If you want to be a part of the program, this is one of those news days where the depth of information that we have, it is almost a task impossible to bring it to you in an orderly and understandable fashion.
I'm going to do my very best.
And then we'll get an assist from Greg Jarrett and John Solomon, both have breaking news and analysis, legal analysis on this latest batch of top secret classified documents that were found now we've discovered.
Not at one location, now at not at two locations.
We know of at least three locations where they have been found as it relates to Joe Biden.
We now learn that Joe Biden was actually hiding classified documents to separate places on the property of his vacation beach house.
I think it's the vacation beach house where they're building a wall.
They won't build a wall at our southern border because walls don't work, but they'll build it at Joe Biden's house because walls work.
Anyway, uh so Biden's lawyer finally comes out, uh Richard Sauber, and confirms that aides have found a small number of classified records after searching Biden's residences in both Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach in Delaware.
Uh now many of the documents were found in his Wilmington home garage.
Uh Peter Deucy will play the exchange later with Joe Biden earlier today.
And uh by the way, he's taken a very different tact and a different stance uh than he did when he was on 60 Minutes, being so critical of Donald Trump.
How could that happen? | |
How could one be so incompetent and so reckless and so irresponsible?
And it's it's putting sources and methods in jeopardy, etc.
etc. | |
etc. | |
Anyway, so many of the documents found in his Wilmington home garage on top of the Penn Biden Center at UPenn, and one additional document found in an adjacent room.
Um, and that's all that we know of as of now.
Now we have the big announcement, of course, that the special counsel has been appointed by Merrick Garland as if he had any choice.
Now, here's what's troublesome in terms of a timeline in my mind.
Now, we knew we know that they received these documents on November 2nd.
Our election was on November 8th.
Why did they not tell the American people about this?
And then two weeks later, there's the raid on Donald Trump's home.
Now you have to ask the question why didn't they simultaneously raid both homes?
There's something really off about how the FBI and the Department of Justice has been working.
And this is why Jim Jordan's Judiciary Committee investigation into the FBI being politicized and the DOJ being weaponized, could not come at a better time for the country.
Couldn't be worse timing for the Bidens.
Uh, especially now, and I have a lot of stories.
There's a lot of money surrounding this from China, which I want to give you all the details about.
Um House Republicans now have just commenced their investigation.
This is Jim Comer in the House Oversight Committee, while this new prosecutor, who I'll tell you about, gets to work in the Biden family crime syndicate.
But anyway, the Oversight and Reform Committee kicked off their promised investigation.
The chairman is James Comer of Kentucky, and this gets into the Biden family syndicate and their dealings with all these foreign countries and the money that have been made, and there's so many of them and there's so much evidence, but you start out with a big lie by Joe Biden repeatedly throughout the campaign, one of the few times he answered a real question, and that was Did you ever talk to your son Hunter about his foreign business dealings?
Now, this is a guy, remember, that went on Good Morning America.
Any experience in oil, energy, gas, Ukraine.
Nope, nope, nope, nope, no.
Why do you think you're being paying millions?
I don't know. | |
He actually gave that answer.
I don't know. | |
Could it be your father is the vice president in charge of Ukraine policy, etc., etc.?
Okay, yeah. | |
Now, this is this this money, keep pay attention to the money, because the money's gonna matter here.
And Jim Comer, just to remind you, is saying this investigation is about Joe Biden.
It's not really the Hunter Biden laptop investigation.
Now, we'll get to that too.
So anyway, the they've begun their their process.
Democrats no longer have one party rule in Washington.
Those of you that doubted the importance of this victory of the Republican win in the House, uh, but anyway, he's now kicked off his demands.
We have Twitter news also today, but three former Twitter executives will appear before Congress uh in their committee's investigation into big tech and their censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop.
And why did, by the way, and this gets into Jim Jordan's probably domain, why did the FBI hire a guy whose thesis in 2016 in college had to do with Donald Trump and Russia colluding for Donald Trump to win the 2016 election?
