And welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
I'm Greg Jarrett, filling in for Sean.
I'm a Fox News legal analyst and attorney for the better part of four decades.
You can follow me on Twitter at Greg Jarrett.
You can read my columns and find out about my two upcoming books at my website, thegregjarrett.com.
Listen to my weekly podcast entitled The Brief.
And one of the things I have been focusing on in my last two books, The Russia Hoax and Witch Hunt, FBI Corruption.
They were knee-deep in peddling the greatest mass delusion in American political history, the Russia collusion hoax.
It was all a fabrication.
But the FBI is still at it.
And citizens should be outraged at how our nation's premier law enforcement agency, the FBI, has abused its power for purely partisan reasons.
It worked to suppress conservative dissent, pushed for censorship in social media, and furnished lists of accounts to be suspended or banned.
The FBI's malfeasance constitutes a direct violation of the First Amendment.
In simple terms, the agency conspired with Twitter to crush free speech.
And it's going to be up to Congress beginning next week when Republicans take the helm to investigate FBI corruption as well as corruption that has infected the White House and maybe the president himself.
I'm talking about Hunter Biden and his infamous laptop.
And there are two individuals who are going to be key to all of this.
Jim Jordan will be the committee chairman for the Judiciary Committee in the House.
James Comer of Kentucky will be at the helm of the Oversight Committee.
And remember, you know, oversight is a constitutional duty that the House of Representatives must take seriously.
And I'm pleased to say that Congressman Comer is now joining us here on the Sean Hannity Show.
And Congressman, thanks for being with us investigating Hunter Biden and the compelling, credible evidence of not just influence peddling, but maybe bribery and fraud and money laundering.
I would even throw potential racketeering in there.
It is so bewildering, I think, to a great many Americans that this is an investigation by the executive branch, the FBI, the U.S. Attorney, the Department of Justice that has lagged for five long years.
And one has to begin to wonder what's going on here.
Is Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, and Chris Raleigh at the FBI, running a protection racket for Joe and Hunter Biden?
Is that something that you and Jim Jordan will be looking at?
Absolutely.
And it sure seems like it.
I mean, why hasn't the DOJ acted already?
We know Hunter Biden didn't pay taxes for many years and accrued a liability with the IRS of over $2 million.
How many average Americans ever owe that much in back taxes and get away with it?
But yet Hunter Biden has done that.
The fact that the Biden family has received tens of millions of dollars for simply influence peddling with our adversaries in China, Russia, and Ukraine should be startling to anyone.
But the fact that this is the sitting president of the United States son who has done this is the whole reason why we're investigating the Biden family influence peddling because we fear that this administration is compromised because of the millions of dollars that the family of Joe Biden has received.
And we also have credible evidence that would suggest that Hunter Biden, through his LLCs, which were primarily involved in influence peddling, was also paying for many things of value for Joe Biden.
So the fact that this is a well-known fact as documented in the laptop, but yet the FBI, despite the fact that they had this laptop one year prior to the presidential election, we now know was communicating with Twitter and Facebook to suppress the story because it was Russian disinformation, makes you wonder who all's involved in this potential wrongdoing.
You know, it looks like the DOJ's been sitting on their hands.
The FBI was directly involved in lying to Twitter and Facebook and telling them it was Russian disinformation.
And of course, Joe Biden's lied from day one about his involvement, knowledge, and participation in the family business schemes.
You know, and there's a benefit for Merrick Garland, the DOJ, the FBI to drag out the investigation of Hunter and Joe Biden.
It allows them the pretext to say to you in response to questions that you might pose under subpoena, oh, I can't talk about the case, pending an investigation.
That's what Ray would say.
That's what Garland would say, what Garland would say.
Oh, gee, I don't know anything about it.
You know, it's the U.S. Attorney.
Although Garland would have to approve any charges brought by the U.S. Attorney, but U.S. Attorney won't talk either.
Pending investigation, people who might talk would be certainly Tony Bobolinski and maybe Devin Archer, two of the business partners of Hunter Biden, identified in all of these exchanges contained on the hard drive, the Hunter Biden laptop.
What about getting them to testify?
