Biden Presidency Falling Apart - July 24th, Hour 1
The Biden Presidency is turning into the most corrupt Presidency in American history. As the walls fall down around the Biden Administration, it's clear the media will have to acknowledge what most Americans already have!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, what I'm beginning to realize is the walls are now closing in on the Joe Biden presidency.
I keep saying this is no longer a Hunter-Biden scandal.
This is a Joe Biden scandal.
And the Joe Biden bribery allegation scandal is, it is getting closer and closer and closer to home.
I think it was Newt Gingrich that said, yeah, it's getting so close that pretty soon the Washington Post and New York Times are going to actually have to cover this.
Or as I said on my TV show on Friday night, there is a malignant cancer within and surrounding the presidency of Joe Biden.
It's growing.
It's growing daily.
It's compounding, to quote the John Dean on Watergate.
And it's now clear that Joe Biden may be the single most corrupt president in American history.
But don't worry, all the mob and the media wants to talk about is the next indictment of Donald Trump.
You know, I mean, you can't even make it up.
They'll use and reach for obscure laws within the Justice Department, you know, from everything from statutes that have only been invoked by federal prosecutors like a dozen times in the last 20 years or the January 6th attack violating federal law enacted to crack down on post-Civil War voting intimidation efforts.
So, you know, we'll see where all that goes.
But this is now a very, very, very real problem.
Whether or not the media is going to cover it yet or not, at some point, I think they're going to be compelled to because the evidence is that overwhelming and that incontrovertible and that real.
And it's sort of like it's there, there's something here that just runs so deep.
And the people that are now speaking out from the IRS whistleblowers to this confidential informant that they had, which I'll get into in a second, human source, as they call it, there's, it's just, and now we're going to hear from Devin Archer and Miranda Devine and John Solomon will join us later with all their developments.
They've been doing so much great investigative reporting on this story.
But, you know, look at what we discovered thanks to Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa last week in this FD 1023 form that the FBI did not want to even hand over.
And they fought against, just like the suspicious activity reports.
Nobody wanted to hand those over either.
And just like the non-answers of Christopher Wray on these very specific questions, and he's ducking and dodging and weaving and splitting hairs and obfuscating and doing everything he can in between.
I know, it is very important that you now understand this is about the president.
This is not about anything involved.
Does it involve Hunter?
Yeah.
But that's not what the big issue here is.
You've got two major congressional investigations underway.
Investigation number one is the House Oversight Committee's investigation into the Biden family potentially criminal making money activities and potential pay-to-play allegations or influence peddling or some might use the term bribery.
That's what that investigation is about.
The second is the investigation into all these federal law enforcement efforts from the IRS, the FBI, and others to protect the Bidens from any and all scrutiny.
And, you know, the funny thing is, is that, you know, Joe Biden is at the heart of all of this.
And with new revelations coming from Devin Archer this week, it's even going to get more revealing.
Miranda Devine in the New York Post lays out a piece today that we are going to hear bombshell testimony, which is why the rumors are getting louder that there might be the January 6th, quote, Trump indictment this week.
Don't think it's a coincidence that the day or the week that Devin Archer is going to testify that they would drop that.
That would not surprise me one bit.
But anyway, so we're really going to hear now from a Biden family syndicate insider who, in all likelihood, according to people that I know that are privy to what they expect Devin Archer is going to say, it will directly implicate Joe Biden himself.
And Hunter Biden would dial in, for example, Miranda Devine's piece.
He would dial his father, then Vice President Joe Biden, put him on speakerphone when Hunter was in business meetings with his overseas business partners, according to testimony we expect from Devin Archer.
Archer, by the way, facing his own jail time, the year in jail, $60 million bond frauds.
He's scheduled now to go before the House Oversight Committee.
It's either Wednesday or Thursday.
I keep hearing different days and times.
I think it's Thursday, but I can't say for sure.
We'll let you know.
Hunter would dial his father and dragged him right into these shady business conference calls.
But we've already established that Joe Biden lied repeatedly in 2020.
As he said over and over again, he never had a single conversation with his son Hunter or his brother Jim or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
We now know that's a complete lie.
We even have photographic evidence that proves otherwise.
We have dates and times and places of meetings with foreign business partners.
Now we're discovering that Hunter would use Joe as the guy to seal the deal, but putting Pops on a conference call to get the deal done.
