	And yep, lo and behold, we got some big breaking news as it relates to the Biden Joe Biden.
	And that's very specific.
	Nobody, the only thing the media might now talk about, because there's basically been a media blackout about all the lies Joe Biden told, both as a candidate and as a president, and what Joe Biden bragged about when he left the vice presidency.
	And I said to them, you're not getting a billion, you know, unless you fire the prosecutor.
	Which, of course, ended up, the result of that was his son continued to get paid a fortune for a business of which he had no experience, background, knowledge of, just like every other deal.
	And now we learn when they came up with the sweetheart plea deal that thankfully the Delaware judge actually read the fine print and got to the point, oh, are there any other investigations?
	Because this document you just handed me would give him a get out of jail free card on any other investigation that is going on.
	Is that what you expected?
	Buried deep into the gun portion of the gun charge of Hunter Biden, which kind of was buried in there and the judge picked up on it.
	Yeah, not good.
	There is big breaking news.
	Let me give you the headline.
	The headline is, and James Comer, the head of the Government Oversight Committee, will be on Hannity tonight, 9 Eastern.
	He has now released what is the third bank memo detailing payments to the Bidens, and that would be over $20 million that they have traced in funds from Russia, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, all to Biden-tied entities.
	Now, remember, we learned in that hearing that Hunter, by his own admission, was an addict between 2003 and 2019, which means that he was an addict during all this time.
	At that point, I believe his drug of choice, by his own admission, has been crack cocaine.
	He was a crack addict.
	And remember what Devin Archer said, that they were selling the Biden brand.
	So it was the Biden brand Hunter, the drug addict, the crack addict, the guy that frequented prostitutes, or was the brand Joe.
	Now, this is where it gets interesting.
	Now, let me, I know some of you think that this might be repetitive, but you got to understand something here.
	There has been, with this whole Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation, a complete blackout.
	In spite of the fact there is mounting evidence coming out every day that Joe Biden lied, he lied as a candidate, he lied as a president, and that he was active, engaged, and involved at the highest levels at helping this whole Hunter Biden family syndicate make millions of dollars for what actions?
	Well, he didn't have expertise in any of these fields, especially energy, but he's getting paid a fortune.
	So before I get deeper into it, let me remind you, this is Joe Biden, the candidate, candidate, Joe Biden.
	How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
	I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
	I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period.
	And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration.
	There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
	Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals?
	I stand by that statement.
	Yes, I stand by that statement.
	Now, he also made these comments as president.
	More denials that we now know are complete fabrications and lies.
	I did not know he was on the board of that company.
	Really?
	I've never discussed my business or their business, my sons or daughters.
	I never discussed a single thing with my son about anything having to do with Ukraine.
	I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
	I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period.
	Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals?
	I stand by that statement.
	Huh, amazing.
	We now know all of that was lies.
	Devin Archer exposed it last week and in his testimony before the House Oversight Committee.
	And now we have a mountain of new evidence that exposes it as well, including James Comer's release of this third bank memo detailing all these payments.
	And John Solomon, who's been all over the story, there's more to it that's going to be coming tomorrow.
	And actually more, we'll probably have more by the time he's on TV with me tonight.
	He's on tonight.
	James Comer's on tonight.
	We're going to talk about all this.
	Let me give you what this means.
	Now, this Comer release, this oversight committee release, ties the entire Biden family that they collected in these instances that they've been able to follow the banking of more than $20 million from foreign sources,
	including massive multi-million dollar payments from controversial oligarchs who, after the payments, had private dinners with Joe Biden, then vice president, that congressional investigators have been able to find.
	In this third memo, they looked at all the bank records.
	Now, remember, you know, yesterday we were being attacked, and I'll get into this in more detail, by a spokesperson for the White House counsel's office.
	And they were, first of all, weren't you impressed, Linda, that the White House is watching Hannity, the TV show every night?
	And they're probably taping to watch.
	I mean, there's nothing else to watch.
	Exactly.
	Thank you.
	Come on, they got one thing right.
	Anyway, but what they found is a pattern, and that is Joe Biden, this family, the syndicate, their partners.
	You know, what was Hunter offering China?
	What possibly could he do to get millions of dollars from China or Russia or Ukraine?
	China and Russia in particular are number one, number two geopolitical folks.
	Anyway, and anyway, all these oligarchs, all these people, and anyway, they had legal and other troubles.
	Why was Burisma begging Hunter, we need DC help?
	And then lo and behold, the help came.
	And Joe Biden, who says he never talked to Hunter, didn't even know he was on the board of Burisma.
	Really?
	When you leverage the billion dollars to fire the prosecutor investigating that company and paying your son millions, even though the head of the company thought your son was dumb and stupid and that his dog was smarter than Hunter?
