This is an iHeart podcast.
All right, Hour 2, Sean Hannity Show, toll free.
It's 800-941-SEAN if you want to be a part of the program.
Early voting, absentee voting starts in states like Pennsylvania and others coming up in the next 10 days.
That's how quickly this election is now coming upon us as we are now officially 60 days out of these midterms.
One of the things that is emerging is how radical some of these Senate candidates are and even some of these gubernatorial candidates.
You know, we've been watching the race down in Georgia very, very closely.
And look at, for example, nobody knows about Raphael Warnock's position.
He wants to pack the courts.
He wants to eliminate all cash bail.
This is a guy that once referred to police officers as thugs and gangsters, if you can believe it.
He's also, by the way, he wants to dismantle and let free criminals all over the state of Georgia and around the country.
He's one of these, you know, no-bail guys.
It's just insane.
He is an acolyte of the racist and anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan.
He's praised him in the past.
He's praised the Reverend Jeremiah Wright in the past.
He is almost 100% of the time with Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden on Green New Deal and sanity.
This is a guy that wants critical race theory taught in schools.
This is a guy that has never seen a spending bill that he cares about.
He said that our opioid crisis is only a public health emergency because the faces of human tragedy are white and suburban.
He has this issue of a domestic dispute and accusations by his ex-wife that he neglects his children and fails to pay child care expenses, even as his wealth has gone up dramatically.
His ex-wife accused him of harassment and even said that he tried to run over her foot during a domestic dispute.
And as it relates to Reverend Jeremiah Wright, you know, he was one of the most vocal defenders of him when he said the Sunday after 9-11, no, no, no, not God bless America, GD America, GD America, it's in the Bible, et cetera, et cetera.
And he even praised Fidel Castro.
Then you got another radical, and this guy's in Pennsylvania running against Dr. Oz.
We've been following this case closely.
And by the way, now polls have Herschel Walker up in Georgia.
And now Dr. Oz, who at one point, according to the polls, was down by double digits, is now within the margin of error.
It's now a close, tight race and getting closer by the day.
And Federman has only been seen about 20 minutes on the campaign trail.
Didn't want to be seen with Joe Biden during his appearances in the last week.
You look at his positions.
He's another one with no restrictions on abortion.
He wants a moratorium on fracking and energy production, which is an $80 billion industry for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
This is a guy that wants to open up prisons and let people free.
This is a guy that sat on the parole board and the Board of Pardons and let a guy out that killed an 18-year-old so that they can buy a bag of heroin.
He's a supporter of BLM.
He's a supporter of legalization, decriminalization, even of heroin.
He wants safe injection sites.
I mean, this guy, he wants Pennsylvania to be a sanctuary state, supports sanctuary cities.
And then you have an incident when he was mayor of a small town.
This guy's never had a job.
He runs around with tattoos and a hoodie.
He's never had a real job in his life.
He was a mayor of a tiny town that lost like a third of its population.
There's a guy out, an innocent African-American man, jogging, and he races out with a shotgun, sticks it in his face, and holds him until the police arrest this guy for nothing.
Now, imagine if, quote, a MAGA Republican did any of this.
He's not answering any questions about his stroke or his health.
He was refusing to debate.
Now he says he'll debate, but now he has a list of conditions to debate.
So I'm not sure that's ever going to happen.
Anyway, so we're at the point 60 days out to take a look at where we are in the polls.
Joining us, Matt Towery, insider Advantage, as well as John McLaughlin, McLaughlin and Associates.
Let's start in the great state of Georgia, Matt Towery, where you know that state better than anybody.
You ran for lieutenant governor of that state.
You served in the state legislature for a long period of time.
Herschel seems to have made major strides and has now taken a small lead there.
Well, you know, when I got out of politics, I took off my hat and call it like I see it.
I had Herschel down in fire races.
I now polled for Fox 5 in Atlanta.
We had this poll yesterday, and Herschel Walker appears to be up by three right now.
So there's been a real turnaround in that race in the last month.
I mean, a phenomenal shift in the state of Georgia.
By the way, Brian Kemp is, I think, seven or eight in our poll above Stacey Abrams, which is a shock because everyone expected Stacey Abrams to be a much stronger candidate.
Maybe she'll become that, but right now, there's quite a gap there.
All right.
So let's talk about what happened to Stacey Abrams.
Even Democrats are asking what happened to her campaign four years ago.
It was a much closer race.
What dynamic has changed?
Well, we really don't know.
