[00:01:12] They seem to have forgotten that President Obama used his executive authority to limit and restrict the entry of immigrants and non-immigrants into the U.S. a whopping 19 times. [00:01:22] According to a new Congressional Research Service report entitled Executive Authority to Exclude Aliens, the last five presidents have all taken similar measures. [00:01:32] Now here's the breakdown of how many times each of the past five presidents issued the orders. [00:01:36] Ronald Reagan five times, George Herbert Walker Bush one time. [00:01:40] Bill Clinton 12 times. [00:01:41] George W. Bush six times. [00:01:43] And the winner by a mile is Barack Obama 19 times.
