How then a jail on her?
And if you want a little banging yin-yang, come along.
The 14th Amendment Section 3 is pretty clear.
If you engage in acts of insurrection or rebellion against the government, or you give aid and comfort to those who do, you are disqualified from running.
And it fits Donald Trump to a T. So I think it's an inaccurate narrative to declare that somehow Bidenomics isn't working.
But there's no doubt that the weight of the studies, and there have been many studies indicate the benefit of wearing masks.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we're coming to your center.
Don't play our guitar saying you a contrast.
Sean Hannity.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold inspired solutions for America.
All right, thank you, Scott Shannon.

Here's our toll-free number.
If you'd like to be a part of the program, it's 800 941 Sean.
We'd love to have you join us.
What have I been saying?
I said, watch for canaries in the coal mine.
What does that mean, Hannity?
Canary in the coal mine.
Looking at the Drudge Report.
Biden poll danger.
Dems want alternative.
That's what it says.
Um there's a new CNN poll.
I'll get into the specifics of it in a second.
Dana Bash over at CNBO.
She was very nice to me when I met her at the debate.
I've known her, I've met her before.
Very, very nice.
Couldn't have went out of her way to say hello, which I thought was it was collegial.
I like that.
Um you know, she's not Humpty Dumpty.
I mean, there are some jackasses that work over there.
She's not she's not one of them.
Uh but anyway, she even opened her show yesterday.
No way to spin this, but Americans are deeply unhappy with Joe Biden.
I'll play some of this later in the program.
Van Jones, not his first attack against Biden.
Biden is like grandpa, the grandpa you love.
Do you want to give grandpa high stress jobs for six more years?
Ouch.
David Axarod, architect, Barack Obama.
Age is a concern for Biden.
What lies ahead is he's gonna have to win ugly.
Ooch.
Ouch.
Sting.
What does that mean?
What have I been saying?
I've been saying that if you start to see Democrats in the media mob, which is nothing more than a an extension of the White House press office, the very people that created the Biden protection program when he was both a candidate and all through his presidency.
You start seeing cracks with the media mob, and then on the other side of it, if cracks start coming out of the Democratic Party and and maybe some prominent voices within the Democratic Party.
Nah, Joe doesn't seem up to the job.
And they start talking about what a cognitive mess he's in.
They start talking about the the bribery, money laundering, uh scandal allegations, and they start sounding like Sean Hannity on these issues.
Uh you know that the effort has begun.
Now these poll numbers, they they kind of speak volumes about where the Democrats are as it relates to Joe Biden.
You know, it's and you know, Joe Biden didn't help himself this week, you know, with his early ex exit from the Medal of Honor ceremony.
Oh, uh yeah, he we wanted to pull up.
We gotta put this in context.
We planned for the president to leave, uh, so it would minimize uh him being in the the room because of COVID.
Well, he was wearing a mask walking into the room, took the mask off in the room where all the people were.
And then when he just dazed off and and started wandering aimlessly, he walked right into where the people were.
So none of that made any sense.
But you know, they just I used to say to my kids when they lie to me, just stop.
You're not any good at it.
Stop.
You know, I I I'm way more street wise than they are.
I'm like, you're not good at it, and you're insulting my intelligence.
Stop insulting my intelligence.
Tell me the truth.
Learn to tell the truth.
Now, if they didn't tell the truth, then I they get in more trouble for not telling the truth than for whatever dumb thing they likely did.
Not like I did it.
I'm calling them out for no reason.
No, I'd like to be the good parent.
The parent that just says, yes, oh go out with your friends till four in the morning.
No, not happening.
Not under my watch.
That's not being a parent.
Being a parent means you're the one that offers true love, real love.
And that means a lot of times saying no to the stupid things that they want to do that their stupid friends are doing because they're stupid parents are allowing them to do stupid things.
I didn't want any part of that.
Sorry, just being honest now.
I can.
I don't really see those people anymore if they know who they are.
Well, just saying, you know, I'm sorry, I'm way past the time of, you know, hold them back.
Anyway, so um here's what's interesting.
