If you want to be a part of the program, I mean, it is stunning that, you know, Joe Biden is out there this weekend saying, oh, all of you thought that it was going to be so bad at the border this weekend.
And it wasn't that bad.
Oh, we're only having 10, 20,000 people, you know, every 36 hours cross the border.
That's not bad.
You just have to be kidding me, but they're out there over the weekend.
You got DHS secretary who should be impeached, Alejandro Mayorkas.
We're seeing a drop in the number of border crossings because we've very clearly communicated our message.
No, you're not.
And then when they cross the border, they get a free phone and free transportation to the area of their choice.
And the only people that have been stopped at the border have been stopped because of Governor Abbott ordering the people in Texas to not allow illegal immigrants into his state.
Anyway, here's Mayorkas from over the weekend.
What are the numbers, 5,000?
So we have seen, I think, approximately 6,300 on Friday and about 4,200 yesterday by the United States Border Patrol.
And we saw over 10,000 before the end of Title 42 earlier last week.
You would think they did the greatest job in the history of mankind at the border.
Now, we're at at least 6,500,000 illegal immigrants that have entered this country since Joe Biden has become president.
It's unprecedented illegality that we're talking about.
Even Joe Manchin slamming Biden for failing to protect our border, saying our country cannot maintain our superpower status if we cannot control our own border.
You know, it's pretty unbelievable.
Then you have issues where even veterans are being kicked out of hotels in one case in New York.
Why?
Because they need room for illegal immigrants.
Florida couples, one Florida couple's wedding is in turmoil because a New York hotel canceled 30 rooms that they booked for their guest to make way for who?
Illegal immigrants.
And it just goes on and on from there.
Anyway, so we have Joe Biden though saying the border is going better than expected.
No plans to visit the border.
He's the one that predicted last week there was going to be chaos all weekend.
Listen.
I think things are going at the border, sir.
Much better than you all expected.
Do you have any plans to visit the border?
I think.
Pardon me.
Do you have any plans to visit the border?
Not in the near term, no.
Secretary Mayorkas said this morning that the numbers at the border have gone down since Title 42 was lifted.
Are you confident that the numbers have peaked, that they'll continue to go down?
They have gone down.
My hope is they'll continue to go down.
We have a lot more work to do.
We need some more help from the Congress as well in terms of funding and legislative changes.
He has no clue at all what he's talking about.
If you're interested in a number that actually matters, even before Title 42 is lifted, the Biden border welcome wagon apprehended dozens of suspected terrorists at the border.
A full third of the illegal immigrants who make it into the country are gotaways who are completely, you know, they've eluded any detection by U.S. law enforcement, which means that for every suspected 60 suspected terrorists that we intercept at the border, another 20 terrorists managed to just sneak in under the radar and they're roaming around the country and they're setting up terror cells around the country.
That doesn't seem to impact anybody.
Anyway, Eric Adams now, just like Mayor Lightweight in Chicago and just like so many others, like at Motha's Vineyard, you know, the liberal enclaves of Sanctuary City status are running for the hills when it comes to their own policies that they promoted, especially since, okay, you want sanctuary status.
Here you go.
Since Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis and others have been sending illegal immigrants to their states.
Here's the mayor of New York, Eric Adams.
The law of Sanctuary City was in place long before I became mayor.
I'm following the law.
As a law enforcement person, you know, we follow the law.
We're now in court now, today, asking the judge to revisit this law to deal with this humanitarian crisis.
Because even when they decided to put in place that law, no one thought that they would be dealing with a humanitarian crisis of this proportion.
Okay.
What about the homeless vets?
If you want to talk about New York, dozens of homeless veterans kicked out of their upstate New York hotels to make room for the influx of illegal immigrants.
That sound fair to you?
Does that sound just to you?
You know, justthenews.com, through March, at least 70 foreigners on the terrorist watch list were apprehended at the border since the start of the federal 2023 fiscal year, the fastest pace on record.
I mean, it's pretty unbelievable.
Let me bring in Tom Holman, former acting ICE director, Heritage Visiting Fellow, Mark Morgan, former acting CBP commissioner and heritage visiting fellow.
Guys, welcome back.
It doesn't look like the border is as secure as it was under Donald Trump.
And by any measure, including the nearly 7 million people that have gotten into this country illegally since Joe Biden's become president, Tom Holman, I got to tell you something.
What they say is beyond any dose of reality that they could have.
You know, you're exactly right.
And, you know, Mark and I both worked with President Trump.
And we handed this administration the most secure border in my lifetime, especially in my career.
I started in Borgo in 1984.
