking she was an intruder.
There was the situation with the kid who rang the wrong doorbell that ends up getting shot.
And it's a tragedy, not just for the victim, but it's also a tragedy for the family of the perpetrator.
I mean, imagine being that father.
I can't even understand the pain he must be going through.
You know what?
One of the things that Luana and I are putting together is this series of if they only had a burner.
I mean, imagine how different the outcome would have been if they had started with less lethal force.
All right, quick break.
We'll come back.
We'll talk with our friends.
Burner, by the way, let me give you their website.
You got to check this out.
See the videos on my social media on Hannity.com, on my Twitter page, on my truth social page, on every page.
BYRNA.com slash Hannity.
You'll get 10% off, by the way.
All right, quick break.
More with the CEO of Burner, Brian Gans, and also the chief marketing officer, Luan Fahm, is with us.
I will continue now with the CEO of Burner.
Remember, this is the non-lethal alternative to a firearm, and it is effective.
I think you'll enjoy the videos on Hannity.com and on my social media accounts.
BYRNA.com slash Hannity.
Brian Gans, the CEO, is with us.
And Luan Faum is the chief marketing officer as we continue.
I would like every police department to get this burner projectile, non-lethal alternative for their officers because it gives them options short of pulling out that lethal weapon.
And if they, God forbid, make a mistake, it ends up maybe they spend the rest of their life in jail.
And even if it's not a mistake, there was that tragedy just a few days ago of this pregnant woman who was shot and killed by a law enforcement officer.
Now, when you watch the video, this woman was clearly at fault.
I mean, they gave her every opportunity to get out of the car, but that doesn't mean that they need to take her life.
And it is a tragedy for that officer.
That officer's career is destroyed.
One of the things that we sell to law enforcement is the ability to break a car window with the kinetic round and then to fire the pepper rounds into the car.
And everybody who's in that car will come out.
And, you know, that woman who was clearly wrong, she was shoplifting.
But should she die?
Should her unborn baby die?
No.
And we're giving police the opportunity to have the right tool for this mission.
And it's interesting that many on the left, I would think they would embrace this.
I really would, this could be used in schools.
I've often talked about how we should protect schools.
We should hire retired police and military, undercover, armed metal detectors.
And then even the best response of any law enforcement, it's not going to be fast enough.
And that's guys on site.
Yeah, that's why we're here, Sean.
And we thank you because you're the champion of the truth.
And we've tried to take this message, our platform, to tell the world that we are trying to save lives.
The optics that this product looks like a pistol is irrelevant.
It's about personal safety.
And we've been banned in some of the biggest places, meta.
And it's just absolutely the lack of common sense that this product.
Let me take a break and I'm going to hold you guys for a few more minutes if you don't mind on the other side.
And I want people to know here, I'm just a happy customer.
I mean, I am a customer.
I gotten to know you.
You've been very nice.
You say, I want to send you this.
Try it out.
Tell me what you think.
But I'm a customer.
I pay for all my burners.
You're one of my best customers, Sean.
Well, I give him away as gifts to people.
And by the way, like any weapon or firearm, people must, must get trained in the proper use of it and practice it.
And, you know, go to a firearms instructor and you'll get better and better at it.
And, you know, you're going to love, just take a look at these videos, Hannity.com, all my social media sites.
And if this is something that you think you would like to have to protect yourself, your family, your business, I happen to be a huge fan of it.
And that's why when you guys, you know, you've heard me talk about it on my own.
I have no financial interest in this at all.
I just have an interest in people having an alternative to a firearm.
And I am a huge Second Amendment guy that's had a license to carry my whole adult life.
All right, quick break, 800-941-Sean.
Our number, you want to be a part of the program.

Toll-free.
Our number is 800-941, Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, I carry it over to this segment.
Now, they are a new advertiser on the program, but that's not why I'm having them on the program.
And I am a very, very happy, satisfied customer long before, what is it, a year and a half now I've been a customer?
I think two years before.