My favorite lie, I don't know if it was Jen um not Jensaki.
I don't know if it was uh Karine Jean-Pierre uh and her say, no, he he walked away because that was the plan, and he he was trying to get away from the crowd.
And meanwhile, he walked right down into the crowd and without a mask on.
And that was the reason, that was all planned?
No, it was not.
You're insulting our intelligence.
But I guess you get away with it with the media mobile.
I think even they thought that was ridiculous.
Or watching Kamala Harris say, Oh, yes, I'm ready to take over as president.
I'm like, oh no, you're not.
You really overestimate your capabilities.
Uh, you are not ready for that job.
But my favorite part of that interview was when she said, Oh no, I've been there.
Joe, if first of all, let me say our president has an extraordinary leader.
What an extraordinary leader he is, and who has accomplished things the previous presidents hoped and dreamed and promised that they would do and did not achieve, she said to the AP.
I see him every day, she continued.
A substantial amount of time we spend together is in the Oval Office where I see how his ability to understand issues and weave through complex issues in a way that no one else uh can to make smart and important decisions on behalf of the American people have played out.
She's lying.
It's just like they remember they would say, Oh, he's got I I I can't young people on a staff, I can barely keep up with him.
I'm like, if you can't keep up with them, then you need to go to the nursing home because that's where he belongs in a nursing home.
For I mean, give me a break.
Maybe you can let him, you know, hire a couple of nurses to walk him out to the beach once a day, but they they've got to carry the beach chair because he had a hard time pulling just a simple little beach chair around with them the last time maybe he was filmed uh at the beach in Delaware.
What more can you tell us about the uh Preston's um health regime?
We hear he's lifting weights.
What sort of weights is he lifting?
Does he have a personal trailer?
Uh what happened to his pelletone bike to the to the White House.
Uh I didn't know where this was going.
Um, but I'm intrigued by it.
Um I I will say I have nothing to read out on the president's uh private exercise regime.
Uh, but I can tell you, having traveled with him a fair amount, um, sometimes he's hard to keep up with.
Sometimes he's hard to keep up with.
I don't believe her.
I think she's lying.
I just like green Jean Pierre.
The political coverage.
look Some of the political players and some of them.
Let me ask you rhetorical questions.
No, I'm anyway.
Sure.
It's hard to keep up with that guy, man.
He's an intellectual.
He was a force of nature for crying out loud.
Man, uh uh he really is.
I see him every day, substantial, but we spend in the Oval Office.
His ability to understand issues and weave through complex issues in a way no one else can to make smart and important decisions.
No, that's not Joe.
It's not.
Stop lying.
It wasn't the plan for him to walk out of the medal of honor ceremony the other day, either.
That wasn't supposed to happen that way.
So stop lying to us.
Now these poll numbers are atrocious.
And Dana Bash is correct.
You know, you have New York Times, Siena poll, let's start there, President Biden now showing real trouble with what is historically a big part and an important part of the Democratic base, and that is minority voters, African American Hispanic voters.
Biden's weaknesses among among non white voters is broad, according to the New York Times columnist Nate Cohn.
Biden's weakness among nonwhite voters is broad, spanning virtually every demographic category and racial group, including a 72 to 11 lead among African American voters, 47 to 35 lead among Hispanic registrants.
But the problem is in 2020, Biden had 92% of the black vote and 59% of the Hispanic vote.
And over five presidential elections since 2000, the Democratic candidate has averaged 91% of the black vote in this country.
According to Gallup, only 8% on average goes to the Republican candidate.
So overall, the president's approval rating stands, you know, in the in the absolute sewer.
You know, there is, you know, Biden is now facing, you know, a 39% approval rating.
He's he's in the dumps.
I mean, and he's been mired there for a long time.
Well, it's simple.
Why?
What to name the thing that he's doing that's working for you?
Are you better off today?
Is our border better off?
Is the cost of energy less?
Uh no, you're paying back to four bucks a gallon.
And by the way, the Saudis said, no, we're going to continue uh to decrease production through the end of the year, as they now are partnered with China and Russia and Iran and Syria for crying out loud.