How did he get in charge of the 2020 uh I guess group of seven people that were in contact with big tech companies warning them about potential disinformation campaigns from foreign adversaries and telling them specifically, according to the Twitter uh I guess ethics guy, this guy by the name of Mr. Roth, that in fact he remembers and recalls that yeah, they he was warned specifically.
You might hear about Hunter Biden.
So when the New York Post breaks the story, all these companies had been prepared by the FBI not to be inclined to listen to them.
They might be victims of disinformation, and they were able to hold back for weeks that story from becoming public, and in the meantime, the FBI had the Hunter Biden laptop in their possession since December 2019.
So this is them putting their thumb on the scales of another presidential election and another election.
Uh Biden changed his story somewhat today, his alibi for storing these classified documents in three separate locations, now has shifted from claiming no knowledge of the documents to then reassuring people that they were stashed in a locked garage.
Biden was asked by Peter Ducey why he stashed the documents in his garage in Delaware, and his response was, oh, well, the garage was locked, and it was next to his Corvette.
Mr. My Corvette is in a lock garage, okay?
So it's not like sitting out there in the street.
That was his alibi today.
But that, you know, that the documents existed in a lock garage, okay.
Now compare that to Donald Trump, Donald Trump Marilago.
The FBI knew that he had documents in a specific room.
The FBI went to that room.
The FBI examined that room.
They were given free unfettered access to that room.
And then after they looked, uh they said, Would you mind putting a padlock on the door of that room?
They said, sure. | |
And they cooperated and put the padlock on.
Now, did the FBI need to raid Mar-a-Lago to get back in that room?
No. | |
They could have just gone back or they could have taken him that day.
Here's where things get pretty interesting, and now we're talking about the money side of this.
Uh John Solomon, Greg Jarrett at the top of the hour will give us more specificity and more detail.
Turns out the money was much higher than the uh initially reported $54 million that flowed from anonymous Chinese donors to UPenn, and a vast majority of that going to the Penn Biden Center.
Um it was sixty-seven million, not fifty-four million, and that is a big deal to me.
But anyway, so we found out that forty seven point seven of the sixty seven million from China, meaning anonymous Chinese donors, in the years that Biden was affiliated with it, the bulk of monies came then.
The University of Pennsylvania, Ivy League institution, collected tens of millions of dollars from China while paying Joe Biden while that was his, you know, salary job at the time.
I think he was getting a million plus a year, I don't remember, and hosting his foreign policy think tank.
And here's where it gets even more interesting because the university housing the Biden Penns uh the Penn Biden Center also was pressing to end the FBI China spy probe after big Beijing donations.
And guess what? | |
They were successful. | |
Anyway, Merrick Garland, it turns out, again, this is after the money had already flowed into the Penn Biden center, 47.7 million during the time Biden's working there.
Then in 2022, Merrick Garland in February shut down the FBI's China initiative shortly after more than 160 members of the University of Pennsylvania faculty signed and made public an open letter demanding the program be shuttered on the grounds that it amounted a racial profiling.
The faculty letter was part of a larger university battle against the program.
I would argue that probably the tenured professors at U Penn were hoping that China keep kept giving more money because that would mean more money potentially in their pockets in their coffers.
Now let's take it to another level let's talk about Hunter and let's talk about Hunter's involvement in all of this because the the Penn Biden Center that's the heart of the the latest Biden controversy although now we bring it brings us to his home which has not been rated which should be rated and we found out that in April of 2016 and an email went out with confidential notes to this creative artist agents.
It's known as CAA it's a big agent a big agency that represents people insiders told me there were there is a ban on Sean Hannity not that I would ever want to be represented or would ever allow myself to be represented by them I've got the best lawyer for that in the world and his name is David Limbaugh.
But anyway, so he anyway, there was an email between this agent and Hunter Biden.