Sean.
I've been, yeah, about two years.
And I've bought a lot of burners for gifts.
You've been very generous.
You offer me free.
I'm like, I don't want anything for free.
No, it's not how I roll.
But I buy them, I give them to friends, and everybody loves them.
Now, if you may have heard me talk about it before, I've actually shown videos on Hannity, the TV show.
We now have them up on Hannity.com.
We have them on our social media accounts.
A non-lethal alternative.
The country needs to have a conversation, a very real conversation about how to keep families and businesses safe and secure from those that want to bring us harm.
There is evil.
Evil exists.
I know people don't want to think about it every day, but what are you going to do if, God forbid, somebody breaks into your home, wants to rob you at your business?
Would you like a non-lethal alternative?
Burner looks like a gun, fires like a gun, but it's a non-lethal alternative.
And it's a projectile that releases tear gas and pepper spray and incapacitates the person that is trying to bring you harm.
I use it as a big part of my personal security and safety.
But anyway, we continue with the CEO of Burner.
By the way, their website is B-Y-R-N-A-Burner.com slash Hannity.
And if you go there today, you get 10% off.
But take a look at the videos, make your own decision.
And like any firearm, I urge everybody.
People call me all the time.
Hannity, I know you're a big Second Amendment guy.
What gun should I get?
My answer is always the same.
The one that you're willing to get trained in the proper safety and use of.
And that's what I do anytime I get a new firearm.
And I've recently purchased a bunch of new firearms, including I got the latest version of your burner just recently.
And I sent one to a friend just recently as a gift.
Anyway, CEO Brian Gans is with us and chief marketing officer Luan Fom is here.
And I just want to go back to this thing.
If every police department had this, if every homeowner and every business had this as an option available to them, I think we could minimize death dramatically in this country, save lives, but also protect the innocent.
That's what I love about your product.
So what we like to say about that, you brought up stun guns earlier.
They're the worst.
I hate that.
Yeah, and we believe distance and safety.
But Berna, we have a 60-foot effective range, and we believe that if we can give that officer more distance, he'll be able to better operate.
And, you know, with the stun gun, you have 20 to 25 feet max, and it works 50% of the time.
And if you think about it.
You've only got two shots in it, too.
And you think about how the FBI looks at it, law enforcement looks at it.
An average man with average speed can close a 21-foot distance in two to two and a half seconds.
So now you're that officer.
You got this bad guy coming at you and you have two weapons of choice.
Darren Wilson was charged by Michael Brown.
Correct.
You have your stun gun and you pulled out.
This is going to work 50% of the time.
So am I going to risk it?
Because this guy's going to be on me in two seconds.
Or do I go to my sidearm?
And when you go to his sidearm, bad things happen for the attacker, for the officer.
And not a lot of people are aware.
When that officer is involved in the shooting, he's put on the bench and he cannot work secondary jobs.
He's financially ruined.
His name is ruined in the media, all of that.
And we lose good officers, even if they're exonerated at the end.
They're like, I can't do this anymore because it's too risky.
Then we lose great officers from the force.
And then the city gets sued.
And those programs, those monies could go to other community programs that benefit the population mass.
So what we want to do is we want to provide options that allow our heroes, the law enforcement officers, to be able to operate without the fear of all the bad things that come with taking a life.
Sean, the first time you and I met, I remember you said to me, Brian, this is something really that the law enforcement officers should carry because not only does Burnett save lives, but it preserves careers.
And that really struck me because as Luan said, I mean, if there's an officer involved shooting, that officer is, his career is destroyed.
So we do think that it should be carried by every law enforcement agency.
We currently are in over 300 law enforcement agencies in the U.S., including ATF, DEA, Homeland Security, Secret Service, and a number of state and municipal agencies.
But there are 18,500 agencies, so there's still a long way for us to go.
But from the economic standpoint, you can outfit five officers with Burnup for the price of one stun gun.
Yeah, amazing.
And then from a consumer perspective, our products are legal in all 50 states.
