[00:01:08]  In an interview with NBC News, well, the former Attorney General Loretta Lynch implied James Comey, well, he lied under oath regarding a conversation that he had with her.

[00:01:23]  Remember, Loretta Lynch told him to call the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server a matter, not a criminal investigation.
