And thanks to all of you for being with us.
Happy Friday, 800-941-SHAWN.
You want to be a part of the program.
We'd love to hear from you today.
A lot of outrage.
Apparently, Donald Trump earlier today sparked outrage, anger, posted a picture of himself holding a baseball bat next to a separate photo of Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.
Now, look, I mean, if you ask me, does this type of thing help Donald Trump?
I the answer is obviously no.
I don't believe that that's the case.
There's one thing that I always bring up, though, on this program, and that is selective moral outrage.
In other words, it's not consistent outrage.
You know, and a lot of it goes back to the summer of 2020.
Um we condemn the riots in the summer of 2020 on this program.
In real time on January 6th, I condemn what was going on at the Capitol.
We've got to protect our institutions.
We gotta protect our elected officials.
It's that simple.
I said it that day.
I said it that night on TV.
And um, and I stand by that today.
You know, as uh, you know, things I think have gotten very, very, very divided and heated.
It's not great for the country, that's for sure.
But Democrats, they only seem to get outraged when it's Donald Trump.
They don't seem to get outraged.
You know, of the 574 riots in the summer of 2020.
Remember, it and I'm gonna play for you a montage of Democrats and things that they said.
Uh, but remember, we had thousands of cops that were injured.
Nightly, they were being pelted with bricks, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails, and worse.
And we had, you know, thousands of cops injured.
We had a couple dozen dead Americans in the summer of 2020.
How many of you may have been listening when I interviewed Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr., his son, Horace Lorenzo Anderson Jr. died in the Chaz Chop uh summer of love zone, spaghetti potlug dinner zone, uh, out there in in Seattle at the time.
It was a shame what happened to him.
He didn't need to die.
And then, you know, even to get uh paramedics into the streets that they had taken over, including including a police precinct, you know, paramedics had to beg permission to get in to help save a life, and they weren't able to save his this young man's life.
It's such a tragedy.
You know, but if you look back at the Democrats, you know, Nancy Pelosi herself was asked about it.
Nancy Pelosi says about riots in Baltimore.
Oh, well, they're gonna do what they're gonna do.
No big deal.
Let me play you.
You're gonna hear CNN here.
You're gonna hear AOC here.
You're gonna hear Kamala Harris here.
You're gonna hear uh Nancy Pelosi here.
Just just you know, as you watch their outrage, just remember this is them.
We'll do what they do.
This is a mostly protest.
Uh it is not uh it is not generally speaking unruly.
But fires have been started.
There needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there's unrest in our lives.
And unfortunately, there's a way to go around.
They're not gonna stop.
And and everyone beware, because they're not gonna stop.
It is gonna they're not gonna stop before election day in November, and they're not gonna stop after election day.
Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.
I don't know.
We could have the summer of love.
We have been covering these various peaceful protests.
Destroying property which can be replaced is not violent.
Our country was started because this is how the Boston Tea Party.
Rioting.
So don't do not get it twisted and think that, oh, this is some something that has not never happened before, and then this is so terrible, and where are we and these savages and all of that?
This is how this country was started.
I can't.
With folks that are saying we need to stop this unrest.
We need to stop violence as though charging person someone a thousand dollars a month for insulin that they need to survive isn't violent.
I mean, these you see the the hypocrisy, the double standard and how it exists and what this does to society.
But you know, um, do I recommend that the conservatives, you know, use imagery or language like that?
I don't.
I don't think it gets us far.
You know, I'm looking at a country right now that is so troubled.
I look at a world order that is changing right before our eyes and an emerging axis of evil.
You know, we we haven't spoken enough about President Xi and President Putin meeting this week.
We haven't talked enough about their conversations and and about we have an opportunity for the first time in a hundred years.
Uh that means the U.S. they view as in a nation in decline and a nation incapable of leading the rest of the world, and China uh certainly wants to lead the way and fill that void with the assistance of Russia.
You know, hostile actor number one would be, of course, China, number two would be Russia.
You know, then you have the the communist Chinese brokering deals with Iran and Saudi Arabia.
Now it's gonna be a broker deal between Saudi Arabia and Syria.
Under Donald Trump, we had you know an alliance that was really powerful and and based on U.S. leadership, and that was the U.S. Israel, Jordan, Egypt, the Saudis, the Emirates, all against Iranian hegemony.