Oh, my father's right here.
And why else would these countries be paying millions and millions of dollars or doing millions and millions of dollars in business with a crackhead with no experience in the energy field of the countries that we're talking about?
Many of these countries are foreign adversaries of ours, hostile regimes towards us.
So we're going to see what he says.
James Comer says, yeah, we look forward to hearing about Hunter Biden's overseas business partners and these conversations when Hunter would put these business partners on speakerphone with his then vice president dad.
One meeting was in Dubai late in the evening, Friday, December 4th, 2015, after a board meeting of Barisma, which was paying Hunter $83,000 a month as a director with no experience in his own words, he admitted on Good Morning America.
And Archer is expected to testify that a senior Burisma executive phoned to ask where they were because Burisma's owner, this guy Mykola Zolichevsky, this is the guy that was quoted extensively in the 1023 FD 1023 form by the confidential human.
He was the confidential human source.
This is an FBI informant that was highly thought of, extremely credible by the FBI.
Otherwise, why were they paying him hundreds of thousands of dollars in past cases?
Anyway, soon after, two Ukrainians joined Hunter and Archer at the Four Seasons Bar, And you have this one guy, Polzaharski, asking Hunter, can you ring your dad?
Late afternoon on a Friday in D.C., Hunter calls his father, put him on speaker, place the phone on the table, introduce the Ukrainians to Joe Biden by name.
He also said the words to the effect that Burisma bigwigs need our help.
And Vice President Biden greeted the Ukrainians but spoke only in vague pleasantries during the short call.
And another example, Miranda Devine reveals with Hunter's overseas business partner.
But in an email to Hunter and Archer on November 2nd, 2015, one month before the speakerphone call, Polza Harsaski, I think that's how you say his name, explicitly demanded that they use their influence to close down the criminal investigation into Burisma.
Well, that's when Joe bragged about leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars to get the Ukrainian prosecutor, Victor Shokin, fired.
And he gave him six hours to do it, and son of a bee, they did it.
Anyway, and, you know, and now they're trying to say, no, he really fired him because everybody agreed he was corrupt.
That's not why.
And there was a direct benefit to the Biden family because Biden himself, you know, his son kept getting paid by Burisma as a result of this.
So you have this very credible FBI informant meeting with this confidential human source, CHS as they call it.
And as documented in the 1023 form, Burisma paid a massive amount of money for Hunter to sit on the board.
He had no expertise, had no experience, his own admission.
Quote, they hired Hunter to protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems.
They apparently included, that's a quote, you know, proposed expansion into the U.S. market, which was a big deal to them.
And then the 1023 and the confidential human source was Burisma's CEO saying, quote, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all those issues through his dad.
At the time, his dad was the vice president in charge of U.S. policy in Ukraine, in charge of our billion that he leveraged for his family's benefit.
And one of the problems they faced stemmed from that prosecutor investigating the company.
And lo and behold, Biden leveraged R billion dollars, got rid of him in six hours, and Hunter continued to get paid a fortune with no experience.
And then according to claims documented in the 1023 form, you have the head of Burisma quoted as saying, quote, it costs $5 million to pay one Biden, $5 million to pay another Biden.
Also stating he didn't want to pay the Bidens at all, but he was pushed to pay them.
And according to these claims, they weren't paying Hunter for his intellect or experience because the head of Burisma in this 1023 document referred to Hunter as stupid over and over again and even say that his dog is smarter than Hunter.
At one point, this Burisma CEO claims that his dog is smarter, but he needed to keep Hunter on the board so everything will be okay, unquote.
You know, we saw the same situation in China, and that goes to the heart of that WhatsApp shakedown.
I'm sitting here with my father.
I'd like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.
I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
$5 million transferred a week after.
That's a Chinese energy company.
And the material found on Hunter Biden's laptop.
You know, the big guy was apparently going to make 10% from, you know, one of Hunter's business deals, complains bitterly about half of his income going to Pops and paying for Pops' home repairs.
And yet Biden swears over and over again that he never once discussed any foreign business dealings with his son, his brother, or anybody for that matter.
Well, when is the rest of the country going to hear about this?
Because you're now talking about a real quid pro quo, this one with Joe.
You're now talking about influence peddling and corruption.
