[00:01:09] And more importantly, he's duplicated it in other cities and other towns. [00:01:12] He's in Wichita and he'll be on this radio program. [00:01:15] What he did is he set up a cooperative. [00:01:17] It costs $10 per child a month, $50 per adult a month. [00:01:20] It includes as much care as you need for the entire month. [00:01:24] If you need stitches, if you have a broken bone, if you need x-rays, if you need diagnosis, even pharmaceuticals, he went directly to the companies and was able to negotiate prices, 90% discount. [00:01:35] And the good thing about it is then you get a catastrophic plan on top of it, which means if you have a bad car accident, if God forbid you have a heart attack or get cancer, then after you're deductible, all of that would be covered. [00:01:47] And at the hospital of your choice based on the plan you selected and at a low rate, we all know that catastrophic care is the cheapest. [00:01:53] It just is that it seems that there's a lot of free market ways to do this that are successful. [00:01:59] And I know that this is included partly in the bill, but I'd like to see more of that and explain more to the American people.
