This is an iHeart Podcast.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Toll-free, our number is 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, if you go back and you start putting the entire corruption that has been in place now for what is going on a third consecutive uh presidential election.
It is a John Solomon put it best, and we'll talk to him in a minute.
Um a multi-year government plot, first starting to protect Hillary Clinton, now protecting the Bidens and all of it to destroy Trump.
I mean, when you when you look at, and he goes into some depth and and detail in his piece that he put out today, you know, when the Justice Department discovered from journalists, a storage locker that had evidence against Paul Manafort, a search was executed immediately.
Let's go back to Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Clinton, top secret, classified emails on a server on servers.
Uh never should have been there.
Uh James Comey sees 30,000 emails, you know, identifies top secret classified information.
No reasonable prosecutor, whatever prosecute.
That's the end of that.
Totally, completely, utterly ignoring the 33,000 emails that ultimately Hillary and Company deleted on her servers and and devices with bleach bit and destroyed devices with hammers and and removed SIM cards, etc.
There was nothing, nothing at all done in terms of the Clintons.
And then, of course, you have the dirty dossier.
We learned from Durham.
What do we learn from Durham?
That there wasn't one single piece of evidence ever corroborated in that dirty dossier.
Nothing was corroborated.
Even after they offered Christopher Steele a million dollars in early October, they couldn't corroborate a single detail in the dossier.
Christopher Steele wasn't able to collect.
But then that James Comey turns around and uses the dossier as the foundation could to get the Pfizer warrant to destroy Carter Page's life and backdoor into the Trump campaign and later the Trump presidency.
And he signed three of the four FISA applications.
Again, without that dirty dossier, in the words of Andrew McCabe, there would not have been a Pfizer warrant ever issued.
And what were the consequences for James Comey and the people there?
Nothing.
What about the people that opened Operation Crossfire Hurricane, which John Durham said never should have been opened?
Uh uh nothing.
What happened to Hillary Clinton?
Nothing.
What are we learning now about what what the Bidens have been involved in?
Well, we know that Jackie Heinrich is asking Joe Biden earlier today about, you know, did he lie to us when he said he never spoke to Hunter about his foreign business dealing?
No, he wasn't lying at all.
Really?
Not even on that call that he's I'm sitting here with my father, and we'd like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled, and tell the director I'd like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand and now means tonight.
And then Hunter warns this Chinese national that if he does not comply, I'll make certain that between the man sitting uh next to me and every person he knows, that's his father.
That's his former vice president, and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
I'm sitting here uh waiting for the call with my father.
Now, interestingly, within a week, five point one million dollars was wired to Hunter from that uh Chinese energy company CEFC, according to bank records, published by Senator Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson in their September 2020 report.
You know, we don't know what uh if Hunter was telling the truth.
We do know that they have been able to check the locations, and we do believe that Hunter and Joe were in the same location that day together.
So it's very likely that in fact Joe was sitting right there.
You know, you just you you look at all of this and you say, at what point that do we do we understand what is happening to our country and our Department of Justice?
And how our Constitution is now weaponized, our Justice Department is weaponized, our our FBI has been weaponized.
How is it that the FBI that we now know had confirmed the authenticity of Hunter Biden's laptop even before they had possession of it in November of 2019?
They had authenticated that that was Hunter's laptop.
Because remember, John Paul Isaac Mack, the uh repair shop guy, uh, he was in in contact with the FBI.
He's the one that ultimately gave them the copy of the Hunter Biden laptop.
So what happens?
They authenticated for sure in in March of 2020.
But then why was the FBI out there pre-bunking the story of Hunter Biden's laptop likely being disinformation when they were speaking to every big tech co corporation and big media corporation, you know, Facebook, Twitter, all these you know, big tech guys, and the lead up to the 2020 election, telling them that, well, you're likely going to be a victim of a disinformation campaign, and it's likely going to be about Joe and Hunter Biden.
