This is an iHeart Podcast.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
In the final hour of the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Toll free our number is 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
So if you want to get angry, just listen to anybody in the Biden administration.
If I'll frankly speak, because uh, you know, if that if they're not pushing, you know, efforts to steal our stoves, our air conditioners, our meat, uh, et cetera, et cetera, or if they're not uh borrowing or buying or purchasing uh fuel and energy from Venezuela, uh, if they're not missing an action on the border on an on safety and security at your home, uh they're just lashing out a MAGA Republicans.
I mean, I'm sick and tired of it.
You know, by the end of this year, we are likely to have somewhere around seven and a half million illegal immigrants that have entered our country since Joe Biden has become president.
We're now over six and a half when you add those that we know about and those that we don't know about.
We've mentioned people on the terror watch list that they've caught.
Uh, how many that are on that list did we not catch?
You know, now California, you know, they want to offer what free health care, unemployment benefits for people that are not legally in this country.
This has all been aided, abetted, facilitated, encouraged by Joe Biden, and implemented by his Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mayorcus.
And then they just flat out lie to us.
Uh they say that uh inflation is transitory.
No, it wasn't.
No, it's not.
It's getting worse.
And on top of then they'll say the border's secure.
No, it's not.
Our eyes can see.
And now people are literally not even being processed, or if they get processed, they're getting court dates sometime in 2027 or 2028.
I'm sure they're going to be showing up for those court dates.
They'll be there on time on schedule.
When 90% don't show up.
Uh but anyway, listen to your Department of Homeland Security.
And here's my dire prediction.
And I'll say this with a little prayer.
I pray to God, Almighty, the creator of heaven the heavens and the earth, that I'm wrong.
But I don't think I'm gonna be wrong.
Because these borders are wide open to people that want to bring harm to this country.
And we're catching a number of them, you know, over a hundred so far.
How many of them might have gotten in some other way and set up a terror cell in a city or a town where innocent Americans will be targeted for murder and death and destruction.
Because that's what a terror cell does.
They wait for the orders, they do their plotting, their planning, their scheming, and and that's what the end result will be.
Never mind the impact on the economy.
You know, all these sanctuary city mayors and leaders, uh, they're as soon as the illegal immigrants get to their town, they're they're sending them out of their city, out of their town, into other places.
Uh, because they they really didn't mean it.
As long as as long as we support illegal immigration and sanctuary status for people that don't live in my city, I'm fine with it.
You know, here's uh Alejandro Mayorcis just lying through his teeth about how great they've done over the last uh eighteen months, and how we're seeing a drop in the number of border crossings because we're very clearly communicated our message.
It is nothing but a lie.
You know, these people took an oath to uphold our constitution.
That means our laws, every law is based on that document.
Anyway, listen.
We have been planning for months and months, over a year and a half.
We have surged resources, uh, asylum officers, uh, border patrol agents, processing coordinators to do the data entry work so our border patrol agents can be out in the field.
We've expanded our holding capacity in border patrol stations.
We've added beds to immigration and customs enforcement in our detention facilities.
We've increased our transportation resources, the number of flights, uh uh removal flights with our foreign partners.
We're setting up regional processing centers now.
It's extraordinary what we've done over the past eighteen months or so.
So we have seen, I think approximately sixty-three hundred uh on Friday and about forty-two hundred yesterday uh by the United States Border Patrol, and we saw over ten thousand before the end of Title Forty Two earlier uh last week.
Why do you think that is?
Because we have communicated very clearly a vitally important message to the individuals who are thinking of arriving at our southern border.
There is a lawful, safe and orderly way to arrive in the United States that is through the pathways that President Biden has expanded in an unprecedented way, and then there's a consequence if one does not use those lawful pathways.
And that consequence is removal from the United States, a deportation, and encountering a five-year ban on re-entry and possible criminal prosecution.
Anyway, joining us uh now, we're always honored, privileged, and it's always an honor, privilege, and pleasure to welcome back to the program.