Now we keep reading that well, Iran may in fact be getting nuclear weapons in in no time at all.
It's unbelievable.
Uh, hang on, I gotta send a texting here.
Yeah, uh earlier this week.
There you go.
Sorry.
Um, anyway, I'm back on the show.
That doesn't I can't help it, Linda.
I mean, sometimes I forgot something.
I need to get it brought in.
Listen, people don't always listen three to six, and I would just say to whoever is texting you, he's very busy right now.
If you want to talk to him, call 1-800-941 Sean.
He'll be right with you.
Right with you as soon as I can.
I think probably the funniest thing I saw all week as it relates to Alvin Bragg and Stormy Daniels.
I can't believe we're back to talking about Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohn, uh, and Alvin Bragg's that what if you talk about somebody that had an awful week, it was Alvin Bragg.
I mean, between the letter from Michael Cohn's attorney from February 8th, 2018, uh, and then Bob Costello's uh uh blockbuster testimony that he also gave to the grand jury, but uh the interview that we had with him.
I mean, it was a bad week, and now we're finding out Michael Avenati is is back in the mix.
I don't know how he's able to tweet from prison, but apparently he's able to tweet from prison, and he's out there saying there are many critical facts and pieces of evidence, texts, emails relating to the hush money scandal that have yet to see the light of day.
He said of Bragg's investigation, and they will unfortunately be very damaging to the prosecution if Trump stands trial.
At this point, you simply can't build a Case on the testimony of Michael Cohn and Stormy Daniels.
He also said that Trump's current attorney, Joe Tacopina, is a much more formidable legal advisor to Trump than any of the semi-celebrity lawyers with whom he's been known to associate with.
And by the way, I I've known Tacopina for decades.
He's right about that part.
Takapina knows his way around the criminal courtroom.
He'll destroy him.
Michael Cohen on the stand, especially seeing as Cohen has publicly lied for 15 months and now won't stop talking.
He asserted.
It's going to be interesting to see how this unfolds.
But this this week has been revealing in in more ways that I could even that I even could have imagined.
Um, and that is, you know, you start with a pathetically weak case in the before this week started.
And if you would have asked me over the weekend last week, and what the I thought the odds that Bragg would bring the indictment this week, I would have said they were very high.
99, 98% somewhere over there.
And then as the week was unfolding and his information was coming out, and then when I first had the interview with Bob Costello, I mean, Bob Costello saying he met with Michael Cohn, and Michael Cohn, he was his legal advisor.
And Michael Cohn is asking him, you know, or uh Costello's asking him, do you have anything on Trump?
If they're coming after you, that's the only way you're going to be able to make a deal.
What do you have on Donald Trump that you can give them?
Nothing.
And he asked over and over and over and over again.
And then he goes to the next part of the question.
You know, then Michael Cohn also admitted apparently he was suicidal, but said under no circumstances, he said he kept repeating it again and again and again.
Under no circumstances am I going to jail.
And then Bob Cohn interpreted that to mean that he would lie, cheat, steal, do whatever was possible.
Here's what my here's what Bob Costello said.
What do you have on Donald Trump?
And that's when he started with the same litany that he root used for the rest of the two hours.
I swear to God, Bob, I don't have anything on Donald Trump.
But the point is when somebody is is really thinking of committing suicide, and you're offering them a legal way out of this.
If he had any information about Donald Trump, that would have been the one time, even for a serial liar like Michael Cohn to fess up and say, Well, I know this or that, because I'm I want to save my own hide.
But he didn't do that.
Michael Cohn, who, as I said before, was pacing back and forth, would suddenly stop in the middle of whatever he was talking about and turn and point his finger at us and say, I want you guys to understand.
I will never spend a day in jail.
He said that at least 10 to 20 times during that two hour period.
It was it was a bizarre mantra, but it made it clear to us that Michael Cohn was saying, I will lie, cheat, steal, shoot someone, I will never spend a day in jail.
Okay, so I mean, that was so devastating.
Then, of course, the exculpatory letter from November 8th of or February 8th of 2018 by Michael Cohn's attorney.
You know, the this is Michael Cohn, it was his money.
He never donated to the Trump campaign.
Uh the campaign had nothing to do with it.
Donald Trump had nothing to do with it.
