[00:00:34]  Senate Democrats, they're in panic mode after a report by the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies that shows minorities are underrepresented in Democratic staff positions on Capitol Hill.
[00:00:46]  And Politico points out that African Americans and Latinos, they represent more than a third of self-identified Democrats nationwide, but they hold less than 3% of senior staff positions for Senate Democrats.
[00:00:58]  Despite liberals constantly claiming Republicans are racist and bigoted, it turns out that the senator with the most diverse office and this staff is Republican.
[00:01:07]  Last month, a Senate staffer reluctantly told the New York Daily News, quote, the lone black chief of staff in the entire U.S. Senate works for South Carolina Republican Tim Scott.
[00:01:16]  You know, his office may be the most diverse in the entire Senate.
[00:01:20]  Sounds like the Democrats have a lot of soul searching to do.