Well, I can tell you this.
We've been in communication for quite some time with some whistleblowers who were in the Hunter Biden orbit.
And I'm not at liberty to say who they are, but we certainly hope that in January, February, March, when these hearings get going, that they will certainly want to testify, at the very least, sit down for transcribed interviews that will be public.
We want to get as many people who were involved with the Biden family influence peddling to come out in a public setting and answer questions that every American should want to know.
And let me go back to what you said about the Department of Justice saying, yeah, we can't work with you, Oversight Committee, because there's an ongoing criminal investigation.
That was probably a good argument for them to make up until in the last few hours when the latest Twitter dump showed that the Baltimore FBI office was actively involved in communicating with Twitter to let them know that that laptop story from the New York Post was, in fact, Russian disinformation.
Now, we didn't know the Baltimore office was involved in that until just in the last 24 hours.
The problem with that is the Baltimore office was working with the Delaware U.S. Attorney in the investigation of Hunter Biden.
So this opens up a whole nother can of worms for Merrick Garland in raising our red flag with respect to our level of trust with the Department of Justice in conducting truthful oversight and a truthful investigation of the entire Biden family, especially Hunter Biden.
Yeah, I mean, it's unbelievable to me.
I saw that.
The very office, the field office in Baltimore, tasked with investigating Hunter Biden is instead involved in pressuring Twitter to kill the Hunter Biden laptop story under the false premise that it is Russian disinformation when they knew, as well as Twitter, that it wasn't Russian disinformation, which invites the question, what's going on here?
Is this a protection racket, a scheme at the DOJ, the FBI, including now the singular most important field office involved in this mess?
Is this a scheme to cover up and protect Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, James Biden?
We don't know, but I'll tell you, it sure looks like it.
And the fact of the matter is before this latest Twitter dump that implicated the Baltimore field office, Jim Jordan and I had gone on several national TV outlets and mentioned the fact that it looked like the FBI was trying to cover this story up.
And why would they be lying to Twitter and Facebook saying that this story was Russian disinformation when they, in fact, had the laptop and knew darn well it was not Russian disinformation.
The FBI came out with a statement basically calling Jim Jordan and I conspiracy theorists.
And I thought, well, my God, the evidence we cited were the emails from the FBI.
So now we've got the FBI directly attacking Jim Jordan and James Comer because we simply cited emails from their staff to Twitter about suppressing the story, which they knew was legitimate and was factual.
So, you know, the fact that the FBI even commented would be concerning because usually the FBI doesn't comment on stuff like that.
But they took a shot at the two leading investigators, myself and Jim Jordan.
That's very concerning.
And then this comes out that Baltimore, who's supposed to be the office where the U.S. attorney in Delaware is working with this investigation, they were involved in the cover-up as well.
So this story just keeps getting worse for the FBI and the Department of Justice.
More questions arise every day.
And, you know, in a few days, we're going to have the gavel and we're going to do everything we can to get to the bottom.
And the audacity of the FBI to issue this public statement say, oh, gosh, you know, we just provided helpful information.
We never directed Twitter to suppress the laptop story or anything.
I mean, that's just a flat-out lie.
They were clearly directing and cajoling and demanding that Twitter suppress the laptop story, not to mention COVID.
They were right.
And they were paying the money for their time, which made Twitter more willing and complicit in this whole situation.
It's $3.4 million that we know of.
It could be more.
So we're going to find out exactly how much.
That's one role of the Oversight Committee.
We're supposed to be the committee that gets the back to the American taxpayers that tries to root out waste fraud, abuse, and mismanagement in the federal government.
They were using tax dollars, not just the money they were directly paying Twitter.
Now, you multiply that times five or six big platforms like Twitter, Google, YouTube, Facebook.
I mean, we don't know how much tax dollars they were paying these platforms to suppress conservative speech.
Then we find out they had a unit of 80 employees dedicated to nothing but policing social media posts.
I mean, they did not have the authority to do that.
They did not have the authority to spend that much taxpayer dollars on any of this, much less the entire scheme.