The Trump organization had nothing to do with it, blah, blah, blah.
None of that is helping Alvin Bragg in his case at all.
You know, and the the biggest indicator that this week made a dramatic change for the worst, and if things couldn't get worse than that, uh, we were able to find an old TMZ piece that was put out, and apparently the Washington Post had even covered it, and that is Stormy Daniels' signature in her own words saying, No, it's it's not true.
Um we uh we didn't have uh sex and has nothing to do with hush money.
It just never happened.
All right, which Stormy Daniels is the is the jury going to believe.
I mean, that's a big point.
And the answer is it's probably not the Stormy Daniels of today.
It's gonna be the Stormy Daniels back then.
Um anyway, so it was uh just a bad week all the way around for Alvin Bragg, and but you know, the New York Times, they had reported the criminal charges against Trump were likely a March the ninth.
Now, here's the other interesting thing, and I think the biggest indication that Alvin Bragg is is bailing out of this case and telling Reuters that former President Trump is the one that created a false expectation of arrest.
What do you mean a false expectation of arrest?
You have a multi-year investigation.
You convene a grand jury, the DA's meeting with law enforcement to try and coordinate an impending arrest of Donald Trump, and we're supposed to believe that it was Trump that somehow created a false expectation of arrest.
New York Times reported criminal charges against Trump were likely on March the 9th.
You know, Miss Pulled surprise winner herself, Maggie Haberman gets a poll of surprise uh for being wrong on Russia.
How that happened, I don't we were right on Russia.
Where's our polit surprise?
Not that I want one.
Anyway, so I don't think it was Trump who created the expectation.
It was Bragg that created the expectation.
And then his office, they started leaking like a sieve.
It's coming, it's coming.
And how is Donald Trump gonna get arrested?
And is there is he gonna put be put in handcuffs?
Is he gonna be allowed to surrender?
Is there gonna be a perp walk?
Um and so on and so forth.
I mean, that's pretty much how the week unfolded.
You know, where it goes from here, I don't know.
I do know this.
There is a such a of a hatred of Donald Trump.
I can't even explain it.
It's not even rational.
It doesn't matter how many liberals themselves, Kamala Harris, they're not gonna stop.
She's talking about the writers.
They shouldn't stop.
We're not gonna stop.
I'm like, what?
And then tweeting out a bail fund for the people arrested for rioting in the summer of 2020?
But nobody gets outraged over that.
So, you know, I I like peace.
I I prefer people just argue on the substance and issues of the day.
But if you're gonna have one standard for one party, you need to have the same standard for another party.
Hey.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.

Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.

Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?

All right, as we continue on, thanks for being with us this Friday, 800-941-SHAWN, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, I just don't like the hypocrisy.
You know, no, I don't want Republicans using incendiary language at all ever.
I don't think it's helpful for the cause.
I think we argue on the merits.
How do we how do we save our economy?
How do we keep our cities and towns safe and secure?
How do we achieve energy independence?
How do we make the world a safer place?
How do we establish American dominance again in the world?
Not hard stuff.
You know, Nancy Pelosi about Baltimore rights.
Well, or taking down a monument.
People will do what they do.
Over to MB MSDNC.
This is mostly a protest.
Um, you know, it's it's not generally speaking unruly, uh, but fires have started.
Meanwhile, behind the guy, there's a massive fire.
Congresswoman Presley, there needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there is unrest in our lives, and unfortunately, there's plenty to go around.
Kamala Harris, they're not gonna stop.
Beware, because they're not gonna stop.

Our country was started because of the Boston Tea Party.
You know, this is how the country was started.
Okay, AOC.
I can't, with with folks that are saying we need to stop this unrest.
Uh, we need uh to stop violence.
Yeah, a month of insulin that is needed to survive isn't violent.
You can't always get what you want, but you can get Sean Hannity online at Hannity.com.
All right, 25 till the top of the hour.
Um, I don't know if you know that all the world's best shooters, the best of the best.
Uh, they do a majority of their training doing dry fire practice at home.
You can train at home.
That's what Mantis X is all about.
It's a firearm training system, no ammo, all electronic way to practice and prove your shooting accuracy.
You simply attach it to your firearm.
You can use it at home at the range, you can use it with your friends, your family, your neighbors, your kids, and you know, it's fun.