I spent almost 35 years enforcing immigration law and border security.
This administration took the most secure border in my lifetime and dismantled it and unsecured it on purpose.
I mean, I don't know what president ever would say, man, I want more illegal immigration.
I want more known inspector terrorists.
I want more fentanyl.
I want the cartels to make millions more.
I want more minors to die.
Since he's been president, we got over 100,000 Americans dead of fentanyl.
We got 1,700 miners that died on U.S. soil.
A record by far.
Cartels make more money than they ever used to make.
But your biggest concern is what you brought up.
We had, last count, just over 200 known inspector terrorists arrested by Border Choice since Joe Biden taking office.
At 1.7 million gotaways.
Now, Board of Choice arrested people from 171 different countries.
Some of these countries are sponsored by the Earth.
So if you don't think a single one of that 1.7 gotaways didn't come from a country sponsoring terrorism, then you're ignorant.
This is the biggest national security barrier in this nation's history since 9-11.
And I'll tell you one more thing.
The border numbers aren't down.
Maorca simply shifted the illegal crossings to the port of entries and bring it through the port of entry.
We got government-funded NGOs in Mexico right now meeting with hundreds of migrants to fill out the CB1 app and go through the port of entry.
So Maorca's can spend the troops, but the people coming to the United States hasn't decreased by one.
Great point.
Let's get to Mark Morgan.
I'm sure you're in full agreement.
And what do we do at this point?
Yeah, 100% agree, McConnell.
I couldn't have said better than my good friend and patriot Tom Holman.
And let's break down the numbers because you mentioned Secretary Myrickos this Sunday on the talk shows.
When he's sitting there, you see that smug smirk he had on his face when he raises his chin and he brags about a 50% reduction from just a few days ago.
Well, let's keep in mind, a few days ago, as you mentioned, Sean, there was 10,000 a day.
That was a 50% increase from the days before.
And that was a 300% increase in illegal immigration from 2020.
And now he's bragging on it, that it's gotten back down to the catastrophic levels it was prior to Title 42.
And then, like Tom Shit said, look, this is very, very important.
They've simply made a deal with the entire world.
They said, if you refrain from illegally entering in between the ports of entry and filing a fraudulent claim, here's the deal we'll make with you.
Just come to a port of entry, continue.
We'll look the other way.
As you file a fraudulent claim, we're going to process and release you.
So now what they have, not only do they have catch and release in between our borders, now they have enter and release outer ports of entry.
It's a shell game, total encounters.
In the end, the number of illegal aliens in the country don't change at all.
They've literally legalized otherwise illegal activity, Sean, and they're claiming victory.
Well, also, if you're on the terror watch list and we're only catching a small percentage of these people, that means that we have terror cells.
This is how dangerous this will ultimately be.
We have terror cells now that have set up within the United States.
We have no idea where they may be, what they may be plotting, planning, and scheming, Tom Homan.
And I imagine it's nothing good for this country.
And, you know, one of the things that's so frustrating about it is all of this was preventable.
You rightly pointed out that under Trump, we had the most secure borders we've had in our history.
And there was no reason for Joe Biden to open them up.
And then here he's, you know, bragging, well, instead of 10,000 from the day before, we only have 5,000, ignoring, as you and Mark both point out, the fact that they're coming in legal points of entry simultaneously.
First of all, when Secretary Mayorkas was the Deputy Secretary under Jay Johnson, 1,000 illegal entrants a day.
Me and Mark both got called in.
Jay Josh wanted to know what the hell is going on.
1,000 a day was a bad day.
It's a critical day.
But getting back to the terrorists, I want you to, your listeners need to understand why do we say that we know terrorists have gotten in the country?
Because it's common sense.
After 9-11, Mark is with FBI, I was with ICE.
A lot of databases are created.
You had the FBI screening database.
You had the no-fly list.
You had the visa security program.
We set up all these programs so a terrorist couldn't get a visa or a plane ticket to come to the United States like the 9-11 terrorists did.
And it's worked pretty good.
The visa security program, we've prevented thousands of people getting a visa to come to the United States because we found derogatory information in their vetting, vetting to numerous databases, including DOD intel databases.
But at this point, what terrorist in the world would put himself in a position to ask for a visa or an airline ticket, knowing he'll be vetted.
Well, now he knows.
All you got to do is get to Mexico, pay the cartels a little extra money to get away, and you're home free.
No one knows you're here.
Again, I have never been more concerned about the safety and security of this country when it comes to terrorism than I am right now.
And I'm sure Mark has more to say because Mark with the Bureau, and Mark, I think, agrees with me.
This is a tragedy that's going to happen.