They knew that story was leaking because they also knew that Rudy Giuliani had a had uh had a copy of it.
When you put it all together, you know, the case is now they are set to be made that this FBI must be rebuilt from the bottom up.
And I would say the way to go about that is number one, I'd get rid of the top leadership and replace them.
The next thing I would do is every single special agent has to reapply, and they need to be interviewed by people and make sure that they understand what the role of an FBI agent is, and that they are not uh engage in political activity the way they have in those last number of elections.
You know, let's see, before 2018, um sorry, before 2022, what happened before that election, 91 days out, they raid Mar-a-Lago.
I think you can argue that that could be viewed as election interference.
I think certainly the FBI pre-bunking the Hunter Biden laptop in the lead up to the 2020 election, that had a profound impact on that race.
No doubt about it.
Had the country known about Hunter's laptop and what was on it and Joe's involvement and Hunter implicating his own father, that would have been a big deal.
Had Hillary Clinton been held accountable and held to the same standard as Donald Trump with top secret classified material.
Guess what?
Uh that would have impacted the 2016 election.
Anyway, joining us now, John Solomon, editor-in-chief, just the news.com, investigative reporter.
Sir, how are you?
I am well.
And I can I can add two other things to this.
I can add the IRS whistleblowers, and I could add the 1023 form.
Yeah.
You are exactly right.
Listen, this was a whole of government effort to put its thumb on the scale of the American electorate.
Started in 2016 with Russia collusion.
He continued through many of the fake scandals that were orchestrated during uh the Trump presidency, and then it reached a crescendo uh in the 2020 election.
The the 51 dishonest uh intelligence experts who gave us a false analysis.
Just think by by the time they use that, by the time Joe Biden went in the debate and said, hey, this is Russian disinformation, he was being he got daily briefings by then.
He knew what he said was wrong.
And I I did something fun the last week, Sean.
I took all the body of evidence that we now have now.
Joe Biden falsely telling the people that the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation when he knew there was no such intelligence, the phone calls, the uh testimony of Joe Biden's friend saying, Yeah, Joe Biden absolutely met with the Chinese and squeezed them for money with his son president.
Not even the text message.
There's an eye witness to a meeting that comes out in the IRS saying, I said, if if you were if Joe Biden applied for a job at the CIA, could you get a security clearance?
And to the person, to the person, they said the CIA would not hire Joe Biden.
He would be considered compromised, he would fail all of the uh qualifications for security clearance.
That is who our president is right now.
That's who our president is.
And he lied to get into office.
There's no doubt about it now.
And for the last two or three years, his administration has done backflips to make sure that his son and his family doesn't face more serious consequences.
What sort of backflips?
Well, when they want when they had probable cause to search Joe Biden, so maybe they would have found the classified documents earlier too.
Think about that.
But when they had probable cause, the Justice Department uh said, No, yeah, you met the probable cause, but we're not gonna do that.
And then they called Hunter Biden's lawyers and tipped them off that the government was thinking of raiding them.
Just think about that.
They tipped the guy that's the target of the raid or target of the search and and let them know in advance.
That is called putting your thumb on the scale.
When they wanted to interview Hunter Biden's grandchildren, because they had a basis to interview them.
Uh Joe Biden's grandchildren, Hunter Biden's children, they had some concerns that personal expenses of the children were charged as business expensive.
That's a that's a classic um question that uh IRS agents use in a tax fraud case.
By the way, by that time, the grandchildren were adults.
It wasn't like they were hitting five year olds.
They were told it's not gonna be in your career interest to do that.
No.
What about supposed to be investigating people, the level of government interference to protect Biden and to harm Trump across multiple agencies FBI, Justice Department, U.S. Attorney's Office, IRS, and the Intelligence Committee now laid bare by the Republican investigations.
It's not in doubt anymore, and here's how you know it.