Uh Brandon Judd is the president of the National Border Patrol and 20-year active border patrol vet, Senator James Langford of Oklahoma uh uh talking about the impact that this is having.
Texas, by the way, has now bust 18,500 immigrants to sanctuary cities, 9300 to DC, 6500 to New York City, 1,800 to Chicago, 970 to Philadelphia.
Uh welcome both of you.
Uh Senator, before I even get to this issue, I gotta give you a lot of credit.
I was watching you when the FDIC and Janet Yellen and Joe Biden decided to bail out that Silicon Valley Bank, you asked a very pertinent question.
You said, now, if the people of my great state of Oklahoma find themselves in a similar position and they have more than 250,000 dollars that is FDIC protected money in a particular bank that that goes under, uh, will they be afforded the same protections that the millionaires and billionaires that parked their money in Silicon Valley Bank got?
Uh and the answer was no, they will not get the same treatment.
What was your reaction to that?
Yeah, I I expected that.
I just was quite frankly shocked that Jenny Yellen was so clear in her answer to basically say, hey, if if we don't pick you, then no, you don't get it.
I mean, that is that is the nature of this administration.
If we're friends with you, if you're Northern California bank, and we know you like you and you're one of our billionaires, we're gonna cover you.
If you're from Oklahoma, we probably won't.
And uh, she made it clear.
I was surprised that she didn't make it so clear, but there was multiple other areas.
I I asked if they were gonna also cover all the Chinese investors on that, and she said yes.
So they'll be made whole by Oklahomans paying an extra fee to their bank to be able to cover Chinese investors in Silicon Valley because it's one of their preferred banks.
So got lots of problems.
So millionaires and billionaires bailed out by by Biden and Kamala Harris and the hardworking, great people of Oklahoma, salt of the earth people, uh, they would get screwed and they would only have two hundred and fifty thousand dollars of FDIC insurance.
Great.
That that's that sounds fair to me.
That sounds, you know, like uh a real redistribution plan to the rich and the wealthy donors to the Democratic Party.
Uh Brandon, let me go to you.
Is there anything Mayorcus has said or Biden has said about the border that is accurate or true?
Or do you think I'm more right?
And add to my my analysis all the fentanyl, all of the opioids, heroin, uh methamphetamine, cocaine crossing that border, all the human trafficking, all the uh sex abuse that's that's going on down by that border.
Am I wrong or or are they wrong?
I wish I could say that they were just mistaken.
I wish I could say that they just didn't have uh uh an understanding of what was taking place.
But I sat down with Secretary Myorkis prior to his confirmation.
I talked to him exactly what needed to be done and what would happen if they did not uh come up with new policies or programs to help us secure the border if they were going to get rid of everything that Trump did.
We've got to be honest with ourselves.
It's not just that they got rid of what what uh the policies that President Trump was able to implement, they stole those enforcement policies from us.
And what we're seeing right now, when you see this this drop and you see this uh end the end zone dance that the administration is doing right now, they're the ones that caused all the problem in the first place.
And right now, the the numbers that we've seen drop, it's not like they dropped to what a normal president uh would have, what a normal administration has had.
They have dropped the numbers that they created in the first place.
We're still 3.7 times higher than what any previous administration has ever had on a daily average.
So there is no reason for them to take an end zone down.
And when you look at that, when you look at the gataways, just yesterday we had 1,250 gataways.
Twelve hundred and fifty gataways.
And when you look at the the sex trafficking like what you just talked about, when you look at the possible terrorists um that are coming in, all of that we don't know what's going on with the known gataways.
And then of course there's there's a lot more unknown gotta ways that that take place.
When you listen to this administration, they say that they they're compassionate, that they care about people.
If they truly cared about people, they would implement the rule of law.
They would follow that because that's what keeps people safe and and secure.
Senator Lutka, your take on it.
Is I assume like every state, this is impacting Oklahoma next to Texas, uh, and I I bet probably you're impacted far more than even any other state, northern state.