I don't know how many terrorists came in in this country, but someday we're going to find out, and it's going to be a bad day for America.
I think it's going to probably be sooner than later.

We continue with Tom Homan and Mark Morgan with Title 42 now hanging in the balance based on a judge's ruling, but the chaos at the border is worse than it's ever been.
Well, you know, what was the one thing we were supposed to learn from the 9-11 commissioner report, Mark Morgan?
They were at war with us.
We were not at war with them.
They are now.
We're catching many of them, but there's tons of gotaways.
They are now people on the terror watch list working hard to get into this country.
Many of them are getting through.
That means that terror cells have emerged all throughout the country, and we have no clue where they are, no idea what they're plotting or planning or scheming.
And to me, that means it's a matter of when and not a matter of if that America is going to be attacked again.
100% right, Sean.
And everything that Tom said is absolutely correct.
Here's the big thing we learned from 9-11.
I was in the FBI at that time.
And what we did is, and what we learned is we fundamentally shifted across all law enforcement agencies from local, state, and federal level.
We shifted from a reactive law enforcement model to a proactive, proactive, preventative model.
This administration, when it comes to our border, has literally taken us back two decades.
This secretary is just simply managing the crisis, and he's reacting to the crisis rather than taking that proactive preventative approach.
Sean, look, the FBI, it was just last year where they prevented a terrorist attack that was designed to assassinate a former president.
How are they going to do that?
By smuggling terrorists across our wide open southwest border.
Our domestic intelligence apparatus in this country had said that our national security is at risk because of the border.
The director of the FBI, when he was forced to under oath, admitted, yes, there's a national security risk at our southern border.
And the last 26 months, we've apprehended illegal aliens from 171 different countries.
Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, China, Russia.
I could keep going on.
Many countries that we know are sponsors are terrorism and or at a minimum help finance terrorist operations.
That's why we say this is a real national security threat.
1.7 million total gotaways.
Sean, I agree with you 100%.
We could literally have the next sleeper cell in the United States climbing the next terrorist attack, and we had no idea.
I think it's already here.
Tom Holman, we'll give you the last word.
Elections have consequences.
I hope the American people are paying attention.
This isn't just about illegal immigration anymore.
I don't care what your opinion on illegal immigration is.
You cause a crisis this big.
It's a national security issue.
It's a public safety crisis.
It's a public health crisis.
We know no suspects of terrorists using the southern border.
It's very vulnerable.
We know a record amount of fentanyl is coming across this border to kill Americans.
We know there's a record number of children, over 300,000, were smuggling this country that are now in forced labor, PNH, pornographic movies, or living with pedophiles, because this administration didn't vet the people the way this shit up.
The whole people are opening their eyes up and they get to that voting box.
You need to vote for border security because this administration has shown that they opened the border wide open and this country's going to hell because of it.
Children are suffering.
Women are suffering.
Our hospitals are shutting down.
Our trauma centers are shutting down.
Our schools are overcrowded.
Veterans are being kicked out of hotels units for illegal aliens.
America needs to wake up, get to the voting roof, and bring President Trump back, and we'll finish the job he started.
It was nearly finished.
It was pretty secure.
We had to stay in Mexico as our policy.
We had the wall being built, and it was only a matter of time until it was finished.

All right, so we have the 306-page Durham report finally, it's almost a joke at this point, released.
However, neither the U.S. nor the intelligence community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the entire Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
And those FBI records prepared by Peter Strzok in February and March of 2017 show at the time of the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI had no intention in its holdings indicating that at any time during the campaign, anyone in the Trump orbit had been in contact with any Russian intelligence officials.
Quote, our investigation determined that the Crossfire Hurricane investigators did not and could not corroborate any of the substantive allegations contained in the Steele report.
I mean, are you kidding me?
Steele was unable, by the way, remember in October, early October 2016, he couldn't produce or corroborate any of his allegations, and he was offered a million dollars by the FBI to do so.
By the end of that month, even though he failed to be able to collect his million, they used the bulk of information for the FISA application, which then ended up being four separate FISA applications, three of them signed by James Comey.
Carter Page made multiple exculpatory statements to the individual identified as confidential human source one, but crossfire hurricane investigators failed to make that information known to the department attorneys.
Steele's, quote, Russian source, Dan Chenko, was actually living in D.C. and then was later, we know, in January 2017, offered a job.
He was the one that said it was all bar talk.
FBI personnel working on the same FISA application displayed at best a cavalier Attitudes towards accuracy and completeness.
Don't forget that they were warned multiple times, even in August of 2016, by Bruce Orr not to touch it.
