| It's interesting because as of yesterday, I was being told that the indictment of Hunter Biden was likely imminent. | |
| Now I'm being told something different, that it's going to happen. | |
| This is what my sources are saying. | |
| And I can't tell you definitively. | |
| I don't know, but I'm telling you what sources are saying to me that it is going to be soon, but maybe not, definitely not this week, likely next week. | |
| That's what they're saying now. | |
| I had a whole different belief system yesterday, and I thought it was imminent because I have very good sources that were telling me that. | |
| And I only tell you the truth and what I know when I know it. | |
| And I said, you know, nothing's for certain here, but apparently they're going to make a decision on that very, very soon. | |
| That part we absolutely positively do know. | |
| We also know that even the Washington Post and the Detroit news, you know, everybody's kind of reporting the same thing that the prosecutor's decision on the issue of felony tax charges and, of course, lying on his gun application are part of the indictment. | |
| One question I would have is whether or not Hunter was examined for a FARA violation, which is something that if you're doing business with foreign countries, you have to register with the federal government. | |
| That's why Paul Manafort, one of the reasons they put him in jail. | |
| And if he got in trouble for that and Hunter Biden didn't register, why would there be a two-tier justice system? | |
| It would seem logical that he gets the same charges that Paul Manafort got, but I doubt he's also going to have 30 federal agents, guns drawn, guns ablaze, frogmen, if you're Roger Stone in your backyard with a pre-dawn raid and fake news CNN cameras there. | |
| I doubt that we'll be tipped off like CNN was in the case of Roger Stone. | |
| You know, it's frustrating to us. | |
| I know a lot of you, and you always ask me, well, when is something going to happen? | |
| Well, all I can do is my job and get you the information. | |
| When we spent three years on this program doing an investigation into the Russia hoax, every single thing that we reported all turned out to be true. | |
| Now, how come we got it right? | |
| Everyone else in the media got it wrong and they're not held accountable. | |
| How is that? | |
| You know, and they're still trusted. | |
| You still trust the New York Times? | |
| You still trust fake news CNN? | |

| I will die having never gone to a White House correspondence dinner unless maybe if somebody offered like $50 million that I could give to a charity, a good charity, I might consider it. | |