The media has hid this, with the exception of some great Fox reporters, and maybe Friday's news conference was a sign that maybe the media came to life a little bit, but for most of the last three years, they've denied, hidden, and obfuscated all of these truths which are now out there, and still a supermajority of Americans, a large majority of Americans in the Harvard um uh Harris poll that came out this weekend said they believe the government is interfering in our elections.
That only happens because the information now is seeping around to the American public in s in spite of the uh traditional media.
We continue now.
John Solomon with us, editor in chief and investigative reporter, Justin News.com.
This is what Jim Jordan will tell you.
Of course, you know, we all know what happened in 2016.
We know the FISA applications.
We know that Hillary got a pass for classified top secret materials.
We know she got a pass on obstruction by destroying subpoenaed emails.
Uh, we know the Pfizer Warrant issue, as I said.
Okay.
Then you go to 2018.
We're in the middle of the Mueller, you know, Trump Russia collusion hoax.
We now know it never should have been open.
That whole investigation, Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
Okay.
Now let's let's move forward to 2020.
What do we have?
91 days uh uh I'm sorry, that's 2022.
91 days before the election, what happens?
Mar-a-Lago's rated.
Then you got 2020, the pre-bunking of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
How do we know that's true?
Well, there's the head of site integrity for Twitter at the time, Yoell Roth testified in the Missouri case that in fact that they even said it may be about Hunter Biden.
Yep.
Yeah.
No, listen, at every level of government, from intelligence analysts to FBI to uh uh retired intelligence experts that still worked and stayed in touch with their agency to U.S. attorneys and assistant U.S. attorneys to FBI agents, to FBI supervisors, there was an extraordinary effort to protect the viability of Joe Biden to be president in the face of very damaging evidence.
Uh and to uh falsely portray things about Donald Trump that the American people were led to believe before they cast their vote.
That's what puppet governments do.
That's what banana republicans do, that's what third world countries that we look down on do, and now we have overwhelming evidence.
These behaviors occurred on our watch in our government in our elections.
Uh and I think the American public are just beginning to absorb the gravity of that.
That's why that Harris Harvard Harris poll is so important.
It shows the public is now conscious to what has happened.
Well, I think so.
Now the question is, you know, what impact does this now have?
Because you have Donald Trump now facing a New York City prosecutor that is, you know, after him with a vengeance.
Uh then you've got a special counsel with 37 charges down in in Florida.
Uh there's a possibility that that same special prosecutor may bring charges in Washington, D.C., and then you got this whole Fulton County, Georgia case that's been hanging out there for three years.
What's going to happen in that case?
Well, one thing the American people are have shown is that after the first two indictments, each time Donald Trump's approval and popularity went up.
Now that is almost unheard of.
When someone's accused of a crime, their their ratings tend to go way down.
Donald Trump is going up.
That tells you the American people want to send a message to these law enforcement establishment that we see this for what it is.
It's election interference.
Trust us to make the decision in the election.
Don't use the court system to uh disenfranchise our votes.
We'll make the right decision in 2024.
That's what these increases in the popularity ratings are saying from the American people.
Now, what can happen between now and then there's the courts.
A lot of things in the courts will happen.
The I think ultimately the founding fathers put the trust in the American electorate in the 2024 election could solve a lot of these problems.
Americans will not be hoodwinked in 2024 like they were in 2020.
They will not be hoodwinked.
They are much more acutely aware of the dirty tricks that are going on.
I think the third thing is between those two Points.
Between the courts intervening and making important decisions about whether prosecutions are correct in the election, where Americans will choose their next leader.
I think Congress, the House of Republicans, are going to begin to take some pretty significant action.
But Kevin McCarthy's serious about maybe considering an impeachment proceeding against Merrick Garland.
The appropriators are very serious about stripping money away from the FBI and the intelligence agencies.
They're very serious about creating a new law that would say any any intelligence analysts who interferes in the election, they can do that, but they have to give up the security clearance in return.
