Write down our toll-free telephone number is 800 941 Sean if you want to be a part of this extravaganza as we come to you from the Swamp from the sewer, known as Washington, D.C. And we have a lot of breaking news today.
But let me tell you the reason why we're here.
Okay, so Republicans hammered out their differences.
I wish they did it before last week.
And it wasn't because I I cared about the fight.
I no time last week, Linda, did I say this is bothering me?
I just like the they had a m-they had a month and a half to do this.
And it's like, guys, forget about what the base thinks.
We love the fight. | |
We want the fight. | |
Okay, what about those that group in the middle that usually decides elections?
That's what I was more concerned about.
Anyway, so no harm, no foul.
Kevin McCarthy on uh his first TV interview.
Uh we're gonna do a town hall with some of the top Republicans, including Jim Jordan and Jim Comer and uh Byron Donald's is gonna be there tonight.
Um uh we have John James is coming tonight.
We love him. | |
Uh Scalise will be there, Elise Stefanag will be there.
Um, and we're just gonna go over, you know, where the things that they're gonna be able to accomplish and do.
Um, one of the things that might be added to their investigation list, now we know they're gonna investigate whether or not the FBI's politicized the DOJ weaponized.
That's Jim Jordan appropriations.
We know we're gonna look into the Biden family syndicate.
We have more evidence even today on that front.
Um, and that's very, very real.
And as Jim Comer has been saying, this is an investigation, not into Hunter, into your president Joe Biden.
In other words, were they selling access?
Was it pay to play? | |
Was it influence pedaling?
Uh they're gonna get to the bottom of it.
We do know one thing. | |
Joe Biden lied when he said he never had a conversation uh with Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
Uh, but one new investigation, and then we'll look into Fauci and the origins of COVID and the withdrawal from Afghanistan disaster.
Uh, but uh another one might surround Joe Biden himself because of this new information that in fact, classified documents from Biden's time as vice president were discovered at Joe Biden's private unsecured office last year.
Let me stop right here. | |
Everybody in the media mob and every Democrat are offering every excuse in the book about this, but at least he volunteered it unlike Donald Trump.
He didn't volunteer it.
Listen, I know I've known Donald Trump now.
I don't even know, 25, 30 years.
I don't even know. | |
Crazy long period of time.
And you know, probably close, closer to 28 years of my guess off the top of my head.
And I can tell you one thing about Donald Trump.
He didn't pack a single box that went to Mar-a-Lago, not one.
And I could also tell you it's true.
I'm just telling the truth.
I can also tell you that he didn't look through a single box, not one.
Um, and he was told by his attorneys, anyway, at least since now this all went went down and Mar-a-Lagos rated uh that they now have sent in apparently a third party.
They invited the FBI to look at all their properties, and they were invited to go along with this with this company Into all of his properties if they wanted to look further.
They declined. | |
So that's on them. | |
So I'm a little suspicious.
We just happened to find, and Joe voluntarily handed them over.
Um is that really what happened?
Or did somebody uh know that this had happened, and maybe they were going to blow the whistle on little Joey, and they tried to get ahead of it and say, well, you know, we got these here.
Quick, take them before we get ratted out.
Anyway, so we'll find out over time.
I don't know the answer to that question, but according to these, you know, all these reports are out there.
Um, we're talking about top secret classified material collected by intelligence sources, designated as quote, sensitive compartmented information.
The National Archives has already referred the matter to the DOJ.
U.S. attorney has been assigned to the case.
A few months ago, there was a that similar, you know, referral surrounding documents uh in former President Trump's possession, and then short time later, Biden's own Justice Department in the executive branch of Joe Biden, approved by Merrick Garland, his attorney general, and FBI director Christopher Ray, they gave the green light to go in and raid Mar-a-Lago and Democrats, the media mob, and I'll I'll play the different comparisons later in the show.
I don't want to I don't want to interrupt this important monologue for that, but we'll get to it.
But uh according to Democrats, the media mob, Trump's possession of potentially classified material.
That was an offense that he needed to go to jail.
Many predicting he would end up behind bars.
They were calling on Merrick Garland to quickly indict the former president.
The hysteria was through the roof.
