All right, glad you're with us in a busy uh newsday.
The president now, as we even speak, is signing uh, well, he just I think he has or will or is about to sign an executive order on the separation of children issue, which no person wants.
Here's the problem that nobody is gonna say it's not gonna hold up in a court more than five seconds, to be honest with you.
Um, but it does give time.
I mean, for Chuck Schumann to say, I want the president to do an executive order.
How about he do his job?
How about he legislate?
How about they stop obstructing?
How about they stop demagoguing the way they have been?
There's so many lies and such hor horrible hatred that we have seen on display.
It's um it's fairly remarkable.
Um, we're loaded up today.
We have Sarah Carter, we have David Schoen, uh, we have Rudy Giuliani who's checking in with us today.
We'll be debating, you know, what it would take for immigration in terms of what deal would people take to actually get a real deal done that would fully fund the wall, because that's the long-term answer.
We've got to protect our borders.
Effectively, if if you cannot remove people that come into this country illegally and enforce the laws, and it becomes a debate only emotion you effectively have now have just opened the borders, wide open borders completely.
It doesn't solve the problem.
And Congress doesn't want to do their job.
And that is the truth, because if they really did, they could literally get it done in a day.
Now, Hannity, that's unrealistic.
No, it's not.
If they really meant the things that they were saying in the last 24, 48, 72 hours, they would get it done for the sake of the children that they seem to care so much about.
Um, oh, one other thing.
We got Christopher Steele actually visited the State Department just before the election in 2016, and he was sharing his his funny, unverified, uncorroborated debunked dossier with the State Department.
Sure.
John Kerry, what did you know?
When did you know it?
Barack Obama, what did you know?
When did you know it?
We'll get to that today.
Here's what you do need to know as we start out about everything that you're watching, you're seeing, you're hearing.
Is that you cannot now take it away from the prism of the 2018 midterm elections and the battle for power is in full combat mode now.
And you've got to understand another thing.
Democrats have proven every election year, they will do and say anything, anything to get elected.
Every single election cycle, it's the same playbook.
It's you will see the race card being played, and it is.
You will see you know, Republicans are racist, they are sexist, they are misogynist, they are homophobic, they are xenophobic, they are Islamophobic, they want dirty air, dirty water, and they want to poison the children and kill them.
Because that is what they do and say.
And we've got all the audio, video evidence you'd ever want to prove my point.
And uh I'll pull out the archives if you want.
For example, on race alone, think about it.
1998, Radio, Democratic Party, radio ad in Missouri.
If you like Republicans, black churches are going to burn.
Al Gore, Republicans, speaking before a predominantly black audience, changing his cadence and his tone, affecting himself, trying to sound almost like a black preacher and a caricature, if you will, Al Gore.
It's so insulting that, you know, he changes everything based on the audiences before.
Republicans have the wrong agenda for African Americans.
They don't even want to count you in the census.
And it's unbelievable.
Hillary Clinton doing the same thing when she was running for president.
You know, think back to 2000 ad James Byrd.
And it's like my father was killed all over again.
And George Bush didn't support hate crimes legislation.
No, but he did support the death penalty for the people responsible, the animals responsible for killing an innocent human being and dragging him to his death.
Yeah, he supported the death penalty, but maybe it didn't support hate crimes.
The death penalty, I think that handles the hate crime aspect of anything.
And we've seen it.
Look at, you know, look at what they did to poor Mitt Romney walking around with with resumes of women in a you know binders of women's resumes, as if that was a horrible thing that he was wanting to hire women as part of his administration had he won.
And somehow that was blown up.
But don't doubt for one second that a lot of what you're watching, seeing, and hearing is all about politics.
You know, it's an article in the New York Times.
Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of New York, is going to spend $80 million on the midterms.
His goal to flip the House of Representatives.
Why?
Because we know what the Democrats want to do.
They go like, we're not going to say it.
Don't say it.
Don't be open.
Don't be honest.
Just hide the fact what we really want to do, and we want to impeach Trump.
We're going to start impeachment hearings.
We're going to impeach the guy.
All we have to do is get back power.
But we can't tell people this is what we're going to do, but we're going to impeach him.
You know, so they're literally begging people like Maxime Waters, stop chanting impeach 45.
You can stand up to him or anybody else.
And for those who say to me, you are asking for something too soon and too early.
Be careful.
Don't jeopardize yourself.
Don't say what you're saying right now, but I continue to say, impeach him.
Impage him.
Impage him.
And page 45.
And page 45.
I didn't hear you in page 45.
Thank you.
Impeach 45.
But they're not saying it anymore.
They just, here's their agenda.
Keep Obamacare.
Impeach 45.
Uh, open borders.
They don't want any border security.
They don't want to build the wall.
They don't want any legislation.
Doesn't matter if the president now is going to make a fix as it relates to family separation, which happened under Obama.
The media is saying it didn't is a lie.
We've got the evidence and the proof and the pictures, and we'll show you the pictures tonight, and they're very powerful.
It's all about 2018.
It's all about taking control of the House.
And they're hiding their agenda.
And the only thing they've got is what you see unfolding every minute of every second of every day on TV.
And that is they are, you know, look at, for example.
How much coverage do you think the cable channels have had about the IG report?
Oh, about one channel, about two minutes and fifty-eight seconds.
Another channel, the biggest abuse of power.
You have people at the highest levels gave Hillary Clinton, who should have been indicted, a rigged investigation so she can stay as the Democratic nominee, and then the very same people sought to undermine Donald Trump and hated him every step of the way.
That's not justice in America.
That's not constitutional law.
That's not equal justice under the law.
All of that, and they're ignoring that.
And they're just they're gonna just talk about separated kids' coverage.
You know, we'll put up the Daily Caller news article on our website with the pictures, and I'll show you them on TV tonight.
And the pictures of kids separated from their parents.
And and in look like chain-linked uh fenced rooms.
And guess what?
It was in the Obama years.
And you got you know, 22 specific comparisons of immigration policy to the Holocaust and to slavery.
And this is how bad it's gotten.
You know, you you've got the the wing-nut Democrats literally advocating violence now to express that they're the most outraged over the president's immigration policies.
And you you have in one case, you have uh a group of people chasing our homeland security uh secretary Kristen Nielsen out of a DC restaurant.
Um by the way, and Peter Fonda has been Hollywood actor encouraging Trump haters to kidnap the youngest member of the first family.
It's pretty unbelievable.
Anyway, uh here's the president signing the executive order.
Equal if not greater than previously.
So we're gonna have strong, very strong borders, but we're going to keep the families together.
I didn't like the site or the feeling of families being separated.
Uh there's a problem that's gone on for many years, as you know, for many administrations, and we're working very hard on immigration.
It's been uh left out in the call.
People haven't dealt with it, and we are dealing with it.
So step by step, just like we dealt with North Korea, we dealt with Iran, we dealt with an economy that was heading in the wrong direction, we dealt with a lot of different problems.
Uh this is one that has been gone on for many decades.
So we're keeping families together, and this will solve that problem.
At the same time, we are keeping a very powerful border, and it continues to be a zero tolerance.
We have zero tolerance for people that enter our country illegally.
Uh, with that, I'd ask uh Mike Pence, vice president, if he'd like to say anything.
Well, thank you, Mr. President.
I think what uh the president's made clear is we believe it's a false choice between whether we are a country of law and order, a country with borders, and a country that demonstrates the compassion and the heart of the American people to families by taking this action.
The president will make it possible for us to continue engage in enforcing the law against individuals who violate our law, come into our country illegally, but now we'll be able in that prosecution uh in the immediate days forward to keep families together as that goes forward.
But we are calling on Congress to change the laws in this regard and in a broad range of areas that will secure our borders and give us strength and confidence that we are once again going to take the steps necessary to end the crisis of illegal immigration in America.
I think the word compassion comes into it, but it's still equally as tough, if not tougher.
Secretary Nason, I just thank you for your leadership, Sharon.
We look forward and expect the House to act this week.
Uh we ask them to do their job.
The laws need to be changed.
This is a problem that president after president has dealt with for decades.
This one is willing to stand up and fix it.
We ask Congress to be their part.
Thank you, sir, for your leadership.
Thank you very much.
Now the president he's signing it as we speak.
The president laid out four pillars.
He wants to end the visa lottery system.
We know how that's worked out.
He wants to end chain migration.
He wants full funding of the wall.
And this is the irony of all this.
I I'm I'm just telling you legal scholars I've talked to before this order was signed today, have all said the same thing.
It probably won't hold up in court very long.
So it means Congress has to act.
The laws that are in place that allow this were put in place by Congress.
Congress needs to do their job.
We have co-equal branches of government.
We have separation of powers.
There's a system.
You know, I I have a tape I'm gonna play for you in the course of the program, Obama 22 times.
Where do you hear this tape?