I mean, her ads have been sort of, you know, not particularly inspiring.
She's not getting quite as much of the African-American vote as she got last time.
Although I will remind all the listeners that in that 2018 race, Stacey Abrams came on at the last minute.
So anything can change, including in that race.
But right now, she just, the complaint, even among Democrats, is that she seems to not have her heart in it.
And so we'll wait and see.
I don't judge these races before they percolate.
We polled Arizona and other races, you know, Florida yesterday.
So I'm looking at all the races around the country, and I see the patterns that are emerging.
And some of those patterns appear to be favoring some of these Republican candidates now.
Let's get your take, John McLaughlin.
Maybe we'll start in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where that race now is within the margin of error.
People were predicting Oz's demise up until recently, and he's clearly rising in the polls.
And now people have finally become aware this guy is not capable of even giving a speech, never mind being a senator.
Exactly.
And what the difference is, you know, in Georgia, I was down there three weeks ago because we do polling for Speaker Walston in the House Republican majority.
And I saw Brian Kemp and I saw Herschel Walker.
Herschel gave a great speech, but they're playing offense.
They're taking it to the Democrats.
Stacey Abrams, you know, went and tried to hit Brian Kemp on abortion, and he put up a heck of an ad at her calling her out that she used to be pro-life.
Now she says she's pro-choice, and she would allow abortion up until the ninth month.
And so he's going after her character.
And in Pennsylvania, Dr. Oz, you know, this guy was trying to Fetterman.
Granted, we wish him well.
We hope he had a stroke.
We hope he gets healthy.
I've said that many times.
I don't wish that on anybody.
But the reality is the people need to know the truth, and he's not been forthcoming, and nobody served from his doctors.
And they said they'd be back on the campaign trail in June.
And here it is, you know, September, and we're not hearing from the guy.
He hasn't answered one question, not one.
And the difference is, you know, like I saw an ad that's traveling, I travel a lot, but I saw an ad from Philadelphia.
They were going after him that he would let Fetterman would let murderers out.
And, you know, and he was bragging about it.
And he's a socialist.
He's one of these big government socialists.
They're calling him out on the issues.
He now says he's going to debate.
He was trying not to.
But Dr. Oz is playing offense.
And the whole formula for the Republicans is they kind of like took August off because we saw the generic vote nationally go from up five Republican 48-43 in July.
And then in August, it was 45-44 and 45-45 in our last national fall.
But, you know, you can't allow the Democrats to set this agenda.
And Joe Biden probably gave the worst presidential speech we've ever seen in the history of the country in Philadelphia.
And he had a rally up in Scranton that nobody showed up at.
And four days later, Trump packs a place in Wilkes-Barre.
And people are hanging from the rafters to try to get to see Donald Trump.
So the base has to get fired up with a strong contrast.
We have to call them out on issues.
We have to label these big government socialists as they are, like Federal Man.
And when you see Republicans, you know, playing like I've seen Matt's polls that have come out where Republicans are either going ahead in Georgia or closing the gap in Arizona and Pennsylvania, et cetera.
You know, it's like you said, there's 60 days to go.
Early voting's going to start.
The Republicans need to get the issues out and need to challenge the Democrats head to head.
Quick break more with our pollsters.
Matt Towery and John McLaughlin on the other side.
Then we'll get to your calls this Friday, 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, you know, prices on everything are rising.
If you want to buy a new car, you're going to pay above MSRP.
If you're going to buy a used car, it's inflation, Biden inflation cost.
That puts it up about 30, 40% more than it would normally go for.
So a lot of people are very smartly hanging on to their current cars longer, current trucks longer.
And that's where CarShield protection plans come in for about $100 a month.
They will cover so much in terms of the costly repairs.
If, God forbid, you break down and you're on the road.
They cover more parts than ever before, whether you have a new car 5,000 miles on it or 150,000 miles on it.
When you need a repair, your insurance from CarShield will cover it.
Now, they'll take care of all the paperwork, all the headaches.
All you do is arrange for your car to get fixed.
It's that simple.
And also with CarShield, they take care of everything.
If your car breaks down, every protection plan includes coast-to-coast roadside assistance, courtesy towing, rental car options at no extra cost.
And guess what?
As long as you own your car, your rate will never ever go up.
CarShield will have your back.
If your car breaks down, do what I did.
Get the coverage.
Go to carshield.com slash Hannity or call toll free 800-391-8888.
Mention my name.
You save 10%.