And I think there are some bad actors who have the potential to have their pensions stripped from the budget.
Laws passing, no taxpayer dollars can go to pay the pension of this person, that person, this person that we know did bad things between 2016 and 2022.
Those are three things that could happen as interim forms of accountability.
Not exactly what we want.
We'd love to see prosecutions, a lot of people do, but those would be big moments that would send a message ahead of the 2024 election.
All right, John Solomon, you put it together really well.
It's amazing how much the media gets wrong, how much you've gotten right, we've gotten right on this program, and how little credit we get.
Not that I'm looking for credit.
I just wish the American people knew what we knew, and they don't.
I've said this to you privately.
Without your bullhorn, we could not have been able to tell the American people the truth and get it as widely spread as we do.
I am so grateful for that day we sat in New York and you said, There's an onion, go peel it, and you inspired me to dig in and for the last unpeel it one layer at a time.
And by the way, little did I know I was giving you three years worth of work.
Yeah, actually it's going on six years now.
That would that's true, actually.
That that's a good point.
I stand corrected.
Well, I'm deeply grateful for that because uh without uh people with your breadth of audience and breath of trust, we couldn't have got this story out.
We have, and to the poll show now.
Americans now understand what's happened, and that I think is a great tribute.
And I can't thank you enough for trusting.
Well, thanks for your hard work, John.
Honestly.
Just the news.com editor in chief and investigative reporter, John Solomon.

He was working with the uh city ceasefire unit where he helped get dozens of illegal guns off the streets.
He was shot and killed during a confrontation with an armed gunman in 2019, only days before Christmas.
He left behind his wife Laura, five beautiful children, and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation immediately paid off the family's mortgage.

Reminder, by the way, Angel Studios.com has a new movie out this weekend, and we're giving away free tickets to anybody that calls this whole week.
And if you want extra tickets for your friends, just ask for them.
Okay, if you get through the show.
Anyway, it's called Sound of Freedom.
It's going to be in theaters all around the country, and you're going to love this movie.
This movie blew me away.
I got an early copy because I asked for one.
I called them up.
I said, I want to see this new movie.
I don't want to wait to see it.
And I was willing to pay for it.
And they said, sure.
I said I like it.
And then I called them back, said I liked it so much, I'm going to promote it on my show.
And no, I don't have any financial interest in the movie.
Did that once.
Let me play for you.
Um lot of people are having a hard time making sense of or understanding.
I tried to put it in perspective earlier, what is actually going on as it relates to Vladimir Putin and this internal strife that what was unfolding all weekend long.
I would argue a coup attempt.
Of course, the leaders have now been sent to uh uh Belarus and all charges dropped, but I've never seen a more weakened uh Vladimir Putin in my life.
Wink and Tony Blinken says, you know, that a lot of this is because of the Ukrainian war and Putin's failure to win.
And then he goes on to suggest we don't know what happens to the rest of this, you know, opposition group uh and their forces uh that are now stationed in in Belarus, basically been then left there.
Do they make a return?
They were on a march to Moscow.
They took nearly, you know, forty aircraft out of the sky, and it looked like they had the full support of the people of Russia.
Pragoshin's forces were among the most brutally effective uh in Ukraine.
What happens to them now?
I mean, are are they are they moving out with him?
Are they being reinv kind of taken in by the Russian military?
What what happens?
The short answer is we don't know.
Uh which is why, again, speculating on what comes next uh is probably not the smartest thing to do.
Uh there are lots of unanswered questions, including the questions of what happens to Pragoshin's forces.
Uh do they remain in uh in Ukraine?
I mean, we saw the extraordinary image of these forces coming out of Ukraine and going into Russia.
Yeah.
Uh just yesterday.
So we simply don't know.
Uh, but again, that doesn't change our focus, and our focus remains on Ukraine and making sure that um it can defend itself effectively against this ongoing Russian aggression.
Uh that's where the focus is.