And the th what he says 22 specific times regarding all of this.
Now we're gonna get to all of that.
You have uh uh Hollywood actor, and by the way, good for Melania Trump.
It's just been reported.
She has now reported Peter Fonda and his threat to her and her son uh to the Secret Service.
So uh Peter, if you're listening, you deserve a visit.
You can't make vicious, horrible threats like that.
We're gonna chronicle the insanity in just a minute.
With only a kite, a house key, and wet hemp string.
Benjamin Franklin captured lightning in a bottle.
Over 260 years later, with a little resourcefulness, ingenuity, and grit.
We're not only capturing energy from the sun and wind, we're storing it.
Ensuring Americans have the energy they need whenever they need it.
Learn more about the nation's leader in energy storage at Nexteraenergy.com.
So after um Homeland Security Secretary Kristen Nielsen was run out of a restaurant.
Um, you know, I it's just unbelievable.
Now we've got Peter Fonda suggesting we quote rip Baron Trump from his mother's arms, put him in a cage with pedophiles to see whether Melania will stand up against this giant a-hole she's married to.
And he went to Twitter to voice his opinion.
Um I mean, Donald Trump Jr. wrote, you're clearly a sick individual rather than attack a 12-year-old like a bully and a coward.
Why don't you pick on someone a bit bigger?
Uh, what's interesting, the Secret Service now said they're aware of the tweet or not making additional comments.
Melania Trump rightly has now reported Peter Fonda to the Secret Service after this kidnap attempt against him.
And you know, Fonda's also calling the DHS secretary uh Nielsen to be raped, and for Sarah Sanders kids to be kidnapped.
There's nothing funny about any of this.
So you got a you got a kidnapping threat against the president's son, a rape threat against our homeland security secretary, an assassination threat against Trump himself.
CBS News uh is reporting that marshals are now searching for a Central Pennsylvania man accused of threatening the president and other officials.
Uh, you know, I wonder if if at some point, remember after the Oklahoma City bombing, oh, talk radio is to blame.
Rush Limbaugh's to blame.
I mean, that was Bill Clinton actually said, you know, all the rhetoric of these papers.
What about the rhetoric here?
We're now in an environment where we're talking about kidnapping a kid, raping a woman, assassinating the president.
Really?
You have a disagreement.
The president just signed the executive order that, by the way, Obama never signed, or anybody else, because they weren't paying attention nor reporting accurately what was going on in those years, which I'll explain in a minute.
And we've got the pictures to prove it.
You know, but attacking and stalking, you know, where was Hill?
Where's Hillary Clinton?
Where are all these Democratic feminists?
Where's Nancy Pelosi?
I haven't heard boo out of her.
Where's Hillary?
She's MIA.
Elizabeth Warren, what?
She lost her voice.
She can't find her voice now.
Imagine the reaction if you know Nancy Pelosi was forced to run for her life as she was being chased by a mob of angry Republicans shouting the F-word as as they pounded on her car.
You know, that's what happened to Krista Nielsen, chased out of a restaurant, angry mom of Democrats, you know, and uh chanting at her.
And by the way, this is only the beginning of what insanity has been taking place.
Now we got Occupy Wall Street, New York.
What to do if you encounter an ice agent?
We'll tell you about that when we get back.
Also, Rudy Giuliani, Sarah Carter, David Schoen, and uh much more as we continue.
Sean Hannity Show.
All right, 25 till the top of the hour.
President signs the executive order that, yeah, he will enforce the laws, but as it relates to the separation of kids that will not be a allowed to be practiced.
I don't know if it's gonna get a legal challenge.
If it does, it's gonna be very problematic.
Let me play.
How many times did Obama say this week found?
22?
22.
Well, I won't even tell, but just listen to this.
Please use your executive order to halt deportations for all 11.5 undocumented immigrants in this country right now.
Well, we're done.
At the same time, we you have a power to stop the quotation for all of that.
That's why I've done it.
And that's why we're here.
I knew here's the problem that I have, uh, Jose, and I've I've said this consistently.
Um my job in the executive branch is supposed to be to carry out the laws that are passed.
Uh Congress uh has said, here's the law when it comes to those who are undocumented, and they allocate a whole bunch of money for enforcement.
It's something that I've struggled with uh throughout my presidency.
The problem is that um, you know, I'm the president of the United States, I'm not uh uh the emperor of the United States.
Uh my job is to execute laws that are passed.
And Congress right now has not changed what I consider to be a broken immigration system.
And what that means is that we have certain obligations to enforce the laws that are in place, even if we think that in many cases the results may be tragic.
Now, what you need to know when I'm speaking as president of the United States, and I come to this community, is that if in fact I could solve all these problems without passing laws in Congress, then I would do so.
But we're also a nation of laws.
That's part of our tradition.
And so the easy way out is to try to yell and pretend like I can do something by violating our laws.
And what I'm proposing is the harder path, which is to use our democratic processes to achieve the same goal that you want to achieve, but it won't be as easy as just shouting.
It requires us lobbying and getting it done.
But if we start broadening that, then essentially I would be ignoring uh the law uh in a way that uh I think would be very difficult to defend legally.
So that's not an option.
Uh and and I'm I do uh get a little worried that uh uh you know advocates of immigration reform uh start losing heart and immediately thinking, well, uh you know, somehow there's a an out here.
If Congress doesn't act, we'll we'll just have the president sign something and and and that'll take care of it.
We won't have to worry about it.
What I've said is is that there's a path to get this done, and that's through Congress.
And right, we've kind of stretched uh uh our administrative flexibility as much as we can.
And that's why making sure that we get comprehensive immigration reform done is so important.
Uh it is gonna require work.
It is not simply a matter of us just saying we're gonna violate the law.
That's not our tradition.
That's not our tradition.
Now he ended up doing what he himself said he didn't have the ability to do, but he laid out the case perfectly for what real constitutional authority is.
Now I know that Chuck Schumer is saying, well, he rejects the idea that he has any responsibility here.
Well, if you don't believe Mike Pence or Donald Trump, just listen to what Obama said.
He's the president.
You know, my job is to carry out the laws passed by Congress, and we have an obligation to, even if the real impact is tragic.
Um our job is to execute the laws passed.
Congress passed the laws.
And I love how Congress is trying to act as if they have zero responsibility in any or all of this.
It's just not true.
And you know, they the president can do it with a stroke of a pen.
Schumer's saying that the crisis of the family is being separated is cruel.
And that the Republicans, there's so many obstacles to legislation, and when the president can do it with his own pen, it makes no sense.
Okay, the president did it with his own pen, and if Obama's right, it's probably not gonna hold up in court, which then puts the responsibility on the Democrats.
But why don't the Democrats want a solution here?
Because, well, they want to use it as their big issue for 2018, because it fits their narrative, the playbook that they use every election year.
Republicans are racist, they're sexist, they're misogynist, xenophobic, homophobic, and Islamophobic.
That's all they've got besides, oh, they want to take back the crumbs that they gave you in the tax cut.
They want to rescind the tax cuts, they want open borders, they want to keep Obamacare, and shh don't tell anybody, don't say it anymore.
Stop saying impeach 45, but we'll do it, but just shush about it.
We know we're gonna do it, but don't be honest with people about it.
That's what they're gonna do.
This is what they do all the time.
And it's also, you know, don't think the timing of this is not political either.
Notice the media is not talking about the explosive IG report.
About an economy that has been incredible.
About the unthinkable happening, the president laying out meeting with little rocket man who's no longer firing missiles over Japan, threatening the world, threatening the region, nor they releasing hostages, American hostages, and now talking about the denuclearization of the entire Korean peninsula.
Oh, and on top of that, he's breaking down facilities that have been used to launch missiles.
His missile sites are being dismantled.
Forget about all that stuff, the good stuff that Donald Trump's done.
Forget about all that.
And in the process, what are we going to do?
Well, we're going to have people go out there and threaten.
Let's see, we've got a kidnapping threat, Peter Fonda, rip Baron Trump from his mother's arm, put him in a cage with pedophiles.
See whether Melania Trump will stand up against the giant a-hole she's married to.
Oh, okay.
Then we've got Democrats.
What are they doing?
Oh, they're chasing, you know, Kristen Nielsen down the block as much as they can and running her out of a restaurant and one threat of rape against her.
And then you've got now an assassination threat against the president himself.
This guy, a 26-year-old from Pennsylvania named Sean Christie Mac uh McAdoo.
And police are saying that if uh you see this individual, call 911 or the U.S. Marshals.
And apparently authorities say this person should be considered armed and dangerous.
And he reportedly posted a social media post threatening to put a bullet in the head of President Trump.
Melania now having to report Peter Fonda to the Secret Service.
Does that at all sound to you like the wonderful warm Democratic Party?
Occupy Wall Street, occupy Wall Street, New York City.