That's carshield.com slash Hannity or 800-391-8888.
All right, as we continue our pollsters, 60 days out of the midterm elections, Matt Towery and John McLaughlin are with us.
Let's look at the big picture.
Matt Towery, Florida, Marco Rubio, Herschel in Georgia.
You've got Bud in North Carolina.
We've got New Hampshire, which looks like it's going to be the Senate majority leader that's running, apparently very popular.
Maybe a chance there.
Ron Johnson, Mehmet Oz, JD Vance, Eric Schmidt in Missouri.
You've got Laxalt out in the great state of Nevada.
You've got Blake Masters in Arizona.
You have some Republicans talking about Colorado.
We did have the Republican candidate on.
We liked him a lot.
I'm not sure if he has a chance, but I think Republicans should make a play for it.
And then another state that people are looking at as a possibility long shot is Washington state.
When all is said and done and the voting is counted, what is it going to look like in the Senate, in your view, as of today, 60 days out?
Well, let me just start with an overview.
And this is, I think, is really important.
I said I saw trends coming, and this is what I see.
John talked about his national poll, which is exactly dead on with my national poll that we did for insider advantages last week, and that is that the congressional generic was quote even.
But what I'm finding in these states, as I go in, one after another, is that in those states, it's not even, and it's not even close with regard to the Biden approval rating, which, by the way, has crept up in the national polls, as we all know in the last few weeks.
We've seen all these stories.
Oh, Biden's got the wind behind his back.
I heard that this morning.
Well, he doesn't have his wind behind his back in these battleground states.
He's down 10, 12, 13, 14 points.
So my question is this.
How can you have a close race in Philadelphia?
I mean, in Pennsylvania, how can you have a close race in Arizona?
How can you have a close race in Florida or a close race anywhere if your presidential candidate is 12 to 14 points down or even more?
And my question would be, are these campaigns, I hear all the issues being thrown out, and they're sort of like Helter Skelter out there.
But the one thing that I don't hear enough of is President Biden's name attached with these candidates.
I think these campaigns are afraid to do it, and they don't realize that's the one thing that's going to make sure these candidates get across the finish line.
So do I think today the Republicans would take the Senate?
I'd say it's 50-50.
Do I think if they do the right things in the next two months, and by the way, if they quit fighting among themselves and having all these power centers and us hearing leaders in the Senate put down our candidates, if they can all get together and quit sniping, I would say that you'll probably see that percentage of likelihood of taking the Senate growth.
Let's get your take.
Same question, John McLaughlin.
Well, the key thing here is the wave is still out there.
The Republicans need to take advantage of it.
Matt's point about going after the Democrats.
And you often say, even if you're ahead, you run like you're behind.
And the Republicans need to be running like they're behind right now because they could be.
But 67% of all voters in our last national poll said the country's on the wrong track and 55% disapprove of Biden.
So in the 10% that's undecided in the generic vote, you had 78% saying the country's on the wrong track, and you have 69% saying they disapprove the job that Biden's doing.
And Trump was ahead of Biden 49 to 45.
Trump would beat Biden in an election today.
And that poll had 51% of the voters saying that they had voted for Biden, but they're not going to do it again.
Well, the Republicans need to take advantage of that wrong track, take advantage of Biden's negatives.
Velcro Biden to every Democrat, which Herschel Walker has been doing in Georgia, which Mehmed Oz is now doing in Pennsylvania, and go after these Democrats for their votes to enable Joe Biden to be the worst president in history, wreck our economy, have inflation go up, open the border, have a national crime wave.
And guess what?
He can't.
Let me ask this.
What about Kevin McCarthy announcing next week his commitments to America?
Every House candidate will sign it.
Mitch McConnell has been resistant for adopting it in the Senate, but Senate candidates will have the choice to do it on their own.
Will that help?
Yes, issues win election.
This is a debate of ideas and issues.
As our friend Duke Gingrich has pointed out, you have to have the interest.
Those there.
Plus, Newt sent me a thing.
There's this Savodo's crystal ball has this professor from SUNY Buffalo who's well-regarded.
His model says the Republicans pick up five seats in the Senate and they pick up 37 in the House.
Well, you've got to run on issues to get there.
Yeah.
Last word, Matt Towery.
When those commitments to America come out, you and I both were there when Newt Gingrich became Speaker of the House.
I was the MC at the Cobb Galleria that night.
That's right.
I was his campaign chairman.
And I can tell you this.