Um now all we hear from the media mob and Democrats is one excuse after another about Joe Biden.
You know, will his pri will Joe Biden's private home be rated any more any day now, any minute now?
Merrick Garland going to approve that?
Is Christopher Ray going to approve that?
Uh, or is he gonna get the Hillary Rodham Clinton treatment?
Get a free pass for mishandling classified information.
Now, Hillary got away with, let's see.
She had more classified documents than Donald Trump.
Uh remember, she had a mountain of privilege top secret uh classified documents on unsecured private servers that she ran, uh, including 110 pieces of classified information.
That was the 30,000 State Department batch of emails, and then it was the July 2016 presser by Jim Comey that no reasonable prosecutor would ever charge Clinton with a crime, and basically it was no big deal.
But never mind the fact that you know she also uh deleted 33,000 emails with something none of us, I think had ever heard about before, which was bleach bit, and then people on her team were destroying uh blackberries and and other phones and other devices uh with hammers and removing SIM cards from such.
And then a few years later, the Democrats, the media mob erupted into a fit of hysteria after presidential documents were found in Mar-a-Lago.
The scandal of epic proportions, they were told.
We were told. | |
Well, now we have top secret documents found in Biden's private office.
No is it none of no hysteria at all.
Just one excuse after another.
And it goes on and on and on, and the hypocrisy just stinks to high heaven.
It's pretty unbelievable.
You know, Joe Biden was on 60 minutes, and you know, he called Trump irresponsible for having classified documents at Mar a Lago.
Listen to this. | |
When you saw the photograph of the top secret documents laid out on the floor at Mar-a-Lago, what did you think to yourself looking at that image?
How that could possibly happen.
How one anyone could be that irresponsible?
And I thought what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods.
By that I mean names of people who helped, or et cetera.
And it just uh totally irresponsible.
Totally. | |
How, Joe? | |
How? | |
How did that happen? | |
How? | |
Um, anyway, now here's here's where it gets very interesting to me on my part.
So Biden was asked about this yesterday.
We'll play this later too, About the documents found at his place.
The question is, um, why um why didn't he be why wasn't he more responsible?
How, Joe? | |
How did it happen, Joe? | |
How? | |
How can you be so irresponsible, Joe?
How? | |
How? | |
I don't know, creepy Joe.
So where we are is why Jim Jordan at the in as the head of the Judiciary Committee is now going forward with an investigation into whether or not our FBI is politicized, whether or not our DOJ is weaponized, whether or not we have in this country equal justice and equal application of our laws, or a two-tier justice system, and rightly so.
House Republicans want to know why Mar-a-Lago was raided, but not Biden's think tank and not Biden's home.
And why wasn't this disclosed before the midterms?
Because we now know they knew about this uh days in November before the midterms.
November 3rd, the election was on November the 8th.
Now Biden was the one blasting Trump on 60 minutes.
How? | |
How? | |
Why? | |
It's irresponsible. | |
It's irresponsible. | |
You know, your dog pay dog face pony whatever something sailor liar.
I don't know, whatever.
Yeah, exactly. | |
Um, or my favorite is uh come on, man.
You you are you on cocaine?
You aren't you a junkie?
I don't know. | |
I never get sick of corn pop.
No, I know. | |
Um so the media mob, they are now spitting the bad news.
They're trying to run cover for Joe Biden exactly the same way they did for Hillary Clinton.
Biden's think tank has faced controversy before because of their financial ties to China.
Now, I haven't seen anyone else in the media at all talk about this aspect of it, but um, you know, we we now know we have a two-tier justice system.
I'd like to see a church-like committee put full reforms into the FBI that now I think the evidence will show, we'll see over time.
We'll see if the charges that the FBI put their thumbs on two presidential elections in a row, and if they did, then that FBI needs to be cleaned up from the top to bottom as soon as possible.
Now let me give you another tidbit here.
A government watchdog group, just to refresh your memory.
Remember back uh not that long ago?
Remember the U.S. attorney was probing Hunter Biden in Delaware, uh, investigating tens of millions of dollars anonymous donations from China to the University of Pennsylvania, where that academic center is named for his father, Joe Biden.