Yeah, we're we're we're greatly impacted, not just as you mentioned before on the movement of drugs.
We've seen a tremendous amount of methamphetamine and fentanyl coming to our state, and in our state, methamphetamine is killing more people than fentanyl.
I know fentanyl gets more headlines, but methamphetamine is still a major killer.
Just about all of that is coming out of Mexico.
We've had a huge effect on that.
We're also seeing individuals that are moving into our state that we literally don't know the background.
And uh this administration says as they're processing people through their checking to see if they're on the terror watch list, if they weren't in the gotta way list, but what they're not saying is any individual that moves into our country, we have no idea of their criminal background of where they're coming from.
So even if they get processed at the border, we don't know if they have a long rap sheet in the country they're coming from.
So we don't know if they're fleeing poverty or fleeing justice from their country.
No one has any point of reference, and this administration is just releasing them out.
And there are really two tracks on it.
One they're giving this very loose definition of asylum so that everybody gets to go through the first screening of asylum, and it will be years to up to a decade before they get to a hearing, or they'll say, Well, we filed them for expedited removal.
And expedited removal sounds really good, except only seven percent of the people that have come in under this administration, they've actually removed.
So it's neither exit expedited nor actually removal.
They have record low numbers of people they're deporting and record high numbers of people crossing the border.
All right, quick break, right back eight hundred, nine four one Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program as we continue our discussion about the disaster that is Joe Biden's uh border policies with Senator James Langford of Oklahoma and Brandon Judd on the other side.
Yeah.
Sean Hannity defending freedom, providing clarity, and calling out the left.
Now more than ever, we need Hannity.
Biden's border disaster continues, and we continue with Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, active 20-year Border Patrol vets.
Senator James Langford, great state of Oklahoma.
What is amazed me is the rank hypocrisy senator of you know, sanctuary cities like New York City.
Um not only are they allowing their schools now, their gymnasiums to be housed by illegal immigrants, but it's even bigger than that.
In New York, they're shipping them out of the city and they're shipping them to hotels in upstate New York, and they're even kicking out homeless veterans to make room for illegal immigrants.
That doesn't make sense to me.
You know, Martha's Vineyard, they get, you know, a small load of illegal immigrants.
The the people that you know arrived at Martha's Vineyard, they were thrown off that island in less than twenty-four hours.
Uh so all the liberal lectures about compassion, uh they don't really mean it, do they?
No, they they they don't really mean it.
They're they're looking for this is this is kind of like uh they like clean energy and wind power and solar panels as long as it's it's in somebody else's state uh running to them.
They don't want to be able to look at it in their state as well.
But this is definitely the issue on sanctuary cities.
They don't want people to be there.
And just think about the number of people, just take Yuma, Arizona, a hundred thousand people in Yuma, Arizona, they've had three hundred thousand people illegally cross there in the last year.
A community of a hundred thousand have had three hundred thousand people through there in just one year.
So all these northern cities that are complaining about ten thousand people that they're that are illegal, they're ignoring what's happening along the border, which is a hundred times worse.
Unbelievable.
And Brandon, you're talking to these guys, they're on the front lines every day.
Uh I assume they they are seeing far worse than what we even see, just watching it on video every night and seeing the news come in.
Yeah, we're completely demoralized.
We just don't do not have we don't have any confidence in Secretary Meyer, because we don't have any confidence in in this administration.
We think that they absolutely have to go if we're going to be able to implement the rule of law.
When you look at all the fentanyl, when you look at the death that we have to deal with every single time we see somebody die in the United States of fentanyl poisoning, we feel that because we know that we uh we could have stopped it.
Um we could have stopped that fentanyl from coming in and that that death did not need to take place.
We want to protect the American people.
We want to do what's right by the American people.
We just wish we had an administration that wanted the exact same thing because if we did, we could stop everything that is currently taking place on the border tomorrow.
We just have to have the political will to do it, and we haven't seen that from this administration.
