Day number 149.
All right, day 149, 162 days since Joe Biden said he wouldn't do it.
He's of course turned the page, turned his back, stabbed in the back, our fellow Americans and military families and green card holders, thousands of them and tens of thousands of Afghan allies, and you can't make this up.
All right, a lot we're going to get to today.
Um we've got the a lot of fallout.
We've discovered a lot about January 6th that we're going to get into in the course of the program today.
Um we have Mark Meadows is going to be joining us later in the program.
Also talk about about Joe Concha and the media perspective on all of this.
The bottom line is now it's irrefutable.
We now know that Donald Trump, uh, and we we have now confirmed it with him.
We've confirmed it with Mark Meadows.
We've confirmed it with Cash Patel, who's the former Department of Defense Chief of Staff, that two days prior to January 6th, the Secretary of Defense, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, President Trump, Mark Meadows was in the room, Cash Patel was there, authorizes up to 20,000 National Guardsmen and women to be utilized around the country.
Okay.
Now, ask yourself a question.
If you don't want anything like January 6th to ever happen, which is probably everybody in this audience, uh, if you don't want it to ever happen again, uh, what is the best way to prevent it?
Now, personally, I'd build the fence around the Capitol.
We've got to protect our institutions.
We lived through this in the summer of 2020 with the 574 riots, dozens of dead Americans, thousands of injured cops, billions in property damage, arson looting, etc.
You know, we nobody there's no committee looking into that.
You know, we have on this committee now, which is it's obviously a predetermined outcome, a sham committee, but look at who you have on it.
The biggest purveyor of election lies in the history of the country, the congenital liar Adam Schiff.
Well, so anything he's involved in makes it a shift show.
And that's exactly what this has become.
They'll ignore Donald Trump's actions, which was to call up 20,000 National Guard's troops.
They'll ignore his words.
Many of you will now march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
And but if you really want to get to the root cause, how do we ever prevent this from happening again?
Remember in the summer of 2020, the president, as all these federal buildings were being attacked, you know, he would ask city mayors, do you need help?
I will authorize all the help you need so you can restore law and order and security and safety for the people in your cities.
And he was rejected again and again and again.
And then after they started attacking federal buildings, then he he had an opening where he could at least go in and protect federal buildings that they tried to set ablaze, for example, in Portland on a nightly basis.
You know, we had the police precinct burned to the ground in Minnesota, and of course, the bail fund set up that Kamala Harris, she's not going to be investigated either.
The big discovery that we have here, it actually came up in an interview with my colleague Brett Bear and Liz Cheney.
And Liz Cheney uh was asked directly by Brett Bear if Pelosi is off is off limits.
Now, the reason Brett Bear asked that question is because the chairman of the committee, she's the vice chair, the chairman's name is Benny Thompson.
He's a Democrat from Mississippi.
And he, in an interview on fake news CNN Wolf Wolfie Blitzer, said it's not fair to question Pelosi's decision making.
The problem with that answer is Nancy Pelosi gets a pass?
Because after Donald Trump approves, signs off on, authorizes, as the law requires 20,000 National Guardsmen and women to be called up.
Well, then the chain of command goes to Nancy Pelosi, who is responsible for security at the Capitol, and it also goes to the mayor of Washington, D.C., who has jurisdiction over calling up National Guard's troops, and both of them refused the president's authorization, which which was given days before.
Now, why would the president days before January 6th?
Why would he want to call up National Guard troops?
Because he knew hundreds of thousands of people were coming to DC for the rally.
Because you know in any big crowd there's always likely to be bad actors in any big crowd coming off the summer of 2020, 574 riots probably factored into his thinking.
You know, protecting our institutions probably factored into his thinking.
And of course, uh at the time tensions were running very high as as as the as the results of the election, as a result of the results of the election, etc.
And it just was the right thing to do.
Now, if the 20,000 troops had been deployed, what are the odds that the breach at the Capitol would have happened?
I would argue it would have been impossible.