	No, they were paying Hunter to get to Joe.
	We need DC help.
	I mean, those are the exact words.
	So the pattern that the oversight committee is laying out here is fully and completely corroborative of, as it relates to the testimony from Hunter Biden business partner, Devin Archer, that they, as a team, solicited business from foreigners.
	By the way, never mind the Foreign Corruption Practices Act and Farah laws, which I think are very critical as well.
	And anyway, so what the committee's been able to put together is their dealings with these oligarchs, foreign nationals, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, which just confirms the other information they've been able to gather and courting these oligarchs.
	For example, the committee is now specifically, if you look at this coma release from today, this oversight committee release, $3.5 million from the Russian oligarch, Elena Batarina.
	Now, by the way, and her now deceased husband, who happened to be the former mayor of Moscow, who was identified as presiding over, you know, a pyramid of corruption by U.S. ambassador, by the U.S. ambassador to Russia.
	Then we have $143,000, $142,000, $300 connected to the associate prime minister and two Kazakhstan oligarchs.
	And one of them, by the way, recently convicted in Kazakhstan for serious crimes, including treason.
	Then they found $6.5 million tied to Burisma Holdings in Ukraine and its owner, Mikola Zolachevsky, and the top executive.
	Remember, Ukraine came into Joe Biden's purview during that December 4th call from Dubai with Hunter on the phone.
	Devin Archer wasn't there, where they were desperately pleading, and they did so in writing as well, for Washington, D.C. help.
	And that help came when Joe Biden fired the prosecutor by leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars.
	He gave him six hours to do it, and son of a bee, they did it.
	Anyway, so that his zero-experienced son can continue to be enriched.
	Now, the bribery statutes say that the individual taking specific acts in a position of power, such as the vice president, in exchange for personal, it doesn't have to be personal money.
	It could be family enrichment.
	And that would be, he would be guilty of that statute.
	Or $3 million from an oligarch convicted of bribery and complicity and abuse of power out of Romania is in this document today.
	Or $8 million tied to Chinese entities, including CEFC and China Energy and its chairman, who was detained in 2018 by Chinese authorities for suspected economic crimes and bribery.
	A second CEFC official named Patrick Ho was charged and convicted of bribery in the United States.
	And when you look at the full memo, you know, Comer is saying the latest bank records affirm an influence peddling operation inside the web of the Biden family business, while Joe Biden served as vice president, Barack Obama's number two.
	And during Joe Biden's vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as the brand to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine, Comer said.
	It appears no real services were provided other than the access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself.
	And Hunter Biden seems to have delivered.
	And Comer cited his staff's latest analysis of these bank records and the timing of payments to Hunter Biden-connected firms like Rosemond Seneca and offshoots from foreigners who then got personal access to Joe Biden at two dinners in April of 2014 and 2015 at the wonderful Cafe Milano and talked specifically about specific dates and how they used a Singaporean entity to wire Rosemont Seneca,
	one of their subsidiaries, the exact amount of money for that Porsche sports card that Hunter wanted.
	Wow, amazing, the exact same amount of money.
	And how Alina Batarina, Russia's wealthiest woman, wired Rosemond Seneca, you know, and their bank account $3.5 million.
	Two months later, she's at dinner at Cafe Milano with the vice president of our country, Joe Biden.
	2014 and 15, Hunter and Devin Archer get $3.32 million from Burisma in their Rosemont Seneca, one of their accounts.
	On April 16, 2015, Vice President Joe Biden has dinner with this other oligarch.
	In this particular case, I believe this one was tied to, I'm just trying to remember, Burisma in Ukraine, a Ukrainian oligarch.
	The brand was Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden.
	What services did the crack addict deliver at the time if Joe Biden had no involvement?
	Joe Biden as president, we just played it, right?
	He said over and over again that he never once talked to his son Hunter or his brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
	Well, seems like Joe is active and involved.
	And I think the brand is Joe Biden.
	I don't think the brand was the crack addict that the CEO of Burisma thought was stupid and dumb and who thought his dog was smarter than Hunter.
	No, when they said we need DC help, I don't think they were talking about Hunter.
	They were talking about Joe, weren't they?
	Hence, we are now in the middle of what likely is evolving into the biggest presidential Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation in the history of this country.
	And no matter how hard the media mob tries to ignore this, they're not going to succeed.
	This story will make it into the bloodstream of the American politic, if you will.
	And Americans will know.
	And we'll see what Republicans do.

	All right, now, let me get back to this issue.
	So now that we have this new information from Comer today, and again, he's on Hannity tonight, and John Solomon has been all over this issue.
	He'll join us later in the program.
	We also have Bill O'Reilly.
	We'll get his take on this.
	This is a big story.
	And what did they discover?