It's been a theme throughout our show today, and it's called common sense and is not that common.
You know, uh we could we know how to secure our border.
We know how to be energy independent.
We know how to keep people safe and secure in their towns and their cities.
They're called policemen and police women.
Uh we know what the fundamentals are in education, reading, writing, math, science, history, and computers, uh, not a age inappropriate agenda on sex ed and and gender identity.
Uh that would be for people called parents.
They actually still exist, a mommy and a daddy, uh, that actually want to instill values that comp that align with their personal values.
Uh most Americans don't want a woke military with electric vehicles.
They want the biggest, baddest kick-ass military on the face of the earth, and they see China and Russia and Iran aligning, and most common sense Americans are thinking, uh, we better s we better step up our game here because they're showing a lot of aggression around the world.
Anyway, Senator, we'll give you the last word.
Well, Sean, thanks for bringing it up because you're correct.
There are people that are bringing solutions on this.
Title 42, uh, a lot of folks were saying, hey, if we just extend Title 42, it solves it.
Under Title 42 policies and how this administration's done it, we've had two and a half million people in.
We gotta fix the asylum process, we've got to fix the structural issues, but this administration has the authority right now to do it.
If they choose to do it, they're just choosing not to.
So let's keep the pressure on them, and uh we'll continue to be able to press on this.
All right, appreciate you being with us 800 nine four-one Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Anyway, let's get to our busy phones here.
Uh man, so many of you being very patient today.
I appreciate it.
Uh Don is in North Carolina.
What's up, Don?
How are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Thank you, Sean.
Listen, I'm just afraid that these Democrats are gonna find a way to cheat again.
And uh a couple of buddies and I the other night over a couple cold ones were talking about uh what could be done, and we came up with that we all kind of thought it was a neat idea, and I hang on a second.
I gotta ask.
Were you drinking either Bud Light or Miller Light?
Neither.
Let me guess.
What?
Well, look, I still right now I still like Coors Light.
You know it's great.
You know, I like Heineken Light.
I'll drink that occasionally.
Um I like Peroni, which is an Italian beer.
It's pretty good if you want, you know, the extra rich taste.
But I'm you know, I don't drink that many beers.
Too filling.
I'm on a diet always.
Anyway, continue.
What's on your mind?
Well, here's the thing, and I told Douglas, I'm gonna call Sean.
He's smart and he knows people.
So I could be way off here.
We all could be, but uh, I just want to ask you, you know, if if when you pay your taxes, you know, somewhere on your sheet that you pay your taxes or something, uh whether it's uh electric or whatever, you vote for your president right then and there.
Okay?
If you if you don't have time to pay for your taxes, you need to get it delayed, you know how you say it's gonna be after April, you know, you need an extension, you know, okay, you get the extension.
But then the president is announced.
That way, what what our thought process was is if you're dead, like most democratic voters, you can't vote.
So you've got to be alive.
Now don't get me wrong.
There's there's our our wonderful military is out overseas.
There's certainly going to be some type of exceptions or something.
Um you've got uh you got maybe some uh eighteen year olds that don't have a job.
But you know, the thing is if you don't have a social security number, you don't vote.
So all these people that are coming over the border, they don't get to vote Democrat, like that's what their plan is.
But I mean, there's gotta be more to it why that wouldn't work.
But I just thought what what you know, everybody pays their taxes.
You want to get money back, you vote right then.
Is that at all possible?
Or what do you see the pros and cons from that?
And I would take it off the air, but I do love you.
Well, no, I want you to listen.
I mean, what do you think the integrity measures are?
You stick to the basics, right?
Voter ID, signature verification, chain of custody controls for mailing ballots, updated voter rolls and partisan observers that watch the vote count.
And when I say chain of custody, I want cameras on any mail and ballots until hopefully one day we can make the transition of paper ballots.
It's really that simple.
Um in terms of other security measures, uh, I think that the Republicans have better get their act together.