Anyway, the uh record low number of Americans say Biden inspires confidence.
Uh only his job approvals rating is 39%.
58% are saying that his policies have made economic conditions in the U.S. worse.
That's up eight points this, you know, since you know, just a short time ago.
You know, 51% say government should be more be doing more to solve our nation's problems.
The problem is he's institutioning institute these new Green Deal, radical climate alarmist change religious cult policies, and he's bankrupt in the country, two trillion in new debt this year alone, thanks to Biden.
Oh, I just cut the deficit.
No, you didn't.
Stop lying again.
You know, perceptions of him personally are atrocious.
Fewer than half of Americans say he cares about people like them.
Only 33% describe Joe Biden as someone that they're proud to have as their president.
By the way, who are these 33%?
What the hell is wrong with them?
What are you so proud of to have him as your president?
I'm embarrassed every time I watch this guy, knowing that the our the world is watching, every hostile regime is watching.
You know, smaller share of the public uh than ever before is now saying Biden inspires confidence.
Only 28%, or that he has the stamina, the sharpness to serve effectively as president.
Twenty-six percent.
Nearly seventy-five percent of Americans say they're seriously concerned about his age and how it might negatively affect the current level of physical and mental competence.
How could you come to any other conclusion?
Where's the other 25%?
His ability and his ability to serve out another full term if elected?
No, 76% say they don't think so.
And a smaller 68% majority are seriously concerned about his ability to simply understand the next generation's concerns.
You know, that stands at 72% among these younger voters.
You know, younger than 65.
Unreal.
Most Democratic Voters wish they had an alternative to Biden.
Get this 67%.
A majority of Democrats, Democratic leading voters now say it is very extremely likely that Biden will again be the party's nominee, and they don't like it.
They want more choices.
And they show great discontent with Biden.
Uh, you know, with a you know, 82% of majority who'd prefer to see someone different saying that they don't have any specific alternative in mind.
This is where Kamala Harris is thinking her opening is coming in, and then and hence that shot across the bow to Gavin Newsom.
Oh, if you go after Gavin goes after Kamala, obviously that's going to be rooted in racism and sexism.
Okay.
Well, here we go.
Let the games begin.
They even use their their typical playbook against each other.
But the, you know, the amount of people who can say a single thing this guy's ever done that has made their life better.
Nobody.
Oh, I see Corinne Jean-Pierre moderating a forum, presidential candidates.
Uh anyway.
She's made history and airw and and waves according to Vogue.
She got a Vogue spread.
I didn't just seeing them for the first time.
Uh, anyway, so this is your president.
It's not going well.
Now, we have a lot of updates as it relates to the Biden family syndicate, or as Fulton County, Georgia refers to it as the Enterprise, the Biden family enterprise.
We'll get to that.
Uh, now a a report that Republicans are going to likely focus on, quote, bribery charges in their upcoming Biden impeachment probe, which is what they should do.
And any Republican that doesn't vote for this inquiry, frankly needs to go home and be replaced.
Because it can't get any worse than this.
What we're now seeing and what we're learning and what we've uncovered, a lot of which we've broken on this show with John Solomon and his great work.
There's a problem.
There are a couple of Republicans, and I know that a lot of battling is going on behind the scenes that don't even want to open an impeachment inquiry.
And there's no rational excuse for this.
You know, and and um it's this is not about tit for tat.
We now know Joe Biden lied to this country repeatedly on the issue of his son and his brother, and anybody for that matter.
And he's oh, I never talked to them about their foreign business dealings.
No, he was an active participant, according to even Devin Archer.
We now have specific uh dinners and meetings he was having in person with oligarchs like the Russian oligarch, the former First Lady of Moscow, three and a half million dollar deal uh with the former First Lady of Moscow, Russian oligarch.
Interestingly, she was not on the name of sanctioned oligarchs from Russia when the Ukraine war started, uh, where started by Putin.
Uh well, I'm just sure just a mere coincidence.
Just uh, yeah, it wasn't by per on purpose.
Um, and then the 120 million invested in their, I guess, real estate portfolio.
Really?
You know, how do you not when you look at the Barisma deal?