Newt gave every candidate something to sink their teeth in and a simple message of principles and promises that he delivered on in the first hundred days.
I don't know what the problem is over in the Senate.
I don't know Mitch McConnell at all.
But I can tell you one thing: they better get in the program and get with the program because you can't have five different offerings out there.
You got to get on one message and everyone has to say it.
And that's the same for the Democrats.
I poll even-handedly.
The Democrats have got to get their act together, and a lot of those candidates are going to have to decide they don't need Joe Biden in their campaign ads, but they're going down.
Well, it's clear they're running away from him as quickly as they can.
Nobody wanted to be seen with him when he was out campaigning in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania last week.
And I think that speaks volumes, doesn't it?
Absolutely.
All right, Matt Towery and John McLaughlin, thank you both for being with us.
We appreciate it.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Thanks for being with us.
So, Sunday, it will be 21 years since 9-11, 2001.
My daughter was born just 13 days prior to that.
She's now 21 years old.
So that's how it goes by so fast.
And I know, and I hope that a lot of you, I'm sure there'll be a lot of coverage, especially on like Nat Geo and the History Channel and places like that.
I hope you get time to reflect and watch some of the specials so you are reminded.
I said this yesterday.
I'm going to say it again today.
We have now been catching people that are on terror watch lists at our border with regularity since Joe Biden's open border policies.
That means that there are terrorist cells in our country right now because you can't tell me that the overwhelmed border patrol caught every one of them.
I doubt it.
I think it's an impossibility.
So we have to assume the worst.
And unfortunately, we have forgotten.
We should never forget.
You know, Darrell Worley had a hit song, Have You Forgotten?
And we put some sound to it.
And I hope by listening to this, you all remember.
Because 60 days from now, we can stop this insanity at our border, stop these insane energy policies, stop these insane economic policies, stop our adherence to climate alarmism, the cult of climate alarmism, and we can get this country, begin the process of getting this country back on track.
Have you forgotten?
Americans do not yet have the distance of history, but our responsibility to history is already clear to answer these attacks and rid the world of evil.
I hear people say we don't need this war.
We protest this war, and it's not a war actually for slaughter.
But I say there's some things worth fighting for.
We are very grateful and thankful that we live in a country where there's freedom of speech, that people who are either for or against a war can speak out.
What about our freedom?
Everything just went black.
And this piece of ground.
Everything came down.
We didn't get to keep them by backing down.
Glass are popping.
People got hurt.
They say we don't realize the mess we're getting in.
Oh, there it goes.
There it goes.
Here it goes.
Before you start your preaching, let me ask you this, my friend.
Have you forgotten?
Oh, my God.
The next building is going to blow up.
Oh, my God.
Another plane just.
The explosion is incredible.
Have you forgotten?
I saw this plane come out of nowhere and just green right into the side of the Twin Tower, exploding through the other side.
There's been an act of war declared upon America by terrorists.
Have you forgotten?
I can hear you.
The rest of the world hears you.
Dozens of residents that are sitting on the hill behind the Pentagon, almost like they're waiting for the 4th of July fireworks, but instead they're staring dumbfounded at what looks like a war zone.
I mean, you see bodies flying out of the sky and you can't do nothing about it, you You tell me.
There's no words to describe what's going on out there.
Have you forgotten?
America is a nation full of good fortune with so much to be grateful for, but we are not spared from suffering.
In every generation, the world has produced enemies of human freedom.
They have attacked America because we are freedom's home and defender.
Have you forgotten?
And the commitment of our fathers is now the calling of our time.
That's Daryl Worley.
And what a reminder.
Now, we're going to talk to our friend Frank Siller at the top of the hour with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
They've never forgotten.
And anyway, and we'll play that song that I know everybody loves.
We play it every year from Michael W. Smith.
Let's get to our phones.
We got Greg in the free state of Florida.
Greg, how are you?
Glad you called.
I don't know if you heard your governor, Ron DeSantis, on the show this week, but big race for him down there.
Very important race for him and for Senator Marco Rubio, who we are also supporting.
Absolutely.
And hello to you too, Sean.
Yeah, I mean, I was thrilled to hear the Tendenzon and very proud to call him our governor, that's for sure.
I was actually calling to talk about the self-defense conversation you had mentioned yesterday as far as whether it's women or even I believe police should learn it as well.
I think jiu-jitsu is a fantastic form of martial art that is highly effective.
You know, going, I've seen, I've been doing it since I was 13.
I'm 43 now.