And we had this discussion with Ronald McDaniel last night and and Ryan's previous last night.
And I as far as I can see is Republicans can't start off every election day down by a hundred thousand, two hundred and fifty thousand, five hundred thousand or a million votes and count on winning that race.
I think it is detrimental.
Democrats don't run races anymore.
They hide.
They hide in their basement.
They run hundreds of millions of dollars in negative ads.
They avoid debates as much as possible.
They delay it to the last minute after early voting has happened, and uh they hope they banked enough votes before election day when Republicans who have been reluctant and resistant to come out and vote earlier vote by mail will show up that day.
Republicans have gotta get over it.
This is not the system I would design.
I'm hopeful that one day we'll go back to election day being a well, I'd make election day a uh national holiday.
I'd go back to paper ballots, and I'd have partisan observers watching the voting all day, and when the polls close, watch the vote counting all night and then declare a winner.
Um I I think those are the simple basic fundamentals of voting integrity.
You know, the idea that they made no accommodations in 2020 at all for for a pandemic and didn't allow partisan observers, as the law requires in many states to observe the vote counting, or yeah, you could watch it from a thousand feet away.
Oh, yeah, I can really read something from a thousand feet away.
Um it's just wrong.
I think constitutions need to be obeyed and not sub you know, circumvented through legislation like they did in Pennsylvania.
Uh the issues involving the law in Wisconsin's uh the laws there, also wrong.
Uh does that answer your question?
But if but if you vote by by you pay in your taxes, yeah, how how could the Democrats cheat then?
I know they'd find a way somehow, but how would they be able to, you know, uh I've got my Social Security number that is attached to my taxes, what I've paid, and here's who I want to vote for.
Bada bing, bada boom.
It should be done at that.
I do like the idea of uh voting election day being on tax day because people will be pissed off and they'll vote for the people that believe in limited government and less bureaucracy.
Um so I do like that idea.
Uh however, I want to go back.
I want paper ballots.
You know, France experimented uh away from paper ballots, they went back to it.
They do the same thing in Canada.
And you know what?
It's simple, it's basic, it has the most integrity, and it would work.
Uh Dom, we appreciate you, man.
Glad you called.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh let's stay in North Carolina.
Matthew is next.
Matthew, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Thanks, Sean.
I appreciate it.
I'm a veteran.
I'm what's called peacetime veteran as uh Ronald Reagan was president.
I'm also disabled.
I've had to scratch call and fight for any kind of assistance that I've received.
Uh it makes me disgusted.
Well, that's a shame.
I thought Donald Trump brought new uh transformative measures to the VA, and as much as if if the VA hospitals were not timely in their care of veterans that veterans then had the option to go to other hospitals.
Is that taken away?
Is that gone?
No, no.
I have to say that the uh VA here in Ashville is uh is a nice place.
Uh I've been disabled for quite some time since eighty seven.
Well I'm sorry about that.
Uh did it happen while your time in the military what happened to you?
It was just shortly after I got broadsided head on riding motorcycle.
Oh man, that's the worst.
55 miles an hour.
I don't remember it.
Wow.
Did you have a helmet on?
Uh yeah, but not properly.
Oh you had like a half a helmet.
Yeah and it was found about a hundred yards away from me.
Oh boy.
Man, those uh that you're lucky to be alive my friend.
I'm sorry of the disability but man it sounds like that could have been your your day to go home.
Well I'm I'm glad that I'm still able to walk and talk and think and and you know function pretty good.
My kids don't like the idea because I want to get a Harley like some of my friends have it doesn't go over very well with my kids.
Well I get yelled at a lot no because uh we know you you're gonna be texting on your motorcycle they said to me can't do that but I don't text and drive anymore.
I I did so full of colours I do not text and drive I swear you really are you shouldn't lie I had a Harley Davidson Road King back in 15 and 16 and I'd pull up next to somebody if they're texting I would sit there and rev it as loud as I could.