What to do if you encounter an ICE agent?
One, if an ICE agent tries to take your child at the border, don't panic.
Two, pull your child away as quickly as possible by force.
Three, gently tell your child to close his or her eyes and ears so they won't witness what you're about to do.
Four, grab the ice agent from behind and push your knife into his chest with an upward thrust breaking through his sternum.
Five, reach into his chest and pull out his beating heart.
Six, hold his bloody heart out for all other agents to see and tell them that the same fate awaits them if they F with your child again.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, is that a threat too?
So you got MBC's big newsman since Matt Lauer's gone.
Lester Holt saying uh to a border agent, do you feel like the bad guy?
In some extent, you're the instrument of a policy that's very controversial right now.
Okay.
Great way to treat law enforcement, considering that I've been to the drug warehouses where they're they work hard to confiscate the drugs that are the influx of drugs to our communities.
By the way, we're gonna interview Mary Ann Mendoza.
She's the mother of police sergeant Brian Mendoza.
Uh he was killed on May 12, 2014 in a head-on collusion with driver was an illegal immigrant.
High on meth, blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit.
We've had Laura Wilkerson on before.
She's on today, later in the program.
Her 18-year-old son Joshua, brutally beaten, strangled, tortured to death by a young illegal immigrant in November 2010.
I've interviewed tons of these families.
Where are the tears for those families?
Children murdered by, you know, uh illegal immigrants.
You know, I have a list of crimes of that were committed by DACA kids.
Does anybody want me to go through that?
Does anyone want to talk about any of this?
You know, do you see the double standard?
It's unbelievable.
It's just, it's nauseating.
It is the very very people.
You notice they never reported, they never told you about Hillary committing violations.
You know, when did they put up the crimes of the espionage act on CNN's uh screen?
Or when did they ever talk about Hillary deleting emails and that she lied about some of them being top secret and classified?
And they turned out even James Comey admitted that July 5th, 2016, as he gave her an exoneration, which he of course wrote back with Peter Strzok back in May of 2016.
When are they ever going to put up there that uh it's obstruction of justice to delete subpoenaed emails, acid washer hard drive, have an aid bust up your devices and take out SIM cards.
And when Sean Hannity says, well, if Robert Muller asked for your phone, if I were to ever give advice like that, the Hillary advice.
By the way, kidding, kidding, I said, and I said, bad idea, and it's not gonna end very well for you.
Don't do it.
And then anyway, the media gets all outraged, and you know, hundreds of articles are written about Sean Hannity is encouraging lawbreaking and telling people to destroy evidence.
These people are nauseate me.
Here's an interesting daily caller piece.
Barack Obama prosecuted nearly a half a million illegals.
Oh my gosh.
Wait, they might must be Trump.
No.
I'm looking at the years.
Oh, yeah, they prosecuted, yeah, a half a million illegal immigrants from 2010 to 2016.
Yeah, they did.
Unbelievable.
Barack Obama did that.
Oh, and the Daily Caller has pictures out.
Oh, and look at that.
Oh, they're pictures of children in what looked to be like what they would call cages if it was Donald Trump's America.
Holy moly, how could that possibly be?
I can't believe this is America.
You mean the media got that wrong?
The same media that won't talk about a good economy, won't talk about all the records being set.
We have more jobs than people on unemployment.
We have 14 states with states with record low unemployment.
We have record low unemployment for Hispanic Americans, African Americans, women in the workplace.
Oh, they're not talking about that ever.
You know, Stormy Daniels gets a lot of attention.
Robert Muller gets a ton of attention, not the IG report that showed that you had people at the highest levels of the FBI rigging an investigation to save their favored candidate from what would have been indictment for any other American so that they can then turn those very same people on Donald Trump and begin a Russia investigation with a sledgehammer.
It's all illegitimate.
I'll show you the pictures tonight on Hannity.
I mean, but I'll be the only one that shows it.
I'm looking at the pictures right here.
Yeah, they're in only children, children are being I got pictures of kids handcuffed in the Obama years.
I have kids literally, it looks like they're sleeping in a bathroom.
And just, you know, in the in the pictures, one, two, three, four, five, six, ten, ten, like thirty kids in one bathroom.
Well, holy there's no parents here at all.
Then I've got pictures of other kids.
Wait a minute, those are chain link fences that they're yeah, they're being held in.
And there's tons of chain link fences and there's tons of kids.
And I don't see any parents there.
And then there are kids in the worst conditions imaginable.
One image of a kid urinating in what appears to be a sink.
Yeah, I got that image is there too.
You got a little baby alone with no parent near them.
How's that possible?
But this is the Obama years.
Yeah.
What are we gonna do?
Now the president has a plan.
He laid it out during his inaugural address.
He wants the money up front for the border wall.
We need the border.
We want to solve the issue permanently.
We really care about kids and separation.
Put up a border wall, ensure that people come into the country legally.
Fix the problem.
The next thing you need to do, end chain migration.
You know, you can't have the great, great, great, great-great aunt of so-and-so coming in just because they're the great, great-great-great aunt, and there's no end to it.
Immediate family, and that's the end of it.
You know, then you got to end the visa lottery system.
Why?
So some you know, lucky uh member of a gang gets picked at Randomly, why don't we have merit-based migration like Australia, New Zealand?
Seems to work out well for them.
And here they've been offered Democrats.
You know, if they do that, they're gonna get DACA.
If they do that, they can fix their stupid law.
It's their law, it's not Trump's law that allows for the separation issue.
All they have to do is their job, which is to legislate.
They haven't been willing to do that so far.
All right, we've got David Schoen, Sarah Carter, Rudy Giuliani, all coming up in the next hour.
By the way, ACLU responds, they're gonna sue anyway.
Where were they in the Obama years?
Yeah.
Hypocrisy.
It's the 2018 election.
It is all predictable.
It's all designed to distract from the president's success, the IG report, the biggest corruption scandal in history, and the president's record.
And it's all designed to it's the same boring old playbook of the Democrats.
Do they want to do their job, legislate, solve the problem permanently forever?
Of course not.
All right, Rudy Giuliani, Sarah Carter, David Schoen, all coming up next as we continue.
This report shows that there was special treatment given to Hillary Clinton in the investigation of her case.
There are there is not uh standard procedures followed in investigating her, uh, and there was special treatment given.
There's no doubt that this was not proper process, and the report shows time and time again how Director Comey and others made mis uh mistakes, errors in judgment or deliberate.
People can draw their own conclusions, but it was improperly handled.
Chris Way, I'm sorry, you're wrong.
Chris, there are consequences.
The consequences are that your fellow citizens question whether or not they can have confidence in the world's premier law enforcement agency, and that's coming from somebody who's defended him a lot throughout his career.
This was a bitterly disappointing report.
Pedro Strunk said that the vote should be 100 million to zero.
He can't think of a single solitary American that should vote for Donald Trump to be president.
He said he'll stop it as a candidate.
He talked about impeachment once he won.
Strong, you come before Congress, you come before the American public and prove to us that your manifest animus towards Donald Trump did not affect your decisions.
You had members of the House working on a Friday night.
Uh Paul Ryan led this meeting.
Yeah, Devin Nunes, Bob Goodlap, myself, and everyone you can think of from the FBI and the DOJ.
And we went item by item on both of those outstanding subpoenas.
We either have compliance, we have partial compliance, or we have noncompliance.
And Paul made it very clear.
There's going to be action on the floor of the House this week if the FBI and DOJ do not comply with our subpoena request.
So Rod Rosenstein, Chris Ray, you were in the meeting.
You understood him just as clearly as I did.
We're going to get compliance, or the House of Representatives is going to use its full arsenal of constitutional weapons to gain compliance.
All right, hour two, Sean Hannity Show, 800 941 Sean toll free telephone number.
All right, so the showdown is now beginning, and as we had uh Jim Jordan on the program yesterday, very clear it's gonna be a three-step process, and the process is simple.
We have had nothing but obstruction and stonewalling and slow walking and lying and redactions and claims of national security that are non existent, that are proven to be utter lies, and now there is going to be contempt of Congress charges brought against the DOJ, people like Rod Rosenstein, and others, which should happen, which should have happened already.
And on top of that, then we're going to have impeachment articles drawn up about him because they're not obeying the law.
And I can tell all of you that if you dare to do what Rod Rosenstein is doing, and you are subpoenaed by Congress to hand over documents just like Robert Muller subpoenas people to hand over their phones, and if you did what Hillary Clinton did, and I wouldn't advise it, it would turn out badly for you.
Uh, it's bad advice.
And you literally eat you delete the emails, you acid wash your hard drive, and you bust up your devices, it's not gonna work out well.
And that's the fact here.
And why the DOJ has been doing this, well, it only makes people like me that much more suspicious about what it is that they are hiding.