And you may actually be talking about, depending on what the statute actually reads, outright bribery based on what's in that 1023 form, depending on what Devin Archer actually says in all of this.
Well, we find out later in this week.
Never mind the fact that they made tens of millions of dollars, according to James Comer.
And I'd like to get a final number.
How much did the Biden family do in business with Russia and China and Kazakhstan and Ukraine and Romania and Mexico and all these other countries?
And why wasn't Hunter registered as required by the Farah laws and why wasn't he charged by that?
Why was he deducting money on prostitutes, hookers, and sex club memberships, according to the IRS whistleblowers?
IRS whistleblowers would have loved to have seen the 1023 form, but the FBI and DOJ had no interest in pursuing any of this.
That's part two of all this.
Why not?
After a five-year investigation started by the IRS, the DOJ gets all what?
Two misdemeanor tax violations?
IRS agents testifying that they were held back from ever directly going after or investigating Joe Biden, held back even on, you know, we had allegation by the whistleblowers that the FBI tipped off Hunter of a pending investigation interview.
I mean, at some point, as John Solomon had pointed out, the Bureau's former intelligence chief believes the memo warrants a criminal investigation, you think?
Yeah, I think so.
And we're going to do this, you know, because it really is a scandal of monumental proportions, and it's amazing how corrupt your media is.
But the Joe Biden bribery allegation scandal, the family syndicate scandal, we're going to, you know, I'm going to lay it out for dummies tonight that even the media mom can understand it.

We do have a developing story about a divers now have found the body of a paddle boarder that went missing in the water off of Matha's Vineyard that backs into Barack Obama's sprawling $12 million estate.
43-year-old apparently vanished last evening while he's out with another paddle boarder on Edgardtown, Great Pond of Massachusetts.
And emergency crews were dispatched to Obama's residence.
Witnesses told cops the man went underwater and then briefly reappeared as he struggled to stay afloat.
Apparently African-American male, last seen wearing an all-black, I assume, life jacket or water.
What do you call those water suits that people wear?
I don't know.
A wetsuit.
That's it.
Thank you.
A life jacket.
Anyway, if you have a life jacket on, I thought the life jacket was supposed to keep you afloat.
You know, I'm not the water expert.
I try and stay away from votes.
Anyway, the dispatch came from Obama's Martha's Vineyard waterfront estate that they have.
Plenty of room, by the way, for the people that were brought to Martha's Vineyard that were kicked out of Martha's Vineyard within 24 hours.
Anyway, the 911 call and the dispatch address for the incident came from Obama's home.
You know, so we'll find out more about this, I guess, in the hours and days to come.
Massachusetts police pointed out shortly after 10 a.m., the body of the missing paddle boarder was recovered, meaning this morning the divers made the recovery after the victim's body was located by the Massachusetts Environmental Police officers deploying side scan sonar from a boat.
As previously noted, sorry, 43-year-old male.
His name is not being released at this time.
They expect to release the name later today.
The recovery made approximately 100 feet from shore at a depth of about eight feet.
That is not very deep.
Investigation into the fatality.
I mean, just the whole thing, it's tragic.
It's sad, but it also sounds somewhat suspicious if somebody has a life jacket on.
Has any of you ever, have you, Jason, did you ever wear a life jacket?
Isn't the whole purpose of it to keep you afloat?
Yeah, keep your head above water so you can breathe.
Yeah, I'm just thinking that eight feet isn't a whole lot, which makes me think that the body was thrown into the water to make it appear as if it's drowning, as if the person had drowned.
That's very spreading conspiracy theories.
But it's just odd.
Well, maybe I should go on Twitter.
Maybe you should.
Or X.
I think they're going to change Twitter's name.
Oh, yes, X.
The bird is gone.
No, I mean, but just some of this just doesn't add up in my head.
Reminder, by the way, tomorrow night on Hannity, we have a town hall with RFK Jr.
Tickets are free, information and tickets.
You have to sign up at Hannity.com for that.
And it's going to be very interesting.
It's interesting how the establishment is now majorly in the Democratic Party turned on RFK Jr.
No, yes, he said many controversial things.
No, it's not my job to debate him tomorrow.
My job is to certainly call him out on certain things and ask him more specifics about, well, how do you, you know, what causes you to come to this belief system or that belief system.