Tell me how you leverage a billion, you get a prosecutor fired at the request of your son and the people paying him millions for a job he has no experience in, and they call you five days before you leverage a billion dollars to get the prosecutor fired to make their problem go away.
How is that not anything but a bribery?
And then with the you know, show corporations, money laundering allegation scandal.
That's what it is.
That's what Republicans need to get to the bottom of.

Music Continuing the mission of saving America.
As we return to the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Toll for your number is 800 941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, uh later in the program, uh, we're going to talk about the issue of personal safety.
What what do you do if God forbid somebody wants to bring harm to you and your family or your business?
Do you have a plan?
Because I have a plan for everything.
Every scenario, I walk through my day.
And, you know, one of the things that I have been, you know, a staunch believer in is I I want other options for police officers and civilians short of, you know, and I'm and again, I'm a second amendment guy.
I've I've I've had a license to carry my entire adult life.
Um, I'm also, you know, pretty well trained.
I'm a student of the arts, martial arts, and mixed martial arts in particular, especially uh with a heavy focus on situational uh self-defense and street fighting and sticks and blades and firearms and you know, a lot of crab magab mixed into how to defend myself, boxing, you name it.
And anyway, but I do it out of a passion and I just love to do it.
Uh, but what will you do?
Now, okay, some people are afraid of a firearm, or maybe police departments.
What if they had another option other than their sidearm?
Because they're not often trained to in serious martial art self-defense.
I mean, George Floyd is a perfect example.
You could have just manipulated two fingers, he was handcuffed, and he would have complied.
I promise you, if you knew the proper way to do it.
It's not hard, but you just have to know how to do it.
You didn't have to put your knee on the guy's neck and and you know, pound his face into the pavement.
It could have been handled much differently, and nobody needed to die there.
Period.
End of sentence.
Um, but what about I I've never been a fan of these tasers.
Uh, you know, the ones you have two shots.
It has to be close range to begin with.
And anyway, a long time ago, I heard from a friend about something called burner, the burner launcher is what they call it.
But it's like a firearm, looks like a firearm, although you can get them in pink, yellow, orange.
I happen to like black.
Um, and what it does is it is formidable.
And you could use it at longer ranges.
I can easily hit somebody, you know, upper body mass, you know, boom-ba-boom, three shots in a row, and it releases with the projectile upon explosion.
You know, once it hits the uh perpetrator, uh two tear gas, I'm sorry, two pepper sprays and tear gas, and it incapacitates them.
I mean, these videos are just devastating.
It's not just any self-defense tool.
It delivers real power to stop attackers in their tracks.
I think it'd be great for law enforcement, certainly great for homeowners and business owners.
And you know what?
If you make a mistake, okay, it's not comfortable for the person that you fired it at, but they're not gonna be dead either, and you're not gonna be in court, you're not gonna be tried.
Anyway, this, you know, taking a life as far-reaching consequences.
I like the option, the non-lethal option that works for me, and it's the burner launcher.
I want you to take a look at it.
Later in the show, we're gonna talk to the CEO of the company.
He's just happens to be in town.
Not but that not for any other reason.
I'm a customer.
I have no financial interest in this.
I just found it and I love it.
I've been a customer.
I've given them so many away as gifts to friends.
Anyway, go to their website, and if you want to defend yourself, your family, your business, B Y R N A.com slash Hannity, you'll get 10% off.
Linda, you shot it today and for the first time.
What'd you think?
I absolutely love it.
I'll tell you what, it's got really, really good handle, great recoil.
You know, you're literally shooting it just like you would a regular gun.
It feels great, and it's it's powerful as hell.
Bernard.com slash Hannity, B Y R N A.com slash Hannity.
We're going to put those uh those videos, I think even including one of you up uh in the final hour of the program today.
Uh by the way, James Comer, House Oversight Committee Chairman warned yesterday that if Hunter Biden is indicted on gun charges, it would be the quote least of all the crimes.
He's right.
And it may be a sign that the special counsel is trying to sneak something through.
He's right again.