And the Mantis X gives you data-driven, real-time feedback on your technique.
They'll guide you through drills and courses, and 94% of shooters improve within 20 minutes using Mantis X. Mantis X is used by the Marine Corps, the Army, Special Forces.
In other words, it's military grade technology, and the good news is they offer it to you at a very affordable price.
Linda, when you started, Linda had a nine out of a hundred.
I mean, that would be the equivalent of standing in front of a massive yacht and aiming at it and missing.
What's your highest score now?
I would like to use the now.
I'd like to use Mantis X, not me.
Go ahead.
I first of all I do use Mantis X and I try to do it at least two to three times a week, and that is why my score is now in the eighties, and I'm grateful for that.
But I'm telling you, by the way, eighties is very respectable.
It's respectable, yeah.
You know, I mean it's but you'll get up to the ninety.
Have you hit ninety at all yet?
What's your highest?
I did one time, you know, but that was like when I had an instructor next to me, and they were like, Move your arm, change your hands, do you know, all the things.
And the other thing is, what was my first score?
The first time I tried it.
What did I get?
I thought we were talking about me.
I think that's a good thing.
No, no, but now we're talking to me, we're shifting attention.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
What did I get my first time using it?
I know.
I know he's got a hundred.
The first thing they said was, uh, you shoot better than ninety-nine percent of law enforcement in the country.
I'm like, that's not good.
Yeah, but you're also not running after a perpetrator in the throat.
No, that's true.
So I give them a lot of slack.
Anyway, listen, it works, and if you're a believer in the second amendment as I am, uh, you've got the responsibility to be competent and confident in your shooting ability, and you can start improving your accuracy.
Go to the MantiseX dot com.
That's M-A-N-T-I-S X dot com.
Um, we'll get more back to this later.
Uh, but Alv uh Alvin Bragg is now refusing to cooperate with congressional investigators.
Bragg formerly refused to cooperate with House Republicans uh into what they described as the unprecedented abuse of authority against former President Donald Trump and a letter explaining his refusal to cooperate.
Bragg returned fire, complaining that Republicans were conducting, quote, an unprecedented inquiry into the pending local prosecution.
By the way, Chuck Schumer won't say that he has confidence in Alvin Bragg.
Schumer on Wednesday refused to give him a vote of confidence uh in terms of his investigation here.
The New York Democrat dodged multiple questions uh from reporters at the U.S. Capitol regarding Alvin Bragg's Trump probe and gave a less than enthusiastic response when asked whether he has confidence in the prosecutor.
Look, he says the bottom line is as I said, it's premature to comment on what's happening, and we'll have to wait and see what he does.
House Republicans are now investigating whether DC Democrats pressured Alvin Bragg to try to indict Trump.
This is pretty interesting.
Uh just the news.com, that's John Solomon's site.
Uh Jim Jordan now pressing to determine if Democrats and DC now have been politically pressuring the prosecutor.
Here initially passed on this.
Like the FEC passed on this.
Like the DOJ passed on this.
Like the prior Manhattan district attorney passed on all of this.
Well, so did Alvin Bragg.
And then a book comes out.
I I don't know, he got pressure from somebody at some place somewhere.
Uh this is what one guy the prosecutor that left angry that they didn't bring charges against Trump writes a book.
He called this the zombie case.
Anyway, Jordan said the origins of the allegations in the Mueller probe were particularly interesting to his investigators.
He said this looks like it sprang out of the special counsel's investigation.
Um, you know, when is this ever gonna end?
It's like never ending, nonstop.
Investigations, but you notice we we never get the investigations into the Bidens.
How come they always seem to skate?
How is that possible?
Why do Democrats always you know, why is there one set of standards for them and another set of standards seemingly everybody else?
Um anyway, uh I have my interview with uh President Trump Monday night.
Uh it's gonna be at Mar a Lago and it's gonna be on camera.
I hope you'll be able to watch.
Um very scary things on the world stage.
China now, and why wouldn't they threaten the U.S.?
I mean, they got to fly their spy balloon over the skies of Alaska down the west coast to Canada and into Idaho Over our ICBM missile silos.
You know, what why wouldn't they, you know, be in trying to intimidate the uh U.S. further?
Vladimir Putin got away with shooting down one of our drones.