Uh the Ivy League College raked in a whopping 54.6 million dollars from 2014 through 2019 in donations from China, including 23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016, according to public records.
Most of the anonymous donations came after the university announced in February 2017 that they would create the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
He doesn't know what day of the week it is, but we're gonna have global engagement led by Joe Biden.
Anyway, so Biden, uh, whose term as vice president had ended, was to lead the center, was named a professor at the university.
The center, which is located in DC, opened their doors in February of 2018.
Anthony Blinken, who Biden named as Secretary of State, briefly served as the managing director.
The Ivy League University received a whopping $15.8 million in anonymous Chinese gifts that year, including one IP 14.5 million dollar donation in May of 2018.
Now, what do we already know about Hunter and China?
Well, we know we went on a hundred thousand dollar shopping spree with the Chinese national.
We also know about the one that became the one point five billion dollar deal with the Bank of China, yet he's seen nothing in his resume in any way that shows that he deserved any of this.
Uh Biden doesn't want to answer the questions.
The media is just making excuses for him.
You know, how did the how how Joe?
How did how did how? | |
It's so irresponsible.
So irresponsible. | |
Biden on camera, by the way, also apparently mistaking the Salvation Army for the Secret Service.
When he was in El Paso, did I tell you that one?
I forgot to tell you that one.
Is that Title 8, Title IX, Title 42, Jim?
Well, no, we got another one.
Nope. | |
He actually uh visited the U.S. Mexico border member four hours whopping wheels down to wheels up and for the first time of his presidency, but then went to Mexico not for the first time in his life.
And then the president spoke with members of border patrol walking along uh Trump's wall, I believe.
It wasn't his wall, as the president walked in at the migrant center.
A woman said, Oh, when we have folks from the Salvation Army.
Biden walks up to one of the uniformed men there and shook his hand.
I spent time with the Secret Service in Poland and Ukraine.
God help us. | |
I I mean, it's so bad. | |
It is so embarrassing. | |
If I ever get that way, take me off the air.
The only guy that goes to Mexico to see what's happening is they cross illegally and goes to the legal part of the border, not built by him.
You just you can't make any of this up.
Deputies will all be on Hannity tonight.
We're going to have a DC town hall with the leaders and McCarthy, I think rightly said that, oh, Democrats, they kind of overplayed their hand as it related to Donald Trump and classified materials found at Mar a Lago.
After all, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute Jim Comey had said, uh, as it related to Hillary Clinton.
You know, now the question is why isn't Biden's home going to be rated?
How is it you have 54 million dollars in Chinese gifts donated to UPenn, the home of the Biden Center?
Just a coincidence, a mere coincidence?
Doesn't sound like it to me.
There's something going on here.
And this is where, you know, James Comer, you know, he's speaking out on this as well.
Uh, and and he's being very clear that he says his committee plans to investigate the classified records that were found there and the connections as it relates to money.
That's what House Oversight does.
Remember, some of you doubted how big this victory would be for the Republicans.
Well, they already voted to rescind the, you know, 87,000 uh new IRS agents in terms of taking their funding away.
We're about to hit a debt ceiling battle.
It's all gonna be handled.
He uncovers the real truth about the politics of DC.
He's your watchdog on big brother every day.
Hannity is on right now.

25 to the top of the hour.
Thank you for being with us.
Steve Scalise. | |
This is the reporter's question he gets today.
This is your media mob. | |
In the case of Mar-a-Lago, the classified documents were intentionally withheld for more than a year.
Can you prove that? | |
You think that Donald Trump knew what was in every box?
Do you really do you believe that?
Because I could tell you, and I know him better than anybody in the media mob.
I could tell you right now, Donald Trump had no clue what was in those boxes.
There's no doubt about it.
My opinion. | |
You don't think he went to the UPS store and got the boxes and the duct tape?
No. | |
And when the FBI came and wanted to see the boxes, they escorted them over to the boxes and said, Here you are, help yourself.
And then the FBI didn't take anything.
And then they asked for a padlock to be put on the door the door.
They knew it was there. | |
They put it there for him.
They put and put the padlock on the door as requested.
And, you know, lo and behold.