Even my own sensei who has multiple motorcycles and Harley's and he's got this what did he have he's got this new one I forgot what he got bought um one of those really fast ones um and he's like no no you're not writing I'm not allowing it.
I'm like what does everyone not trust me?
I don't get it.
Well anyway I'm glad you you're able to function um sorry you're disabled sorry the accident occurred but I'm glad you survived it.
I mean that sounds pretty awful yes sir well it's all right um and I'm also disgusted to hear that uh they're throwing homeless veterans out of hotels in New York.
Can you believe it?
Well you know it's like I say it's it just disgusts me to watch them handing things to them when there are people out there that are citizens of the United States that have been there for the United States and have to scratch claw and fight for everything.
Listen I will tell you what they're doing is just morally you know repugnant it's wrong it's against the law and as usual Democrats have no consequences at all associated with their wrongdoing none whatsoever.
You know and when I was uh young boy I went to school in Central Florida.
Yeah elementary school we were taught first and third grade how to respect the flag how to fold the flag and you know other situations dealing with the flag.
Fourth grade we were taught about being a citizen of the United States what it takes to be a citizen I know the laws have been in effect since before then this was in 1974.
I know the laws have been in effect before that maybe they need to dig out the laws and and read them that is part of their job I think is to uphold the laws of the United States.
Yeah, I think a guy named Joe Biden actually swore an oath to that.
But, you know, why hold the Democrat to their word?
Hang in there, my friend.
Appreciate you being out there.
Billy in Louisiana next Sean Hannity show Billy how are you?
I'm good Sean yeah I'm good what's going on in beautiful uh Louisiana by the way you have one of the funniest senators uh in Washington I mean Senator Kennedy just cracks me up I love the guy I love him he's so fun to listen to he is so fun to listen to he he always brings a Zay game he's a great guest yes sir so what's on your mind today?
The Durham thing, well, the whole situation.
Why can't we, as American people, have a class action lawsuit against all these corrupt people?
I mean, from Clinton to Biden to Obama to Brenner, Clapper, the whole nine yards, all of them, do a civil class action lawsuit to reclaim our money that they stole from us when they perpetrated this fraud.
brought The money to me is the tip of the iceberg.
I mean, as far as I'm concerned, you know, they they tried to interfere in elections.
That can't happen with these powerful positions that they have.
You know, we need to have an FBI that we have faith and trust in.
We don't have that anymore.
We need a CIA that we can trust.
You know, we we can't have people putting, you know, bulldozers on the scale of an election.
You know, pre-bunking Hunter Biden's laptop with big tech.
Let me tell you something.
That out of that had a massive effect in my view on the 2020 election.
You know, CIA, that letter of 51, the dirty 51, and now reports, Jim Jordan's committee, judiciary saying that in fact that uh uh active CIA employees were also recruiting former Intel agents.
Are you kidding me?
I I totally agree.
There needs to be accountability and we need to restore these institutions.
But they're not gonna be held accountable for what they did criminally, and what they did was criminal, and they're not gonna be held accountable for it criminally.
Wouldn't that be a way for the American people to hold them accountable?
I don't think it's a bad idea.
I don't think it's ever gonna happen.
And I'm just I'm um only because I'm just I like to be rooted in truth, and I don't like to build false hope in people.
However, should it happen?
Absolutely.
Should these people be held accountable for all their actions?
Yeah.
Most of them ended up getting their pensions and book deals and cable TV contributor deals, and you know what, they get to go out, continue their lying.
That's what they get.
And it gets really sad, and they get rewarded by being voted back into office.
The politicians do, and the other people just like you said, went on to cushy media jobs and put fails and all of that.
Yep.
And and they got away with it.
And that's the sad part.
That's why I said at the end after 2016, after we did all of this and we were vindicated, our reporting was vindicated by the Horowitz report.
I said if they we don't hold these people accountable, it's never gonna stop.
It didn't stop in 2020.
Billy, appreciate you being out there.
Thank you.