All right, joining us now, Rebecca Kaufler, strategic military intelligence analyst, author of Putin's playbook, uh, and also a former senior official at the Defense Intelligence Agency, the DIA.
And uh welcome back to the program.
What do you make of this coup attempt and and this opposition leader?
You know, some people say be careful of the devil you wish for based on the devil you got.
Exactly.
Uh nice to be uh with you again, uh Sean.
So this was a failed coup orchestrated by Putin and Pragoshin to play President Biden and Washington establishment.
Um why did Putin do that?
To demonstrate to deceive us that he is indeed weak, because if Putin is weak, if his military is so incompetent that they cannot secure a military victory over a country as small as Ukraine, um, why would the American people need to continue funding Zelensky's regime?
We have already provided or committed to provide close to 200 billion dollars, right?
So Putin is demonstrating how illogical Washington leaders are.
In reality, he wants to solve this crisis very quickly because he has elections coming up in March 2024.
He wants this war done and he's hemorrhaging manpower.
So he just orchestrated a justification also to the Russian people that many more forces are needed.
He has declared a martial law, he has declared uh additional mobilization by removing the requirement uh to have a clear record for those who are drafted into the military.
So right now the convicts are also allowed, and he demonstrated to the Russians that the entire West, and I quote what Putin said, the entire West military, economic, and informational machine is deployed against Russia.
So they need to really mobilize and galvanize so that they can defend the motherland in the same way that they did in World War II, uh, by sacrificing twenty-five million people.
So that I wanna I want to make sure I'm understanding what you're saying, Rebecca.
So you're claiming that this quote coup attempt was phony.
That this was an attempt to to create a uh a false flag, if you will.
It's exactly that.
A false flag operation.
Just like the Russians uh conducted it with the Nord Stream pipeline by blowing it up, blowing it up the Kohovka dam.
This is another one.
Or we we never proved that they blew it up.
I have written about it on uh Fox News.
There's a doctrine.
Um so the that is all that is my intelligence analysis.
I spend my intelligence career on the Putin target.
I'm not saying you're wrong, and I'm not saying you might not be that you may be right here.
I don't know.
I mean, it seemed a little odd that they took you nearly forty aircraft uh out of the sky, uh Pragoshin and his group, uh and his Wagner group, and they were on the march to Moscow and they seemed to have the support of the Russian people.
Um and and then all of a sudden he said he didn't want any more Russian deaths, and and he agreed to this deal to go to Belarus in exchange for no charges being brought.
You know, let's see if he's poisoned in the next week or two.
Exactly.
So let me just unpack this uh real quick.
But as you just said, so the real um the real way to find out is gonna be whether my analysis is accurate or whether um other commentators are correct is to wait if Porger does not kick the bucket in the next, you know, under mysterious circumstances, then the coup was fake.
Okay.
If he kicks the bucket, if he gets poisoned, if he gets shot in the back, then the coup is real.
But why does Putin want to look even weaker?
Because he's looked weak in his conflict with Ukraine.
Explain that part of it.
That doesn't make sense to me.
Putin look wants to look weak to demonstrate that you don't need to support uh Ukraine right now because he cannot win.
Okay.
That is the idea because he wants to wrap up this war.
But it but but everybody knows he has the ability to use tactical nukes.
We know that he's deployed tactical nukes to Belarus.
Exactly.
He is looking he's stronger than ever before.
Look, the Russian people right now are saying that Putin has saved the motherland by chasing out the traitors.
In fact, what is happening right now, there's a strategic move.
Prygozin is en route to Belarus.
Belarus has just been the recipient of the best gift from Putin, tactical nukes.
So Prigoshin and his nukes are right now within striking distance from Kiev and the critical supply route, right?
He's also in a direct threatening position to NATO's border because Belarus is bordering Latvia and Lithuania.
This was an absolute trick.
Look, it's absolutely implausible that there was a real coup that Pregoshin somehow arose up.