Anyway, joining us to discuss this showdown, Sarah Carter, Fox News investigative reporter, contributor, David Schoen.
He's a civil liberties attorney, criminal rights attorney.
Thank you both for being with us, Sarah.
This has been your story.
Yeah, absolutely.
I I think there was some hesitancy, you know, during the week.
There's been a lot going on on immigration.
I've been talking to sources on the Hill.
Uh there was some talk of waiting to do those papers until next week.
Uh, but I don't think they're going to be waiting.
Uh there is enormous frustration, Sean, on the Hill right now.
Lawmakers are livid.
I think we could hear it in uh Representative Trey Gowdy's voice.
I mean, this is a man that came out publicly and everybody was scratching their heads and said, Well, I think the FBI did the right thing.
They might have had the right reasons for you know, having these informants, and because he was taking the word of the DOJ that they did everything the right way, and then something changed.
And uh, there have been people that I've been talking to that say he has felt lied to over and over again.
He came out and said over the weekend, I want those documents today, meaning he wanted them on Sunday.
Rod Rosenstein refused, did not comply, did not even answer, and then during the week, they asked for them again.
They have refused to turn them over, and as I know right now, those documents are still not uh with the committees and with the members, and the members are going to move forward with uh contempt of Congress and uh probably processing impeachment papers.
We heard from Jim Jordan yesterday saying it's a three-step process, but impeachment articles will be drawn up.
I hear they already are, actually.
Is that true?
That is true.
The impeachment articles are already drawn up, all they have to do is just submit it.
Um remember there's uh there's enormous frustration too, is getting enough members on board to make this stick.
And Rod Rosenstein might be looking at playing a long game here.
He may say, you know what, they don't have enough teeth.
I don't care what they say.
I'm not turning over the documents.
Let's see where this impeachment process goes.
So it really is up to the members of Congress.
It's up to people who really want to know what happened here to push their members of Congress to follow through with this.
So that's very, very important here.
I know there are a number of members of Congress that are ready to move forward with uh especially contempt of Congress, but impeachment is something altogether different, and they're gonna need enough members to ensure that that happens.
Mm-hmm.
All right, let me go to David Schoen and all of this.
You know, uh we'll have Rudy Giuliani at the bottom of the hour.
The amazing thing as you look over all of this, and it should shock the American conscience in so many different ways.
But one thing that is as we go through this and we learn about all this, what have we found?
That they never even considered Hillary Clinton the target uh in an investigation where obvious crimes were committed.
And now that that we know that they rigged this so-called investigation and it was never serious at any point, and they had fixed it from the beginning.
Does this raise the specter, David Schoen, that she should be now re-investigated, have a real investigation, or are we looking at statute of limitations that might be applicable?
No, I think there's no question that should be she should be re-investigated and prosecuted based on the evidence that we've seen so far.
But I think the more pressing issue right now is recognizing once and for all what's going on with this Mueller investigation, so-called investigation, the whole cloud over it.
Look, shame on the Department of Justice for forcing this to contempt an impeachment proceedings after what came out in that IG report.
My God, it looked it shouldn't be forced.
This kind of constitutional crisis, it should be change the people involved so they comply with their Article II obligations, coordinate with Congress.
Get rid of these people who are obstructionists and let's get all the time.
But that's Rod Rosenstein.
So Congress should move because he's obstructing and not obeying the law to impeach him.
And it it actually is worse than that because we now know Rod Rosenstein was screaming and yelling, apparently as a vicious and a vile temper.
And I've I've now confirmed this with multiple sources, people that have seen it in action and threatening members of Congress.
Well, okay, I'm gonna subpoena your emails, and I'm gonna go after you.
What?
Because they're doing their constitutional duty and they're they're involved in oversight.
That's why you're gonna now go after them.
And that sounds to me like a threat.
That sounds like he's willing to use the power of his office as a weapon to intimidate people from doing their job.
And then threat and threatening the investigator, Sean, threatening the people that are working day and night to get to the truth of the matter, to expose what really happened here.
You would think that the DOJ would be on the same side of wanting to discover the truth.
You would think that the Department of Justice under Rod Rosenstein, under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the FBI, with new FBI director Christopher Ray, would want to expose the truth, would want to know where this culture of corruption emanated from and rooted out of their bureaucracy so that they can start fresh and new.
But instead, what they're doing is fighting to cover it up, fighting to keep it away from the American people, fighting to not allow Congress to know the truth.
And by the way, Congress being elected officials, these are not elected officials.
These are the people we put into office to conduct oversight.
And I think what is so enormously frustrating is what is the result of covering all this up?
That it continues for the next 20 or 30 years, that we continue to have people within these departments that are corrupt and uh who are doing whatever they want.
Because one of the things that came out of the hearings that I am just stuck on is that, you know, that we weren't going to expose all of this in the future, that all of this stuff would no, we want this to be exposed.
We want to know what's going on.
These are our tax dollars at work.
I mean, Moeller has spent over 17 million dollars on this special counsel.
And now we know that all the people who made this happen were people that were vehemently anti-Trump and that were not just anti-Trump.
That's okay if they want to believe that at home, but they were taking it to the office and they were working to ensure that a duly elected president.
They were weaponizing their positions to impact a presidential election.
Now, it it it couldn't be any more clear as I went through the timeline.
I I won't repeat everything that I've said yesterday and on the air last night.
But the timeline, the text messages are clear.
Oh, this is Dow, this is important.
You better go easy on Hillary.
She's gonna be the next president.
We he's never gonna be president.
No, we'll stop him, and we have an insurance policy if God forbid he does win after all this lonesome, loathsome human being that he is.
So they use their power.
They they're they use their position to go after to literally impact an election and undermine the American people and the electoral process.
I would think there are crimes involved for everybody here.
Exactly right.
And look, Sarah Carter's right on again, and thank God she keeps covering the story, and you keep covering the story.
But uh let's just see.
I think Sarah deserves a pulitzer myself, that but what do I know?
Listen, plenty.
There are a million trees to see here, but let's see the forest first.
What even the IG, despite his conclusion, recognized in expressed terms before the Senate is that there is now a huge cloud in his word, worth over the FBI, over the Clinton email investigation, and over the Russia investigation.
Are we to have spent all of this time and money on the IG report and every other investigative to not learn anything?
Because what we know 100% for sure is that this theme that Mueller handpicked out of a whole universe of capable attorneys has an agenda that's the same agenda that Struck and Page and agent this one and anonymous agent that one and Mr. McCabe had, and that was stop Trump.
So this is just another tool now.
We must from our mistakes.
Forget about Russian interference.
Just put it aside.
The amount of interference by Struck and all the Trump hating, Hillary loving people in this election.
In truth, if they did their job, she would have had to have been replaced as the Democratic nominee.
They didn't do their job.
This that this impacts every single level of our electoral process in this country.
And if that is allowed to stand, it's it's gonna happen again.
And it's far worse than anything I think the Russians ever, you know, conceived of doing, and their goal was obviously to sow chaos as evidenced by the fact that they were supporting and not supporting both candidates at different times.
800 941 Sean is a toll-free telephone number.
Sarah Carter, David Schoener with us, will continue on the other side.
Uh the president's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, at the bottom of the hour, we'll get back into the immigration debate uh also at the top of the next hour.
Insanity is now broken out on the left.
President says that he'll sign the executive order.
In fact, that will uh stop quote separation of families, but that's not the solution.
The solution is called legislation, and it could be done today if they wanted to.

Now there's a novel idea.
You're on the Sean Hannity Show.
Showing the continue Sean Hannity show,
Rudy Giuliani at the bottom of the hour, we continue with Sarah Carter, Fox News investigative reporter, David Schoen, Civil Liberties criminal rights attorney.
I now see the Daily Caller, Christopher Steele visiting the State Department shortly before the 2016 election.
And apparently briefing them on his work.
Now that brings back into this uh whole mix.
Who knew what, when, and where?
And I think we know now.
I mean, if if Christopher Steele was visiting in October 2016 and briefing State Department officials about the anti-Trump dossier, and we have to remember at the same time, there were very close friends of Hillary Clinton connected as well to uh to the dossier in a separate dossier.
We know Sidney Blumenthal was connected to it.
We know Cody Schear, who worked with the Clintons and who was a former journalist and who is very, very close to Bill Clinton, was compiling his own dossier, some of which was very similar, by the way, to Steele's dossier.
It was like one was playing off the other.
And we also know and believe that John Kerry was very well connected.
And this is somebody that, you know, former State Department official, which the House Intelligence Committee is looking into.
Who knew about this?
How were they all involved in this?
These are the questions that they want to know.
And it was Victoria Newland, who in a television interview revealed it for the first time, where she said they were scrambling to gather as much information as possible uh on President Trump and their concerns over Russia early on.
So this is going to be very significant.