I think a lot of people in this country are disgusted at how our federal government with emergency use authorization puts so much pressure on the American people to get a COVID shot and another COVID shot and to get one booster after another booster after another booster and said if you get it that you're never going to get COVID lie.
That never worked out and that you'd never be infectious towards other people.
Another lie.
And then, of course, the whole wet market lie when in fact it looks like U.S. taxpayer dollars were used from the NIH funding the EcoHealth Alliance.
And I don't believe we were told the truth about any of this stuff.
And when the pressure came on this show and on me in particular, first, Hannity, will you disclose your status?
I'm like, I'm not disclosing my status because you demand it.
There is something in this country called medical privacy.
I know my privacy has been violated repeatedly with personal text messages revealed here, there, and everywhere, many of them completely out of context.
But that's, you know, I guess that's just something I have to live with.
But do I have to live with my private medical information, being pressured by media mob lunatics that think that they're playing doctor on radio and TV?
I refuse to do so.
I just put out information and interviewed people and gave you my thoughts on it.
And my thoughts were, I have known nothing about your current medical condition, your medical history, any comorbidities you may have, any pre-existent, existing conditions you may have, and I'm not a doctor.
I'm not qualified to give you that type of medical advice.
I said, take it seriously.
I said that from the beginning.
And then when we interviewed the guy that even Dr. Robert Malone, who came up with the technology that allowed for the creation of these new mRNA vaccines, vaccinations, and he says on our show that it's not been perfected.
However, he felt it was the right thing to do for people 65 and older or people with comorbidities or preexisting conditions, but not for younger people.
And then he was excoriated in an interview we did with Joe Rogan, stuff he had said on this show.
I'm like, maybe we ought to listen to the guy because we wouldn't even have the technology but for this guy.
Anyway, so it's going to get interesting this week.
Newt Gingrich, House Republicans now kind of deserve a standing ovation for the way they've lifted the veil on the cesspool of Biden corruption, and it's not been an easy lift.
I mean, the FBI has not been cooperative.
They had a difficult time getting the FT 1023 form.
Remember, Christopher Ray didn't want to hand it over.
I think initially they said they didn't have it.
Meanwhile, James Comer and Charles Grassley already had a copy, but they wanted to go through the proper procedure to get it from the FBI.
Anyway, so they were not forthcoming.
Then we finally say, okay, well, we'll let you see it in redacted form.
And then finally, well, we'll let members see it in a skiff in a private secure area.
And now it's all out there for all of us to see.
And, you know, it just reeks of a cover-up.
You know, and except for the few, you know, people like Comer and Jim Jordan and their committees in the House and people like Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley and Tom Cotton and Marsha Blackburn.
Lindsey Graham has been very good on this.
You know, GOP leaders, you know, they seem to be perfectly happy to look the other way on these issues involving the Biden family and the monies made from these foreign adversaries.
Newt Gingrich, by the way, believes that there could be a, quote, a criminal family sitting in the White House following this recent release of the FBI informant file.
Remember, this is a credible FBI informant, you know, confidential human source.
The confidential human source is the former CEO of Varisma.
And we've given you the exact quotes that are extremely damning.
And I don't think I mentioned it in the last half hour.
I did mention it last week.
And he claims for protection, he has 17 tapes, two of which are conversations with Joe Biden, the big guy himself.
But this is one serious allegation of many.
In this case, I didn't want to pay them the money, but I had to.
They forced me to.
And, you know, Hunter's dumb as dirt, but, you know, I had to keep him on the board because Joe and Hunter, you know, were pushing me to do it.
Joe Biden takes a specific action with the country that he's in charge of.
Okay, you tell me what that is.
Because these are all very, very serious allegations.
We sort of like would need a Biden bribery scandal allegation for dummies briefing that I'll do tonight on Hannity and lay it all out.
And I'll play the tapes of Joe Biden denying that he ever talked to his son or brother or anybody else for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
You know, I'll play for you the denials again and again and again that he made during the campaign.
I'll play for you Biden bragging that he leveraged the billion taxpayers' dollars.
You're not getting the billion.
Unless you fire the prosecutor, you got six hours.
Son of a B, they fired him.
Hunter on Good Morning America, admitting he had no experience at all whatsoever in oil, gas, energy, Ukraine.
And why are they paying all this money?