Pregoshin is not an idiot.
He's a highly intelligent man.
He couldn't possibly imagine that his fifty thousand troops could get to Moscow.
And Putin's Rosguardia alone is three hundred and forty thousand troops.
Okay.
The reason that he marched through this close uh is because there was no resistance.
It's because Putin told his uh military uh to stand down.
But the most revealing aspect, Sean, is that there's a video of Putin uh sitting on a bench in front of the Rostov Don Western uh I'm sorry, Southern Military District Headquarters, dantering with none other than the deputy defense minister Yevkura.
Okay, I listen, it's a video is in Russian, and I listened to this.
So um it is absolutely inconceivable that that Prigoshin could have possibly thought that he would succeed, and that's why none of it makes sense.
You know, all of a sudden he turned around and he said, No, oops, you know, I didn't want the bloodshed.
What but i he's not, you know, stupid, right?
What did you think they would have had?
But they had already hit targets in Moscow.
They had already taken these aircraft from the sky.
Listen, I have a lot of faith in your analysis.
I do.
I mean, you've been on the show many, many times.
I don't uh you're not selling me on this a hundred percent.
Well, and I'm I'm not I don't mean this in any uh you may very well be right.
I don't know.
I just um I'm a little more suspicious, and it seems that the Russian people have shown, you know, by the for example, the mass exodus out of Russia is an indication that they have not been supportive of this Ukrainian conflict from the beginning.
No, um it is com uh it is correct that not everyone in Russia is supportive of this conflict.
I'm not arguing with you.
Putin has between seventy nine to eighty two percent approval rating, which means uh twenty percent of the Russians are not approving.
But let's just get back to uh the problem at hand.
I understand that you are skeptical.
You're not the only one that's skeptical.
And this is exactly why I'm writing an analytic piece right now that's going to come out in the New York Post this weekend, where I'm going to lay out exactly the counter evidence that everybody has ignored.
And also the doctrine, there's a special doctrine called reflexive control concept that the Russians have developed in order to deceive its adversary, to keep its adversary off balance until...
uh the elder chase starts making the decisions that are counter to its interest okay and what why is it done and how is it done the Russians have started the U.S. mindset for decades right and they have figured out the confirmation bias the confirmation bias is that Putin is weak and uh therefore um they that's what they have prepared for us that Putin is weak okay now the
paralysis that right now you see within the Biden administration they are now on the back Putin has been able to play Biden on the back Biden is now defending himself saying that no we're not involved we did not stage this you know this uh coup but isn't that interesting that's what the uh the Russians are amplifying right now.
Well the Pentagon just found an accounting yes and now the county era of six billions and I I I know you have to go.
I know you're on a short uh time frame today.
Uh I'll I'll end with a quote from Winston Churchill and and your theory has added to this Russia is a a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma I mean uh I don't think you can say it any better than that.
Uh I I listen I'm I'm very looking forward to reading what you have to say, learning more about what you have to say.
I don't know this is a very closed off society that is is full of propaganda, misinformation, lying, and unfortunately we're becoming more like them than they are like us.
That's just a sad reality.
Uh Rebecca we always love having you thank you.
Thank you, Sean.
800 941 Sean if you want to be a part of the program uh Linda you what did you think?
You agree with her?
I do agree with her.
I mean she's a defense specialist and analysis somebody who lived in Russia, worked in Russia.
She wrote the book Putin's playbook I think we're getting played yet again.
Then why did they knock down 40 aircraft out of Rush the Rush the uh Moscow skies.
I think they are ready to win the war.
They could care less about the battle and they don't care about the casualties in between.
And they don't care about the expensive aircraft that they're sacrificing to create this phony.
No they're they're wealthy as hell.
It's all in oil they got gold they got Belarus they got potash.
Pot ash is what we need for agriculture.
They're selling it to China China's selling it back to America oh and by the way they own all our farmland.
Listen I I don't put anything past anybody.