And in the letter that went back and forth, one of the plans they had laid out in a meeting, they said, and this was to basically sum up what they discussed in the meeting and confidential notes from the meeting.
One of the plans was wealth creation with no further explanation and another, including an apparent reference to the Penn Biden Center with a possible job opportunity for
Hunter the Biden Institute of Foreign Relations at UPenn the email says focus on foreign policy in addition to the institute at UPenn the school has an existing office in DC that will be expanded to a house to house a DC office for VP Biden and Mike Hunter and Steve question mark operates like the Clinton Global initiative without the money raise.
Anyway Hunter then confirmed his notes but then says Hunter in theory that's the way I'd like to see it shake out but please pretty pleased with sugar on top I'm adding that part please keep this very confidential between us nothing is set in stone still a lot of sensitivity around all of this both internally and externally and he hasn't made any decision and it could change overnight.
The same hunter that complained bitterly about giving half of his income to Pops the same Hunter that complained about having to pay for Pops repairs at his house the same Hunter Biden that is seen in pictures with his foreign business partners and Pops the same Hunter Biden whose father leveraged a billion taxpayer dollars and demanded a prosecutor in Ukraine get fired before they get the billion dollars and you only have six hours to fire them and son of a bee they fired them.
You know the same uh Hunter Biden that flew with Pops to Asia and then 10 days later makes that deal with the Bank of China the same guy that was trying to make this deal on on energy deals with the CEFC group a Chinese group and again, no experience in any of these issues.
All of this now. | |
Now, there's a report that they might be going after Hunter with this.
We know this Delaware grand jury had been convened, and they might go after him because he lied on his gun application.
Or they might go after him as it relates to back taxes uh that he didn't pay, although he's borrowed money to pay it.
Uh that's not that's the low-hanging fruit.
What about the influence peddling aspect of this?
Now, Biden's special prosecutors, a guy by the name of Robert Herr.
He will serve as a special counsel overseeing an inquiry to the discovery of documents with classification markings.
Uh Hearst served as a top federal prosecutor for Maryland 2018, 2021, uh, and had was appointed to the role by President Trump, unanimously confirmed by the Senate.
Here's what I was told by one person, one source, and I don't know if it's true.
They said think Rod Rosenstein.
Meaning that the guy that's that's the kind of person this guy is.
I don't know. | |
But we'll do a deep dive.
We'll know a lot more by the end of tonight for sure.
Uh, listen, I gotta get take a quick break here.
800 941 Sean. | |
We have John Solomon, we have Greg Jarrett.
We will we will get deeper into all of this.
I have a lot more news to get to.
We have a Twitter file dump again today that is very revealing that vindicates Devin Nunes and absolutely excoriates as the pathological congenital liar, Adam Schiff.
We'll get to that. | |
Hey there. | |
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

So Delaware, verdict with Ted Cruz now, wherever you get your podcasts.
Let me give you, let me see if I can somehow intelligently break down headlines that I know the mob, the media will never put together in all of this.
One would be, you know, after now the money's up to 67 million, 47.7 of which came while Biden was actually working at the Biden Penn Center, the Penn Biden Center, whatever you want to call it.
Um after getting this money from China, the University of Pennsylvania pushed to end Trump's investigations into Chinese spies, which happened in early 2022 by Merri Garland.
That is a big deal. | |
A second big takeaway that I don't think anyone would want to talk about is you've got a government watchdog calling the Penn Biden center a patronage mill.
This is a big deal. | |
Universe, they've got all this money coming in from China, and you know, all of this, you know, classified materials linked to the Obama White House.
That would probably be an accurate description of it.
And the third, you you cannot ignore the importance of this part of it, because it dovetails perfectly into the Biden family syndicate.
And that's Hunter's involvement.
And Hunter Biden's laptop shows, as I just read prior to the break, that he was involved in the Penn Biden center up to his eyeballs.
I'll give you more details on all three of these headlines that I'm I'm pretty certain the mob and the media is going to ignore Jonathan Turley said, don't buy Biden surprise.