It would not have happened.
Now, Liz Cheney claims that no, no, no, and nothing is off limits.
But listen how she's hedging in her words when she's answering Brett Bear's question.
Speaker Pelosi has said that uh that the House Sergeant of Arms uh requested the National Guard, passed a note.
There are open questions about the speaker's uh involvement and interactions with the sergeant of arms during that time.
And yet Chairman Thompson has announced on your committee that the speaker's office is off limits and that there's no call for those documents for the House Sergeant of Arms.
Why why is that if if it's designed to prevent something like that like this from not happening again?
Well, uh, look, the the committee itself is very focused on on that issue.
You know, we have an entire leg entire investigative team focused on the security failures of that day, focused on the response of that day.
Um we've got investigators who are looking at exactly the kinds of things that you mentioned.
So that that is a really important set of issues.
No office is off-limits, uh, no issue is off limits.
We certainly need to get to the bottom of that.
No office, no issue.
Okay, let's go to Benny Thompson.
Here's what he said.
As you know, uh the speaker, she made a major decision.
Uh, are Speaker Pelosi's decisions on and ahead of January 6th?
Do you believe that would also be fair game for Republicans if they join this committee to investigate?
Well, no, I I don't wolf.
Well, it's not fair to question Nancy Pelosi.
Now we also have discovered, and we've also learned not only is Pelosi off limits, that the communications of Pelosi and the sergeant of arms, which she would work with to bring the guard in as authorized by the president as the law requires, um, none of those communications have been subpoenaed by the committee.
Why isn't Nancy Pelosi going before this committee?
Now, what have I been saying?
I've been saying it's a sham committee with a predetermined outcome.
Now, number one, you can't have an honest committee after they kicked off Jim Jordan and Jim Banks kicked off by Nancy Pelosi.
Why would she kick them off?
Because they obviously would have asked if they they would have sincerely been asking, how do we prevent this from ever happening again?
And they'd have to investigate why, after the president authorized, as the law requires, 20,000 National Guardsmen and women to be utilized.
Why didn't she sign off on that?
Why are they withholding their communications?
Muro Bowser actually said no in writing.
So you have the biggest purveyor of election lies on the committee, because they're trying to make the case, well, it's the rhetoric about the election being stolen and rigged that cause people to storm the Capitol.
Um, okay, if that were true, uh, what was said after George W. Bush and Dick Cheney were elected in 2000 that they're illegitimate, illegitimate, illegitimate when Trump was elected illegitimate, illegitimate, Stacy Abrams still thinks she's governor of Georgia for crying out loud.
Hillary Clinton literally paid for a Russian dirty disinformation dossier that dragged the country through hell for four years, all based on lies.
So, you know, Trump calls up the National Guard, as is required by law, and they refuse the help.
Now, if you really want to prevent this from happening again, and I do, and I think any good American would, just like I'd like to see a committee looking into how it happened, 574 riots in the summer of 2020, and how that can never happen again either,
where our cops are being injured, where where city blocks are being taken over, where people are dying, dozens of them, uh serious injury, 2,000 plus cops injured in the course of that summer, many seriously, and the billions of property damage.
You know, how do you come to any other conclusion that they have a corrupt, predetermined outcome here?
Because those are the obvious questions that you would otherwise be asking.
You know, the inspector general said, by the way, they the inspector general looked into the Defense Department's handling of this and said they did the right thing trying to get the National Guard at the Capitol.
You know, I can't imagine, there's nothing in my head that can imagine the Capitol police not following their chain of command to Pelosi, because that's the chain of command.
If the National Guard were there, I can't see January 6th happening.
Now, this has been corroborated and confirmed by not only Cash Patel, who testified before the January 6th committee by Mark Meadows, who'll join us later in the program.
And Mark Meadows, you know, tried to cooperate with the committee, but also maintain um, you know, what the what the White House believes is to be privileged, um, over 9,000 documents that he turned over.