And he cited Weiss's previous attempt at negotiating this ill-fated plea deal, thanks to that judge in Delaware, you know, that said, Um, Mr. Prosecutor, have you ever seen a deal like this before where you put inside the the gun diversion provision uh uh a total immunity um application for Hunter Biden?
Oh, I I didn't know it was in there.
Yeah, they knew it was in there.
Remember, this is the guy he didn't even want to charge Hunter Biden with anything until the IRS whistleblowers forced their hand, and then they came up with the sweetheart deal and they raced it through, hoping that the judge would sign off on it, and the judge thankfully did not.
I mean, it's it really is unbelievable what they've tried to pull off here.
You know, it really comes down to you the the reason that the media has not been all over me.
What have I been talking an awful lot about?
What I call the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations, because that's what this is all about.
The sheer amount of lying of Joe Biden that I never talked to my son, brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business deals, is enormous.
The level of deception is enormous.
The fact that he was involved in meetings with Hunter and farm business deals that he attended dinners with some of these farm business partners like the oligarchs at Cafe Milano.
You know, the the sheer number of of lies told, the sheer number of shell accounts created, bank accounts, the sheer number of countries, the sheer amount of money, tens of millions of dollars,
and on the countryside of it, you know, we we got our number one, number two geopolitical foes, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, uh uh, Ukraine, Mexico, and so many others, and all the family members, the sheer number of family members, nine identified by James Comer that that benefited from these these deals, this enterprise of the Biden family.
You know, what did the grandchildren do for this money?
Are you kidding me?
What did Hunter do for this money?
What experience did Hunter?
We didn't have any experience.
And then we've got the the emails that show, oh, Joe benefited financially as well.
How should I pay for uh dad's home repairs here?
How should I pay for his home repairs here?
What account should I use for this?
What account should I use for that?
That's all there.
And nobody in the media mob, nobody in the Democratic Party, you think they don't get it?
Don't you think if I was lying about this, that there would be an effort to run me out of town, by the way, wouldn't be the first one.
Get me off the air, get me fired, one of the little boycotts, whatever, silence Hannity, cancel Hannity.
They would do it in a second.
But they know I'm right.
That's the problem.
Now the only question is whether or not Democrats themselves might want to get rid of Joe Biden and might become little Sean Hannity's well, late to the game because they did censor the whole Hunter Biden issue from the get-go.
They really did.
Uh so we'll see.
Victor Shokin, by the way, the Ukrainian prosecutor fired in six hours that was investigating Boris Maholdings.
And when he got fired, the great benefit to the Biden syndicate, or if you're in Fulton County, Georgia, the Biden Enterprise, uh, the Biden Enterprise continued to get paid.
Hunter's company continue to get paid millions of dollars.
Anyway, the fired Prosecutors says he now fears for his life.
He believes rocket wreckage that fell in his backyard this week is a warning being sent by allies of Biden to stop him from talking.
He says he's already been the victim of two assassination attempts, including Mercury poisoning in 2019 that almost killed him.
Now he's concerned that a rocket target targeted his house outside of Kiev, disguised as an accident of war.
Quote, there's information that Joe Biden wants to use the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies to deal with me, so I do not have the opportunity to give truthful testimony against him.
In the conditions of full-scale war in Ukraine and approaching elections of the president of the United States, you know, they want to do this to discredit Victor Shokan.
Destroy Shokin.
Biden can use the capabilities of Russia and Ukrainian law enforcement agencies to do so.
Oh, they did just give him a Ukraine another billion dollars.
Wouldn't be shocking to me considering all the money they paid Hunter.
New emails indicate Joe had a mole in David Weiss's office.
This is in the Washington Examiner.
You got these recently released emails by NARA, the National Archives and Record Administration, indicating the Biden family enterprise syndicate had a mole in David Weiss's office that Mole would have been in a position to tip off Joe Biden about any problematic development in Weiss's Hunter Biden investigation, and even worse still, the the damaging passages of those emails seem to have been redacted by the National Archives.
I've seen copies of them, the ones that are redacted.
John Solomon has them.
