[00:00:04]  All right, according to TheObserver.com, Hillary Clinton has been overcharging her poorest donors after they make a one-time donation or her campaign.
[00:00:13]  One source from Wells Fargo Fraud Department told the website they receive up to 100 calls a day from Hillary's small donors asking for refunds because of unauthorized charges made by the Clinton campaign.
[00:00:24]  Quote: The source claims the Clinton campaign has been pulling this stunt since spring of this year.
[00:00:29]  Now, the Hillary for America campaign will overcharge small donors by repeatedly charging small amounts like 20 bucks to bank cards of donors who made a one-time donation.
[00:00:38]  However, the Clinton campaign strategically doesn't overcharge these donors $100 or more because the bank would then be obligated to investigate the fraud.
[00:00:47]  Oh, Hillary exploiting the poor for her own personal gain.