There's no permits of backgrounds.
There are certain variations of the law.
For example, I'm really a stickler.
I actually have a former law enforcement, New York City police officer that manages, believe it or not, my firearms to make sure every one of them is New York state compliant.
The complexities of New York laws are very sophisticated.
And with the name Sean Hannity, God forbid, I don't dot every I and cross every T, I'm going to be in big trouble.
And I do have a license to carry in the state.
So I've got to be very careful with that.
And I'll tell you the other thing.
I don't ever want to ever have to use it.
And the thing about a burner, I usually practice at a distance.
You said it goes 60 feet.
I wouldn't fire it at 60 feet.
40 feet, that would be my maximum range that I would use.
And it's so accurate.
I mean, literally, I can hit the same, you have inert practice projectiles that I use.
I can hit the same spot, you know, 10 times in a row.
Linda couldn't barely hit the side of a barn.
I'll have you know on Hannity.com and burner.com, B-Y-R-N-A.com right now, there is a video of me shooting.
That's correct.
The burner.
Just saying.
And where did you hit the person?
Where it matters.
Or as my son would say, in the no-no spot.
In the no-no spot.
Okay.
Last thing I'm going to say is, well, first, I'm glad, you know, that you find this show worthwhile to partner with.
We're honored to have you.
And I'm reiterating to my audience here, I am a customer.
I pay for my own burner, a firearm.
You don't even call them a firearm.
You know, in the beginning, we said, let's call them launchers.
You know what?
We're so used to calling them guns.
They're non-lethal guns.
Well, I mean, Linda got the orange one.
They have orange, pink, yellow.
And by the way, Matt telegraphs to people that this is not a firearm.
I just happen to like black.
You are building out patriotic, you know, American flag versions, camouflage versions.
I mean, you have some really cool stuff.
But you know, the form factor is itself a deterrent.
The NRA has an interesting statistic, which is 92% of the time somebody uses a firearm to protect themselves from a crime, they don't have to fire the gun.
So with the burnout, we find something very similar.
It looks like a gun.
Most people are going to think that they're facing a firearm, and you're able to get people to stand down, back off just by presenting the burnout.
And that's the reason that I chose black.
I know, Sean, that's the reason that you chose black is, you know, you'd rather not use it if you don't have to.
And conversely, if you have to use it, there's zero trigger hesitancy because you understand that the complications that come with firing your lethal weapon is going to be much, much bigger.
So you can shoot, defend yourself, and then transition if you need to.
You know, I've said this on the air before and hard workout, and I've learned to really defend myself.
I'm confident in my ability, very confident.
However, I know what I can do, and I don't want to ever have to do it.
And I don't care how big you are.
The bigger you are, the harder you're going to fall.
And if people had this option, the fear of making a mistake would then, you know, be completely, it would dissipate completely.
It just makes sense to me.
But anyway, I hope people appreciate the technology that you're creating here.
I hope every police department, you know, if you're an officer in a police department, ask your department head, ask your chief to take a look at this as an alternative.
Anyway, their website is burner, B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Annity.
And just ask yourself, what are you going to do?
If God forbid.
Sean, thanks for having us on to talk about this really important issue.
Thank you.
And you also have, by the way, shields for kids in schools and backpacks.
I mean, you have some really cool stuff that's all part of your website.
Yep.
I'm not a kid in school anymore.
But it's good for all my grandkids.
That's true.
That's true.
Anyway, Brian, great to see you.
Luan, great to see you as well.
Thank you both for being here.
And we love having you on the show as a partner.
I never expected that when I became a customer, but I am a proud owner of a burner.
If you get one, get properly trained in the use of it.
And you'll enjoy it.
For me, it's fun.
You know, I have friends come over and they're like, oh, I want to try.
I want to try.
And, you know, I'll just bring out a whole bottle of inert projectiles and load it up for them.
And they're like, I love this.
Yeah, you don't have to go to a gun range.