So the FBI's got a lot of questions they're going to have to answer, if nothing else, just on the abuse of taxpayer dollars, not to mention the abuse of the First Amendment.
Yeah.
And, you know, those 80 agents were essentially spying on Americans.
They're monitoring their social media communications, and they see something like something derogatory towards Joe Biden.
You know, then they move quickly to try to pressure these social media companies to kill it.
You know, so it wasn't really Russian disinformation associated with a laptop.
It was FBI disinformation, claiming that it was the Russians when they knew it wasn't.
And the people I would love for your committee or Jordan's committee to force to answer for themselves are the 51 former Intel officials who right before the election claim to have completely discredited the laptop as Russian disinformation.
People like John Brennan, James Clapper, Leon Panetta, Mike Morrell, Mike Hayden.
I mean, people who have not since had the decency to offer an apology or a retraction or a mea culpa.
No, they're proud of what they did to help throw the election in favor of Joe Biden.
You agree?
I do agree.
And they have already been given an invitation to come speak for an interview with the Judiciary Committee.
Jim Jordan, obviously, will be, he's on the oversight committee, so he and I work together on all the oversight stuff, but he will be the chairman of the Judiciary Committee and anything pertaining to the Department of Justice, FBI, he'll be taking the lead on that.
But he's already sent a letter to all 51 of those individuals who signed the letter that we now know was not true in claiming that it was that it sure looked like Russian disinformation.
That's how they worded it.
But they've been given an invitation to come before the Judiciary Committee and sit down for transcribed interviews.
And I would say that if they don't accept that invitation in the next few weeks, that they could expect to be served with something a little more serious than a friendly invitation the next time.
Based on what you have seen, does it appear to you that there's a very good possibility that Joe Biden was complicit in his son's influence peddling schemes?
Absolutely.
There's no question that Joe Biden knew exactly what his son was doing.
He knew exactly who his son business associates were.
A couple of them had meetings on Air Force 2.
Some of them, they had a meeting in Mexico City where Hunter flew on Air Force 2 down with the then vice president to meet with.
Several of the emails and text messages to Hunter showed people that Joe Biden claimed he never met with that sent messages and emails to Hunter thanking him for setting up the meeting with his dad.
They really enjoyed meeting with his dad and they look forward to working with his dad in the future.
So yes, Joe Biden has not been truthful about his knowledge and involvement in his son's shady business dealings.
But then we go even further and there are emails that Hunter sent to various people complaining about how expensive it was to pay for all of his dad's bills.
Somebody appreciated Hunter.
I am up against a heartbreak representative James Cummer.
Thank you so much for being with us.

Welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
I'm Greg Jarrett.
Over the next half hour, we'll be taking your phone calls, your questions, and comments.
Got some people waiting.
We'll get to you in just a moment.
The number is 800-941-7326.
Again, that's 941-7326.
Give us a call here on the Sean Hannity Show.
Welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
I'm Greg Jarrett.
We're going to be taking your phone calls.
So, if you have any questions or comments, we've been talking about Hunter Biden, his laptop, the FBI's corruption in suppressing the story, the failure of the Department of Justice to bring a case against Hunter Biden, running a protection racket for his father.
And a moment ago, you heard James Comer is the incoming Republican chairman of the Oversight Committee, who said, without a doubt, Joe Biden was complicit in his son's influence peddling schemes.
Multi-million dollars.
And, you know, all you have to do is look at the laptop and the email messages contained therein to know that they are incriminating not just of Hunter Biden, but Joe Biden and James Biden, the president's brother.
I mean, they were selling access to Joe Biden when he was Vice President of the United States and promises of potential influence, not just in the Obama administration, but in a potential Biden presidency, which came to pass.
And Comer has vowed to get to the bottom of it, so as Jim Jordan, and the FBI's involvement in trying to rig the investigation to protect Joe and Hunter Biden.
And the Twitter files is just one additional aspect of this.
You know, the evidence is contained in more than 150 FBI emails exchanged with Twitter's progressive proxy, a guy by the name of Yoll Roth, the platform's trust and safety chief, who gladly capitulated with demands to kill the laptop story, to suppress any information detrimental to Joe Biden.