It's going to play a big part in the investigation, both on the Senate side and also on the House side of the investigation.
Well, again, it brings in David Schoen the idea.
Remember when the revelation was made that the FBI had interviewed Downer in England, and uh they had to, you know, navigate that with the State Department.
That means Kerry knew.
And that likely means Obama knew.
And I want to know who knew what, when, and where.
And that's that's what we haven't had answered yet.
And there was no bigger cesspool than that State Department.
Let's face it.
Uh let's call it what it is.
But listen, it just goes to show you have to keep hitting.
More pieces that fall into place, the more you see the integrity of the entire process falling apart.
Any prosecutorial decision or any conclusion at the end of this cannot have the confidence of the American people when we know these same people we now know corrupt and biased are the people behind the Pfizer applications or the people behind putting a thought on the city.
Now we know everything we've reported is true.
Now it's all been proven.
Now people have to be held accountable.
That's the next step.
And whether or not we're gonna have equal justice under the law, equal application of our laws.
All right, I got a roll.
Thank you both.
We'll see you on television tonight.
That's big breaking news, by the way.
Yeah.
Uh, what was Christopher Steele doing at the State Department before the election in 2016?
Why are we only finding out about it now?
When we come back, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, the president's attorney, he'll join us next, straight ahead, and then later the debate on immigration and the viciousness coming out of the left and the outright threats that have been going on straight ahead.
Congressman uh Gowdy said they now have concerns about the State Department.
Do you serve there until recently?
Do you know what he's talking about?
I don't.
I look forward to to hearing what he's talking about.
I will tell you though, Margaret, that uh during the Ukraine crisis in 2014 and 15, uh, Chris Steele had a number of commercial clients who were asking him for reports on what was going on in Russia, what was going on in Ukraine, what was going on between them.
Uh Chris had a friend at the State Department, and he offered us that reporting uh free so that we could also benefit from it.
It was one of, you know, hundreds of sources that we were using to try to understand what was going on.
Uh then in the middle of July, when he was doing this other work and became concerned.
The dossier.
The dossier, uh, he passed uh two to four pages of short points of what he was finding.
And our immediate reaction to that was this is not in our purview.
This needs to go to the FBI if there is any concern here that one candidate or the election as a whole uh might be influenced by the Russian Federation.
That's for the something for the FBI to investigate.
Uh and that was our reaction when we saw this.
It's not our we can't evaluate this.
Uh and frankly, if every member of the campaign who the Russians tried to approach and tried to influence had gone to the FBI as well in real time, we might might not be in the mess we're in today.
I was urging my former colleagues and and frankly speaking, the people on the Hill.
I it was more actually aimed aimed at telling the Hill people get as much information as you can, get as much intelligence as you can before President Obama leaves the administration, because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior people who left.
So it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy.
Um that the Trump folks, if they found out how we knew what we knew about their the staff, the Trump staff dealing with Russians, that they would try to compromise those sources and methods, meaning we would no longer have access to that intelligence.
So I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open, and I knew that there was more.
We have very good intelligence on Russia.
So then I had talked to some of my former colleagues, and I knew that they were trying to also help get information to the Hill.
A lot going on today.
Yeah.
That's why you have the leaking.
Exactly.
People are worried.
All right, glad you're with us as we continue.
24 now till the top of the other.
Now that was Victoria Newland of the State Department under Obama and Evelyn Farkas.
Oh, we got to save everything.
Here's the most unbelievable story that just broke today in the Daily Caller.
Well, and it's pretty shocking that Christopher Steele had visited the State Department before, shortly before the election in 2016, and you just heard her admitting he's passing on this Clinton bought and paid for, you know, funneled money paid for, foreign national put together Christopher Steele dossier with Russian sources to the State Department.
Okay, what did Jerome Kerry know and when?
And remember, while he was in an interrogatory with the threat of perjury, Christopher Steele asked about the dossier, said, Well, you know, it's raw intelligence.
I don't know if any of it's true.
It's maybe 50-50.
Uh joining us now is former New York City mayor.
He is the attorney for President Trump, Rudy Giuliani is with us.
Um they all knew about this.
They all took it as gospel truth.
They all lied before FISA judges we now know about this.
It's I I think it's the most spectacular, unbelievable example of people tr literally trying to steal an election in our lifetime.
Forget about the Russians.
This was, you know, people at the highest levels of power involved in this.
Well, yeah, and it's also a total misuse of our counterintelligence capacity of the Pfizer court lying to them.
It's an indictable offense.
And uh and it needs to be investigated far more than uh so-called Russian pollution that had no connection to the presidential candidate.
And they've been searching around and fumbling and and and committing crimes in order to find it for almost two years now.
You know, I you look at the IG report.
What is your initial reaction to it and especially all the revelations that the top investigator and at least four other investigators were so virulently anti-Trump and pro-Hillary?
Well, it's what it what it what it shows is first of all that Comey Comey's credibility is gone, which means that the that the co that the instruction of justice uh things they're investigating have no merit.
I mean, it's all Comey's word against everybody else, and Comey's obviously a big liar.
The second thing is this whole investigation sounds like it's completely tainted.
It it starts, it starts with Peter Strutt and his group who come off the Hillary investigation, which is a total fix, and then they start in because they're not gonna stop stop it that way, so they start in going after Trump on Russia.
And then finally the independent counsel gets their uh thanks to Comey, who creates leaks illegally, a memo, and the halls of press conference, and everybody responds to Comey.
And the guy they're responding to, completely fraudulent document.
From my perspective, Mr. Mayor, here is here's where I feel I I actually on this radio program on Hannity the TV show, we have put together and assembled the team that have been unpeeling this corruption.
I I argue this is the greatest abuse of power corruption in our history.
It makes Watergate look like you know a third-rate burglary gone awry, but it was you know, that was to get information on another candidate.
This was actually designed to protect the favored candidate from what should have been an indictment, which would have put the Democratic Party in chaos in the lead up to the election, and then to destroy the other candidate.
I don't think we've ever seen such abuse of power.
Do you?
I uh if if uh it happened, we didn't know about it, uh, and we're never gonna find out about it.
I mean, you can't get worse than that.
They're they're first uh try trying to uh to to get her elected.
Secondly, they have they they somehow, because comey turns out to be completely corrupt, uh, they end up not indicting her in what in a case in which it's not it's not possible they should that she shouldn't be indicted.
She destroyed evidence, uh thousands of uh pieces of evidence, government property, she lied, uh she had all the intent in the world.
She set up the system.
It wasn't like forced on her.
She was told to do it a different system that we're talking about.
You know what a lot of people are asking me today?
Now that we it's irrefutable.
The evidence is overwhelming.
It's incontrovertible.
This is the biggest slam dunk case of obstruction of justice, and the biggest slam dunk case as it relates to the espionage act I think I've ever seen in my life, and and you are a former prosecutor, I assume you.
What happens to Hillary?
Does she get held responsible for what she did?
And that is violate the espionage act, mishandle and destroy classified information and then obstruct by deleting acid washing and and breaking up devices.
Uh last night after you live, yeah, I went back to my uh uh iPhone and I saw a little chart that I created for you with 14 offenses that I believe we could prove two and a half years ago.
You actually added to it.
I think we were up to 18, yeah.
Exactly right.
And then over a period of time we added uh three or four more.
Uh those those cases are still viable.
Very few of them are barred by the statute of limitations.
Um in fact, I think probably at least over 13 of them are are open.
There's no reason why the Justice Department can't uh investigate those.
There's no suggestion that this Justice Department has a Peter Strzok uh or a Jim Comey who's totally biased against Hillary.
I mean uh if anything, I get the feeling if Justice Trump is biased against the president.
Did you see the over to a Republican Congress?
So last week or the week before on on My radio and TV show, I actually go on the air and I said, if, because Robert Muller had demanded the phones of people that he's investigating.
And I said, now if I were to tell these people to follow what Hillary did, and I said at different points, it's a bad idea.
I'm only kidding, and it's not going to end up well for you.
Um, but I said, what you need to do is if I told people that they should delete subpoenaed emails, they should acid wash their hard drive with bleach pit, and they should remove SIM cards and then break up the phones into ity bitsy pieces, hand them to Muller and say, equal justice under the law.
This is what Hillary did.
Um I was exc people wanted me arrested for obvious parody of what exactly what she did.
And the point is she did all of this.
And uh the the irony first of all, how stupid of these people that they had no idea what I was talking about.
And number two, how outraged they were at the idea that I might suggest it when I didn't when I was kidding, and said I was kidding, and and yet she did it all and they're not outraged about what she did.
Yeah, I mean it's uh it it I don't know if we need it uh any more evidence.
There's a clear dubbing double standard.
Uh I made this point when I met with Mueller.
I said, Why don't you give us an investigation on Hillary?