I've got a house down the Cape.
I practice with my kids and grandkids in the backyard.
I can practice in my backyard completely safe and secure.
No worries.
And it's just, it's technology.
It's advancement.
It's a game changer.
And we need to embrace it, my view, especially law enforcement.
I don't want these guys not trained enough in the use of their hands and the martial arts and only one alternative.
So they're going to make a choice.
And then they're taught to shoot upper body mass.
You know, it's not a good option.
I like other options.
And it's part of my own personal security plans every day.
Anyway, thank you both.
Good to see you.
Thank you.
Thanks.
All right, 800-941-Sean, our number.
All right, Kevin is in Long Island.
Kevin, hey, how are you?
Glad you called.
Do you like this idea of this non-lethal alternative?
I love it.
Sean, no, I got to be honest with you.
I do love that.
I love it.
Great segment.
But, Sean, I got to change the subject, man, because I love you.
Change the subject.
Do it.
I see you want to critique me and criticize me.
What's on your mind?
Oh, I love you.
I love everything you do, man.
I really do.
But we got to stop helping the Democrats, Sean.
We have to.
You're doing their work for them.
We want Joe Biden to run in 2024.
We don't want guests.
So you don't want me to keep on covering the Biden bribery money laundering scandal allegations?
You want me to just let it pass until Joe's definitely their candidate?
Well, you're going to pounce on him six months from now, but we want an old, confused, unpopular candidate who barely knows where he is.
He's destroyed the country.
We want to run against him.
We don't want Gavin Newsome, a fresh, young, attractive, well-spoken candidate who's got a fresh face for their side.
Also, Sean, if we get rid of Joe and he doesn't run, all the Hunter Biden stuff is gone.
It's not going to be a good thing.
Let me just, let me let your heart rest easy.
And if you disagree with me, I want you to tell me.
In spite of all of my coverage about the Biden family syndicate and bribery and money laundering scandal allegations, the media heretofore has ignored it.
The only way Joe is not going to be a candidate is not because of me.
It's going to be because the media want the left-wing media and the Democratic Party want him out.
It's just like in New York State, your state, they got rid of Cuomo.
It was the Democrats.
It wasn't Republicans.
Come on, you don't want to help them.
You want to right now, Biden's the best candidate ever.
We're afraid of Biden right now because he's going to win.
We're really not.
You know what I mean?
We want to run against him.
We don't want to give Newsom a platform.
We won't want him.
We got to have Biden run.
In six months from now, pounce on him.
Pounce on Biden.
Do everything you can.
Throw the kitchen sink at him.
So in the meantime, you want me to just hold my powder dry.
Look, my reasoning for pointing out Gavin, and by the way, he made the challenge to DeSantis.
That was not planned.
That was spontaneous.
And at that moment, I don't know.
I have an obligation for my job to say, okay, do you really want to do that?
I'll make it happen.
And that's going to happen.
But I will tell you, the purpose, you know, there's always a method to my madness.
I want every conservative to understand what is out there.
So we know what we're up against potentially.
And if I think to ignore it, maybe you're right and maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe I'm not as strategic and smart as you are on this.
But I am telling you, it is a very real possibility as it relates to, you know, him making a move to get on that ticket if the Democratic Party and their allies in the media mob push him out.
I know, but we don't want to help push him out.
We don't want to help.
We want him to run.
The only way I'm helping is if you start reading the New York Times, Washington Post, and start hearing on fake news, CNN, MSD, and C, if they start sounding like me about the Biden enterprise and family syndicate, then you'll know that they want him out because they know that everything I'm saying is true.
Why do you think I'm not being criticized over my reporting?
I'm not being criticized because they know it's true.
The whole country knows it's true.
Well, not people that are so busy working, taking care of their families that are not as engaged as we are.
They don't know yet, but they will know if I have my way by Election Day, 2024.
And that's why I can't wait six months to let people know.
I have to let this develop as it naturally does.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean is a number if you want to be a part of the program.
