[00:00:04]  Earlier this week, Donald Trump gave two of his best speeches of the campaign.
[00:00:08]  One, speaking in West Bend, Wisconsin, Trump gave the audience a history lesson on the Democratic Party and how their policies have failed the black community, and that now is the time to change course.
[00:00:18]  And Trump said the Democratic Party has failed and betrayed the African-American community.
[00:00:22]  Democratic crime policies, education policies, economic policies have produced only more crime, more broken homes, and yes, more poverty.
[00:00:30]  He pointed out how Milwaukee has been run by Democrats for decades, how killings in the city increased 69% alone last year.
[00:00:37]  And he also noted that Milwaukee's poverty rate is double the national average.
[00:00:40]  Donald Trump was presidential, he was informative.
[00:00:43]  Now, if he sticks with issues like this, national security, the economy, borders, healthcare, education, I argue he's on the winning track.