Uh write the report two months before he's interviewed.
Give me a copy of the report.
Conclude that you're not gonna prosecute him, and then let's an interview not under oath, no uh audio tape, uh, no transcription, and you just keep a couple of notes and then present.
I said, Well, you thought that investigation was wrong.
I said, Yeah, but that was conducted by the guy who's your chief witness.
Tony.
And you you you're relying on him.
Don't you think we'll rip him to shreds if you ever put them on a stand?
Well, I we don't have to anymore.
The uh IG did that beautifully, as well as uh Congressman Gowdy and uh uh Senator S. Kennedy and uh uh a whole bunch of others then.
They were I agreed, they were all amazing.
This raises this question, though.
Because the people that and and again, yeah, all of these the the top investigator, Trump's never gonna be president.
No, we'll stop it.
We have an insurance policy.
He's a menace, he's a loathsome human being, an idiot.
Um, and it goes on from there.
And they so they prevent her, they don't enforce the law, they don't do a real investigation, they're writing an exoneration before they even interview her.
He interviews her, and then only a few days later, what's happening?
A few days later, it is the same people that begin this Russian witch hunt.
Does that render it illegitimate in your view?
I believe so.
Just think of those, just think of those words.
I am going to stop him.
Indicates he's gonna take action.
It's not just I don't like him being present.
I'm gonna stop him.
And then immediately thereafter, he begins an investigation that so far we can't find any basis for.
Every time you ask them, what's the basis for the investigation?
There is none.
The basis for the investigation is their insurance policy.
It is a completely created, engineered investigation.
I do not believe that we've ever had anything like this before.
And I think if their indictments and their reports will all be dismissed.
I think Manafort, the guilty plea by Flynn, I think they're all illegitimate.
I I agree.
And under you don't see any circumstances under which and I want to ask you this, that you would allow him to speak to to Muller or his team.
I want to ask you, I am I am shocked that Robert Mueller put together a team that included Jeannie Ray, who once represented the Clinton Foundation, and a guy like Andrew Weisman, and I don't know if you know his background as well as I do, but it is atrocious.
I know I know he I know he has at least two very serious ethical violations with the Justice Department.
And I know he was present at Hillary's uh what's going to be victory party, right?
Uh turned out to be a wake-like, uh, and he's alleged to have been crying.
And then you have you have his number two guy who was uh who wanted 36,000 to uh to Hillary.
That's a lot of money for a prosecutor.
Now, when I put together a prosecutorial team in a political case, I always made sure I put together political nonpartisans, people who didn't have heavy political activity.
Not because of anything else.
I had pretty much honest guys, not like a bunch of people like this, but uh I I didn't want the appearance of impropriety.
Of course.
I I was not particularly inspired by Director Ray's response to all of this.
And and I'm in agreement with the good things that he said about the rank and file special agents, but remember that these cases were ripped out of the field offices of the FBI.
I know that there's at least 30 FBI agents that are uh chomping at the bit wanting to testify before Congress, but they need a subpoena to do such.
And they want to tell the story about how horribly this was handled and how they know if they did any of these things, they would have been long gone from the FBI.
Um, but with that said, I didn't I didn't get the sense of outrage and urgency uh from him that I would have liked to have seen.
I I uh reluctantly have to agree with you that uh here his job is to restore confidence in the Bureau.
And restoring confidence in the Bureau means taking this to the very end, prosecuting the people that have to be prosecuted, pointing out they were all in headquarters.
It doesn't affect any of the field officers of the FBI, most certainly not New York and Washington, which carry carried themselves on perfectly.
And I uh like you, I know lots of retired FBI agents, and they are fit to be tied.
Oh, every every every FBI guy I know, everyone, without without exception, are outraged about this.
Because they rightly so take great pride in their organization.
They have a right to.
Just think of how incompetent those Democrats are.
Who uh looks like he he can't remember anything, uh, is babbling about how I was interviewed by the FBI.
The FBI was leaking to me.
I mean, that's that's a heck of an allegy.
First of all, nothing wrong is if for me to be getting leaks from them.
Second, the leaks were there complaints about the investigation, not about information.
I've got to run here information.
Mr. Mayor, I've known you for a lot of years.
You're a good man, you're doing a great job, and thank you for all you're doing.
We really appreciate it.
When we come back the latest on the debate and the absolute craziness involving the uh issues and attacks against Melania Trump and Baron Trump straight ahead.
Uh my son's name was Joshua Wilkerson on November 16th, 2010.
He was beaten, strangled, tortured until he died.
He was tied up, thrown in a field, and set on fire.
His killer, Hermilo Morales, was brought here illegally by his illegal parents when he was 10 years old.
So he fit the dream kid description.
Instead of getting Joshua home that day from school, we got an autopsy report that reads in part, this body is received in a gray body bag.
There's a tag on his toe that bears the name Joshua Wilkerson.
He is a white male weighing 100 pounds.
He is tied up with braided rope, 13 loops around his neck with a slipknot.
It goes behind his back through his back belt loop.
It goes to his hands and his feet behind his body.
He has multiple fractures in his face and nasal cavity, his throat and his voice box are crushed.
He was kicked so hard in the stomach that it sent his spleen into his spine and sliced it in two.
So it was painful.
The medical examiner said it was torture.
This body has significant skin loss on his buttocks, his abdomen, his penis, his hands, and his face.
He has one stick of gum and a tardy slip in his pocket.
This was our family's 911 terrorist attack by a foreign invader, whether you want to recognize it or whether you do not.
This current issue right now, unfortunately, and it makes me sad that so many Americans just read a headline or look at a picture and immediately go with the rhetoric of of how terrible these children are being treated, when in fact a lot of them are arriving at the border having been kidnapped and you know,
with sex traffickers, and we are actually doing a favor to these children, and I wish Americans would just take the time to understand these children needed the help that they got at the border, and thank God that the United States was there to help them.
Um my son, a respected police officer, their fellow citizen men means nothing to them.
None of the over 4300 Americans that are killed every year by illegal alien criminals allowed to stay in our country, and we have senators and congress members who are fighting for MS-13 gangs to remain here.
There's over 900,000 convicted illegal alien felons roaming our streets.
And this is this is where the problem has to stop.
We're signing an executive order.
I consider to be a very important executive order.
It's about keeping families together while at the same time being sure that we have a very powerful, very strong border, and border security will be equal if not greater than previously.
So we're gonna have strong, very strong borders.
We're going to keep the families together.
I didn't like the sight or the feeling of families being separated.
Uh is a problem that's gone on for many years, as you know, for many administrations, and we're working very hard on immigration.
It's been uh just left out in the call.
People haven't dealt with it, and we are dealing with it.
So step by step, just like we dealt with North Korea, we dealt with Iran, we dealt with an economy that was heading in the wrong direction.
We dealt with a lot of different problems.
Uh, this is one that has been gone on for many decades.
So we're keeping families together, and this will solve that problem.
At the same time, we are keeping a very powerful border, and it continues to be a zero tolerance.
We have zero tolerance for people that enter our country illegally.
All right, that was the president from earlier today.
Glad you are with us.
That's our news roundup and information overload hour here on the Sean Hannity show.
Um, you know, there's so much to this entire issue that you never hear about.
Uh one, the headline on Drudge right now is Obama kept them in cages and wrapped them in foil.
And yeah, they were separated from their parents.
Uh as we played 20, I'll play it again in the next half hour, 22 times.
You hear Obama saying over and over that my job is president to literally go with the laws that are passed and enforced the laws that are passed and execute the laws that are passed.
Uh Congress passed these laws.
We have obligations in the executive branch to execute them, even if the results would be tragic.
That's Obama saying all of that.
Um it is, you know, fairly amazing that the president did what none of these other people have done, nor has Congress ever done to act on it.
Another issue that you never seem to ever hear about in all of this.
I sat through a briefing down in Texas with then Governor Rick Perry, and the security briefing chronicled.
I'll even air it again tonight if you want.
642,000 crimes committed against Texans alone in a seven-year period, including, yes, the most heinous crimes, murders and some rapes, and yeah, those crimes too, as part of the 642,000 committed by illegal immigrants against American citizens.
And while nobody wants children and parents separated, nobody wants it.
The president fixed Congress's mess, but it's really Congress's job to fix this problem.
And there's one answer, and the answer is securing the border.
And the president is offered pretty much everything.
DACA, you know, putting in an executive order that probably won't hold merit, even Obama recognized in a court, but he put it in place anyway today, and the Democrats are nowhere to be found because this is all about 2018 for them.
Now you also heard tape of Laura Wilkerson, who's gonna join us in a in a minute, and her 18-year-old son Joshua, who was brutally beaten, strangled, and tortured to death by a young illegal immigrant that would have been, quote, a DACA kid, and this happened in November of 2010.
And most people don't know her name.