| But I don't think that's going to ever happen. | |

| So that's the big breaking news. | |
| Now, the other news that we got into great specificity and detail yesterday, this is very, very real because this now has to do with the big guy, Joey Biden, himself. | |
| Now, I just want to take you back and remind you that Joe Biden, first and foremost, said over and over again during the campaign that he never one time, ever spoke to his son, Hunter, or any family member about their foreign business dealings. | |
| Remember, this was during the campaign. | |
| Mr. President, Mr. President, there is a new break, man. | |
| Did you overreact? | |
| Mr. President, there's a lot of the credit for reaction that masters. | |
| Mr. Sonner, why did you take something long? | |
| I need to. | |
| How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings? | |
| I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealers. | |
| I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period. | |
| And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration. | |
| There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government. | |
| Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals? | |
| I stand by that statement. | |
| Okay, here's the problem. | |
| We now have photographic evidence of Joe with Hunter and Joe's and Hunter's foreign business partners. | |
| We have dates. | |
| We have meetings at the White House, at the Obama White House, and much, much more of many such meetings. | |
| And we have third-party testimony of people that were at the meetings that can implicate Joe. | |
| Hunter in his own laptop implicates him and complains bitterly that he has to give half of his income to pops. | |
| He complains about paying for his father's home repairs. | |
| By the way, how on a senator's salary does he end up with all these homes, including a beachfront property? | |
| I don't begrudge him, but I just want to know where he got the money from. | |
| Now, it raises so many different questions about both Hunter and the entire family and Joe Biden himself. | |
| But now what we're finding out, and this letter that I went into in great specificity and detail yesterday, I read the whole letter on the air yesterday from Charles Grassley and James Comer. | |
| This now brings everything right to Joe Biden himself. | |
| And what they're saying is they have a brand new, legally protected, highly credible whistleblower disclosure. | |
| That's what they said in their letter, Grassley and Comer. | |
| And if that's true, this is a bombshell disclosure. | |
| Now, it's detailed. | |
| They give specific details in the letter. | |
| I want to remind you what's in there. | |
| Both the DOJ, they believe, and the FBI have in their possession evidence that they believe will prove that Joe Biden took foreign bribes in exchange for policy decisions. | |
| I'll give you the exact quote. | |
| Quote, it describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy reasons. | |
| In other words, that would be the very definition of a felony, high crime, misdemeanor, whatever you want to say, not only impeachable, but illegal. | |
| That would be bribery and getting something in return. | |
| Now, we've talked a lot about the monies, and this is the question that I've always wanted answered more than any other one. | |
| And we'll ask Jim Jordan these very questions later. | |
| We also have Ram Paul on today. | |
| I would like to know, you know, how much money this family, the Biden family, did in business with China and Russia and Ukraine and Kazakhstan. | |
| And according to James Comer, about a dozen other countries. | |
| And what were these countries expecting in return for these services here? | |
| And why didn't Hunter register as a foreign agent? | |
| According to all reports, I'm reading that he did not. | |
| Did he or didn't he? | |
| Let's get an answer to that question. | |
| Because if he didn't, that means he did the same thing that Paul Manafort did. | |
| And they charged Paul Manafort for that. | |
| And Paul Manafort spent time in prison a lot of time. | |
| And they even put him in isolation in an effort to break him and pretty much said to him every day, I know because I interviewed him and I've talked to him. | |
| He's been on this show. | |
| And they pretty much said to him, you know, tell us what we want to hear and you can walk free today. | |
| It's unbelievable. | |
| But just not to digress too much here, what were these countries expecting for this very high amount of money? | |
| In many cases, millions and millions of dollars. | |
| You know, and, you know, here's the other question. | |
| I think I'm the only one, and I probably have annoyed many of you in this audience for replaying again and again and again this braggadocia, which is very common with Joe Biden, him bragging about, you know, so I told them, you got six hours, six hours, you know, or you're not getting the billion dollars. | |
| Listen. | |
| I said, I'm not going to, we're not going to give you the billion dollars. | |
| They said, you have no authority. | |
| You're not the president. | |
| The president said, I said, call him. | |
| I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars. | |
| I said, you're not getting a billion. | |
| I'm going to be leaving here. | |
| I think it was, what, six hours? | |
| I looked at leaving in six hours. | |
| If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money. | |
| Oh, son of a got fired. | |
| He's bragging about it. | |
| So Hunter goes on Good Morning America. | |
| 50-year-old man. | |
| He's not a kid. | |
| And probably the worst interview I think I've ever seen anybody give because he acknowledges he had no experience, but got paid a fortune. | |

| In the list that you gave me of the reasons why you're on that board, you did not list the fact that you were the son of the Vice President. | |
| Of course. | |
| Yeah, no. | |
| What role do you think that played? | |
| I think that it is impossible for me to be on any of the boards that I just mentioned without saying that I'm the son of the Vice President of the United States. | |
| You were paid $50,000 a month for your position? | |
| Look, I'm a private citizen. | |
| One thing that I don't have to do is sit here and open my kimono as it relates to how much money I make or make or did or didn't. | |
| But it's all been reported. | |
| If your last name wasn't Biden, do you think you would have been asked to be on the board of Burisma? | |
| I don't know. | |
| I don't know. | |
| Probably not. | |
| I don't think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in my life if my last name wasn't Biden. | |
| When he said, I hope you know what you're doing, what did he think you were doing? | |
| Well, he read the press reports that I joined the board of Burisma, which was a Ukrainian natural gas company. | |
| And there's been a lot of misinformation about me, not about my dad. | |
| Nobody buys that, but it buys this idea that I was unqualified to be on the board. | |
| What were your qualifications to be on the board of Burisma? | |
| Well, I was vice chairman of the board of Amtrak for five years. | |
| I was the chairman of the board of the UN World Food Program. | |
| I was a lawyer for Boyce Schiller-Flexner, one of the most prestigious law firms in the world. | |
| You didn't have any extensive knowledge about natural gas or Ukraine itself, though. | |
| No. | |
| But I think that I had as much knowledge as anybody else that was on the board, if not more. | |
| No experience in energy, no experience in Ukraine, but they pay him a fortune. | |
| What a great deal. | |
| Don't all of you out there wish you had such a deal? | |
| I want to know, what did Joe Biden know? | |
| When did he know it? | |
| We know he lied when he said he never talked to his son about his foreign business dealings. | |
| We know that Hunter implicates Joe. | |
| Now we've got this whistleblower and we've got respected Senator Charles Grassley, respected Congressman James Comer saying that the FBI and the DOJ has these documents that will prove that in fact there was a quid and a pro and a quo. | |
| I thought liberals didn't like those things. | |
| That's why they impeached Donald Trump on the issue of Ukraine. | |
| Well, that sounds like a real quid pro quo. | |
| You're not getting a billion unless you fire the prosecutor. | |
| The prosecutor's investigating his son who admits he had no experience and is being paid a fortune. | |
| Okay, how much money did they make in China, Russia, Ukraine? | |
| How much were the business deals? | |
| How much money did they pocket? | |
| Who got what? | |
| What did they do for that money? | |
| And what do these countries expect in return for that money? | |
| It's not complicated to figure out, is it? | |
| It's actually kind of simple. | |
| The fact that they're being protected, it just justifies what I have been saying is we don't have equal justice and application of our laws and we have a dual justice system in America. | |
| That means we don't have a constitutional republic. | |
| That's what it means. | |
| Scary times. | |