	You know, the detailed payments that went to the Biden family.
	Hunter Biden was not the brand.
	Joe Biden took specific actions according to the 1023 form.
	You know, what do you call that?
	You call it influence peddling, pay to play, bribery.
	These are serious allegations.
	And I know the mob, the media, they have been doing their level best to ignore this.
	And what do they usually do?
	They follow all things Donald Trump every second, every minute, every hour of every 24-hour day, every seven-day week, every month, every year, and that's all they focus on.
	Now you tell me, is the document scandal does that sound more nefarious than this?
	When Hunter Biden, with no experience, addicted to drugs, is making these deals?
	Is it the fact that Joe Biden lied as a candidate and as a president repeatedly?
	Never talked to them.
	That he took direct actions as corroborated in that 1023 form by the CEO of Burisma, by a credible FBI informant, somebody the FBI thought was so credible, they paid the guy in the past hundreds of thousands of dollars.
	What did Hunter in that condition in his life now?
	Remember, we learned when he got a sweetheart deal that got squashed by the Delaware judge, we learned he was addicted to drugs from 2003 to 2019.
	What condition can you possibly be in?
	What services can you offer in that condition to countries like China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, and Mexico, and over a dozen countries?
	You know, it goes on.
	So this guy, this White House counsel spokesperson, attacks McCarthy for saying that this is now going to probably lead to an impeachment inquiry.
	Well, what are the causes for impeachment?
	Bribery, high crimes, and misdemeanor.
	And an inquiry gives them more power as the majority in the House to get to the bottom of this, considering that the Biden White House has not been forthcoming, not been transparent, and not been very cooperative.
	As we just outlined, one of the three big criticisms of the White House counsel's office.
	But we debunked that lie that they said was a lie.
	McCarthy did not lie.
	And anyway, so they have not been cooperative from the beginning.
	Now, the FBI's attempt to obstruct and stall the issue of oversight over the 1023 form.
	Okay, well, it took a subpoena, a legally binding subpoena that was defied by Director Ray, refused to produce even a redacted version of the document.
	Well, then the committee had no other choice except to move forward and hold Director Ray in contempt.
	We'll get back to that in a second.
	But there were tons of roadblocks put up by the administration.
	You know, so you have the $3.5 million deal that's outlined here in these allegations that Comer put out, over $20 million in payments from foreign sources, including the former First Lady of Moscow, the Russian billionaire, the oligarch, Elena Baturina.
	And in fact, you know, because this is important, because, you know, if you go back to, for example, the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, let me read from their 2020 report.
	I did this last night.
	Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Battarina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.
	The report goes on on February 14th, 2014, Batorina wired $3.5 million to Rosmond Seneca through a bank account, an LLC bank account, for a, quote, consultancy agreement.
	Really?
	She needed the guy that's addicted to cracks consultations on what?
	Anyway, now we're finding out, oh, immediately after the payment, two months later, she's having dinner with the Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, at Cafe Molina.
	Wow, amazing timing.
	Rosemont and Seneca Thornton is an investment firm.
	Anyway, on July 31st, when Devin Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee, he confirmed the payment during his testimony.
	He said he wasn't sure why the payment was made and it was not supposed to go into that bank account, but that's where it went.
	Then he pointed out, and we had heard that this was a likely investment by Batarina and her company, and confirmed that this is Devin Archer confirming that Batorina's company invested $120 million in the Rosemont Seneca property LLC.
	That's a lot of money.
	We haven't even gotten to the $1.5 billion Bank of China deal.
	They haven't gotten to the bottom of that yet.
	I want to know about that, whether or not this $5 million loan took place, interest-free, not legally binding, you know, forgivable loan.
	Wouldn't you like a forgivable $5 million check from me, Linda?
	I would imagine you would say, thank you, cash it, and say, you know what?
	I'm going to take the forgivable option here right now.
	Might as well do it on day one.
	Once you cash the check, once the money goes into your account, you're good to go.
	Take it.
	Archer testified a few months later in the spring of 2014 that Hunter and Joe, then vice president, and the oligarch enjoyed that dinner.
	Well, it's amazing what money will buy you.
	Now, apparently oligarchs, when Putin invaded Ukraine, were all sanctioned and put on a sanctioned list.
	Guess who didn't make the sanction list?
	Elena Batarina.
	I'm sure just a mere coincidence.
	Every other oligarch in Russia got sanctioned, but not her.
	Does Mr. Sims, who attacked my show and Kevin McCarthy, does he care to comment on these facts?

	You know, remember, you know, you had Congressman Goldman.
	Oh, when Joe Biden called into the two dozen or so meetings with Hunter's foreign business partners, what did they talk about?
	Oh, the weather?
	Well, he did an interview with the weather.
	I was on the Weather Channel for six hours.