I know her name and know her and have met her.
And that pain is never going away either.
Separation is absolutely horrible.
There's nobody that disagrees with that.
It was President Trump that was saying it from day one.
But it was also the democra it was also the Congress that passed that law.
And it was not him that signed that bill.
And then you hear that heard the words of Mary Ann Mendoza and her son, police sergeant Brandon Mendoza.
He was killed May 12, 2014, a head-on collision.
The driver, an illegal immigrant, high on meth, blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit.
Think about that.
How would you feel as a parent?
The answer is obvious.
Laura Wilkerson joins us.
Mary Ann Mendoza joins us right now.
Thank you both for being with us.
And yeah, our thoughts and prayers go out to you.
And there's many other mothers and and fathers and family members that I have met and that I've interviewed over the years.
And it seems, Laura, that nobody ever talks about this side of the debate.
You lost your precious 18-year-old son.
I did.
Thanks for having me, Sean.
It's a separation like no other.
You know, I've heard people say, Oh, well, you know, mine was deported, and we're going over there to stay for a month, and we're Skyping him.
I have no recourse to do any of that.
I can never hear his voice again while I'm on this earth.
I can never see a sweet face.
Uh it's a true separation.
People don't understand the pain of that.
Having said that, I do not want any families separated.
I would give my life if someone tried to take my kid and would have, if I could have for Josh.
That's just the way it is.
So thank you, President Trump, for signing that executive order today and saying stop this.
Now maybe Congress can get their behinds to work and write legislation that makes the immigration system work for everyone.
It is time they are hired by our votes, paid a lot of money to do this.
It is time for them to do their job.
Quit blaming others.
This is legislation that they wrote years ago and is now being enforced.
We don't want it enforced.
We want good legislation that the president will sign that will benefit everybody and fix this broken system.
Listen, he's given more than I would have given.
They say they care about the DACA kids.
They they won't lift a finger to help them.
They won't lift a finger to stop the separation issue when they have the power.
Yes.
The thing with Laura Bush, too, you know, I mean, with all due respect, did she care about them when they're when they're traced across the desert with a hundred degree temperature?
Does she care about them while they're being raped or witnessed to it?
Does she care about their parents and putting them in a trunk of a car?
Does she care that they give uh you know them to people they don't know to bring across the border?
I mean, you have to care about them before they get to the border.
You know, that they get here and and it's it you cannot just excuse the fact that they were neglecting their children by sending them to America with or without them and and the ways that they're getting here.
Uh it's it's frustrating.
Let me go to you, Mary Ann Mendoza.
Your son, I bet you are proud.
He was a police sergeant, Brandon Mendoza, and he was killed in May of 2014, head on collision, and then you find out it's an illegal immigrant high on meth, blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit.
I've been saying we need a permanent solution.
Well, I think the wall would be the permanent solution.
But by the way, I want a wall with a door.
That you know, that some people can come into the country, but we've got to vet them, and we've got to make sure that they want to be here for the right reasons, and they can take care of themselves and they want to be a part of our family.
But not as as it is now, anybody can walk across that border.
Right.
And you know, the the a few days after my son was killed was when I found out that it was an illegal, um, which is which is the case so many times.
They keep that information from the victim's family.
The news media likes to just say, you know, a Los Angeles man and not really tell us what's going on in our country.
You know, that day, May 12th, 2014, changed my life forever.
And I and I became a member of a club that is growing by over 4300 members a year in our country.
And you know, as not a club anyone wants to be a part of.
No, Mary Ann's sad and as sad as and and disgusting that 9-11 was.
Americans need to realize that they're losing more fellow Americans every year to illegal alien criminals than we lost in 9-11.
Um, and you know, this this whole thing At the border to change the end result.
You have to go back to the origin of the situation and like and like Laura was saying, in the case of child separation at our borders, it's parents giving their kids away, kidnapping, sex traffickers, traffickers, and criminals in the 10,000 of the 12,000 children who have who are in our our custody.
These people need to direct their anger where it belongs.
And it's at the source the origin of the source of where this problem has started.
And I and I was watching an interview of a border agent at the at one of the port of entries, and he's saying there's a and we know this a 314% increase of these single males arriving with children, and when they interview them, they all have the same standard scripted answer.
The children don't don't identify the men they're with as their fathers.
And these liberal maniacs need to need to realize if you're speaking up to protect these children, then speak up to protect the children.
Don't do this for a political vendetta against our president and the administration because your hate is just so overwhelming.
You need to be you need to your actions need to speak your words, and they're not doing that right now.
You know, I I just want to say uh can I ask you both a quick last question?
And I I'm not gonna take more of your time.
I know you've suffered enough, and and you guys are so powerful and your voices need to be heard.
Does the mainstream media reach out to both of you?
Because I know you both.
I've gotten to know you both.
I frank, I love you both.
I love your family.
I love I feel I I pray for you both.
You're amazing people.
Thank you.
Does anyone in the media reach out to you, Laura?
No, not at all.
We don't hear anything from the mainstream media.
Um, you know, in the very beginning, they wanted to present a balance act, and we maybe heard, you know, two seconds on on the local news.
But no, they they don't reach out.
They do not want this story told.
They do not.
You know, another thing to do.
So I'm like the only media person you know by name.
Yeah, pretty much.
Yeah.
Anyone, yes, from Fox.
Fox has been really good to tell these stories.
I mean, all we can do is present them.
You could take it for what they are, you could say, screw that, I don't care about those kids.
But if you're really caring about kids, you need to care about all kids.
You know, uh it's just mind-blowing.
Well, and and I was, you know, I was invited to a CNN town hall with Paul Ryan um in St. Louis.
That was the first time CNN has ever reached out to me.
And um, they're they're they're poaching into my guest list again because their ratings suck.
But go ahead.
But that was back during the campaign.
And um, you know, it was a slap across my face because the moment he was done talking to me, telling me how sorry he was about my son's situation, they had a dreamer on right after me, and he was consoling the dreamer, promising her that that they wouldn't allow families to be turned back at our border.
So they're all hypocritical fools, and it's time that our that our elective politicians who we pay their salaries, and we're the ones who's supposed to be telling them what to do.
They're stuffing their pockets with these special interests and and getting rich off of the backs of dead Americans.
They're stepping over our dead children's bodies every time they're making a move to protect illegal alien criminals in our country.
Look at watch the show drugs, watch the show show on Showtime Trade.
Follow the drug where they are made, where it comes from.
We have an opioid epidemic.
I've been to the drug warehouses down there.
Floor to ceiling, drugs targeting our kids.
It's killing kids too.
All right, I love you both.
Uh Mary Amendozo, Laura Wilkerson, you're both amazing people.
Um, and uh thank you again for sharing your story and letting people know the other side of this.
It's so important that they hear it.
Thank you very much.
All right, let's take a quick call here.
We'll take calls on our final half hour of the uh program.
I'm gonna replay the the 20, what, two how many times was it, Linda?
Twenty-two?
It's twenty-two times and you're time for a phone call.
We don't have to have a break in 40 seconds.
Thank you very much.
Well, let me ask a question.
Where would where do we just broadcast from last week?
Where were we?
You just love doing this to me, don't you?
No, I'm asking, what I forgot the name of the country.
I can't remember.
Singapore.
Singapore.
Is it Singapore?
Singapore.
So we taped an hour for our our friends and affiliate in Atlanta, WSB, and they do this amazing carathon.
By the way, if you want to help, that the the Affleck Cancer Center for Kids is amazing.
We we interviewed this young girl, 14.
And Linda kept talking to the girl and said, Oh, you go girl.
First of all, New York Camille and your mom and way better than you, so there.
Did you re how many times did you just say to her?
You go, girl.
You go, girlfriend.
We're besties.
She is an amazing kid.
I love that kid, actually.
She was great.
All right, we'll get to your calls and we'll play the 22 times from Singapore next.
All right, 25 till the top of the hour.
800 941 Sean is our toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
I mean, it is, you know, it is as sick as ugly and as twisted as I've ever seen it.
You know, you got all these wing nut left-wing radical democrats.
They they've never uttered a word.
And then they're they're talking, it's not true.
Obama did not do this.
Wait, you see the pictures we've got for you on Hannity tonight.
Yeah, it did happen.
And the president's fixed it, you know, as it relates to taking out the loophole.
But that's not how Washington's supposed to work.
They passed the laws, and when laws are enforced and they don't like the laws, it's not to supposed to be done by executive fiat.
It's supposed to be done by Congress.
Now that gets in the way of their 2018 narrative that Republicans are racist and sexist and misogynist and xenophobic and homophobic and Islamophobic, and they want to poison the air, water, and kill children.
President Trump, as you know, is facing an onslaught of bipartisan outrage over his administration's new policy, which is resulting in hundreds, if not thousands, of children being taken from their families if they cross the border illegally, as the country sees these startling images of children being taken from their parents and put in chain-linked pens of sorts.