I have seen girls that are like 18, 19 years old.
So you're a black belt.
You're a serious martial artist.
Did you practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu or Japanese jiu-jitsu?
No, Brazilian, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I do an eclectic blend of varying arts.
Voice Crazy.
Yeah.
I'm sorry.
Go ahead.
No, I was just going to say I went to one of those schools of voice crazy and stuff.
But the bottom line is that, you know, as we all know, there's a lot of defensive classes for anyone to take.
But with jiu-jitsu, I mean, at some point, sooner or later, whether it's a fight or someone being attacked, the chances of both falling to the ground are highly likely.
And at that point, you may not be able to get away.
They may pin you down to whatever the case may be.
But if you learn specific techniques, then you have a much higher chance of survival.
And then I also think that with the police, if they would do a little bit more training, you would see probably less lethal interactions with certain criminals.
You know, look, all I'm saying is, and what I was saying specifically yesterday is, look, I do this.
This is my workout, but it's also become a passion.
And it's hard.
And I've gotten strong.
And I do an eclectic blend of arts, Krav Maga, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo, and situational street fighting.
And we do self-defense of, you know, sticks, blades, firearms.
We practice all of it and a combination of boxing as well.
And I do it as a workout and I also do it for self-defense.
All I'm asking people in this audience to do and urging especially women to do, and I say this in light of a lot of the crimes that I mentioned earlier in the week, is have a plan to, even if it's one lesson, even one lesson might save your life.
And for example, what I tell people when they ask me, and I don't give a lot of advice, medical advice or financial advice, but I'll give self-defense advice in this sense, is you're not necessarily going to be like you are a black belt in jiu-jitsu.
But if people can learn how certain targeted strikes to escape, the goal is not to even win the fight.
The goal is to escape.
Say a mom with a child.
If you did an eye poke, a simple eye poke or simple targeted strike to the trach, something like that, or a shot to the carotid, you could probably get out of there or an eye gouge even.
If you know a few simple things like that, if you can throw a kick to their private parts, guess what?
You probably can escape.
So certain things, I just want people to have a plan because obviously, you know, police now, departments defunded, dismantled, no bail laws.
All these criminals, violent criminals, we're letting out on the street.
It's more dangerous than it's ever been.
And I don't want people, I want people to have some options.
And whatever you do, if somebody's going to try and get you into a vehicle, my advice, what I tell my daughter, and you can talk to your self-defense expert friends or police officers, whoever you want, my advice is if it's going to be me, I'm dying right there, right in that spot.
I'm not getting in that car.
Well, Sean, the other thing I wanted to say, and I'll let you guys know, you got other callers, but at the end of the day, and what I tell those that are, you know, just getting into the art or anything else, at the end of the day, don't try to be a hero.
Like you said, just get out of there, you know, but don't try to be a hero.
Greg, let me tell you situations I've been in where I'm confronted.
I put myself in a very, very at-ease, non-confrontational posture, and I start walking backwards.
And if I had to, even if I knew I was on camera, if it meant getting away from a confrontation, I'd run.
And I'm not a coward.
I'm actually more afraid of what I do to them.
And I don't want that situation.
And people probably are laughing at that.
And they're saying, no, that's ridiculous, Hennedy.
I'm like, I've been training for 10 years, an hour and a half a day.
I know how to defend myself.
I don't want to ever hurt anybody.
I would run away to protect them and protect myself too.
And I'd have no shame in that at all.
Run.
All right.
Appreciate the call, my friend.
Ooh.
Thank you, sir.
Wade is in San Diego.
Linda's laughing.
Why do you think that that is so funny that I'd be willing to run away?
You've seen.
Because you're non-confrontational when it fits you.
Yeah, I just, I go the opposite direction.
Can I buy you a drink?
I'm all for it right now.
Listen, I wish that someone who was about to attack me would then flip the script and say, you know what, you want to get a cocktail?
Let's do cocktails.
Let's talk this out.
Let's have a conversation.
No, I'm not saying I want to sit with them and talk about it.
Listen, a lot.
I always say this.
If we didn't put an R and a D or a race and assign all these identity politics to people, we would be able to do a lot of amazing things, like work out all our problems.
You know, at the end of the day, I hate everybody equally.
It works out very nice for me.
And this is the way that I live my life.
You know what I'm saying?
I think that everybody should subscribe to the Linda McLaughlin way of life.
It would be a much more peaceful planet.