Anyway, China's now threatened serious consequences today after the U.S. Navy sailed a destroyer around a disputed uh of a group group of islands in the South China Sea for the second day in a row.
Beijing is claiming this is a violation of their sovereignty and security.
On Thursday, the U.S. sailed the U.S. uh, one of their ships around the islands.
By the way, this is international waters.
U.S. said today that you know they sailed the ship again in the vicinity of the islands, which are occupied by China, but also claimed by Taiwan and Vietnam as part of what is called the freedom of navigation operation, challenging requirements from all three nations requiring either advanced notification or permission before a military vessel sails by.
So here we go again.
You know, but if you're China, what are you thinking?
They're not gonna Biden's not going to do anything.
Okay, Biden did respond to Syria.
I give him a tip of the hat.
Good job, Joey.
You did good.
You gotta have an ice cream tonight.
Uh, what are you gonna do about Vladimir taking out the drone?
What are you gonna do about the Chinese spy balloon?
Less than one quarter of NATO members met their pledged targets for military spending.
Only seven of the 30 members of NATO and the military alliance met the 2% GDP military spending minimum of the alliance in 2022.
And meanwhile, what's happening with China and Russia and Iran, we have a new axis of evil emerging right before our eyes.
Get this.
I bet most of you didn't know that this week that Tony Blinken spoke out uh at a hearing at the House Foreign Affairs Committee over 18 months after withdrawal.
Remember, Joe Biden promised if there are American citizens left in Afghanistan, we're gonna stay until we get them all out.
But during the testimony of Tony Blinken, he admitted that there's 175 Americans still in Afghanistan, including several who are being held hostage by the Taliban.
Why didn't they admit this to us at the time?
Because we knew it was true.
After this revelation, then Blinken refused to commit to further in-person testimony on the withdrawal.
Really?
I thought he's supposed to serve us.
Anyway, U.S. retaliates with that airstrike in Syria after an Iranian drone strike killed the U.S. contractor.
Airstrike reportedly killed the eight Iranian-backed fighters.
Meanwhile, China and the U.S. are in this row over this missile destroyer in the South China Sea.
China's threatening serious consequences.
I actually believe them.
I don't believe Joe Biden will lift a finger.
I mean, just very, very troubling times.
Now we got a we got a great new friendship and relationship.
You know, you you would tend to think it would be a good thing.
And by the way, what's up with Steven Segal?
Did you see this, Linda?
Shaking the hand of Vladimir Putin.
Well, he's a lunatic.
Okay, he's making no secret that he's on Putin's side.
Putin is a murdering dictator thug.
He invaded a sovereign country.
He's targeting innocent men, women, and children.
He's targeting civilian areas.
He's targeting apartment buildings.
He's targeting, again, um entire neighborhoods.
And, you know, I'm watching Europe do next to nothing.
And that's why I said if Europe is not going to step up and pay their percentage of GDP, and if Joe Biden is going to put handcuffs on Zelensky and say, no, you can't have 30 megs from Poland, then we're wasting our time and we're wasting American tax dollars.
So either those conditions are met, then we can talk about U.S. aid for Ukraine moving forward.
Uh not good.
Do you hear what he said, though?
He said he's one million percent Russian.
He's gonna teach all the Russian military how to become uh martial artists.
Yeah.
It's insanity.
It is insanity.
By the way, what happened to him?
He looks like four times the size of what he used to look like.
Yeah, there's a lot of people.
Is he six or something?
I don't know.
What happened?
Did anything happen to him?
Yeah, he turned into a jerk.
Okay.
Now get this.
Uh political insider reporting.
New U.S. border data.
284 suspected terrorists apprehended so far in fiscal year 2023.
Now we know of at least 160, I think seven people on the terror watch list that they caught last year.
So nearly 300 suspected terrorists have been apprehended of attempting to enter the U.S. in just the first few months of fiscal year 2023.
As 28 members of Congress now formed a new caucus to address the crisis at the northern border.
Um by the way, why are we getting such a high influx, seemingly out of nowhere of people from China coming in on the southern border and the northern border.
Anyway, the U.S. has secured a deal with Canada to return illegal migrants crossing the northern border.
All right, so I guess we have some hope there.
The economy, I don't have much good news for you, but it is what it is.