I don't know.
What experience do you have?
Well, I was on the board of Amtrak and the UN Family Food Program, and I'm a lawyer.
There's a lot of lawyers in the world.
Well, you're also the son of the vice president in charge of Ukraine.
Do you think they had a role?
Probably.
You know, Victor Shokin saying that Joe Biden's actions, when in fact he was the prosecutor in Ukraine that was fired, that was Joe Biden that got him fired.
These FBI informing quotes, the IRS whistleblower testimony, it's devastating.
By the way, we have other new news.
Hunter Biden's sugar brother lawyer, this attorney and advisor to Hunter Biden, we got a picture of him spotted on Thursday smoking a bong on the balcony of his Malibu, California home while the president's son was visiting.
Apparently, the guy's puffing on a white bong in plain sight.
Can only imagine what was in the bong.
Hunter Biden was at the Malibu home at the time that the bong rip took place, but not present on the balcony when the photos were snapped.
Anyway, it is unclear what substance he was smoking.
Recreational marijuana is legal in California, just for the record.
Okay, does an ex-addict really want to be around other people doing drugs?
Miranda's reporting Biden put his VP dad on the phone, his speakerphone with all of these foreign business associates at least two dozen times.
We're going to hear from Devin Archer, we expect later in the week.
Pretty unbelievable.
Now we have a story in The Hill and elsewhere that the FBI improperly used 702 surveillance powers on a U.S. senator.
This could get very interesting.
In other words, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, the FISA Act, documented in an opinion from the FISA court is sure to pose a challenge for the intelligence community lobbying for reauthorization.
No Republican in good conscience needs to reauthorize this.
And I think you might see a coalition that you wouldn't expect.
Some on the hard left and conservatives say, no, we're not reauthorizing this unless and until it's cleaned up.
And we actually do need the ability to tap the phones of foreign adversaries.
But I guess you don't want that if, in fact, you have top officials and vice presidents and family members of vice presidents doing business deals with China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Ukraine, and Mexico, and a dozen other countries.
You know, we'll see.
Still, nobody seems in the mainstream media to care at all that cocaine was found in the Biden White House, and in 10 days, they just cleaned up that investigation, and that's it.
They didn't interview one person.
They know every person that came in and around the time that they found the cocaine.
They didn't interview one of them.
I mean, it's unreal.
This is not justice in America.
This is not equal justice.
This is not constitutional justice.
This is our country hanging in the balance here.
And you know, if it was Donald J. Trump, it'd be a very different attitude, wouldn't it?
And the mainstream media over at MSDNC, you know, blowing off the GOP investigations on the so-called Biden crime family.
Really?
Did you not listen to the credible FBI informant and the confidential human source, James Comer's now saying that Biden has been selling access to our enemies for decades?
And he said it on Ted Cruz's podcast.
He said, I'm shocked.
I'm not shocked about a thing.
I think Joe Biden has been selling access to our enemies for decades.
You look at the assets he's accumulated on a Senate salary.
It's pretty impressive, he said.
He said the president has always been cash-strapped, never had a successful career in investing.
And how did he get the Corvette and the Beach House and everything in between?
Where do you think that money came from?
Even RFK Jr.
now is calling for a corruption investigation into the Biden family.
We have full and complete investigative coverage in our next hour.
We're going to have Miranda Devine and John Solomon.
They've been doing the best work by far in terms of breaking stories and advancing this story that even the New York Times and Washington Post and the networks may be forced to follow.
Although I know they're just obsessed waiting for the next Trump indictment on January 6th, which may happen this week, we have two, I guess, grand jury dates tomorrow and on Thursday.
What a shocker that they would have that happen the very day Devin Archer testifies.
That'd be very convenient for the Bidens to shift the news cycle.

You know, when we get something wrong on this program, it's my job to always get it right.
Apparently, the body found of this 43-year-old paddleboarder who drowned in a pond in a Matha's vineyard apparently was not wearing a life jacket.
So I stand corrected.
Jason, is that hard to do?
Admit that I got that part wrong and just tell our audience that I got that part wrong.
When is the media going to admit they lied to us for three years about Trump Russia?
We really don't have time to get into all that here.
Yeah, exactly.
All right, John Solomon, Miranda Devine, the Joe Biden family bribery allegation scandal.
