[00:00:04]  So in Sunday night's interview with 60 Minutes, Donald Trump announced he would not be taking a presidential salary.
[00:00:10]  Speaking with host Leslie Stahl, Trump said, Well, I think I have to, by law, take a dollar, so I'll take a dollar a year.
[00:00:16]  I think I have to, by law, take $1, so I'll take $1 a year.
[00:00:20]  Well, that makes Donald Trump the third U.S. president to forego his salary.
[00:00:24]  JFK, Herbert Hoover, were the only two to give up their salaries.
[00:00:28]  Donald Trump also told 60 Minutes he would not be taking many lavish vacations because he's got a lot of work to do to get the country back on track.
[00:00:36]  On numerous occasions, Trump has said his only interest or special interest is you, the American people.
[00:00:41]  So far, it looks like he's keeping his word.
[00:00:43]  What a refreshing contrast from the last eight years.