And now nobody's nobody in the media mob, they they just want to bludgeon Trump and purge Trump from the political arena in this country because they don't like him.
They've tried this now for the entire time he's been on the political scene.
And at some point we've got to ask ourselves, you know, and by the way, it didn't rate either.
For all these people, you know, all of Thursday and and all the coverage, et cetera, et cetera.
Nobody paid attention because people see right through this.
When you kick off Jim Jordan and Jim Banks, that would have asked these very, very relevant, pertinent questions and gotten answers and demanded the sergeant of arms and Nancy Pelosi and Muriel Bowser's communications of that day.
Um, and the fact that they're giving them a pass and saying they're off limits, it's it it just shows you, you know, it's what you're wasting your time.
I was the first person to say we need to have an investigation to make sure this doesn't happen again.
But that doesn't mean you stack it only with people that voted to impeach Trump, which is what they ended up doing.
You know, it's um, you know, it it's at this point.
This is like the only issue that Democrats have.
Jim Jordan, subpoenaed by the committee, said, no, this is far outside the bounds of any legitimate inquiry, violates core constitutional principles, and would serve to further erode legislative norms.
Uh, and they asked for his voluntary cooperation.
I have no relevant information that would assist the committee in advancing any legitimate legislative purpose.
I cannot speak to Nancy Pelosi's failure to ensure the appropriate security posture at the Capitol complex, which by the way, that's her job, working with the Sergeant of Arms, um, well in advance of the well-publicized protest, adding that zoning in on the point of his Republican colleagues, and that's why Republicans stopped cooperating.
And the only two Republicans that were invited, not by Kevin McCarthy, once Banks and Jordan were kicked off the committee, he said this is ridiculous.
We're not participating in this sham.
And I think what they ought to do is they ought to have released on the whatever the day is, their own investigation, and they ought to conduct that separately and separate and apart from whatever they're doing.
But I guess, you know, the committee's going to protect Nancy Pelosi at all Costs, um, which means they don't want the real answer.
Because that would be the answer.
Personally, I'd even build, you know, protection around the Capitol, because we got to protect our institutions, our elected officials, regardless of what their political side are.

All right, as we roll along, Sean Hannity's show, Washington Post columnists arguing whether Biden can do a whole lot about the economy or COVID.
He could, but he'd have to adopt Trump's policies.
There's your answer.
By the way, media is getting angry at Joe.
Um, nearing his first full year in office.
Joe Biden has conducted fewer news conferences than all five of his immediate predecessors at the same point in their time in the White House and has given fewer media interviews than six of them did, according to a news story.
You can't even make this up.
He just, it's it's that bad.
Uh, Washington Post had to delete a tweet saying Biden going to funerals not may not be the best use of his time.
He doesn't do anything anyway.
Calls a lit on his day half the time at one o'clock in the afternoon.
Um anyway, Biden shied away from news conferences for the whole first year.
What why is that?
Because everybody around him knows he's not up to even giving a press conference.
You know, it's a heavy lift to get him ready to do any one big thing.
He averages less than one public event a day.
And that then raises questions who then is making the decisions, and who knows about his deteriorating cognitive condition, and why are they hiding it?
You know, it's uh it's so obvious, and it seems like it's getting worse.
Um, they've got a big crisis on their hands with COVID.
How did they run out of tests?
We've had tests for two years.
How do you run out of tests?
We didn't see this coming.
All right, let me warn everyone in Washington right now.
Egypt has discovered a new variant.
They're calling it Delta Chrome, a combination of the Delta variant and Omicron.
Okay, so you might want to prepare.
It might mean it's as contagious as Omnicrom, and God forbid as lethal as the Delta variant.
There's also another variant that we're keeping an eye on that was discovered in France, and they traced it back.
I think the Cameroon.
Uh, I forget the name of it off the top of my head.
But we need tests.
So we'll start producing millions of them every month for the next variant, and you won't tell us at that point.
Oh, I had no idea.
It's a travesty that Donald Trump didn't have more testing.