Redacted emails from the Vice then Vice President Biden's office suggest a close Biden family associate who went to work under Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss was involved in conversations about how to shape stories related to Hunter Biden's work for Bereesma.
Alexander Mackler was a legal counsel to Joe Biden at the time.
He later spent four years in the Delaware U.S. Attorney's Office, including during the first few months of Hunter's criminal investigation.
In one December 8th, 2015 email released recently by the National Archives and Records Administration, Mackler and Joe Biden's then communications director, Kate Bettingfield, appeared to discuss a story published that day in the New York Times about Hunter's role of Barisma.
The entire email was redacted by the Biden administration.
In the days leading up to the unflattering New York Times story and another on the same topic in the Wall Street Journal, Mackler was copied on discussions about how to respond.
By the way, it has been interesting that Joe Biden's White House counsel spokesman, some guy named Ian Sams, keeps responding to commentary that is made on my show every night.
By the way, we're glad to have them watching every night.
And I know they're learning an awful lot, but I have found their responses pathetic and void of something called the truth, which they don't want to face.
Anyway, uh Macler was copied on discussions on how to respond.
Some of those emails redacted.
Does that sound ethical to you?
It's unclear whether he recused himself from the case before he left Weiss's office.
That was in May of 2019.
Emails from Hunter's abandoned laptop show Mackler considered Hunter a close friend and stayed in regular contact with him, joking with Hunter and Eric Sherwin, who was the guy that was in charge of the money, and that was the guy that Hunter would go to.
Well, how do I pay for dad's repair bill here and there and everywhere?
About the uh the email policy at Weiss's office.
The messages came under fresh scrutiny when James Comer sent a letter to the National Archives again demanding unredacted versions of the emails, that which he wanted in the first place.
Comer said the National Archives presently has the ability to withhold any emails that deems unrelated to Joe Biden's business as vice president, Meaning some communications with Hunter Biden's business associates may have already been withheld from the tranches of emails.
The National Archives has been slowly releasing for months, just like they didn't want to hand over suspicious activity reports, just like they didn't want to hand over the 1023 form.
At least some of the messages show how close Joe Biden's political aids and Hunter Biden's businesses uh were.
You know, but Bettingfield work with Eric Sherwin, one of Hunter Biden's closest uh business partners to come up with a response from the then vice president's office to reporters when asking about Barisma.
Sherwin even corrected a typo in one of Benningfield's draft statements and offered guidance on how she should coax one reporter into softening a story about Hunter Biden's work.
Private emails from Hunter Biden's laptop show that Sherwin was coordinating with a Barisma executive.
Hunter Biden and other business partner, Devin Archer, at the same time he was working out a response with Joe Biden's office.
How convenient.
During a court hearing over Hunter Biden's now withdrawn plea deal, Sherwin was described as Hunter's most significant professional relationship.
Guys getting where we're going here?
Do you see what's happening?
Prosecutors seek Hunter indictment from a grand jury on the gun charge, the least impactful, the only one that doesn't impact Joe at all.
By the way, do you still believe that the cocaine couldn't have been a Biden family member?
They did a really long, exhaustive investigation.
They spent 10 whole days investigating before concluding they're never going to find out who the culprit is.
James Comer warning that Hunter Biden to sneak something through, the Biden special counsel.
I agree with all of that.
And what is the Democratic response?
Well, they got now a Colorado lawsuit.
They want to keep Trump off the ballot, invoking the 14th Amendment.
And Congress and conservatives, you know.
Oh, one other great bit of news.
If the economy couldn't get worse, and Saudi Arabia is saying that they're not going to increase oil production after they've cut it a couple of hundred couple of million barrels a day for the rest of the year.
We're now headed towards a hundred dollar a barrel for oil now.
That means gas will be well over the $4 that's nearing now.
U.S. gas price is now at the highest level, seasonal level in a decade.
New warning that oil could spike to over a hundred barrel hundred dollars a barrel.
And what are they going to do about it?
Nothing.
Nothing.
That's what they do.
That's who they are.
They're not going to change unless they're held accountable.
But understand something here.
If the media mob and prominent Democrats and prominent media mob figures on the left, they want to get rid of Joe.