I mean, now you could say the same thing about Biden, but here's where the double standard comes in.
So in the case of Mar-a Lago, they were intentionally withheld for more than a year.
Whereas the Biden classified documents, those were voluntarily turned over.
Does that make a difference?
Well, it was after the raid, Donald Trump, there's been so much speculation out there, you might recall.
Oh, he's probably got a lot more.
The FBI believes he's got a lot more.
Okay, so he hires some group to go into every crevice and every hole inside of every property where there might be any documents at all whatsoever.
They invite the FBI in to go search with them, and they come up with nothing apparently.
Or no, they did find something, and they handed it over voluntarily.
Anyway, Steve Scalese says when vice president Biden left office, it looks like he took classified documents with him.
He was very critical of President Trump.
Yeah. | |
How did that happen? | |
How? | |
And anyway, by the way, the only person that has the constitutional ability to declassify any documents is the president, not the vice president.
Now, I've had mixed definitions on that, so I'm holding my I gotta get a I gotta get clarity on that.
Now, if the then vice president took classified documents with him, held them for years, is criticizing Trump during the same time that he had those classified documents, and only after it was uncovered did he return them.
I wonder why the press isn't asking the same questions of him, Vice President Biden taking classified documents that they were asking of Trump.
Or why, of course, the double standard on Hillary.
Anyway, by the way, I got to remind you a great gift for every family.
I mean, the greatest gift of all.
You go to legacybox.com slash Hannity.
Then you go to your attic, then you go to your closets, then you go to your garage, then you go to your basement, and you find every photo, every video, every camcorder tape, every video tape, every film reel, even, and all of them will be converted to a perfectly preserved digital files.
Legacy box is the industry leader.
They have now well over a million customers, including me, and that will safeguard your family for future generations, and you'll have a lot of fun watching it yourself.
Anyway, if you have a New Year's resolution, what about cleaning out the attic and the garage and getting all these things preserved for future generations?
Imagine generations from now, your great-great-great-great-great-grandchildren will know what you look like.
I mean, maybe we should do one.
We should send one to Hillary.
She would have never needed bleach paper.
We would have kept it all for her.
Whatever the important moments in your family's history, uh, what do you want to share with future generations?
What do you like digitally preserved?
Your family, it's a great gift for everybody.
Legacybox.com/slash Hannity, take advantage of this exclusive offer.
Now, let me let me continue.
This is important. | |
So There's other issues here.
And, you know, by the way, great piece by Jonathan Turley about the Bidens.
And he said media gaslighting on house probes into Hunter.
It doesn't sound personal.
NBC's Meet the Press hosts words, Sunday capture the new narrative from Washington as the House reads the investigation into the Biden family syndicate.
The media have spent months, you know, preparing to do damage control.
They will they will defend Joe Biden regardless of what evidence is found.
The $54 million, oh, mere coincidence.
$1.5 billion deal with the Bank of China.
Oh, it's not a big deal. | |
Hunter had a lot of experience.
You know, let's sell his art, portraits of a crack addict.
You know, now we know why Joe leveraged a billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor in Ukraine fired.
Anyway, but now we know Joe lied.
This is their problem. | |
Joe lied repeatedly when he said, I've never spoken to my son, not one time, or any family member about foreign business practices or dealings.
Not one time. | |
That's what he said. | |
And now we know that from Hunter's laptop.
This is this is where things get, you know, the timeline becomes very critical.
The FBI had Hunter's laptop in January of 2019.
But yet they what? | |
They didn't look at it? | |
Why didn't they they could have corroborated that was him in two seconds?
They could have looked at any one of his videos with any one of the hookers that he hired.
Or any one of the pictures or videos of him smoking crack or him sleeping with a crack pipe in his mouth.
Um I'm not making fun of him if he really got off drugs.
I'm glad for him. | |
But did they sell or peddle their influence to foreign countries?
Why would the communist Chinese and and individuals from China be donating all this money to UPenn where Biden has this center set up?
By the way, Joy Less Behar saying Biden could should get the benefit of the doubt.
Do you ever say that about Trump?
You know, by the way, the Biden administration, you're gonna love this.
I gotta digress a minute.
