[00:00:04]  I can't understand why this is not rock solid deal done, and it should have been done in January when Donald Trump became the president, and it could have been done.
[00:00:13]  And then when you look at the history and you've got since 2011, the Republican-controlled House voted 60 to 68 times to repeal and delay or defund parts of Obamacare.
[00:00:24]  Well, where's the action now?
[00:00:25]  So those were show votes to make us think that they were going to do something they never had any intention to do.
[00:00:30]  Well, that's called bait and switch.
[00:00:31]  That's called fraud.
[00:00:32]  Now it's the moment of truth.
[00:00:34]  Now it matters.
[00:00:35]  And if Republicans want to be successful in 2018, you know, I keep telling you this is one of the four big things they need done.
[00:00:42]  They need at least two, 300 miles of the border wall built.
[00:00:45]  They need Obamacare repealed and beginning the transition to replacement.
