[00:01:05]  The New York Federal Reserve is estimating that the fourth quarter GDP is going to grow at nearly a 4% rate.
[00:01:12]  This is the Fed in New York.
[00:01:15]  4%.
[00:01:16]  Investor optimism, the highest in almost 20 years.
[00:01:19]  So, I mean, the numbers just keep going.
[00:01:21]  Oh, I wanted to report this because this is a really important point.
[00:01:26]  CNBC does this all-American, they call it All-American Economic Survey.
[00:01:31]  And what they found that was over half of the people who responded to the survey think that the economy is good or excellent, and 41% think that the economy is going to improve in 2018.
[00:01:43]  I think that's a relatively low number.
[00:01:45]  Maybe people have been so crushed by the last eight years, they don't want to believe it's going to get better than it is.
[00:01:51]  Or maybe they don't like Trump or whatever the situation might be.
[00:01:55]  But once this tax cut passed today kicks in, you're going to see real economic growth.
[00:02:01]  And this psychological component that I mentioned is so important.
[00:02:05]  That's what the CNBC economic poll found.
[00:02:08]  Over half of all respondents think the economy is good or excellent.
[00:02:12]  That's in large part because they now have confidence.
[00:02:15]  They now have optimism.
[00:02:17]  They now believe that there is a president there who is championing them and who is there to deliver a strong economy, which is what he ran on.