They are now considering a ban on gas stoves.
Oh my god, I heard that. | |
Yeah, they're considering a ban on gas stoves, citing concerns about the kitchen appliances emitting harmful indoor air pollutants.
So they're doing it for our benefit.
Just like taking the COVID shot.
It's for our benefit. | |
We don't know if it works.
We haven't even tested if it works on young, you know, uh kids under five, but let's give it to them anyway, because we think it's gonna work.
Anyway, the change is being proposed through the administration's consumer product safety commission.
Here we go again. | |
You know, here this is they gave the big gulf Democrats are back.
Nanny state Democrats are back.
God help me, I better buy as many jewels as I can now while they're still available before they get banned again.
Anyway, it's a hidden hazard, says the agency uh commissioner, Richard Trumpka Jr.
Sound familiar? | |
Geez, that's a hard one.
I'm sure there's no nepotism, you know, no quid pro quo there either.
Any option is on the table.
Products that can't be made safe can be banned.
So we're gonna ban gas stoves in America.
Natural gas stoves are used in about 40% of homes.
What are we gonna have? | |
Uh a stove free stoves, Biden stoves, he gives free Biden phones to people.
Anyways, back to Jonathan Turley.
You know, he just points out that all of this is real, and that the Democrats they don't want any investigation.
Only they only want to investigate one person in perpetuity.
Donald Trump. | |
They never want to stop.
By the way, in speaking of Donald Trump, he spoke out and he said uh BizPack Review had this.
When is the FBI gonna raid the many homes of Joe Biden?
Perhaps even the White House.
Trump wrote on Truth Social.
And um, you know, talking about linking the CBS news story and uh the FBI storming of Trump's residence to retrieve retrieve materials unlike Biden.
He had he had the power to declassify, which was a major escalation.
I'm again I'm getting mixed answers on that.
I think it's only the president, but anyway.
Uh Marjorie Taylor Green is called for nonstop investigation into Biden's secret classified document stash.
Well, wouldn't the Democrats be doing this to any Republican?
You know, I know a lot of people say, well, this Republican's gonna be a better candidate.
It doesn't matter who the Republican candidate is.
In 2024, I guarantee you, in the minds of Democrats and the media mob, they will be Lucifer by the time they're done with them.
Remember Mitt Romney, you know, pretty nice guy in real life, or was then.
I don't know what's happened to him.
I mean, he's changed dramatically.
But, you know, remember they went after him for cutting some kids' hair back in school.
Biden uh won't answer questions about it.
You know, the documents were discovered six days before the election.
Uh, why didn't they tell us about this before the election?
In other words, personal attorneys of the president found the documents November 2nd, six days before the midterms.
Uh, then they turned them over to the National Archives.
The National Archives had been notified that a Republican president had mishandled classified documents days before midterm election.
Everybody knows it would have been reported immediately and not leaked out months uh later.
An investigation into this travesty, you know, must answer this question.
What did Biden know about the discovery of his classified document stash?
When did he know it? | |
When did Merrick Garland know it?
And why didn't they report it immediately to you, the American people?
Because you would have known it before the election.
And these documents included materials according to fake news CNN on Ukraine and on Iran.
Among the many items, uh, it had U.S. intelligence memos, briefing materials that covered topics like Ukraine.
Oh, does that have to do with the quid pro quo?
The billion dollars that he held out, uh said you're not getting the billion dollars unless you fire a prosecutor, the guy that was investigating his son, being paid millions with no experience.
Um that's part of it. | |
Biden admitted taking classified documents home in August.
You might remember we brought this up at the time.
RNC analysis released yesterday, Biden has spent 40% of his time since becoming president at his private home.
So by the way, you know what he's building at his home?
A big beautiful wall at his home in Delaware.
Why? | |
Because walls work and walls keep people away.
That's why he's building the wall there.
Anyway, while speaking with reporters uh in August, Biden said he planned to take some of the classified documents that very day, and the Justice Department was supposed to be investigation, investigating a collection of classified documents found at the Biden affiliated think tank.
Is it ever appropriate for a president to classify top secret documents?
A reporter asked him on August 26th.
Depending on the circumstances, Joey said.