You had 80 FBI agents assigned to surveilling social media, to censoring tweets.
The task force, it was a task force.
They were monitoring stories and derogatory tweets.
And you'll find all of this information in the sixth installment of the Twitter files, courtesy of Matt Taibbi.
I'll quote him: Twitter's contact with the FBI was constant and pervasive as if it were a subsidiary.
I interviewed journalist Michael Schellenberger, who also reviewed the Twitter files and reported on them.
And, you know, he said the FBI primed Twitter to dismiss reports of the laptop as a Russian hack and leak operation.
They knew it was a lie when they told Twitter that it, oh, forget about it, it's Russian disinformation.
The laptop was real.
Its contents incriminated Joe Biden as complicit in his son's multi-million dollar influence peddling schemes.
$31 million from the Chinese, roughly $40 million from the Russian, millions from Ukraine, factor in, you know, Romania, Kazakhstan, several other countries.
What do they all have in common, those countries?
When Joe Biden was vice president, Obama put him in charge of those same countries from which Hunter Biden was netting millions and millions of dollars.
And the laptop shows that 10% goes to the big guy in the China deal.
Let's go to our radio phone line right now.
By the way, if you haven't called yet, call 800-941-7326.
Eric joins us from Maryland.
Eric, thanks for hanging on.
What's your question or comment?
Mr. Jared, this is what I got.
The question for all, for Mr. Comer, all the other Republicans that are talking big right now, everybody knows what's been going on.
Are they going to go for the jugular like the Democrats do, and subpoenas are flying and trials on TV and every other thing that the Democrats have done?
Are they going to go for it or are they going to wuss out like they normally do?
And this is it.
This is the end.
If they don't do it, it's over.
Well, I think they're going to try, and I think they're going to try earnestly.
But already the White House, already the White House is obstructing because Comer and Jordan sent letters to the White House for them to preserve records, and they were very specific about what to preserve.
And in response, the special counsel of the White House sent a reply telling them to stuff it, basically saying, you know, well, your requests are premature.
We're going to pay no attention to it.
When you take over those committees, we will operate in good faith.
No, they won't.
They're not going to operate in good faith.
They're going to lie and cover up and obstruct.
They'll do everything they possibly can not to comply with subpoenas.
They'll delay, and they won't be able to find certain documents.
One hopes that they haven't been destroyed.
And they'll probably go to court to fight it.
Hunter Biden has already amassed a legal team, War Room, that is planning to fight any effort to turn over incriminating documents.
But frankly, you don't need Hunter Biden documents.
The FBI already has it.
They have the hard drive of the laptop.
They looked at it, examined it, knew it was real, and knew that there is a cavalcade of crimes contained therein.
Bribery, fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, influence peddling, violations of FARA, the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
The list goes on and on.
I mean, you need a calculator to keep track of the number of crimes committed by Hunter Biden, and I think his father, as well as James Biden.
Let's go to our next caller.
Bill joins us from Kansas.
Hi, Bill.
How are you?
Hi, Greg.
How are you?
I'm well.
Thanks.
Well, get to my point.
I got a statement, I guess.
And I agree that they need to investigate this to the full extent.
My point would be that they need to make sure that there's, I guess, for lack of a better term, some teeth in this thing because everybody knows that these guys are flaunting it.
So the old adage that what don't kill you makes you stronger.
And I think they're doing this just because they don't think anything's going to happen other than there's going to be some saber rattling or whatever you want to call it.
They're not going to anything happen except they're going to, because they've got the complicit news media in their back pocket and nothing's going to happen.
But they need to somehow, like you said, they're already telling them to stuff it from the White House counsel.
They need to figure out how to get that because that's us out there, whether the White House counsel's got it or somebody else has got it.
They just need to figure out how to go get it and where to get it, I guess.
You know, I just need.
As I said to Comer when he was my guest this hour, who will be the chairman of the oversight committee, you got to call Devin Archer and Tony Bovolinsky.
Just start with those two.
Now, Devin Archer is going to prison, but you might be able to cut a deal with him.
You know, he knows all about the influence peddling schemes because he was the documents show.