| So with this new letter from Grassley and this letter from Comer, and I'll go back to the contents of it if you're just joining us because it's very, very specific that they have a legally protected, highly credible whistleblower disclosure. | |
| And according to the details in the letter, it says, quote, it describes an alleged criminal scheme involving the then Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. | |
| Now, what they're asking for is the evidence that they believe the FBI and the DOJ has. | |
| Now, that does not stop the questions that I believe the Bidens need to answer. | |
| You know, and starting with how much money in business did they do, especially with our number one and number two geopolitical foe, Russia and China. | |

| Anyway, it says Joe bribing. | |
| That's what the cover says. | |

| He has Joe looking at his watch. | |
| FBI has secret file alleging that then VP Biden took money from foreign national whistle, according to Whistleblower. | |
| This is a big deal. | |
| I don't think people are understanding how profound this is. | |
| So anyway, you know, it's unclear which country, this is in the New York Post today, which country Biden is accused of allegedly accepting bribes from, but it does bring back Biden's talk and bragging about Ukraine and getting a prosecutor fired by leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars. | |
| You know, in April of 2014, three days before, I'm sorry, three days after Hunter Biden joined Burisma, White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, then a vice presidential aide, told reporters on Air Force 2 en route to Kyiv, ironically, that Joe Biden would push for U.S. support to Ukraine's natural gas industry, which later that year was awarded $50 million by Congress. | |