For example, I have in my home a cordoned off space that is completely secure, and I'm taking home with me today my presidential daily briefing.
I have a person with me, military with me.
I read it and lock it up and give it back to the military.
Oh, Donald Trump maybe took it with him to read it.
Some point down the line.
White House claims Biden was in the dark about all of this.
I have no idea. | |
How? | |
How can how? | |
How did it happen? | |
How did it happen? | |
How? | |
What did it do? | |
Just it's that's what he said.
Just going according to what he said.
Can't make this Adam Shift up.
You really can't. | |
Um, I got a I got a lot of economic news I want to share with you today and get in before we get to the next break.
Can we go back to the stoves for a second?
By the stoves. | |
There's one thing you didn't say about the stoves.
I'm very upset about the stoves, by the way.
I just want you to know. | |
You don't even cook. | |
I cook. | |
I'm a much better cook than you are.
You cook garbage. | |
The fakest news on the planet.
Yeah, okay. | |
How do you cook your French fries?
Uh I air fry them. | |
Air fry them, okay. | |
They taste like crap. | |
Is that how I sound in your head when you imitate me?
Yes. | |
Well, I just wanted to say one thing about that.
If they're gonna do all this, that's fine, but I want to see what they're doing with the electric grids across the nation.
Because that stuff hasn't been updated in years.
Let me tell you something.
Look what California, watch what's gonna happen.
Watch New England. | |
Leading U.S. investment bank, Morgan Stanley strategists expect the stocks in this country to take their largest annual nosedive since the Great Recession, according to Bloomberg reporting yesterday.
The strategist Michael Wilson said in research the corporate profit estimates are still too high.
The equity risk premium is at its lowest since the run-up to 2008.
Then the SP he said could plummet 22%, much lower than the market is currently estimating In the event of a mild recession.
Um, I don't I don't know how bad.
I worry it can get that bad.
I do. | |
Oh, and get this. | |
You know all the talk about don't tax the rich.
What did Biden do? | |
And his latest bill. | |
He taxes coal, he taxes oil, he taxes gas, he taxes your pension plans, and he taxes corporations, you know, hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars that people under 400,000 dollars are going to be paying.
One thing to watch, and I'll ask this tonight with McCarthy and the Republicans.
We have a looming debt crisis.
Now that means that, you know, this goes to the heart of our economy, a struggle in 2023 about raising the debt ceiling.
That's the total amount of money the federal government can borrow.
Now, Mitch McConnell made that dumb deal uh with the omnibus bill.
This is the opportunity for Republicans to say, you know what?
We're not going to pay for this, and we're not going to pay for that, and we're not going to pay for this, and we're not going to pay for that.
And there's not much that you're going to be able to do to stop us.
Uh, you're going to shut down the government and people are going to suffer.
And that's always a big lie.
Because the government never really shuts down.
In case you don't know, the government never really shuts down.
Essential services continue.
Grandma gets her social security checked.
Mom and dad get theirs. | |
Medicare continues. | |
Our military keeps working.
And then what usually happens is a bunch of government bureaucrats get a week, two weeks, whatever how many weeks off, and then they get back pay and they get a free vacation courtesy of you.
I could only want such a job and an opportunity.
Anyway, 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program in the swamp in Washington, D.C., and Kevin McCarthy and all the Republican leaders tonight for a Hannity Town Hall in the Capitol.
Congressman Mike Turner, top Republican on the House Intel Committee, called for top U.S. intelligence officials now to conduct an immediate review and damage assessment and provide a classified briefing for his panel.
Quote, it has been reported that a portion of the materials that issues uh were marked sensitive compartmented information indicating the highest classification and most sensitive intelligence information in our government.
Turner wrote in a letter to the director of national intelligence.
Uh quote, this discovery of classified information will put President Biden in potential violation of laws protecting national security, including the Espionage Act and the Presidential Records Act.
Now, do I think Democrats will take this seriously?
Nope. | |
Do I think the media mob will take this seriously?
Nope. | |
Do I think we live in a in a country where we don't have equal justice under the law?
We do not. | |
Or equal application of our laws, we do not.
Is there a dual justice system?
Sadly, yeah, there is. | |