Classified documents were moved at least twice.
That's another angle as it relates to this.
Uh this is gonna be a huge story, trust me.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour, 800 941 Sean, if you want to be part of the program.
So just the news breaks this story.
Uh it's 67 million from China, not not what was initially reported 54, 47.7 during the time that Biden was there at the uh Penn Biden center.
Um Merrick Garland shut down Trump's so-called China Initiative in February of 2022, and and that raises the question, why did they shut it down?
This was looking into Chinese espionage.
Why would the why would Chinese anonymous donors be giving to the Penn Biden center the massive amounts of money?
Why were all of these countries?
You know, the why would the if you if you're gonna choose Deutsche Bank or or Morgan Chase um or I don't know, Goldman Sachs to do a big deal with China, a billion five in the end, started out as a billion, Peter Schweitzer first reported this.
Um why would you hire Hunter Biden?
Why would Hunter make millions with no experience in Ukraine?
Why would he be getting money from Kazakhstan and not an oligarch there?
Why would he be getting three and a half million from a Russian oligarch and then a uh reported hundred million dollar real estate investment from from the same out of Russia?
You know, why did why does China at the same time of all of this, right in the middle of all of this, that was when the five million dollar uh no interest forgivable loan was given by China uh to Biden, to the Biden syndicate Hunter Biden.
You know, all of these questions need to be answered because it's not normal.
And when you're in a position of power, you then have to ask, have they been bought and paid for?
Is this influence peddling?
Is this paid to play? | |
It never made sense. | |
Everybody who's so outraged about the quid and the pro and the quo, but yeah, Joe on tape bragging about his quid pro quo.
That you're not getting a billion taxpayer dollars unless you fire a Ukrainian prosecutor.
Stop and pause and think.
Why would any vice president ever demand such a thing and you only have six hours to do it and then brag about son of a bee, they did it.
And then the prosecutor turns out was investigating his son, making millions, admittedly, with no experience.
Why is he working with a Chinese energy company?
No experience. | |
We've yet to find any experience as it has to do with any, you know, of these financial investments, the equity deals or anything else.
The only thing he seems to be good at is exploiting his dad's position and name and make it a fortune.
It's unreal. | |
So after getting all of this money, now that all of a sudden Merrick Garland, February 2022, um signs off on shutting down this investigation into Chinese spying.
Well, that's national security at this point.
This is where now this becomes real and it becomes real serious.
This is why Jim Jordan's investigation is the DOG G uh DOJ weaponized.
Is the FBI politicized?
That all matters. | |
Then you have a government integrity watch group accusing Joe Biden's Penn Biden Center of being a patronage mill for the Biden administration that was all bankrolled by dark money from China.
Ivy League think tank where lawyers found classified materials, quote, is a patronage mill for Biden and the Biden administration, raising suspicions among critics that its establishment attracted tens of millions in donations, all from anonymous Chinese donors.
Where do you think they got the money from?
The Chinese government, is that a good guess?
I would say so. | |
University of Pennsylvania gets all this money, the Penn Biden Center, quote, is a dark money revolving door nightmare where foreign competitors like China donated millions to the university so they could have access to future high ranking officials, according to Tom Anderson, director of the government integrity at the Virginia based National Legal and Policy Center.
And then it gets into the specifics of the money.
Most of the anonymous donations came after the university officially announced in February of twenty seventeen that it would create this academic center named for Biden, whose term as vice president under Barack Obama had just ended.
Where they found, by the way, these top secret classified documents, one of three locations.
In addition to the leading think tank, Biden was named a professor.
And they got all these all of this money, the majority of which came in after the announcement.
Then we got Hunter Biden's laptop.
He's up to his eyeballs again.
And this was on Fox News.com.
And what we're we're figuring out here within weeks of leaving the vice presidency, quote, Joe Biden became the Ben Franklin presidential practice professor at UPenn, honorary position, Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement launched in DC the next year.