Well, the images suggest those of concentration camps, families being cut apart.
I know children are being marched away to showers, being told they are just like the Nazis.
Increasingly, Donald Trump is turning this nation into Nazi Germany and turning these into concentration camps.
David joins us now.
David tell us what did you say?
Yo, we saw people in cages.
They looked like animal kennels.
They were cages, but they looked like kennels, if you will, that animals would be up.
What's happening is very American in that this is how the country was founded.
This is what happened 76 years ago to uh Japanese Americans in internment camps.
All of us are so concerned.
We see these heartbreaking images, uh, and it's it's so so awful.
This does amount to child abuse.
These children have been traumatized and their trip up to the border.
And the first thing that happens is we take away the one constant in their life that helps them buffer all of these horrible experiences.
That's child abuse.
That's all they've got.
Their whole 2018 election model is this.
We're gonna impeach Trump, but we're not gonna tell you about it because it's not gonna go over very well, so we're gonna hide it.
And those people that dare to expose what they really are planning.
Shush!
Shut up!
Stop talking!
Don't say it.
I will we know, but we don't want to tell them.
The people that want we're asking to elect us.
We're gonna lie to them, like we always do.
Just stick to the phony narrative.
Then of course, it's Obamacare.
Let's let's keep that in place.
That's Done so well for the country.
Let's keep open borders, which is what they want.
Forget about crimes against Americans.
Let's not even talk about that.
You know, we played this earlier.
Twenty-two times Obama saying we can't give kids just kids amnesty.
This is what he says.
Listen.
Please use your executive order to hold deportations for all 11.5 unlocted immigrants in this country right now.
What we're doing.
That we need to have a woman reform at the same time.
We you have a power to stop deportation for all adopting.
Actually, I've gone.
And that's why we're here.
I need to here's the problem that I have, uh, Jose, and I've I've said this consistently.
And what that means is is that we have certain obligations to enforce the laws that are in place, even if we think that in many cases the results may be tragic.
Uh, and and I'm I do uh get a little worried that uh you know, advocates of immigration reform uh start losing heart and immediately thinking, well, uh you know, somehow there's a an out here.
If Congress doesn't act, we'll we'll just have the president sign something and and and that'll take care of him.
We won't have to worry about it.
What I've said is is that there's a path to get this done, and that's through Congress.
And we've kind of stretched uh our administrative flexibility as much as we can.
And that's why making sure that we get comprehensive immigration reform done is so important.
Uh it is gonna require work.
It is not simply a matter of us just saying we're gonna violate the law.
That's not our tradition.
Twenty-two times and and not a peep out of Peter Fonda, suggesting we ripped Baron Trump from his mother's arms, put him in a cage with pedophiles, and see whether Melania Trump will stand up against the giant a-holes she's married to.
I you know, is that threatening violence against the child against the first family?
Sounds like a threat to me.
You know, look at what they, you know, the crap we we saw in the early months of the presidency, you know, against every woman that works for Donald Trump, his daughter, his wife, Kellyanne Conway, and the list goes on and on.
You know, what happens when they blocked Devoss from entering a building?
They chased her down the street until she finally got in her car.
And, you know, then what?
These these Democrats surrounded her car, tried to block her from leaving.
Reaction from all these feminists, Democrats, nothing.
Crickets.
Hillary, MIA, Pelosi, not a word.
Elizabeth Warren can't find her voice.
You know, so what would the media reaction be if it was Nancy Pelosi that had to run for her life?
You know, now we've got uh Kristen Nielsen is now chased out of a restaurant by an angry mob of Democrats, and again, the usual suspects can't find their tongues.
Chance of shame and and family separation and and so on and so forth.
She's at a restaurant.
She has to leave the restaurant.
She's sitting in the back of a restaurant, Had a security detail, thankfully, at the time of the protests here.
And she's talking on her phone.
Secretary Nielsen have dinner spender evening.
You're eating dinner at your complicated.
and the separation and deportation of over 10,000 children separated from their parents.
How can you enjoy a Mexican dinner as you're deported and Imprisoning tens of thousands of people who come here seeking asylum in the United States.
We call on you to end family separation.
And then family!
And the bowlers!
A voice!
Shame!
Hey!
Shame!
Shame!
Separation!
Family separation!
Family separation!
And family separation!
Eater teeth!
You don't eat that being Howdy's sleep it out.
Don't you hear?
And we now know it's you know, Lester Holt to a border agent.
Do you feel like the bad guy?
It's it's unbelievable.
You know, I actually sat in on that on that survey with Rick Perry, governor at the time.
And 642,000 Texans victims of crime by illegal immigrants in a seven-year period.
And we we just talked to others.
Mary Ann Mandoza, Laura Wilkerson.
Is anybody ever talk about them?
And how about we have the wall built that solves the problem long term?
How about we solve problems permanently?
All right, let's get to our busy phones here as we say hi to Ken is in Long Island, New York, listening to our affiliate here, the all-new AM710 WOR.
What's going on, Ken?
How are you?
I'm very well, thank you.
Thank you for taking my call, Sean.
I really appreciate it.
Yes, sir.
Thank you.
Um, I'm a retired uh FBI agent.
I am right now a contractor for them.
And I tell you what, I have never seen so many upset people as to what's happened to the Bureau and what this uh IG report has done.
Uh it's the search to smirch the reputation of our wonderful organization and all the hardworking agents, uh, past and presents, and uh it's really a true shame.
And the IG report, it's not just what it says, it's what it doesn't say.
That's the bothersome part.
You know, I don't know how he conducted his investigation, but he should have started off with the street agents, talk to them, find out what they had, uh, what they were looking at, go to the tech guys, see the stuff that they had on on um uh machines, and then go work the way up rather than just going to the top guys because there's a culture in the headquarters that is totally different from the rest of the bureau.
You know, first of all, thank you for what you do.
I I have a f FBI friends, and uh every one of you guys that I know that do what you do are special.
You're former FBI, you're never former, like a Marine, you're never a former Marine or retired marine.
You're it's always Semperfy, but and every single one of them without without fail is so angry over this, apoplectic over this.
I I I don't know if you're getting the same experience.
It is universal.
There's no exception to it.
Well, I know hundreds of uh former agents, and I know a lot of current agents, and I see them every single day.
There's not one person I've ever that I have seen or contacted, spoken to personally that are not upset by Comey's uh results and also this report.
And uh it's truly a shame.
And uh, you know, it's just where it's gone.
You know, I've been around for 40 years with this organization, and it's really very uh upsetting to see what this has gone through.
And um, you know, I think you know, when you take a guy like Strzok, who's an affian of the um wiretap, now I've done 20 of them myself, and you have to have complete clean character and reputation.
And when you look at what this man did, and I don't care what anybody says, when you see somebody that has those type of text message, and it's uh an affian of a wider tap, that throws it right out of the uh ballpark right there.
His reputation is just nothing, and it's truly a shame.
You know, I just don't want people to fall into the trap.
And occasionally we hear a story about a bad cop and that does bad things that abuses the power.
And but it doesn't represent all cops.
And you know, I don't know if you've heard me, but Ken, I've been predicting the heroes in this story are going to be rank and file.
The guys that knew what was happening, tried to speak up, tried to stop it, were literally pushed out or shut down.
And that they're now when they get their opportunity, and there's subpoena, they're going to tell the truth.
And it is going to shock the conscience further of the American people.
But it's the only way you've got to clean this up.
This is about stealing, influencing an election, a presidential election.
It is the worst scandal, the biggest abuse of power we've ever seen in this country.
And it the ramifications are gonna be deep, rightly so, but hopefully we clean it up at the end so that guys like you can do your jobs.
You know, I mean, they're putting guys like Paul Manafort in jail.
It's just the stuff that they're doing.
He's in what solitary confinement to make him uh sing like a canary.
But anyway, my friend, thank you for all you've done.
I appreciate it.
Um I agree in that sense that yeah, we we we have a lot more work to do in terms of getting this all right.
You're right.
Man, what does the time go?
I don't know.
It just flies by.
I don't even know what I would do if, in fact, I didn't have this three hours with you every day.
I think I'd drive around into my car and talk to myself and you know, do a show and do a monologue and then say, let's go to Joe in Atlanta.
Joe, you're on the Sean Hannity show.
Hi, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good.
How are you?
Um I just wanted to talk about uh Lindsay Graham just uh sent out a note saying he wants clarifications on what the insurance policy is.
Oh, and we'll stop them.
All right, Hannity tonight, nine Eastern, Greg Jarrett, Sarah Carter, Ed Henry, Bob Goodlat, Jim Jordan, Sean Spicer, Roger Stone, Sebastian Gorka.
We'll see you then.
Thanks for being with us.