	Anyway, back to the...
	All the people do like to talk about the weather, Sean.
	Back to the 1023 form.
	Anyway, in his lengthy fact-checking statement attacking Kevin McCarthy's appearance on my television show, Smith accused McCarthy of spreading lies about the form and took issue with McCarthy's claim that the FBI did not act on the bribery allegations from their own trusted informant.
	Wow.
	Sims claimed that that all has been thoroughly debunked by, oh, and he cites the Washington Post.
	Well, there's an objective paper.
	And they get a Pulitzer like the New York Times for their phony Trump-Russia collusion reporting that they never apologize for.
	Sims wants us to trust the FBI handled those allegations.
	The FBI that's been politicized in 2016 and 2020.
	No, I'm not buying it.
	You know, in this fantasy world, oh, you can never question these things.
	Forget about the Russia collusion hoax that the FBI propagated for years or Hillary's dirty dossier that they used, even though Christopher Steele, they offered him a million dollars and he couldn't corroborate a single thing in that dossier.
	Then they use that as the bulk of information without that dirty dossier that Christopher Steele couldn't take the million dollars for.
	They used it after he said he couldn't corroborate it.
	They used it four times and lied before FISA court judges and nobody was held accountable.
	Richaun, let me ask you a question.
	I want to ask your opinion on something.
	Yeah.
	You think anything's going to happen?
	Yeah, I do.
	I think Joe Biden is in deep trouble.
	I think this is all this walls are caving in right now.
	I think what's going to happen is if this hits critical mass.
	Now, right now the media is covering, but there's going to be one or two dominoes that begin to fall and then the others will fall.
	This is the most likely way that Democrats will achieve their goal of getting him off the ticket.
	And by the way, you know, they tried to, you know, the FBI, the dirty dossier, lying of FISA courts, pre-bunking Hunter's laptop that they knew damn well was real.
	And by the way, I brought this up last night.
	If they love Washington Post fact-checkers so much, maybe Mr. Sims watching my TV show, did he not read the Washington Post edition that fact-checked Joe Biden when he lied about the money his family got from China?
	So, you know, Mr. Sims, you know, we're welcoming you on this program and Linda will reach out to your office.
	But, you know, I'm not taking anybody at their word.
	Will Mr. Sims acknowledge if he's on this program that Joe Biden lied, that he never spoke to Hunter or his brother or anybody for that matter about his foreign business, their foreign business dealings?
	I don't think he can do that because it's not true.
	Anyway, now we have new court records that show that Hunter Biden collected millions of dollars from China.
	That was in the Epic Times.
	Court records show that Hunter Biden received millions from China.
	And we have the whole WhatsApp message.
	I'm sitting here with my father.
	And wow, what strange timing.
	Within a week, $5 million into the Biden family conference.
	Multiple reports on that.
	Not news enough for the Washington, I'm sorry, the Washington Post or the New York Times.
	Not newsworthy for ABC, NBC, CBS.
	Not newsworthy for fake news, CNN, and MSDNC.
	They only care about Donald Trump.
	By the way, this is a big issue that came out.
	Found out last night, January 6th Committee Democrats admitted late last night that they destroyed key records that could have revealed, you know, what Lester Holt reported.
	In other words, key records that would have shown that actionable intelligence was available and not acted on by law enforcement that could have prevented January 6th from ever happening.
	And Nancy Pelosi's role.
	And Muriel Bowser, why did she, in writing, deny calling up the National Guard?
	Why didn't they bring in the Capitol Police chief that's been on this program?
	Chief Sund.
	Now all of a sudden, what, they're going to prosecute Donald Trump, allegedly telling an employee to destroy a security camera?
	Well, it didn't matter to Hillary Clinton destroying 33,000 subpoenaed emails.
	Why would if Donald Trump said to do that and they didn't do it, he says, but he didn't admit that he ever said it.
	He says all those tapes exist and have been handed over.
	We'll find out in time.
	But they investigated, they failed to adequately preserve documents, data, video depositions, including communications they had with the Biden White House.
	They're missing.
	Wow.
	How could that have happened to Liz Cheney's committee?
	After all, a person of highest honor.
	You know, just sad.
	This is a very, very chilling time for this country.
	You know, that's what about ism, Hannah.
	Well, whataboutism is about equal justice under the law and equal application of our laws.
	Anyway, we'll get Bill O'Reilly's take on all this as we continue.

	Meanwhile, he insulted that woman we played the tape the other day.

	Another guy had lost his arm.
	Joe Biden tried to shake that guy's hand where he didn't have one.
	He was upset over that too.
	Now we're giving the Taliban money and we know that there are still Americans trapped behind enemy lines.

	Unbelievable times.

	This is really bad for Joe Biden.