That it was a political document.
Even John Brennan said so to Obama.
Quote, we conclude the department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report.
FBI personnel also repeatedly disregarded important requirements when they continue to seek renewals of that FISA surveillance while acknowledging both then and in hindsight that they did not genuinely believe there was probable cause to believe that the target was knowingly engaged in clandestine intelligence activities on behalf of a foreign power or knowingly helping another person in such activities.
Certain personnel disregarded significant exculpatory information that should have prompted investigative restraint and re-examination.
Senior FBI personnel displayed a serious lack of analytical rigor towards the information they received, especially information received from politically affiliated persons or entities.
There was significant reliance on the investigative leads provided or funded directly or indirectly by Trump's political opponents.
And I can keep going, but I've got the gang back together here, the band is back together.
And that is our friend, and he wrote two number one best-selling books on this issue.
Greg Jarrett is with us.
John Solomon, Sarah Carter, both up to their eyeballs and breaking story after story, unpeeling the layers of the onion.
We got this story right on this show and on Hannity the TV show.
The rest of the media mob lied to the country for three long years, as did Adam Schiff and every other Democrat on the committee.
Remember, Andrew McCabe infamously saying that without the dirty dossier that Hillary paid for, that nobody could corroborate, there would be no FISA application approved.
Anyway, John Solomon, we'll start with you from the investigative side, and then we'll go to Sarah, and then we'll bring in Greg on the legal side.
Yeah, listen, the Justice Department was still spending and briefing reporters when we were able to get a copy of this report early around 3 o'clock.
And I've been able to go through it for about 90 minutes.
Three big things.
There are not going to be any more criminal charges.
No one else is going to get punished.
The last punishment will be the shame of people that are named in it in the real broad declaration.
There was never a reason to open this investigation.
There never was.
There's a double standard that's highlighted in the report because the FBI had similarly had actually more serious information that Hillary Clinton was actually trying to pull a fraud on the election, try to create this Russia collusion narrative.
No, it wasn't true.
And the FBI never opened up on her, even though it opened up on Donald Trump without an iota of actual corroborated evidence of collusion.
And the third thing is there are people that are personally shouted out in this report.
One of them is John Brennan, who wrote an op-ed in 2018 saying, trust me, there is collusion with Donald Trump.
He persisted in 2019.
When John Durham was called before, when John Brennan's called before Durham, he basically said, I I didn't think there was anything there.
There's obviously not there.
There's nothing there.
So a very different John Brennan behind closed doors with John Durham than the John Brennan who peddled the flames of collusion on television in 17, 18, and 19.
Unbelievable.
Sarah, what's your takeaway from this?
My takeaway from this is that this is absolutely disgusting, that the American people have been lied to, that the world was lied to, that we took a duly elected president of these United States and allowed our agencies,
which were weaponized, that me, meaning John Brennan, meaning Clapper, McCabe, and all the people that we put our faith into in these institutions, dragged our world leader with their training to go after adversaries through the mud, turned our nation inside out, and they will not be facing any kind of prosecution.
I think that is what is stunning to me about all of this, Sean.
The fact that Hillary Clinton went as far, and look, she's a liar.
Let's just call a spade a spade.
We don't need to be objective here.
She was caught lying.
She was caught making up a story.
But the fact that her cronies inside the bureaucracy were actually working alongside her to target an American president that was elected by the American people, meaning that President Trump was right all along.
They aren't coming after me.
They're going after you.
And now they're all going to sit back and, you know, collect paychecks or whatever and live out their lives after they turned our nation inside out.
And not only that, divided our nation in such a way that, I mean, families aren't even talking to each other anymore.
Nobody knows what the truth is or a lie anymore.
And sadly enough, Sean, nobody can trust the institutions that we rely upon to protect us and to protect our families and our national security.
I think that's the real story here.
And I don't think we should gloss over it.
I think we really, as Americans, need to take a good look inside ourselves and really ask the tough questions.
If sunlight is the best disinfectant, we have done a terrible job of exposing what has happened in our country.
And I'll add this: it not only, but I said if we don't get to the bottom of this, and clearly nobody's going to be held accountable, it will embolden these agencies to go further.
We saw that in this recent presidential election.
We now know in the months leading up to the 2020 presidential election that even though the FBI had the Hunter Biden laptop in December of 2019, John Solomon, you have confirmed that they verified it in the spring of 2020.
That didn't stop the FBI from approaching big tech companies on a weekly basis, warning them, according to Yo Roth in the Missouri case, the former Twitter integrity site head, and tell them that they might be victims of a disinformation campaign that might involve Joe or Hunter Biden.