Discussions about the elder Biden's future involvement with Penn long predated the end of the Obama presidency.
In other words, all of this was in the works.
That's where the conversation with the CAA agent emailing Hunter about confidential notes of our meeting, and one of those plans included wealth creation and the Biden Institute of Foreign Relations at UPenn, focus on foreign policy in addition to the institute at UPenn, the school has the existing office DC.
I mentioned that earlier.
Hunter Biden confirmed the notes of this agent from CAA, but emphasized we've got to keep this very, very confidential.
Keep this confidential, keep this between us.
Ten days earlier, Hunter was scheduled to attend a meeting with his father at then UPenn with then UPenn President Amy Gutman, according to an email of Hunter's schedule from Rosemont Seneca, Vice President Joe Mayer.
It's not clear if the meeting at the White House actually took place, but it was scheduled almost exactly one year after Hunter and then wife Kathleen hosted Gutman for a private dinner at Cafe Milano, a Georgetown uh institution in D.C., according to an April 2015 email from a Penn official to Kathleen and Hunter.
Now, just understand this.
Joe Biden left the vice presidency January 20, 2017, hired as a professor, UPenn four weeks after that, uh, was paid a total of nearly a million dollars, 776,527 dollars in 2017 and eighteen.
That was his paid job. | |
Didn't include speeches, everything else, family syndicate business, none of that, uh, which was double what full-time Penn UPEN professors made during the same period of time.
Magazine reported at the time the former vice president's professorship was really more of a speaking residency.
He'd been on campus so infrequently that it becomes news that he actually is there, which was a total of six times.
Now that now things get deeper and deeper, don't they?
This is I I mean, and the timing for them couldn't be worse.
Because James Comer is looking into the Biden family syndicate, and then we got to look at the FBI.
Why did Merrick Garland at that moment of time lift the investigation into this Chinese spying scandal?
You know, Garland now appoints a special counsel as if he had any choice.
My question is he knew on November 2nd the elections were November 8th.
Why didn't you tell us then?
Now the the easy, you know, low-hanging fruit.
You could say, well, this ends any implication of Donald Trump.
Well, frankly, the July 2016 comments of Jim Comey about Hillary Clinton's uh top secret classified information findings, and no prosecutor would ever prosecute BS.
Uh that should have ended anything involving Trump anyway.
Kareen Jean-Pierre can't answer a question.
Wait till I play these tapes later.
I promise I'll get him in the program today.
Uh one thing, Jonathan Turley said, don't buy Biden's shock and surprise here.
He said it's BS because the documents had been moved twice.
He said some are obvious explanations, the documents being present.
Maybe Biden was working on a book that discussed his work in some of the reference countries like Ukraine.
However, he still did not have the right to have that information.
The big difference being Trump, as president, he says that he in fact declassified what he had at Mar-a-Lago.
That's what he says. | |
There's no legal process, stated procedure to declassify anything.
It doesn't exist. | |
Frankly, it should exist, and and Professor Dershowitz was right last night saying it probably should be law.
But as of now and as of then, it was not.
Anyway, so the uh diplomatic center is set up.
The documents were removed from Biden's office where they were in the prior year, then moved repeatedly before they ended up in the Washington office.
In other words, what Turley is saying this is not a one and done mistake.
Documents may have been at various locations over a five year period.
None of this could be clarified with Biden's expressed surprise.
In other words, if they move in documents, you would think that they would have gone through the documents.
The FBI has two immediate tasks.
Now, one is, you know, to secure them the documents and uh and whether and then find out whether they've been compromised.
I mean, it is a dark money nightmare.
Our number one geopolitical foe, in case you don't know, is China.
Russia would be right up there as well.
It was an interesting discovery.
Who discovered this? | |
It was really smart, whoever it was.
Um I apologize. | |
I don't remember where I saw this.
Maybe it was online, sweet baby James handed it to me.