Listen, I mean, for me to say that as somebody that trains, you know, most people that train, they have no problem just standing up saying, what?
Well, honestly, I think a lot of people agree with you because they're afraid you're going to kick their ass.
I don't think you should get them being pliable to them being afraid.
You know, it's the same.
The other thing that this happens, for example, Chuck Liddell, the Iceman Liddell, because of who he was, one of the greatest of all time in terms of an MMA fighter.
Dude, he is legit.
Legit.
And people are like, come on, Chuck, hit me.
And he's like, no, I don't want to hit you.
Well, that's just stupid because he does it for a living.
So this is like the most dumbest thing ever is when people say, oh, my God, Sean Hannity has like the easiest life ever.
Like he just talks.
I'm like, do you have any idea how many trees have died preparing for the show?
How much paperwork surrounds this man?
I mean, seriously, there are days we are on remote and I'm like, you're like, could you get me another desk?
I'm like, yeah, let me just call down to engineering.
Let me bring in another desk, another trash can, another whatever.
I mean, it's out of control.
I've never seen anything like it.
That's how we prepare.
That's how we do our show.
Quick break.
We'll come back, Barrier Calls, 800-941-Sean.
Our number, if you want to be a part of the program as we continue.
First, I need to remind you about our friends at Hillsdale College.
You know, back in the good old days, Americans used to argue about, you know, what policies we should be pursuing to improve the great country we love.
Now, too often today, we're finding ourselves arguing about whether our country is great or not and whether or not we should love America or whether we should be ashamed of America.
Our kids are getting indoctrinated in schools.
Now, the reason for this is simple.
For far too many years, far too many schools have been neglecting to teach our young kids about America's great heritage of liberty and freedom and presenting them instead with a dishonest narrative, not a complete narrative, not a pollyanished narrative.
The good and the bad should be taught of America.
And if you're taught that every day, you begin to believe it.
Hillsdale College is now weighing in for America.
They're offering their latest free online course, The Great American Story, A Land of Hope.
And they're also offering Constitution 101, The Meaning and the History of the Constitution.
You're going to learn so much.
And as we get closer to Constitution Day, that's September the 17th.
I encourage all of you to enroll in one of these wonderful free courses.
It's absolutely free.
Encourage your friends and families to sign up as well.
We have a special website.
It's Sean4Hillsdale.com.
That's S-E-A-N-F-O-R-Hillsdale, one word.com.
Seanforhillsdale.com.
All right, back to our busy phones.
Wade is in San Diego.
Cogo Radio, what's up, Wade?
How are you, sir?
Glad you called.
So just a couple of things.
As a retired police officer of the city of San Diego and now a police officer on the federal side.
A lot of differences, but you know, one of the things that I want to mention is we raise our right hands.
We swear an oath to defend the Constitution against foreign and domestic enemies.
And at what point, and I'm not advocating any violence at all, let me go ahead and state that.
At what point, though, do we start taking and holding our politicians accountable?
Voting is not working.
They're insider trading.
And I'm not going to say one side or the other.
I think both sides are doing it.
They do not have our best interest in.
So how, as a nation of people on both sides of the aisle, do we fix the problems?
Here in this state alone, we have the only system we have is through the ballot box.
We don't now, that's why I've been talking about election integrity so much and the states and what measures they should adopt.
You know, it says you're saying you're a police officer.
It is sad the position that you are being put in every single day.
You're risking your life and you have to ask yourself why some days.
And yet there's a way to do it and to do it effectively and to follow the rule of law and know what's acceptable in terms of force and what's not acceptable.
You know, the hard thing for everybody is that if you ever see an arrest where there's any resistance at all whatsoever, it's never going to look good on camera.
It will never look good because by its very nature, they are creating a confrontational moment.
Now, for me, and I've been pulled over, this goes back years ago.
I used to have a heavy foot when I was younger.
I don't have one now.
I've not been pulled over in years and years and years.
But when a cop would pull me over, yes, sir, yes, officer, put my hands outside my car.
If I had a firearm on me, I would immediately inform the officer that I have a license carry permit and I have a loaded weapon in the car and inform that person immediately so he knows exactly what he's dealing with.
And only one time did I have a guy that was a jackass and he just maybe had a bad day.
I don't know.
But everybody else is cool.
Look, you can't think about what the results are going to be.
Right now, you just got to do the right thing.
And if enough of us vote in 60 days, we can turn things around.
That's where the hope is.
All right, 800-941-Sean.
We'll get to more of your calls.