Oh, one of the funnier things this week is political reported that Kristen Cinema, the senator from Arizona, gave the middle finger to Joe Biden's white house.
She also trashed uh Senate Democrats, she's an independent now, is a bunch of old dudes sitting around eating jello.
That's pretty funny.
Well, anyway, Senator Sim Cinema has recently used a series of Republican dominated receptions and retreats this year to belittle her Democratic colleagues and shower her GOP allies with praise, and in one case, quite literally give the middle finger to President Joe Biden.
Ouch.
I wonder if that means she's gonna become a Republican.
Because they still have a problem because Fetterman, what he's been in this hospital suffering from depression for what, five, six weeks now?
I'll be honest with you, we need to do away with the two party system.
I know you hate it when I say that, but I believe in it.
I don't remember no, you're wrong.
I'm not gonna do that.
I think it's a them us thing.
I mean, there's a there's a couple of people on in the GOP that actually have a clue.
But for the most part, I'm angry all the time at all these guys on the hill, and there isn't a single one of them, whether it's Democrat or Republican, with the exception of the ones we have on this show that have a clue or something.
Well, there's a reason we only have a small number of people on the show because the rest of them suck.
A lot of them suck.
But by the way, don't put don't put me in this category because I'm a registered conservative.
Yeah, but that doesn't take a problem.
We need to do away with it.
The Democratic Party is not the Democratic Party of old.
They are now a radical socialist climate alarmist cult party.
And the Republican Party, to their credit so far, on the issues of keeping their promises, especially with investigation.
They're investigating Afghanistan, the origins of COVID.
They're investigating if the FBI's politicized and the DOJ weaponized.
Uh, they're investigating the Biden family syndicate.
They're investigating a lot, they're doing their job.
Yeah, but I'm gonna gently push back.
That's not the Republican Party.
That's like five guys.
That actually can't be those are the promises that McCarthy made that would happen.
They're following through on the promises as a party, but you're right, it's only about five people are leading the ways.
You got Comer and Jim Jordan.
We don't, there are some good people there, but uh, I don't even know the names of 80% of the Republicans in the House.
I have no idea.
We don't ever hear from them.
They're not working, they're not doing anything.
They're slid they're signing legislation.
I mean, think about Rick Scott yesterday.
They got that bill in the middle of the night, they signed it a day and a half later, seventy, five hundred different ear marks.
I mean, it's insane.
This is all BS.
Here's the big test of the Republican Party in the House.
I think it's going to come over the debt ceiling.
Because you there and what what's making me a little nervous now is it's taking them too long to come to an agreement and come to a deal.
And I think they need to come to a deal sooner than later.
And what they need is fiscal responsibility, they need to fight for secure borders, they need to fight for energy independence, and then if all 222 stood firm together and said, We're not gonna raise the debt ceiling unless you give us A, B, C and D. And they don't move.
And then all The hysteria, the full faith and trust of the federal government and the United States is hanging in the balance, and they sit there, then the Democrats at some point are gonna have to blink because Democrats, probably rightly so, have already concluded something.
They have concluded that Republicans are not going to unite, that they will divide among themselves, and if they're not a united front, then that means the debt ceiling will get raised, and Republicans will get nothing for it.
That's their big test.
At least in my view.
Can I give you one thing before we go to break?
I got an idea.
You have to go to break.
I think that we should have a couple of things.
I say you run for Congress.
Oh, listen, forget about it.
I'd light it up.
I'd be on that floor every day.
But I think we should have on C-SPAN a camera on the floor, every single representative in that Congress sitting there reading every bill before they sign their name or say they're gonna pass it.
And we have them on camera reading it.
And if you don't show up to read it just like you were in school, you don't get to vote unreal.
Hey, uh, listen, the IRS has one job.
You know what?

We don't have good news to give you on the economy.
As a matter of fact, every prediction now by anybody that knows anything about the economy is you better buckle up.
This is gonna be a really, really rough ride down the line.
And you know, I was talking to Kevin O'Leary about this on TV this week.
You know, when I say that the only two suggestions I have, and I'm not an economist, is that you gotta spend less and try and bring in more money.
You know, the left will say, Hannity's telling poor people to go to work more.
I'm like, no, that's what I did when I had no money, so I'm just passing on what I did myself.