And it says Google really wants users to see CNN's analysis of the Biden documents because if you search Biden classified documents when searching images, it all comes up fake news CNN stuff.
You can't make this up. | |
Now, Colmer's already asking the Treasury Department for Biden family financial records, and then he's gonna get the banking records, and that's probably where the smoking guns will exist.
That's where Hunter Biden's implication of his own father comes into focus and into reality.
That's when it becomes a big freaking deal.
Anyway, so we we've got a lot, a lot of balls in the air here.
We'll spend a lot more time in the next hour uh with Greg Jarrett and uh John Solomon on this.
John's done some great reporting.
Greg has some great legal analysis, and I think it might shed a little bit more light on this.
Uh, but there was no choice at this point.
The real question is why didn't Merrick Garland do it when he knew about it before the election?
Why? | |
And by the way, he raided Mar-a-Lago two weeks after he knew Joe Biden had this.
Was that as an insurance policy to protect Biden to make a big deal over the fact because the FBI had already been in the room where the documents at Mar-a-Lago were?
They were in that room. | |
They could have taken anything out that day that they wanted, and they had unfettered access.
Then they called back and said, Would you guys mind putting a padlock on the door?
Sure, we'll put a padlock.
Padlock was put on the door.
Did they have to make a big deal and raid Mar-a-Lago?
No. | |
But they knew about Joe.
They knew that some they knew that this would be a big deal.
Merrick Garland's been sitting on news of the latest documents since you know, since the beginning, since before the election.
And he knew about A second batch apparently before Christmas.
Biden's personal counsel on December 20th informed the Justice Department that additional documents with classification markings were found in Biden's home in Delaware and residence in the garage and in another room.
Latest batch of Biden seeker documents found in multiple locations, as we have been telling you.
It's insane. | |
But all Democrats want to talk about is getting rid of your fluorescent light bulbs and getting rid of any gas stoves.
Please save my gas stove.
I don't want an electric stove.
It's pretty stupid. | |
Anyway, by the way, out at UC USC in California, School of Social Work will no longer use the word field in its curriculum.
Because it says they may have racist connotations.
New York Post put in a definition.
Field work, says the dictionary, is work done in the field as by students to gain practical experience and knowledge and through firsthand observation.
Oh. | |
Any racism there? | |
We'll get into more details of this tonight.
I just don't have time. | |
We uh we have Twitter files, and what we now know, I'll give you the short read on this, is that Devin Nunes told the truth.
Devin Nunes in his report is vindicated.
The congenital liar, Adam Schiff.
Frankly, it shows what a complete liar, pathological liar he is, which in its own right justifies Kevin McCarthy's decision to ban him and swalwell with Fang Fang from the Intel committee, including Congresswoman Omar on a different committee.
Anyway, you can maybe you don't like Devin Nunes' politics.
I do. | |
But as an investigator, in his report, he told the truth.
You got the congenital liar like Adam Schiff and Diane Feinstein.
They did not. | |
Every media outlet, you know, they all share, frankly, they should be ashamed of themselves for implying that Nunes was a witting or unwitting agent of Russia.
They were wrong on Russia.
We were right on Russia, and will be proven right about the politics how the FBI has been politicized and the DOJ weaponized, and we'll be proven right on zero experience.
Hunter and the family syndicate.
We already have the evidence.
But of course, they won't cover it at all.
Anyway, 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, so much to get to today.
We'll we'll keep on this because there's so many different aspects of this that I want to touch on and how deep and profound this is and where this is headed.
And the timing could not be worse for Biden.
Which does raise an interesting question in my mind.
Was there anybody that knew about this that maybe doesn't want Joe to be successful in his planned announcement for a second run of the presidency?
Do I know that to be a no? | |
I'm just wondering why all of a sudden, in other words, I don't have a good answer for that.
But I'm speculating on that point.
I don't know. | |
Makes you think, though.
All right, when we come back, a deeper dive as we bring in John Solomon with breaking news and a legal analysis from Greg Jarrett.