That resulted in them not being willing.
They censored the Hunter Biden laptop story.
And last week we learned from the CIA and Jim Jordan that active CIA officials were there helping to recruit the 51 former Intel people to debunk the Hunter Biden laptop to give Joe Biden, quote, a talking point against Donald Trump in a debate.
From the legal side, Greg Jarrett, what do you see?
Well, I wrote two books about this, going back to the first one, the Russia hoax in 2018.
And I wrote that the FBI never had any plausible evidence that Trump or his campaign collaborated with Russia.
The FBI had no legal basis, I wrote, to initiate its investigation.
Facts were invented or exaggerated.
Laws were perverted or ignored.
And essentially, Sean, you know, the law enforcers became the lawbreakers.
And then James Comey conjured up a scheme to trigger the appointment of his friend as special counsel.
That was a devious maneuver by Comey, an unscrupulous man.
And his insinuation that the president obstructed justice, that was another lie designed to inflame the liberal media.
And of course, they became witting accessories.
You know, the FBI recognized almost immediately in the summer of 2016 that the claims of Trump-Russia collusion had been invented by Hillary.
They debunked the dossier that her campaign had bankrolled.
And instead of exposing the truth, the FBI exploited the collusion lie as a pretense to prevent Trump from being elected.
And when that plan failed, the FBI doubled down and sought to portray him as an illegitimate president by accelerating its wrongful probe.
So all of this is confirmed in the 300-plus pages of John Durham's final report.
The FBI was instrumental in perpetrating the Russia hoax.
I mean, the thing that stands out to me is what Sarah said, John Solomon.
Nobody's going to be held accountable here.
Now, we had learned that, you know, knowing what we know now, all the people that it signed on to, including James Comey, knowing what we know now, we wouldn't have signed on to it.
But they had every indication, this report is showing.
They had every indication never to trust this.
They were warned not to trust this.
They offered a million dollars to corroborate it.
They couldn't pay that million.
And then they put the sub-source on the FBI payroll at some point.
Yeah, listen, that's about the headline here.
No new charges.
The only remaining penalty will be that of shame, if there are anyone in Washington that actually has shame.
The report lays out, though, at least what happened so that we can look at it and understand how this incredible political dirty trick, which not only deceived the American public, but also hampered the first two years of the Trump presidency, how it was carried out, who carried it out, how they did it, who they bypassed, who was complicit in it.
But that's about all we're going to get as a final sounding on this incredible scandal that engulfed the country for more than three years.
Imagine if a Republican did this, Sarah.
I just, there are no words, Sean, to express my outrage over this.
And I'm going to tell you why.
Because if I made a false allegation against a neighbor, if I swatted a neighbor right now or somebody, a famous person, and I made up just a lie just to keep them, you know, in the spotlight or to spread a rumor or false allegation against them and put their lives in danger,
which, by the way, Carter Page's life was in danger because he was out it and he was providing very vital information to our intelligence agencies.
And even more so, a president of the United States was being targeted in front of the whole world because our intelligence agency and apparatus and our FBI came out, our officials,
and said, just as Brennan did in his column, that this man, this president, President Donald Trump, was working in collusion with a foreign adversary against the United States.
If we did that, Sean, we would go to jail.
We would be in jail.
The FBI would come to my home.
I would be arrested for SWATIN.
My family would be.
There would be questioning.
These people have gotten away with everything.
And I think that is what enrages the American people.
I know it does me.
How is it possible that they can break all of these laws?
How is that possible?
And pay not one price for it.
And then we're supposed to entrust them with our own national security and trust everything that they say, believe that everything that they say is true.
And then when we speak out against them, we're called conspiracy theorists.
Really?
And so this report is what?
It's a report.
We were all right the whole time.
The media lied and got away with it.
Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, all of them got away with all of this.
Last word, Greg Jarrett.
That's why I believe that they felt no compunctions at all.
The FBI, you know, interfering in 2020 by pre-bunking the Hunter Biden laptop story and even CIA employees recruiting the dirty 51.
Yeah.
I mean, look, they lie with impunity because they know there are no consequences because our bureaucracy is filled with liberals who will protect them.
Hillary Clinton lied purposefully and used her cronies to peddle that lie to the federal government.
That's a crime, but she gets away with it.
Nefarious figures like James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzzok, they manipulated evidence, contorted the law to incriminate an innocent person running for president.
Those are crimes.
They'll get away with it.
You know, it is one of the dirtiest, the dirtiest political trick in American history.
And they got away with it.
And they'll do it again.
This has no consequences.
Great job, guys.
You were right the whole time.
