[00:00:12]  The Times reports that a prominent group of former NSA CIA officials are claiming that an insider with physical access to the DNC computer network leaked the emails.
[00:00:22]  In other words, it was never hacked by Russia.
[00:00:25]  Now, the research memo compiled by the former officials directly conflicts with the U.S. intelligence community's January claim that it was Russian operatives who orchestrated the cyber attack on the DNC network.
[00:00:36]  One retired CIA official told the Washington Times, the intelligence community's assessment and conclusions are a disgrace to the intelligence profession.
