[00:01:31] Don't forget to click on the radio icon, put in my last name, Hannity. [00:01:35] There was a guy on the radio. [00:01:36] This is like the 50s and 60s. [00:01:38] And his name was Gene Shepard. [00:01:39] He's the guy that wrote that Christmas movie. [00:01:42] What's it called? [00:01:42] You know, about the boy with the red flyer sled? [00:01:46] Christmas story. [00:01:48] That was his best story. [00:01:49] It was about him. [00:01:50] But he would come on the radio every night for an hour at 11 o'clock at night. [00:01:52] He would tell one story about his childhood that would last an entire hour. [00:01:58] And he would tell it like this. [00:02:00] And he would start the story. [00:02:02] A little music would play under. [00:02:04] And for an entire hour, he'd tell this one little anecdote. [00:02:08] And people would sit there riveted. [00:02:10] Now it's 2016. [00:02:11] If you don't get to the point in like a half a millisecond, everybody's switching the dial. [00:02:16] This guy, as big as he was, you see, you see this Victor. [00:02:19] A lot of people like him. [00:02:20] 100 years later, they remember him, they revere him. [00:02:22] If you can't get to the point in four seconds now, everybody shuts you off. [00:02:27] It's a whole different world. [00:02:28] So I guess it was better back. [00:02:31] Nah, it's better today. [00:02:32] Look at this phone. [00:02:33] I got everything in the world. [00:02:34] I can watch TV, watch movies, read books, do anything. [00:02:37] It's quicker. [00:02:38] It's better today. [00:02:39] Hey, speaking of which, I want you once again to go to my Twitter feed because I retweeted my own tweet. [00:02:46] Facebook is going to use Snopes for fact-checking. [00:02:49] So I put it now at the top of my Twitter feed. [00:02:52] Snopes is not anything real. [00:02:55] It's an amateur, homemade, ridiculously stupid website. [00:03:00] These two slobs run it. [00:03:02] I have a picture of them up on Twitter, Mark Simone, and White Twitter. [00:03:06] Look at their picture. [00:03:07] They're sitting on their Roseanne show couch. [00:03:10] That filthy couch is the world headquarters of Snopes. [00:03:14] And their silly-looking cat is with it. [00:03:16] Just go look at that. [00:03:18] Mark Simone and White Twitter. [00:03:19] Look at that picture. [00:03:20] Always picture that when someone tells you to check Snopes. [00:03:25] And this is ridiculous that Facebook is going to let them decide. [00:03:29] These two slobs in California will decide what's fake news. [00:03:32] I don't think so. [00:03:34] You want smart political talk without the meltdowns? === Always Picture That (00:23) === [00:03:37] We got you. [00:03:38] I'm Carol Markowitz. [00:03:39] And I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