| Is that right? | |
| Let's see. | |
| Three days after Hunter joined the board of the natural gas company, and later on he would go on Good Morning America as we played, and he would admit he had no experience in energy, oil, gas, or Ukraine. | |
| Well, he's getting paid an awful lot of money. | |
| It's probably just a mere coincidence that three days later that we have Jake Sullivan, then Joe Biden's presidential aide, telling reporters on Air Force 2 that, in fact, Joe Biden would push for U.S. support to Ukraine's natural gas industry, and that later that year was awarded $50 million by Congress. | |
| Joe Biden met with his son's business partner, Devin Archer. | |
| Wasn't he convicted? | |
| I think he was, right? | |
| Yeah, okay. | |
| I just want to make sure. | |
| I want to get the facts right. | |
| Convicted. | |
| Oh, that's right. | |
| He's a convicted felon. | |
| And in 2014, around the time that both Hunter and Archer joined Burisma, Joe Biden raised eyebrows visiting the island of Cyprus, where the gas firm's corporate headquarters were located. | |
| And on around April 21st, 2014, about a year later, then VP Biden attended an April 16th, 2015 dinner at D.C.'s Burisma executives home, who emailed Hunter the next day thanking Hunter for giving him the opportunity to meet with his father. | |
| You're not getting a billion unless you fire the prosecutor in six hours. | |
| The guy investigating all of this in Ukraine. | |
| Mere coincidence. | |
| I'm sure it's a mere coincidence. | |
| Or Vice President Biden allegedly met with one of his son's Russian associates. | |
| This is the oligarch, Oligarch, the billionaire, former first lady of Moscow. | |
| At the same time, in April of 2015, D.C., a dinner attended by this, well, former mayor of Moscow. | |
| Actually, no, it was not that. | |
| Yeah, former mayor. | |
| The mayor was there. | |
| Let me put it that way, not the wife of the mayor. | |
| Anyway, so April 2015, D.C. dinner attended by the former mayor, and the wife allegedly wired $3.5 million to a firm associated with Hunter more than a year prior on February 14, 2014, allegedly met with Hunter and his associate, Devin Archer, in April of 2014 in Italy at the time. | |
| It's unclear what policy matter Joe Biden would have influenced on their behalf, although she did evade U.S. sanctions over the then-ongoing Donbass war that broke out in April of 2014. | |
| I'm sure a mere coincidence. | |
| Once again, all right. | |
| Then we have the issue of Mexico. | |
| We know that Hunter visited Mexico at least six years in a row from 2011 through 2016 while his father was vice president, according to his own laptop records. | |
| And communications include references to his father, though details remain a little vague on the amount of money that changed hands and Joe Biden's specific involvement. | |
| But then Vice President Biden in November of 2015 hosted at the official vice president's residence in Washington, the billionaire Carlos Slim and members of wealthy Mexican Allman family, whom Hunter and his associate Jeff Cooper were courting. | |
| Laptop records show that Hunter Biden facilitated access to the Obama-Biden administration and various figures that worked in the administration. | |
| It's unclear what policy changes would have been in play there. | |
| Romania, we know Hunter began working for a Romanian businessman in early 2015 to help him challenge a corruption conviction. | |
| And this guy from Romania also hired former FBI director Louis Free. | |
| And Free called Hunter directly in July of 2015, just two hours before Hunter was scheduled to meet with his dad, according to emails. | |
| The then second son was booked for, quote, breakfast with dad two days after his return. | |
| I don't know. | |
| Sounds a little suspicious to me. | |
| I don't know. | |
| Very, very coincidental. | |
| Whatever it is, we need to see it. | |
| That's the bottom line. | |
| If you ask me, I would tell you that the walls are closing in on the Biden syndicate here. | |
| And that now means against Joe Biden and this FBI whistleblower's allegation that the FBI and the Justice Department are in possession of a document that describes a criminal scheme involving then Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. | |
| You know, this is not coming from an amateur. | |
| Senator Chuck Grassley has been around the block. | |
| He's been there a long time. | |
| He's sharp as attack, too. | |
| He's a little arnery, but he's sharp as attack. | |
| And coming from him and coming from Comer, Comer, who recently got access to the suspicious activity reports, Comer, who's found out all these LLCs that he never knew existed, Comer that's finding out that other Biden family members. | |
| Why are you all looking at me in there? | |
| What is going on? | |
| So I'm going to tell you the truth. | |
| What? | |
| Because if I don't tell you the truth, it's going to sound. | |
| It is annoying. | |
| So we're all staring at you oddly because the top of your headphones say Monica. | |
| So I looked over and I said, why do his headphones say Monica? | |
| And he's like, I just pulled off my headphones. | |
| You're right. | |
| Why does it say Monica? | |
| I have no idea. | |
| All right, stop staring at me. | |
| I'm not like a cage man looking at you anymore. | |

| So, you know, these are, if we have a real whistleblower and this document exists, my biggest fear is it's going to get bleach-bidded. | |
| It's going to disappear. | |
| They're going to get rid of it if they have it. | |
| But anyway, so they put out this letter. | |
| They're demanding answers and they're asking all of the right questions. | |
| I think we are asking a, all right, stop. | |
| I think you are asking. | |
| Do you want to hear what I just said? | |
| I said, you know what the funny thing is about the Hunter Biden stuff is that it could be right in front of their face, like a pair of headphones with the name Monica on it that you can't turn away from. | |
| And they wouldn't believe it because it's about Hunter and Joe. | |
| How much money has the Biden family made from China, Russia, Ukraine? | |
| I just mentioned all these other countries as well. | |
| Comer says over a dozen other countries. | |
| How much money was the deal? | |
| How much money did they profit? | |
| And what were these countries expecting in return? | |
| It's that simple. | |
| Did Hunter, doesn't look like it, Hunter Biden register as a foreign agent. | |
| If he didn't, he should be charged, just like Paul Manafort, if we have equal justice and application of our laws. | |
| Next question now goes to the president. | |
| What did Joe know and when did he know it? | |
| And by the way, did Joe make any money as Hunter alleges in his own laptop? | |
| Did he make any money from these deals? | |
| Did he do anything for the money that he received or maybe was funneled through Hunter, et cetera, et cetera? | |
| We know Hunter has tax problems because we were expecting he's going to get indicted on that. | |
| You know, for example, did Pops really take half of Hunter's income as Hunter alleges in his own laptop? | |