He was involved.
Tony Bovolinsky implicated Joe Biden directly as getting a cut of Hunter Biden's millions that were scheduled to be pocketed into Biden-related bank accounts.
You know, let's just dig in and start with that.
You're going to get obstructed by Chris Ray, Merrick Garland.
My question is, where the hell is this U.S. attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, been?
I mean, this thing's been going on for years.
And, you know, the laptop alone is a plethora of evidence of crimes.
And let's start charging.
I'd love to see that happen.
We'll wait and see.
Linda joins us from Florida.
Hi, Linda.
Welcome to the Sean Hannity Show.
How are you today?
I'm doing fine, Greg.
Thank you for taking my call.
Sure.
I have a comment, I guess, and I have a question.
Go ahead.
Hunter Biden and Joe Biden are definitely guilty of just a tremendous amount of things, including treason, in my opinion.
And I think the investigation should continue.
But my question is, if it were to go to trial and he was to be found, Hunter was to be found guilty while his father is still president, can his father not pardon him of those crimes?
Sure.
And, you know, one can make a case that he can pardon him in advance.
You know, you remember President Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon, and Nixon hadn't been charged, but was likely going to be charged.
You know, legal scholars have often debated if you can offer a preemptory pardon, and I think you can, or you can just wait until the charges are brought and an individual can be pardoned.
And I, you know, I wouldn't be surprised, you know, if Joe Biden decided to pardon his son and, you know, claiming that his son is being unfairly treated because I'm president, and so I'm doing the right thing and pardoning my son.
I mean, you know, especially if Joe Biden is not going to run for president in 2024, and I'm skeptical that he will, given his age, his incapacity, which is apparent to all.
Let me go to our next caller.
Steve joins us from the beautiful state of Florida.
How are you, Steve?
I'm doing good, Greg.
How are you doing?
I'm well.
I wanted the Republicans to get to the bottom and hold this Capitol Police officer accountable that murdered Ashley Babbitt.
You've never heard no more about that, and it just kind of irks me that nothing's ever happened to him that I know of.
And it just, I wish they would do something about that, hold him accountable for what he did.
Yeah, I always thought that was very strange.
That was brushed under the rug, right?
I mean, she wasn't armed, and he, you know, there was an obstruction in front of her, and he shot her through, I think, the glass.
And, you know, I find that I find the claim of self-defense to be difficult to swallow.
And yet.
Exactly.
Yeah.
I mean, I hate to bring race into it, but if it had been the other way around, if that was a black woman and a white officer, just like this Derek Chauvin and all these other guys, that officer would already be in prison, my opinion.
Yeah, I don't know that.
I don't know that race had anything to do with it, but I do agree that it seemed to be a strange resolution of the case.
Let me go to our next caller.
Joining us from Pennsylvania is David.
And David, thanks for being here on the Sean Hannity Show.
Thank you, Greg.
Thanks for having me.
You and I have crossed paths before.
I used to be a police officer in Delaware when you worked in Salisbury.
You've got a good memory.
Oh yeah, I remember you anyway, make a long story short.
I was wondering how, how are they going to hold the uh?
Uh, they had this pact.
They're getting uh Biden's team and they have uh people that used to work for Clinton and Obama's is head of it, and they're getting all this money together to for misinformation against the FBI, to go against the Republicans.
Why can't they go after them also?
Well, you know, there's a lot of misinformation and disinformation floating around, David.
And specifically, what do you mean, though?
Give me a more precise example.
Well, they have some, the Super PAC that donated to the Democrats this last time.
Well, they had these charitable organizations that they're even here in Pennsylvania, we got letters from some voting people or from what do they call those people that anyway,
make a long story short, to air ads on TV and to go after the people who are going after the Bidens.
Yeah.
You know, I don't know about that, but I do know this much, that Congress has its work cut out for itself, investigating the FBI whistleblowers, the Hunter Biden laptop, the Twitter files and the FBI suppression of information, the violation of the First Amendment, the suppressing of legitimate COVID information, the Afghanistan withdrawal.
I mean, the list goes on and on.
We'll be right back with more of the Sean Hannity Show.
